对杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)雄株不同花期雄花中次生代谢产物含量进行分析测定,并对杜仲雄花次生代谢的生理基础及不同花期次生代谢产物含量差异进行了探讨.研究结果表明,雄花在不同花期次生代谢产物含量均有差异.总黄酮含量在花蕾期最高(4.010%),始花期最低(2.422%),从盛花期到末花期逐渐上升;桃叶珊瑚苷和绿原酸含量均在花蕾期最高(分别为2.351%和1.075%),盛花期最低(分别为1.463%和0.503%),至末花期含量上升;京尼平苷酸含量在始花期最低(0.217%),从盛花期开始逐渐升高,至末花期高达1.403%;次生代谢产物总量也以花蕾期为最高(7.420%).杜仲雄花的花蕾期和盛花期是兼顾质量和产量的最佳采摘期.  相似文献

兔眼越桔花粉的超微结构和营养成分与其育性关系研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用透射电镜观察5个兔眼越桔品种的花粉结构并分别测定分析了花粉的营养成分,以探讨兔眼越桔花粉育性与其超微花粉结构和营养成分的关系.结果表明,兔眼越桔花粉结构中,内膜系统清晰可见,发育程度因品种而异.开花前的花粉细胞核仁较大,蛋白质合成旺盛.对花粉超微结构与营养成分间关系的比较分析表明:花粉细胞的全糖和脯氨酸含量与花粉发芽率呈正相关,兔眼越桔花粉壁的厚度、花粉细胞的蛋白质含量与花粉的萌发率无相关性,而内质网发育程度与蛋白质含量呈正相关趋势.推测兔眼越桔花粉细胞的全糖和脯氨酸含量对兔眼越桔花粉的发育及其育性具有密切的关系.  相似文献

为深入探究杜仲雄花氨基酸多样性与营养价值,对193份不同种质雄花的氨基酸含量与组成进行了测定。结果表明:杜仲雄花含有17种氨基酸,总氨基酸平均含量为20.62 g/100 g,天冬氨酸和谷氨酸是主要的2种氨基酸。不同种质杜仲雄花氨基酸含量以蛋氨酸变异系数最大(43.13%),总氨基酸变异系数最小(12.56%)。杜仲雄花蛋白贴近度为0.887。杜仲雄花人体必需氨基酸中仅(Met+Cys)低于FAO/WHO推荐模式的比例,RAA和RC值大都接近于1,SRC值为81.42。杜仲雄花中儿童必需氨基酸含量、味觉氨基酸含量与药用氨基酸含量丰富。不同来源杜仲雄花氨基酸含量差异显著,贵州种质总氨基酸含量(21.32 g/100 g)和必需氨基酸含量(7.50 g/100 g)最高,而不同来源杜仲雄花氨基酸的营养价值差异不显著。聚类分析将193份种质材料分为4个类群,第Ⅱ类群总氨基酸、必需氨基酸、甜味氨基酸和芳香族氨基酸平均含量最高,分别达22.46、7.92、4.10 g/100 g和1.64 g/100 g。杜仲雄花氨基酸具有重要的营养价值,不同种质杜仲雄花氨基酸表现较高的遗传多样性,可为雄花用杜仲良种选育和开发利用提供基础材料。  相似文献

对杜仲种仁中油脂含量、理化性质、脂肪酸组成、蛋白质的氨基酸组成以及粗蛋白、粗纤维、淀粉、灰分等成分进行了分析.杜仲种仁中粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗纤维含量分别为23.59%、40.63%和13.25%.杜仲油的不饱和脂肪酸含量高达90.6%,其中亚麻酸含量为66%,碘值和皂化值分别为180.5和182.7.种仁中含有18种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的32.3%.  相似文献

