被毛作为哺乳动物特有的组织,具有保护和保温功能,一些季节性换毛动物需要通过更换被毛以适应冬季和夏季的不同环境(王泽长,1963;景松岩和张伟,1993)。因此,研究动物被毛结构与功能的季节性特征,对揭示被毛在物种生存和进化过程中的作用具有重要意义(张伟和徐艳春,2003)。对毛的结构多态性和功能多样性研究是国际毛发形态学研究中的前沿领域(Yalden,1985;Gaudette,1985;syred,1991;甘雅玲和郭中伟,2003;张伟和徐艳春,2003)。以往的毛发形态学研究多限于反映物种的特异性,并应用于分类鉴别方面(朱小曼,1987;张伟,1994;金煜,1995)。在强调毛发结构物种特异性的同时,忽略或淡化了其变异性,更缺少对结构和功能关系的研究。马鹿东北亚种(Cervus elaphus xanthopygus)为季节性换毛动物,绒毛退化,其被毛主要由上毛构成。本选择马鹿东北亚种的冬季和夏季上毛作为研究对象,初步测量了冬季和夏季其臀部、后肢上部、后肢下部及蹄部上毛的形态和微观结构数据,比较其季节性差异和部位差异。  相似文献

猎物种群丰度是限制虎分布和数量的关键因子,因此猎物种群密度监测和估算是虎保护的重要内容之一。应用采用大样方法,地理信息系统技术和多元统计分析,研究了黑龙江东完达山东部地区东北虎猎物种群(马鹿、狍子和野猪)现状及动态变化趋势。结果表明:研究地区马鹿的种群平均密度为(0.2010±0.0270)只/km2、狍子的平均种群密度为(0.4980±0.0436)只/km2、野猪的平均种群密度为(0.3423±0.0275)只/km2。单因素方差分析表明,在相同生境下,3种有蹄类密度在在阔叶混交林中和杂木林中差异极为显著;不同的生境,3种猎物的猎物的密度也存在着显著差异。相关分析表明马鹿密度和野猪密度程正相关,而马鹿密度和狍子密度、狍子密度和野猪密度则不相关。 同1989年该地区东北虎猎物种群相比:1989-2002年的13 a时间内马鹿的年平均递减率为13.48%、狍子的年平均递减率为12.69%、野猪的年平均递减率为1.89%。  相似文献

研究表明紫貂和水貂被毛的形态高度分化,可分为针毛,中间针毛和绒毛3类。针毛笔直,远端(大约3/4处)皮质高度发育,有良好的耐磨性。中间针毛比针毛短、细,大约有3个弯曲,且髓质含量最高。绒毛最短、细,大约有5个弯曲,髓质也较发达。 扫描电镜下的毛小皮形态可归纳为波纹形,披针形,菱形和倒三角形4种。光镜下的髓质形态可归纳为单柱组型,多柱组型和网型3种。比较分析的结果表明:毛小皮和髓质形态在这两种动物间的差别较明显,具有种的特异性、可作为哺乳动物分类的参考指标。  相似文献

目的:塔里木马鹿(Cervus elaphus yarkandensis)为马鹿的新疆特有亚种,自20世纪50年代以来,由于自然和人为因素影响,种群数量急剧下降,现已隔离成3个孤立的小种群,即沙雅种群、尉犁种群和且末种群.为了更好地保护这一濒危野生动物.方法:基于塔里木马鹿线粒体控制区部分序列对3个种群的控制区结构和遗传多样性进行了研究.结果:在34个序列比对中得到342bp的片段,含变异位点12个,占分析序列长度的3.51%,由此定义了6个单倍型.显示出3个种群总的核苷酸多样性较低(0.01351±0.00063),单倍型多样性较高(0.693±0.051);就单个种群而言,且末种群的遗传多样性最低,而沙雅种群最高.从Tajima's D和Fu and Li's D值的估算结果来看,塔里木马鹿尉犁和沙雅种群相对于中性进化的歧异度并没有明显的偏离(P>0.1),且末种群则出现了明显的偏离(分别为P<0.05和P<0.02),这预示着3个塔里木马鹿种群间可能存在一定的平衡选择.分子变异分析表明,沙雅和尉犁种群间基因流Nm大于4,说明这2个塔里木马鹿种群间存在着非常丰富的基因流,且末种群分别与沙雅、尉犁种群间基因流Nm均小于1,而且末种群分别与沙雅和尉犁种群产生了明显的遗传分化(Fst分别为0.409;0.718,P值均小于0.001),以及3个塔里木马鹿种群单倍型间的序列差异为0.012.结论:以上数据都显示了3个塔里木马鹿种群的单倍型间已经出现了明显分化.结合系统发生关系分析,应将沙雅种群和尉犁种群联合建立管理单元进行重点保护.  相似文献

