采用95%乙醇浸泡法对宽筋藤进行提取,再用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析、鉴定并比较出宽筋藤3个萃取部分的化学成分。共鉴定出25种化合物,其中石油醚部分鉴定出了9种,乙酸乙酯部分10种,正丁醇部分9种,分别占总峰面积的72.30%、69.20%和45.32%,其中脂肪酸类物质最多,占总醇提物45%~60%,在3种萃取物中均发现棕榈酸、油酸、十七烷基酸。  相似文献

落叶松毛虫Dendrolimus superans (Butler)蛹个体较大, 具有很高利用价值。为明确东北落叶松毛虫蛹中脂肪酸成分, 探讨最佳提取溶剂和提取方法的组合, 分别以正己烷、 石油醚和乙醚为提取溶剂, 结合超声波振荡萃取法、 索氏萃取法及溶剂萃取方法热浸和冷浸4种提取方法提取落叶松毛虫蛹油, 并采用毛细管色谱-质谱法分析提取物的脂肪酸种类和相对含量。结果表明: 正己烷溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 溶剂萃取热浸法提取率最高, 为25.60%。索氏萃取及溶剂萃取方法热浸和冷浸均检测到10种脂肪酸, 正己烷-超声波振荡萃取组合检测到9种脂肪酸。石油醚溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 索氏萃取提取率最高, 为29.31%, 均检测到10种脂肪酸。乙醚溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 溶剂萃取冷浸法提取率最高, 为29.11%, 检测到的脂肪酸种类为溶剂萃取冷浸法(13种)>索氏萃取法(12种)>溶剂萃取热浸法(11种)>超声波振荡萃取法(9种)。在检测到的总脂肪酸中, 63%以上为不饱和脂肪酸, 其含量受提取溶剂和方法的影响不大。因此, 适合东北落叶松毛虫蛹中脂肪酸提取的最佳组合为石油醚溶剂 索氏萃取法。  相似文献

对律草[Humulus scandens(Lour.) Merr.]全草干粉的不同溶剂提取物以及丙酮提取物的不同溶剂萃取物的杀虫活性进行了研究.在葎草的石油醚、苯、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和乙醇提取物(333 g·L-1)中,丙酮和乙醇提取物对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)的触杀作用较强,其中丙酮提取物的触杀作用最强,试虫的48h校正死亡率达到86.67%.6种溶剂提取物(100g·L-1)对小菜蛾的拒食活性均较弱,24和48 h拒食率仅为9.65%~ 20.45%.6种溶剂提取物对棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)均有较强的触杀效果.其中丙酮提取物的触杀作用最强,经50g·L-1丙酮提取物处理后棉蚜24和48 h的校正死亡率分别为76.78%和85.64%,而经100g·L-1丙酮提取物处理后棉蚜24和48 h的校正死亡率分别为82.63%和92.53%.丙酮提取物的石油醚、三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯萃取物对小菜蛾均有一定的触杀活性,且随萃取物浓度提高及处理时间的延长触杀活性增强;其中石油醚萃取物的触杀作用最强,经25.0g·L-1石油醚萃取物处理后小菜蛾24和48 h校正死亡率分别达到80.00%和96.67% 研究结果表明:葎草丙酮提取物对小菜蛾和棉蚜的杀虫活性均最强,其主要有效杀虫活性成分存在于丙酮提取物的石油醚萃取物中.  相似文献

为进一步开发牛蒡在生物抗虫农药方面的应用价值,对牛蒡提取物进行了抗卤虫活性测试,并对抗虫活性较强的组分进行GC-MS分析.将健康新鲜的牛蒡的乙醇粗提取物经水分散,分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,对石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水四相提取物分别进行活性检测,结果表明它们对卤虫的半致死浓度IC50分别为0.13、0.17、1.25、0.19 mg·mL-1,其中石油醚相杀虫效果最好.对石油醚相的化学成分进行分析,共检测出51种成分,鉴定了其中39个化合物并测定了其相对含量,其中主要成分为棕榈酸乙酯(27.791%)、萜类化合物(21.311%)、饱和烃类(19.637%),这三类物质相对含量之和占总提取物的68.739%.  相似文献