Bee bread is prepared from pollen sources and salivary secretions by honey bee workers to serves the nutritional purpose of colony members. However, changes in nutrient composition occurring in bee bread from the pollen sources including pollen patty are poorly understood. We, therefore, examined the nutrient contents of pollen patty, used as source pollen feed of honey bee colony, and bee bread prepared by honey bee from this source at different time interval. Results revealed that amino acid content was increased from pollen patty to bee bread but fatty acid content was decreased. Essential amino acids like valine, lysine, and nonessential amino acids such as proline and alanine increased significantly over time. Among fatty acids, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid decreased significantly from pollen patty to bee bread. Minerals contents in bee bread did not show any significant change during the study period. These changes could be presumably justified due to addition of nectar, honey, gland secretions and also microbial symbionts which remains as a task of further study.  相似文献

试验以黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio)为研究对象, 以饲料中杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)叶粉0添加组为对照组, 2%、4%、6%和8%添加组为实验组, 每组3个平行, 对黄河鲤[体重: (505.13±1.37) g]进行55d的投喂试验, 旨在探讨杜仲叶粉在黄河鲤饲料中的应用效果。结果表明: (1)黄河鲤背肌脂肪含量随饲料中杜仲叶粉添加量升高显著下降, 粗蛋白含量显著上升(P<0.05)。除6%添加组外, 鱼体粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪鲜重含量随杜仲叶粉添加量升高呈上升趋势(P<0.05), 鱼体鲜重水分含量呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05); (2)在黄河鲤肌肉中检出16种氨基酸, 杜仲叶粉添加显著影响肌肉中苏氨酸、丝氨酸和组氨酸含量(P<0.05)。酸味氨基酸总量与总氨基酸比值在2%添加组显著高于其他处理组, 药效氨基酸总量与总氨基酸比值则在2%添加组显著低于其他处理组(P<0.05); (3)黄河鲤血浆和肝脏中GSH-PX、MDA、AKP和ACP活性随饲料中杜仲叶粉添加量增加整体呈先升高后降低趋势, 血浆和肝脏中SOD活性呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05)。血浆GSH-PX活性和MDA含量在6%处理组显著最高(P<0.05), AKP活性在4%处理组、ACP活性在8%添加组显著最高(P<0.05), SOD活性至8%处理组升至对照水平。肝脏GSH-PX活性和MDA含量在4%处理组显著最高(P<0.05), AKP活性则在6%处理组显著最高(P<0.05), ACP活性在4%处理组显著升至最高后维持在此水平(P<0.05), 肝脏SOD活性至8%处理组显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。综上, 综合考虑鱼体肌肉和全鱼营养成分、肌肉氨基酸组成及血液和肝脏生理指标, 推荐黄河鲤成鱼饲料中杜仲叶粉添加量在4%—6%。  相似文献

为探讨不同变异类型红叶杜仲叶片呈色机理及活性成分含量,以7个不同变异红叶杜仲和绿叶杜仲为材料,对叶片颜色、色素分布、含量及活性成分含量进行测定分析。结果表明:7个变异红叶杜仲叶片正面呈暗红或紫红色,栅栏组织呈红色或暗红色;背面颜色3、5和6号呈红色,下表皮也呈红色,1、2、4和7号为绿色,下表皮透明;7个变异红叶杜仲叶片Ca、Cb和CT含量均低于对照杜仲叶片,而CCar、CF含量以及CCar/CT、CF/CT值均显著高于对照叶片,叶片色素含量在7个红叶杜仲间也存在一定差异;7个变异红叶杜仲叶片5种活性成分含量均较高,且绿原酸、京尼平苷和总黄酮含量明显高于对照杜仲叶片。叶片中CF分布、含量及CF/CT值是红叶杜仲呈色差异的主要原因,高活性成分含量使其在药用方面有很大的开发利用潜力。本研究可为观赏兼药用杜仲资源选育提供材料。  相似文献

