异华鲮属鱼类为我国特有的小型流水性鲤科鱼类,分布于长江和珠江中下游水系,具有独特的口唇及其相关结构,隶属于野鲮亚科。多样化的口唇及其相关结构是野鲮亚科与鲤科其他类群的分歧所在,也是其属级单元分类的主要依据。但是野鲮亚科鱼类口唇及其相关结构的多态现象成为其类群相关关系分析的难题。因此,异华鲮属鱼类以往被认为与不同的类种有密切的关系。本文和比较形态学方法,对异华鲮属鱼类口唇及其相关结构的特征进行了研究  相似文献

新种长鳍异华鲮Parasinilabeo longiventralis采自中国南部广西省富川县境内珠江水系的一条支流——贺江。新种与异华鲮属(Parasinilabeo)内的其他种的主要区别特征是:口角须长为吻须长的78.3%—90.4%; 腹鳍长度为腹鳍起点和臀鳍起点间的距离的83.7%—89.4%;在侧线鳞的后方有一宽的褐色纵条纹;体上有不规则的斑点。  相似文献

2003年7月~2005年6月,从嘉陵江收集雌性华鲮性腺材料,通过组织学方法观察其卵子发育的特征。华鲮的卵子发生经过卵原细胞、核酸积累、皮层小泡形成、卵黄积累、成熟卵、退化卵几个时相。卵母细胞核酸时相初期,染色质明显向核膜内侧边缘聚集是卵母细胞早期发育的重要特点。  相似文献

研究采用Cytb和ITS1基因序列作为分子标记对平背型和高背型湘华鲮的遗传差异进行分析。研究结果表明,基于Cytb与ITS1基因序列,高背型和平背型湘华鲮在碱基组成上均表现出偏向性,且呈现出高单倍型多样性和低核苷酸多样性的特征。遗传距离分析和NJ系统树构建的结果表明,两种不同体型湘华鲮遗传分化程度低,未达到种群分化的水平。综上所述,高背型和平背型属于同一个种群。研究结果丰富了湘华鲮分子生物学数据,为湘华鲮种质资源保护及产业发展提供了理论依据。  相似文献

采用血涂片、显微测量、血细胞计数及嗜中性粒细胞吞噬功能和氯化硝基四氮唑蓝还原试验方法,于光学显微镜下观察分析三种水体湘华鲮(Sinilabeo decorus tungting)外周血细胞形态结构、大小、种类及数量。结果表明,湘华鲮外周血细胞中有红细胞、血栓细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞和单核细胞,红细胞比例最高,达80%以上,白细胞中血栓细胞最多,占70% ~ 74%。大水面网箱养殖的湘华鲮外周血红细胞数量显著低于水泥池和土池养殖个体(0.01 < P < 0.05),而白细胞的数量、种类及各类白细胞所占比例较为稳定,不随养殖方式的变化而发生显著变化(P > 0.05),但水泥池湘华鲮嗜中性粒细胞的吞噬与杀菌能力较其他两种养殖方式显著下降(0.01 < P < 0.05)。因此,建议湘华鲮宜在水质良好的流水环境中养殖。  相似文献

2004年3月至9月采用常规组织学方法对华鲮泌尿系统作了研究,结果表明:华鲮泌尿系统包括中肾、输尿管、膀胱。中肾由肾小体和肾小管组成,无皮质、髓质之分,有肾小体聚集现象;肾小管可分为颈段、第一近曲小管、第二近曲小管、远曲小管、集合管。肾中散布有大量淋巴髓样组织,还有甲状腺滤泡和斯坦尼氏小体,显然华鲮的肾脏是一个具有多种生理功能的复合器官。输尿管位于两肾叶腹侧,其上皮为似复层,缺黏膜下层,无纵肌,外膜甚薄。左右输尿管在后端合并,稍微扩大,形成膀胱,膀胱内壁具有发达的绒毛,绒毛表面为变移上皮。  相似文献