测定了土荆芥(Chenopodium ambrosioidesL.)4种溶剂(100%乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和石油醚)提取物对玉米象Sitophilusz eamais Motschulsky的触杀和,蒸活性。4种溶剂提取物在6.494mg/cm2浓度下对玉米象的触杀效果:48h后100%乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物的校正死亡率均达100%;丙酮提取物次之,为92.31%;乙酸乙酯提取物最低,为64.10%,但72h后达94.17%。4种溶剂提取物对玉米象的,蒸活性:72h后0.50mg/mL浓度处理下校正死亡率为98.73%~100%。  相似文献

本文利用三种不同极性溶剂从石上柏中分离出活性成分,观察其对喉癌Hep-2细胞的增殖与迁移作用的影响。干燥的石上柏全草粉碎后经乙醇回流提取浓缩得浸膏,依次采用石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯三种溶剂进行萃取,以获得各极性溶剂萃取部位;MTT法检测石上柏提取物对Hep-2细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞仪检测石上柏提取物对Hep-2细胞周期的影响;细胞划痕实验检测石上柏提取物对Hep-2细胞迁移能力的影响;采用p53报告基因探讨石上柏提取物对喉癌Hep-2细胞的作用机制。结果显示31.2~500.0μg/m L的乙酸乙酯萃取部位能明显抑制Hep-2细胞的生长及划痕区域的迁移;15.0~60.0μg/mL的乙酸乙酯萃取物部位能使喉癌Hep-2细胞阻滞于G1期,并且能激活p53的表达。结果表明石上柏乙酸乙酯萃取部位可明显抑制喉癌Hep-2细胞的生长及迁移,其作用与激活p53通路有关。  相似文献

竹叶提取物的体外抑菌及抗氧化活性的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文用水提取竹叶有效成分,将提取液浓缩至含生药量约1.0 g/mL,经醇沉后取清液浓缩,再经石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分步萃取,得不同极性的各部分提取物。以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为供试菌,采用抑菌圈法(琼脂扩散法)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法测定其抑菌效果。结果显示,石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯部分均表现抑菌活性。各供试样对两种菌的抑菌圈直径达9.8~18.4 mm,最低抑菌浓度分别为1.25 mg/mL2,.50 mg/mL和5.00 mg/mL。最后采用亚硝基红盐-Co2+褪色法研究了竹叶提取物对.OH的清除作用,结果表明三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯部分萃取物的抗氧化性明显优于水提物,其中乙酸乙酯部分萃取物的IC50值为1.06 mg/mL。  相似文献

为全面了解小桐子(Jatropha curcas L. )提取物的除草活性,以萝卜(Raphanus sativus L. )、苋(Amaranthus tricolor L. )、苏丹草[Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf]和黑麦草(Lolium perenne L. )为实验材料,对小桐子果壳和枝叶的水、乙醇(体积分数95%)、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和石油醚粗提物的除草活性进行了生物测定,并从中筛选出抑制作用最强的水粗提物进行进一步的活性组分分离及其除草活性的生物测定.测定结果显示,小桐子果壳和枝叶的6种溶剂提取物(10 g·L~(-1))对供试的4种植物幼苗的根长和茎高均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中水粗提物和乙醇(体积分数95%)粗提物的抑制作用较强,且水粗提物对供试的4种植物幼苗的根长和茎高的抑制作用均在75%以上,显著高于其他溶剂粗提物(P<0.05);石油醚粗提物的抑制作用最小,均在10%以下.小桐子果壳和枝叶水粗提物的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水萃取物(10 g·L~(-1))对萝卜和苏丹草幼苗的根长和茎高均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中水、正丁醇和乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑制作用显著高于氯仿和石油醚萃取物,抑制率均在70%以上;水萃取物的抑制作用最强,抑制率均在80%以上;石油醚萃取物的抑制作用最小,抑制率均在10%以下.研究结果表明,小桐子果壳和枝叶的水粗提物具有一定的除草活性,其有效成分为极性较大的组分.  相似文献

目的:研究玛宁江巴系统溶剂提取物对大鼠的利尿作用.方法:采用清醒状态下正常wistar大鼠,观察玛宁江巴各系统溶剂提取物的利尿作用.结果:玛宁江巴石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物有显著促进排尿的作用.结论:玛宁江巴利尿作用的有效成分主要集中于石油醚提取物及乙酸乙酯提取物中,可能是脂肪酸及黄酮类成分.  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
