对虾综合养殖生态系底泥细菌的数量动态   总被引:25,自引:5,他引:20  
1997年5~9月于山东海阳市黄海集团公司养虾场,用5个实验围隔研究了对虾综合养殖生态系底泥细菌的数量动态.结果表明,底泥细菌数量波动在4.10×108~12.36×108cells·g-1之间,平均为8.09×108±2.17×108cells·g-1.随着养殖时间的推移,底泥细菌数量逐渐增加.底泥细菌数量最大值出现在表层1cm之内,2~3cm以下泥层,细菌数量明显减小  相似文献

海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林近冠层CO2及通量特征研究   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
采用梯度法及CI-301PS CO2系统,实现了海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林近冠层CO 2、微气象因子梯度观测研究,结果表明雨季晴、晴间少云及多云天气,900~1800CO 2浓度平均值分别在349~350ml/m3(冠上2.8m)、346~348ml/m3(冠上0.8m)、345~349ml/m3(林内16m)、352~357ml/m3(林内5m),较旱季相应天气分别小14~17.5、10.1~23.7、1 6.4~35.7和18.1~36.1ml/m3;100~800,则雨季CO2浓度大于旱季;梯度浓度廓变量和实时动力计算反映出,800~1800CO2通量由大气向林冠层,旱、雨季平均CO2通量分别为(0.61×10-6kg/(m2·s)和0.71×10-6kg/(m 2·s),1900通量甚微,2000~700CO2通量则由林冠向大气,平均CO2通量分别为0.36×10-6kg/(m2·s)和0.32×10-6kg/(m2·s);雨季昼夜大气流向冠层的净CO2通量是相应旱季的1.56倍.总辐射、冠顶净辐射通量以1300~1 500为最大时域,相对林内21m,80%的辐射热能被冠层吸收,与CO2通量正相关;晴天冠上潜热、感热最高值分别在1300~1400和900,反映热带山地雨林近冠层的汇、源即白昼光合固定CO2大于夜间呼吸排放CO2效应,且雨季高于旱季.  相似文献

对长白山高山冻原生态系统碳在植被-凋落物-土壤中的分布进行了研究。结果表明,在长白山高山冻原植被亚系统中,碳储量分布规律是典型高山冻原(TT)>石质高山冻原(ST)>草甸高山冻原(MT)>沼泽高山冻原(WT)>石海高山冻原(RT),长白山高山冻原的植被碳储量为3.3457×104t。而生物量分布规律是WT>TT>MT>ST>RT。在长白山高山冻原凋落物亚系统中,平均凋落物量是0.991 kg.hm-2.年-1;凋落物碳储量为1.5043×104t,碳储量分布规律是TT>ST>MT>RT>WT。长白山高山冻原土壤(0~20 cm)亚系统中,有机碳储量为3.162×105t;每年约有1.4105×104t碳通过土壤呼吸释放到大气圈,长白山高山冻原植被-土壤系统现已成为3.6471×105t碳储库。  相似文献

Repair effects of rutin and quercetin on purine deoxynucleotide radical cations were studied using pulse radiolysis technique. On electron pulse irradiation of N2 saturated deoxynucleotide aqueous solution containing 20 mmol/L K2S2O8, 200 mmol/L f-BuOH and rutin or quercetin, the transient absorption spectra of the deoxynucleotide radical cations decayed quickly. At the same time, the spectra of flavonoid phenoxyl radicals formed within several dozen microseconds. The results indicated that deoxynucleotide radical cations can be repaired by flavonoids. The rate constants of the repair reactions were 3.8 × 108-4.4×108 mol-1 · L · s-1 and 1.3×108-1.8×108 mol-1 · L · s-1 for dAMP and dGMP radical cations, respectively.  相似文献

目的 探索减毒甲型肝炎病毒( HAV) ( H2减毒株)在Hep G2 .2 .15细胞中对乙型肝炎病毒( HBV)表达HBs Ag和HBe Ag的影响。方法 在Hep G2 .2 .15细胞中,加入含3×10 - 2 ( 3×10 4 .5CCID50 / ml) ,3×10 - 3( 3×10 3.5CCID50 / ml)浓度的减毒HAV。按不同疫苗浓度,每4 d换液1次,留取第12和第16天的培养上清液;同时设立对照组。用微粒子酶免分析法检测培养上清液中的HBs Ag和HBe Ag含量。计算减毒HAV在不同浓度,以及不同作用时间长度的条件下,对Hep G2 .2 .15细胞表达HBs Ag和HBe Ag的影响。结果 3×10 - 2 Ampoule/ ml的减毒HAV作用Hep G2 .2 .5细胞12 d后,培养上清液的HBe Ag浓度为( 4 7.2 3±6 .18) S/ CO,低于对照组的( 10 1.15±15 .77) S/ CO,2组比较差异有非常显著性( P<0 .0 1) ;16 d后,上清液HBe Ag含量为( 4 0 .2 7±13.30 ) S/ CO,也显著低于对照组的( 6 5 .85±3.4 6 ) S/ CO( P<0 .0 5 ) ;HBs Ag含量为( 2 .6 8±0 .31) S/ N,低于对照组的( 5 .10±1.2 7)S/ N,差异有显著性( P<0 .0 5 )。而3×10 - 3Ampoule/ ml的减毒HAV作用Hep G2 .2 .15细胞12 d后,培养上清液的HBs Ag浓度与对照组比较有显著性下降( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 一定浓度的减毒HAV可能有直接抑制HBV表达HBs Ag,HBe Ag的作用  相似文献