采用扫描和透射电镜观察了华鲮(Sinilabeo rendahli)成熟卵子、精子的形态特征和精子入卵的过程。结果显示:华鲮成熟卵子直径1.2 mm左右,仅有一个受精孔,卵膜表面有大量的不规则褶皱,精孔器表面平整;成熟精子全长约30μm,头部圆形无顶体;授精1 s精子大量附着于精孔器周围,仅有一个精子进入卵中,授精30~60 s受精孔内形成“受精栓”,精子开始溶解,卵膜逐渐隆起,褶皱消失。  相似文献

利用鉴别性的同工酶位点从印度恒河水系的支流Banganga中检测到了蓝黑鲮(Labeo calbasu)与南亚黑鲮(Labeorohita)的一个杂交个体。线粒体DNA的单倍型模式进一步确认这个杂交个体的母本是河蓝黑鲮。  相似文献

对鲻(Mugil cephalus)和鲮(Cirrhina molitorella)的鳃丝表面结构进行了扫描电镜比较观察,结果表明,鲻鳃丝杆状部比鲮粗.鲻鳃小片高度比鲮低;两者鳃丝表面分泌孔洞口径和密度不同;鲻和鲮细胞外被不同,鲻细胞外被稀疏,鲮的则致密复杂;鳃小片细胞和鳃丝表皮细胞的表面形态存在差异,文章还描述了鳃丝表皮形态特异的细胞。  相似文献

为研究饲料中不同蛋白水平对湘华鲮[Sinilabeo decorus Tungting (Nichols)]幼鱼形体指标、体成分及血清生化指标的影响, 配制蛋白水平为32.57%、37.58%、42.76%、47.83%和52.22%的5种等脂饲料。选取初始质量为(14.40±1.08) g的湘华鲮幼鱼450尾, 随机分成5组, 每组3个重复, 每个重复30尾, 进行为期60d的饲养实验。结果表明: (1)饲料不同蛋白水平对湘华鲮的成活率和饲料系数无显著影响(P>0.05); 蛋白质效率随饲料蛋白水平的升高显著降低(P<0.05); 52.22%蛋白组的增重率和特定生长率均显著低于32.57%和42.76%蛋白组(P<0.05)。(2)随着饲料蛋白水平升高, 湘华鲮肥满度呈降低趋势, 且52.22%蛋白组显著低于其他组(P<0.05); 肝体比呈先降后升的趋势, 且37.58%蛋白组显著低于32.57%、47.83%和52.22%蛋白组(P<0.05); 肠体比呈降低趋势, 且52.22%蛋白组显著低于32.57%蛋白组(P<0.05)。(3)湘华鲮肌肉粗蛋白质含量随着饲料蛋白水平升高而增大, 且52.22%蛋白组显著大于32.57%和37.58%蛋白组(P<0.05), 42.76%蛋白组显著大于32.57%蛋白组(P<0.05); 饲料蛋白水平对全鱼的水分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、灰分及肌肉的水分和粗脂肪含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(4)肌肉中均检测出17种氨基酸(除色氨酸), 其中52.22%蛋白组的必需氨基酸总和(ΣEAA)、非必需氨基酸总和(ΣNEAA)、鲜味氨基酸总和(ΣDAA)及氨基酸总和(ΣTAA)显著大于32.57%蛋白组(P<0.05)。(5)不同蛋白组间甘油三酯(TG)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)水平均表现为37.58%<32.57%<42.76%<47.83%<52.22%, 且52.22%蛋白组显著高于37.58%蛋白组(P<0.05)。综合生长性能、形体指标、体成分及血清生化指标, 初步认定湘华鲮幼鱼最适蛋白质水平为37.58%—42.76%。通过特定生长率(SGR)和饲料蛋白水平的折线法分析表明, 湘华鲮幼鱼达到最大生长时饲料蛋白质水平为42.91%。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