塔里木马鹿分布在干旱地区,是唯一的适应干旱荒漠环境的特殊马鹿亚种之一.目前,塔里木马鹿种群面临着栖息地退缩和片段化的双重影响,这不仅导致了种群数量的锐减,而且也因物种遗传漂变和近亲繁殖的不断增加,进一步加剧其濒危程度.为了有效地保护该物种,全面了解种群结构是至关重要.对塔里木马鹿粪便的长度、宽度、长度/宽度比例和体积等参数进行了测量,并采用判别分析方法划分种群年龄.结果表明,塔里木马鹿粪便形态在不同性别之间有差异,一般雌性的粪便大于雄性(P<0.05).同时根据粪便形态对种群年龄划分为成年雄性、成年雌性和幼体等3个年龄组.  相似文献

肠道菌群组成复杂,与宿主肠道内环境动态平衡和健康息息相关。马鹿是鹿科动物中分布最广的种类,亚种分化众多,但现有马鹿肠道菌群研究较少。为丰富马鹿肠道菌群数据,以马鹿的两个亚种为阶元,运用高通量16S rRNA基因测序技术检测了7头雄性天山马鹿和7头雄性塔里木马鹿的肠道微生物,对其核心菌群、结构组成、多样性及肠道微生物的差异进行分析,旨在了解不同马鹿亚种肠道微生物组成差异,为两亚种间肠道菌群的差异提供参考。研究结果表明,塔里木马鹿菌群多样性及丰度低于天山马鹿。厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)为两组马鹿的优势菌门。此外,天山马鹿肠道中分解蛋白质、脂质的拟杆菌门和变形菌门相对丰度高于塔里木马鹿,而分解植物纤维的双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)、瘤胃球菌科UCG 014(Ruminococcaceae UCG 014)的相对丰度低于塔里木马鹿。本研究对天山马鹿及塔里木马鹿肠道菌群组成进行初步了解,可根据研究结果调整其饲料配比,为马鹿饲养管理的改善提供参考。  相似文献

为了分析塔里木马鹿(Cervus elaphus yarkandensis)维生素D受体(VDR)基因的结构和相关功能,本研究从前期研究获得的塔里木马鹿和天山马鹿(C. e. songaricus)皮肤组织转录组测序结果中,获得上调表达的塔里木马鹿VDR基因的序列,对塔里木马鹿VDR基因进行实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)验证,利用相关软件进行同源性比对、系统进化树构建和生物信息学分析。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示,VDR基因在转录组测序的结果与qPCR的结果中表达趋势一致,均为上调。基于VDR基因同源性比对结果显示,塔里木马鹿与白尾鹿(Odocoileus virginianus,GenBank登录号XM_020889235.1)的遗传距离较近,同源性最高;与褐家鼠(Rattus norvegicus,GenBank登录号NM_017058.1)的遗传距离较远,同源性最低。系统进化树也证实了这个结果。生物信息学分析结果表明,塔里木马鹿VDR蛋白由20种氨基酸组成,分子质量为32.92 ku,理论等电点为5.73,不稳定系数为33.56,总平均亲水性为﹣0.298,脂溶系数94.95,无跨膜区,无信号肽,无O-糖基化位点,有1个N-糖基化位点,有15个磷酸化位点,最有可能位于内质网膜中,二级结构和三级结构主要由α-螺旋和无规则卷曲组成,有3个低复杂度区域,无保守结构区域。  相似文献

关于长尾姬鼠(Apodemus orestes)的分类地位,一直没有确定。有的认为它是中华姬鼠(A.draco)的一个亚种,而有的认为是一个独立的种。分别从成体长尾姬鼠、中华姬鼠和高山姬鼠(A.chevrieri)(对照)各5只的胡须、头部、背部、腹部、前肢取毛样,清洗和处理后,在倒置显微镜下观察,用目镜测微尺分别测量和计算出其5个部位毛发的毛髓质指数。结果表明:长尾姬鼠与中华姬鼠5个部位及混合毛发的毛髓质指数无显著差异;二者5个部位及混合毛发的毛髓质指数与高山姬鼠均有显著差异。不支持长尾姬鼠作为一个独立种的观点。  相似文献

哺乳动物毛被形态特征的显微研究能为该类动物的分类提供科学依据。笔者对东北虎、金钱豹、金猫不同部位的直针毛髓质指数和鳞片类型与比例的研究表明,金猫头、颈上、胸、腹、前肢等5个部位的毛髓质指数区间为50.0%~70.3%,东北虎5个部位的毛髓质指数区问为22.5%~50.0%,金钱豹5个部位的毛髓质指数区间为27.3%~49.3%。东北虎和金钱豹5个部位毛鳞片上的花纹类型包括扁平型、杂波型、瓣状型、冠状型等,其排列顺序和比例不尽相同。对几种猫科动物用毛显微形态学特征进行识别具有可行性,但难易程度不一。  相似文献