A nitrogen source was needed for the flowering of Lemna gibba L., a long-day plant, and L. perpusilla Torr., a shortday plant. The level of endogenous amino acids analyzed by an Amino Acid Analyzer, rose during the first few inductive cycles, but was reduced during later stages of the flowering process. Serine and threonine levels increased during the light period and decreased during the dark period in L. perpusilla. Exogenous serine and threonine added to the culture medium at 10?6M increased the rate of flowering by more than 35% over the controls. Cysteine inhibited flowering, while other amino acids had little or no promotive effect on flowering. Serine and threonine increased flowering rate in L. perpusilla only when added during a dark period of the inductive cycle. The addition of amino acids during a light period not followed by a dark period had no effect on flowering.  相似文献

施氮能提高小麦籽粒蛋白质氨基酸的含量,并与施氮水平呈正相关;但对普通小麦必需氨基酸与蛋白质氨基酸的比值没有影响,而硬粒小麦4286随施氮水平的提高,该比值下降。在开花后32d以前,籽粒发育过程中游离氨基酸与施氮水平呈正相关,以后,籽粒中游离氨基酸趋于相近,表明施氮增加了游离氨基酸的库源,不同基因型小麦对施氮水平的反应不同,在同等施氮水平和栽培条件下,籽粒中蛋白质氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量为硬粒小麦4286>小偃6号>小偃107,不同施氮水平下,籽粒中氨基酸含量为高氮>中氮>低氮。  相似文献

The age and gender related differences in serum amino acid concentrations have been assessed in 72 (23-92 years) medically screened healthy men and women who were divided into three male and three female groups according to age. Free-time physical activity and food intake were analysed from the 5-day diaries. The subjects were instructed to eat according to their normal dietary habits and to avoid any clinical complementary nutritional products or other products that could increase protein or energy intake. The blood samples (5 ml) taken from the antecubital vein after an over-night fast were analysed for their amino acid contents by chromatography. In total nutrient intake of energy (P < 0.001), protein (P < 0.001), alcohol (P < 0.05), water (P < 0.01), sodium (P < 0.001) and fiber P < 0.001) decreased significantly with age. The concentration of total amino acids (P < 0.01), essential amino acids (P < 0.001), non-essential amino acids (P < 0.05) and branched-chain amino acids (P < 0.05) decreased, whereas citrulline (P < 0.001) and cysteine (P < 0.001) were the only amino acids, which increased with aging. In addition, men had significantly higher concentrations than women of essential amino acids (P < 0.001), branched-chain amino acids (P < 0.001), and 10 of the 22 individual amino acids assayed (P < 0.01). Women had significantly higher concentrations of aspartate (P < 0.05), glycine (P < 0.01), serine (P < 0.001) and taurine (P < 0.01) than men. It is concluded that the decrease in serum total amino acid concentration is associated with decreased energy and protein intake with aging and men have higher essential amino acid concentration in serum than women.  相似文献

Honeybee-collected pollen is gaining attention as functional food for human consumption, due to antiproliferative, antiallergic, antibiotic, antidiarrheic and antioxidant activities. Among the different bioactive compounds, flavonoids from bee-collected pollen are currently recognised as powerful antioxidant and antiradical molecules. Traditional conservation methods influence pollen organoleptic properties as well as the contents of nutrients and nutraceutical compounds. Here, freeze-drying (FD) was proposed as a novel conservation method, estimating its adequacy as drying process by the evaluation of changes in free and total amino acids and proline as well as in their ratios. Honeybee-collected chestnut pollen was taken into consideration and the level of rutin, as main flavonoid, was considered as marker compound highlighting the maintenance of pollen nutraceutical properties. Results showed that FD influenced rutin level, depending on the FD duration. However, the free proline to free amino acid ratio was always below 80%, and the free amino acid to total amino acid ratio remained unaltered indicating the adequacy of the FD treatment, which did not affect the nutritional value of chestnut pollen. Overall, this study shed light on the nutraceutical profile of honeybee-collected chestnut pollen, highlighting the promising potential of FD as a novel method to treat pollen for human consumption.  相似文献