东北地区森林生态系统因其面积大,碳贮量高而在本地区和我国碳平衡中占有重要的地位.土壤表面CO2通量(RS)作为陆地生态系统向大气圈释放的主要CO2源,其时空变化直接影响到区域碳循环.该研究采用红外气体分析法比较测定我国东北东部次生林区6个典型的森林生态系统的RS及其相关的土壤水热因子,并深入分析土壤水热因子对RS的影响.研究结果表明影响RS的主要环境因子是土壤温度、土壤含水量及其交互作用,但其影响程度因生态系统类型和土壤深度而异.包括这些环境因子的综合RS模型解释了67.5%~90.6%的RS变异.在整个生长季中,不同生态系统类型的土壤温度差异不显著,而土壤湿度的差异显著(α=0.05).蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)林、红松(Pinus koraiensis)林、落叶松(Larix gmelinii)林、硬阔叶林、杂木林和杨桦(Populus davidiana-Betula platyphylla)林的RS变化范围依次为1.89~5.23 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,1.09~4.66μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,0.95~3.52 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,1.13~5.97μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,1.05~6.58 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1和1.11~5.76μmol CO2·m-2·s-1.RS的季节动态主要受土壤水热条件的驱动而呈现单峰曲线,其变化趋势大致与土壤温度的变化相吻合.Q10从小到大依次为蒙古栎林2.32,落叶松林2.57,红松林2.76,硬阔叶林2.94,杨桦林3.54和杂木林3.55.Q10随土壤湿度的升高而增大;但超过一定的阈值后,土壤湿度对Q10起抑制作用.该研究结果强调对该地区生态系统土壤表面CO2通量的估测应同时考虑土壤水热条件的综合效应.  相似文献

对湖南会同10年生、14年生杉木人工林C库和C吸存的动态研究结果表明,杉木人工林生态系统的C库主要由植被层、死地被物层、土壤层组成的,按其C库大小顺序排列为土壤层>植被层>死地被物层。10年生、14年生杉木林生态系统的C库分别为120.52和171.40t.hm-2,具有一定的年龄阶段和地带性特点。随着杉木林年龄的增长,乔木层C贮量的优势逐渐加强,从10年生的30.38t.hm-2增加到14年生的61.24t.hm-2,分别占总C库的25.21%和38.50%,树干C贮量占林分C贮量的比例最大,可达47.17%以上,并随杉木林年龄的增长而明显增强,分布在枝、叶、皮和根中的C贮量占48.11%以上,地上部分的C贮量占总C贮量的84.73%以上。10年生和14年生林地土壤层(0~60cm)的C库分别为88.21和108.20t.hm-2,占生态系统总C库的63.13%以上,土壤表层(0~15cm)的C储量分别占土壤总C库的36.57%和34.26%,土壤0~30cm层中的C储量分别占土壤总C库的63.44%和61.05%。地上部分C贮量与地下部分C贮量之比为10年生时为1∶3.53,14年生时为1∶2.22。10年生和14年生杉木人工林生态系统的年净固定C量分别为5.488和9.285t.hm-2.a-1。湖南省现有杉木林植被C库为0.1916×108t,潜在C库为1.4710×108t,C吸存潜力为1.2794×108t,湖南省现有杉木林植被的C库仅为其潜在C库的13.03%,低于全国水平26.46%。  相似文献

据统计,全球每年生物固氮总量约为175×10~6t(吨)。其中耕地固氮量达44×10~6t;全球林地面积约41×10~6hm~2(公顷),其固氮总量也可达40×10~6t;而全世界每年工业生产的氮肥约60×10~6t。可见生物固氮在农业和林业生产上的规模和作用是很大的。有关生物固氮与农业的关系已有人作了专题论述,本文专就固氮与林业的关系谈些看法。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