应用扫描电镜、偏振光显微镜及光学显微镜对黄麂、黑麂、白唇鹿和狍的背部、腹部、颈部和臀部的毛的髓质指数和鳞片花纹类型进行研究.结果表明,黄麂背、臀、腹、颈等4个部位的毛髓质指数区间为60.5%~84.5%,黑麂4个部位的毛髓质指数区间为62.8%~80.2%,白唇鹿4个部位的毛髓质指数区间为60.1%~90.2%,狍4个部位的毛髓质指数区间为85.8%~93.2%.4种动物的毛鳞片花纹类型较单一,主要包括杂波型、扁平型、镶嵌型和冠状型等,其排列顺序不尽相同.用毛的显微形态学特征对4种动物进行识别具有可行性,但有一定的难度.  相似文献

Capsule Many birds are known to incorporate mammal hair into their nest lining, but the frequency with which they use hair from different mammals is unknown. We performed one of the first detailed examinations of mammalian hair from 54 Great Tit nests. We identified 5317 hairs belonging to 21 mammal species. Almost all of the examined nests contained hair from Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus), but hair from Wild Boars (Sus scrofa), European Hares (Lepus europaeus) and Red Foxes (Vulpes vulpes) was also common.  相似文献

The return of the Eurasian Lynx to Central Europe has led to a number of conflicts. A primary subject of discussion involves its predation on other wildlife species. Here, we investigated the influence of lynx on its main prey, Roe Deer, in the Bavarian Forest National Park in south-eastern Germany. We compared the survival rates of deer before and after reintroduction of lynx. The analysis is based on data from 1984 to 1988 and 2005 to 2008 of 88 and 99 radio-collared Roe Deer, respectively. During the first period, 35 deer deaths were documented; during the second period, 41 deaths were documented. The causes of death in the second period were lynx 44%, road kill 15%, hunting 12%, and other causes 29%. We used the Cox model to determine the influence of covariables on the hazard rate, which made it possible to consider interactions between the variables. The resulting model includes the four main effects sex, age, presence of lynx, and severity of first winter, and the three interactions—presence of lynx:sex, age:severity of first winter, and sex:severity of first winter, which had a statistically significant influence on Roe Deer survival.  相似文献

It has become increasingly clear that both density-dependent and density-independent factors may influence the dynamics of mammalian populations; it remains more difficult, however, to determine which factors may play the more significant role in influencing population number in any particular case. In this paper we review published and unpublished data in an analysis of the various factors affecting population size and trend in three European species of deer: Red Deer ( Cervus elaphus ), Fallow Deer ( Dama damd ) and Roe Deer ( Capreolus capreolus). We select these species deliberately because they span a range of body size and reproductive strategy - it seems that different demographic parameters might thus play different roles in the dynamics of the three-which may also be differentially sensitive to the effects of density-dependent and density-independent factors. For each species we examine the available evidence to determine the relative roles and effects of density-dependent feedback mechanisms and density-independent factors such as climate on recruitment and mortality.
Despite differences in bionomic strategy between Red Deer (as essentially a K -strategist) and the more r-selected Roe, few differences emerge between the three species in the relative roles of density-dependent and density-independent factors - or of the stage at the life cycle at which each factor may act. Overall, however, it is clear that variation in density-independent factors, such as climate, appears primarily to affect levels of mortality within a population, while effects of density are particularly marked in relation to changes in recruitment.  相似文献

There have been few studies on the foods of Red deer (Cervus elaphus L.) and Roe deer (Capreolus capreolus L.) in British forests. Notable exceptions are the work of Prior (1968), Henry (1978) and Hosey (1981) on Roe deer. British work on the food of Red deer seems to have been confined to studies of animals on upland swards (Charles, McCowan & East, 1977; Staines ∓ Crisp, 1978). However, a more abundant supply of data on the food and feeding of both Red and Roe deer comes from the Continent (Dragoev, 1964; Gabuzov, 1960; Kolev, 1966; Novikov & Timofeeva, 1964; Siuda, Zorowski & Suida, 1969; Dzieciolowski, 1967 a , b , 1969). Even so the data available were obtained from studies made on individual species of deer. This paper reports the results of an investigation into seasonal changes in the diet of Red and Roe deer coexisting in a conifer forest in the east of England.  相似文献

