目的研究肠道微生态在华支睾吸虫致肝损伤中的作用。方法建立华支睾吸虫感染大鼠模型。分别在造模后48 h、18 d和35 d检测血浆内毒素、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)、AST(谷草转氨酶)水平;检测肠黏液中sIgA含量;取肠内容物进行乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌和肠杆菌的培养及定量分析。结果造模后18 d、35 d,大鼠血浆内毒素、ALT、AST水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t_内=8.335、7.612,t_(ALT)=11.815、9.874,t_(AST)=7.433、8.015,P值均0.01);造模后48 h,肠黏液sIgA水平高于正常组(t=2.752,P0.05),尤以造模后18 d、35 d升高显著(t=13.118、9.546,P值均0.01);造模后48 h、18 d和35 d,肠道乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量明显减少(t_乳=2.612、4.142、5.556,t_(双)=2.302、4.565、3.982,P值0.05或P值0.01),造模后18 d和35 d,肠杆菌和肠球菌数量明显增多(t_肠=4.562、5.247,t肠=5.366、4.775,P值均0.01)。结论华支睾吸虫感染可致大鼠肠道菌群发生失调,引发内毒素血症,参与介导对肝细胞的损伤。  相似文献

目的 研究急性和慢性腹泻患者与正常人的肠道菌群变化差异.方法 对慢性腹泻组22例、急性腹泻组35例,对照组20例的成年患者粪便进行肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌检测分析与比较.结果 急性腹泻患者与对照组相比肠杆菌显著增加,而双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、类杆菌及肠球菌显著减少(P<0.01),慢性腹泻患者的肠杆菌明显增加,乳酸杆菌明显减少(P<0.05),双歧杆菌、类杆菌及肠球菌较对照组减少,但结果差异无统计学意义.急性腹泻者厌氧菌较慢性腹泻者有所减少,其中类杆菌和乳杆菌显著减少(P<0.05).结论 无论急慢性腹泻患者都存在肠道菌群失调的情况,其中急性腹泻患者更加明显.  相似文献

目的 了解加替沙星正常剂量用药和非正常剂量用药方式对小鼠肠道菌群的影响.方法 24只昆明小鼠随机分为3组,每组8只,对照组只灌胃生理盐水,另外2组分别按正常剂量和正常剂量的一半给小鼠灌胃加替沙星溶液,7 d后无菌采取小鼠粪便,观察各组小鼠粪便中双歧杆菌、类杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌及肠球菌数量.结果 加替沙星灌胃7 d后,与给药前相比,肠杆菌和肠球菌药敏结果无明显变化.灌胃前后肠杆菌对CIP、LEV、GAT、AM、CRO、AMK、NOR均敏感,肠球菌对AM、LEV、VA、GAT均敏感,对NOR、CIP、CRO敏感性不同.2种用药方式可导致大肠埃希菌数量显著减少(P<0.05),肠球菌数量稍有增加(P>0.05).而双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和类杆菌数量无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 加替沙星2种用药方式短时期对肠道菌群影响不大(肠杆菌除外),不易产生耐药性.其杀灭肠杆菌的作用远大于对厌氧菌的作用.  相似文献

目的定性定量检测并比较杭州地区健康青壮年及老年人群肠道主要菌群(双歧杆菌属、类杆菌属、消化链球菌属、产气荚膜梭菌、乳杆菌属、肠杆菌科、肠球菌属及酵母菌等)的正常参考值,同时计算并比较双歧杆菌属细菌数量与肠杆菌科细菌数量的对数值比值(B/E值).方法采用光冈法 .结果老年组肠道双歧杆菌数量及B/E值较青壮年组均显著减少(P<0.05, P<0.001);消化链球菌、肠杆菌科及肠球菌细菌数量显著增加(P<0.01,P <0 .001,P<0.05).结论在获得肠道菌群正常参考值的同时,发现随着年龄的增加,老年人肠道双歧杆菌数量明显减少,肠杆菌科及肠球菌细菌数量显著增加.  相似文献

目的:探讨肾移植术后排斥反应(AR)患者肠道菌群、血小板参数的变化及术后AR的危险因素。方法:选择接受肾移植的患者150例,术后发生AR 26例作为研究组,未发生AR 124例作为对照组,比较两组术前、术后肠道菌群变化及血小板参数变化,分析肾移植术后AR的危险因素。结果:术后研究组肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的数量、双歧杆菌/肠杆菌较对照组减少,肠杆菌、肠球菌的数量较对照组增多(P0.05)。研究组术后5 d、7 d血小板比容(PCT)低于对照组,平均血小板容积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比率(P-LCR)高于对照组(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:术后乳酸杆菌数量减少、双歧杆菌数量减少、双歧杆菌/肠杆菌减少,肠杆菌数量增多、肠球菌数量增多,PCT降低、PDW升高、P-LCR升高为肾移植术后AR的危险因素(P0.05)。结论:肾移植术后AR患者肠道菌群失调,术后PCT降低,MPV、P-LCR升高。患者术后肠道菌群失调、PCT降低、PDW升高、P-LCR升高为AR的危险因素。  相似文献