目的:观察参麦注射液(SM)对肠缺血/再灌注(I/R)肺损伤大鼠肺组织p38MAPK和凋亡相关基因Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响,探讨其保护机制。方法:采用夹闭肠系膜上动脉(SMA)方法建立大鼠肠I/R损伤模型。24只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(Control组)、肠缺血/再灌注组(I/R组)、参麦注射液组(SM+I/R组),每组8只。比较各组大鼠肺湿/干比(W/D)、肺表面活性物质主要成分卵磷脂(PC)及总磷脂(TPL)含量的变化;同时免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠肺组织中p38MAPK、Bax及Bcl-2蛋白的表达水平。结果:与对照组比较,I/R组肺组织W/D明显升高,而PC和TPL的含量显著降低,肺组织p38MAPK、Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达明显增强(P均<0.01),其中Bax的增强比Bcl-2的增强更为明显,Bcl-2/Bax比值降低(P<0.01);与I/R组比较,SM+I/R组大鼠肺组织W/D明显降低,PC和TPL的含量增加,肺组织p38MAPK和Bax蛋白表达下降(P均<0.01),Bcl-2的表达增强,Bcl-2/Bax比值明显升高(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,肠I/R时肺组织p38MAPK蛋白表达水平与肺表面活性物质主要功能成分PC含量及凋亡基因Bcl-2/Bax比值呈负相关(r分别为-0.787,-0.731,P均<0.01)。结论:SM可能通过抑制p38MAPK信号通路的激活,提高Bcl-2/Bax比值来阻抑细胞凋亡,从而减轻肠I/R时的肺损伤。  相似文献

The study was designed to investigate the effects of frozen storage on the proximate composition and chemical indices of pike (Esox lucius) stored for a period of six months at ?20°C. During storage the moisture, protein and fatty acid contents decreased and the ash, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB‐N) and peroxide value (PV) content increased significantly (P < 0.05). In the fresh samples the moisture, total protein and total lipid contents were 77.61%, 19.21%, and 2.3% respectively. At the end of the storage time the above‐mentioned parameters were measured as 75.98%, 16.95%, 0.9%, respectively. TVB‐N and PV contents changed from 1.30%, 6.27, 0.18 in fresh samples to 2.21%, 15.12 mg/100 g and 1.73 meq o2 kg?1 after six months frozen storage, respectively. Thirty fatty acids were found in pike fillets, with a higher percentage in fresh fish of polyunsaturated fatty acids (51.14%), saturated fatty acids (22.94%) and mono unsaturated fatty acids (22.61%). The PUFAs decreased to 31.67% at the end of the storage time. Although some changes in quality and nutritional value were observed in the pike fillets during frozen storage, the changes were within the acceptable range.  相似文献

选取同一地形、长势一致的毛竹林为材料,分析比较灌溉与不灌溉毛竹林冬笋外观品质(个体重量、最大直径、长度、可食率)、营养品质(淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性糖、维生素C)、呈味物质(单宁、草酸)、纤维素类物质(纤维素、木质素)以及不同类氨基酸含量的差异,研究灌溉对毛竹冬笋品质的影响,为冬笋的科学培育提供依据。结果表明:(1)灌溉显著提高了毛竹冬笋的个体重量、最大直径、长度以及可食率(P<0.05)。(2)灌溉显著提高了毛竹冬笋的淀粉和维生素C含量,并显著降低了单宁、草酸、纤维素以及木质素含量(P<0.05),但对蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性糖等指标含量影响不显著。(3)灌溉显著提升了毛竹冬笋中必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸的含量以及占比(P<0.05),但对甜味和苦味氨基酸总含量影响不显著。研究发现,灌溉改善了毛竹冬笋生长和外观品质,以及呈味物质、纤维素类物质、必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸含量等营养品质指标,从而显著提升了冬笋品质。  相似文献