Probably in response to recent changes in habitat structure, populations of a number of species of deer are increasing both in numbers and in geographical distribution in lowland Britain. In the wake of this expansion there is increasing awareness and concern over damage to agriculture/horticulture and forestry, as well as damage to sensitive vegetation in conservation areas. Despite a perception that damage levels are rising, data that actually quantify the scale of impact by deer on lowland agriculture and forestry interests or conservation habitats are scarce. This review attempts to draw together such objective data as are available to assess more formally the actual impact of deer damage in these different contexts and the economic significance of damage caused. The review concludes with a brief consideration of implications for management. The majority of agricultural damage reported in England and Wales was due to Fallow, Red and Roe Deer; Muntjac were only implicated in a little horticultural damage where they are numerous. Most reports were of damage to pasture or cereals, with oilseed rape, nursery and orchard crops also frequently damaged. Because of fundamental differences in ecology and distribution, different species of deer were implicated in different types of damage, depending on feeding habit and distribution in relation to geographical patterns of crop-type. In a woodland context, Fallow, Red and Roe Deer were implicated in the majority of reported damage in lowland UK, which is most frequent in the north of England and lowest in Wales. Despite the apparent severity of damage caused to agriculture or forestry, the actual economic significance of such damage would appear in many cases to be negligible or small. Field crops frequently recover completely from such damage, and although woodland crops may be checked and quality of the timber may be reduced as a consequence of earlier browsing damage, losses may be far less than they first appear. This whole question of the true economic cost of deer damage needs further research. Deer damage to conservation habitats in England and Wales appears largely restricted to woodland; impact on heathlands, grasslands and wetlands is generally welcomed as helping to arrest invasion of scrub. Within woodlands, while concern is expressed in a small number of cases over losses of sensitive ground flora or suppression of natural regeneration, the major problem is in damage to coppice regrowth on sites where coppice management has been recently reintroduced.  相似文献

查清新疆东部哈密山区野生天山马鹿(Cervus elaphus songaricus)种群的现状,可为有效保护与合理利用野生马鹿资源提供科学依据。我们通过截线抽样法和遥感技术,弄清哈密山区天山马鹿的栖息地范围,估算马鹿的种群数量及种群密度。在哈密山区野生天山马鹿分布区域共设计了28条样线,总长度60.1 km,遇见马鹿233头,通过计算得到该地区马鹿天山亚种种群平均密度为(2.83?1.01)头/km2。栖息地面积374.35 km2,估计马鹿总数为(1 057.56?379.71)头左右。雌雄比例2.24:1,幼体和亚成体的总数量多于成体和老体总数。研究区域内马鹿的种群密度和资源总数量比往年的调查结果有所上升;马鹿的分布海拔高度比较一致,但种群的大小具有不均匀性;从性比和年龄结构来看该研究区域的马鹿种群面向着数量的增长趋势。  相似文献

本研究以内蒙古大青山获得野生雄性和雌性西伯利亚狍(Capreolus pygargus)为实验材料,利用组织块贴壁培养法进行气管、肺和耳3种组织成纤维细胞原代建系,研究不同组织来源的细胞贴壁率、冷冻前及复苏后存活率、生长曲线,进一步绘制狍成纤维细胞核型图并分析其G带特征。实验结果显示,气管、肺和耳3种组织成纤维细胞增殖经历潜伏期、对数生长期、平台期三个阶段,细胞形态为梭形、三角形或不规则形,是典型成纤维细胞形态;成纤维细胞呈漩涡状生长,其中气管、耳成纤维细胞生长增殖能力最强、肺成纤维细胞增殖能力较弱,气管和耳组织来源成纤维细胞呈典型“S”型细胞生长特征。染色体核型及G带分析结果显示,雄性狍成纤维细胞染色体条数为2n=70,其中,有34对常染色体,形态类型为12条近端着丝粒染色体(st),22条亚中着丝粒染色体(sm),1对性染色体,X染色体为中着丝粒染色体(m),Y染色体为近端着丝粒染色体(st),5条超数染色体(B);雌性狍成纤维细胞染色体条数为2n=70,其中,有34对常染色体,其形态类型为29条亚中着丝粒染色体(sm),5条近端着丝粒染色体(st),1对为性染色体,X染色体为亚中着丝粒染色体(sm),8条超数染色体(B)。本研究成功建立了雄性和雌性西伯利亚狍气管、肺和耳3种组织来源的成纤维细胞系,在体外培养时生长状态良好且维持了细胞的遗传信息稳定性,绘制了西伯利亚狍雄性和雌性染色体核型及G带图谱,为将来更深入开展相关研究提供材料与基本技术支撑。  相似文献

以传统石蜡切片方法为基础,在固定、软化、包埋、染色等具体方法上进行了适合松萝属植物特点的改良。结果表明:采用改良制片方法获得了染色清晰、组织完整的桦树松萝切片。桦树松萝地衣体横切面结构从外到内依次划分为皮层、藻层、髓层和中轴;皮层是由横向分裂的菌丝交织成类似于高等植物的假厚壁组织,藻层由大量共生藻的藻细胞和菌丝所组成;髓层由疏松的菌丝体组成;中轴由致密的菌丝体组成。  相似文献