目的研究肠道细菌移位在华支睾吸虫病致病机制中的作用。方法建立华支睾吸虫感染大鼠模型。分别在造模后48 h(后尾蚴期)、18 d(童虫期)和35 d(成虫期),取肝、肺、淋巴结和血液组织,采用平板培养法进行细菌移位的检测;采用鲎三肽基质染色定量法检测血浆内毒素含量。结果感染18 d后,实验组肠道细菌移位率开始增高,至感染35 d时,细菌移位率为70%,明显高于对照组的10%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0230.05);感染鼠以童虫期、成虫期细菌移位现象明显,总移位率为65%,与对照组10%比较,差异有统计学意义(u=3.59,P0.01),且在肝、肺、淋巴结和血液组织中,移位发生率分别为60%、15%、25%和10%,以肝脏部位最高;造模后18 d血浆内毒素水平明显增高,造模后35 d血浆LPS水平略有下降,但仍明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.612,P0.01)。结论华支睾吸虫感染可引发宿主肠道菌群移位,以肝组织多发,从而参与致病机制。  相似文献

给慢性腹泻病人口服酪酸梭菌-双歧杆菌二联活菌制剂,然后检测患者服药前后的肠道菌群变化.患者服用药品后,葡萄球菌、酵母菌、消化球菌、真杆菌和小梭菌的数量无明显变化,肠杆菌、肠球菌的数量明显减少,拟杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌的数量明显增加,其中肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌和双歧杆菌的变化有显著性(P﹤0.05),提示酪酸梭菌-双歧杆菌二联活菌制剂对慢性腹泻病人的肠道菌群具有明显的影响、具有增殖拟杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的作用.  相似文献

目的 探讨一种活性乳酸菌饮料对人体肠道菌群的影响作用.方法 采用卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》调节肠道菌群功能检验方法进行检验.结果 试食组试验前后自身比较:肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.01),肠球菌数量增加(P<0.05),产气荚膜梭菌数量明显减少(P<0.01),肠杆菌和拟杆菌无明显变化;试验后对照组与试食组组间比较:双歧杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.01),乳杆菌的数量增加(P<0.05),肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和拟杆菌无明显变化.结论 活性乳酸菌饮料具有调节人体肠道菌群、改善肠道内环境的作用.  相似文献

目的通过观察黑龙江株旋毛虫感染小鼠肠道分泌物中分泌型免疫球蛋白A、肠道菌群的变化,探讨感染小鼠肠道菌群的变化。方法分别于小鼠感染黑龙江株旋毛虫后7、14、21、28和35d,观察模型组及对照组小鼠肠道分泌物中的分泌型免疫球蛋白A、肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌的菌群变化。sIgA采用放射免疫法检测。结果模型组sIgA分泌水平在感染后14d达高峰,随后缓慢下降但始终保持高水平(P〈0.01)。模型组肠道双歧杆菌的数量在感染后7d略低于对照组(P〈0.05),第14天降至最低水平,随后逐渐升高,至感染后35d恢复正常水平。乳酸杆菌的数量在感染后7d略低于对照组,第14天降至最低水平,随后逐渐增加(P〈0.05)。肠杆菌的数量在感染后7d略高于对照组,感染后14d明显高于对照组,随后始终保持下降趋势(P〈0.05)。肠球菌在感染后7d略高于对照组(P〈0.05),在14d明显高于对照组,随后缓慢下降,至感染后35d恢复正常水平。结论旋毛虫感染小鼠sIga的分泌在肠道免疫中发挥重要作用,同时也影响肠道菌群;肠道菌群的变化可能与旋毛虫感染小鼠免疫系统中sIgA的分泌有关。  相似文献

目的:研究模拟失重条件下大鼠肠道菌群变化情况。方法:选择性培养基分别对肠球菌、肠杆菌、类杆菌、乳杆菌以及双歧杆菌进行定量测定,扫描电镜观察大鼠盲肠上皮细胞的组织变化。结果:过路菌群中肠杆菌和肠球菌数量增加显著;原籍菌群中双歧杆菌减少十分明显,乳杆菌的数量也有不同程度的减少,而类杆菌的数量有增加的趋势。SD大鼠盲肠出现了肿胀细胞,上皮细胞颈毛排列紊乱、稀疏。结论:模拟失重条件下大鼠肠道微生态出现平衡失调。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. 传染性法氏囊病(Infection bursal disease, IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus, IBDV)引起的鸡和火鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,给世界各国的禽养殖业带来了巨大损失.自IBDV发现至今新的变异株不断出现,分子结构的改变导致病毒致病力的改变及宿主对疫苗应答的改变,使得传统的疫苗已不能控制其流行,因此各国学者对其基因组结构和功能进行了广泛深入的研究,并积极研制新型有效的疫苗以达到防治的目的.  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献
