精液细菌L型感染与男性不良的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
作者对22例溶脲脲原体培养阴性的精液进行细菌及L型培养,其中6例分离出金黄色葡萄球菌及其L型,占27.27%。精液常规分析显示,分离出金葡萄菌及其L型的精液,白细胞计数5例超过正常达10-15个/高倍视野;2例精子的活动率与活动力分别是50%以下和Ⅱ级。  相似文献

对30例不育患者的子宫内膜和精液进行细菌学检查,其中16例(53.4%)子宫内膜分离出金黄色葡萄球菌L型(其中7例合并金黄色葡萄球菌感染,合并溶脲脲原体和厌氧菌感染各1例);13例(43.4%)精液金葡菌L型阴性(其中5例合并金葡菌感染,粪链球菌及表葡菌感染各1例);5例(16.7%)溶脲脲原体阳性;7例(23.3%)夫妇的内膜和精液中均有金葡菌及L型感染,子宫内膜病原微生物培养阳性者其组织学主要表现为子宫内膜间质性炎症。30例精液常规检查,其中6例精子的活动率与活动力分别为50%以下和Ⅱ级,低于正常。  相似文献

目的:探讨测定金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)抗体在金葡菌L型败血症中的意义。方法:金葡菌L型败血症的细菌诊断组38例,临床诊断组46例及对照组41例的血清做试管定量凝集反应测定其效价。并以金葡菌细菌型和L型分别感染动物,停止感染两个月后测定抗体滴度。结果:以1:80以上作为阳性,阳性率细菌诊断组947%、临床诊断组869%、而对照组仅146%。细菌诊断组及临床诊断组均明显高于对照组(P〈0005),而细菌诊断组与临床诊断组比较无显著差异(P〉005)。结论:金葡菌抗体在金葡菌L型败血症中具有快速的病原学辅助诊断作用。  相似文献

应用病原微生物培养、改良革兰氏染色、免疫组化染色及原位核酸杂交等方法,对50例宫颈癌和33例慢性宫颈炎进行了研究。结果发现宫颈癌病原微生物培养细菌及其L型阳性感染率为58%(29/50例),以金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)及其L型多见(13/29例);宫颈癌和慢性宫颈炎组织切片革兰氏染色,细菌L型检出率分别为66%和45.5%;免疫组化染色(ABC法)金葡菌L型抗原阳性率各为68%和48.5%。L型主要分布于癌间质、癌巢及宫颈上皮下结缔组织内。12例宫颈癌金葡菌L型DNA探针原位杂交显示,10/12例癌细胞核内有金葡菌L型DNA杂交阳性信号,表明金葡菌L型DNA已进入宫颈癌细胞内,可能会在基因水平上影响宫颈上皮恶变,提示宫颈癌发生与金葡菌L型感染关系密切,值得进一步研究。  相似文献

应用病原微生物培养、组织切片革兰氏染色L型检查和L型抗体免疫组化染色的方法,对175例标本(慢性扁桃体炎111例、慢性咽炎64例)进行细菌L型检测。结果显示,培养的114例标本中有86例培养出细菌L型,其阳性率为75.4%;组织切片革兰氏染色有146例(83.4%)查见细菌L型,两者阳性率之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);免疫组化染色金葡菌CowanⅠ株L型抗休标记阳性率为58.3%。提示,细菌L型感染与慢性扁桃体炎、慢性咽炎关系密切。并认为,细菌L型感染是扁桃体切除后发生慢性咽炎的原因之一。  相似文献

金黄色葡萄球菌L型和人乳头瘤病毒与宫颈癌关系的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
应用改良革兰氏染色和免疫组化染色(ABC法),对270例宫颈癌和33例慢性宫颈炎进行了研究。结果发现,宫颈癌革兰氏染色切片中细菌L型感染率(75.1%)明显高于慢性宫颈炎(45.5%)(P<0.05),金黄色葡萄球菌L型抗原阳性率(76.2%)明显高于人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)抗原阳性率(57.1%)。L型、HPV混合感染率为42.8%。上述结果表明宫颈癌中金葡菌L型与HPV感染均常见,尤其金葡菌L型感染更为多见;金葡菌L型与HPV感染的致病特征相似,两者均有不同程度的空泡细胞出现。提示金葡菌L型感染可能也是宫颈癌的致癌重要因素之一。  相似文献

本文应用微生物培养、革兰氏染色、免疫组化技术对50侧宫颈癌进行了研究。结果发现,宫颈癌细菌及L型培养阳性率为58%,以金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)及其L型为主(26%),革兰氏染色L型检出率为66/,免疫组化L型抗原阳性率为68%,L型主要分布于间质和癌细胞内。提示L型感染与宫颈癌可能有一定关系  相似文献

目的:探讨细菌L型医院感染的病原菌分布及其耐药性。方法:药敏试验采用KB法;β-内酰胺酶采用碘测定法;金葡菌采用国际标准化噬菌体分型法;铜绿假单胞菌采用玻片法。结果:148株细菌L型中革兰阴性和阳性菌分别占534%和466%。金葡菌占257%,大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌各占167%。L型对β-内酰胺类和万古霉素较其返祖菌耐药率高,对红霉素及环丙沙星较敏感。返祖菌中金葡菌和表葡菌对万古霉素均敏感;大肠埃希菌对环丙沙星敏感率为960%,对庆大霉素、哌拉西林、头孢哌酮60%~84%敏感;铜绿假单胞菌对庆大霉素和环丙沙星敏感率约20%,对头孢哌酮(80%)和阿米卡星(66%)多敏感。返祖菌中,金葡菌895%产β-内酰胺酶,MRSA达789%;金葡菌和铜绿假单胞菌均无优势型别。结论:医院感染中细菌L型分布及其耐药性与B型不同。  相似文献

用Pyrogalol-NBT等方法测定并分析荷瘤感染组,荷瘤非感染组及金葡菌及其L型感染组小鼠肿瘤或肝脏内超氧化歧酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量对小鼠生存的影响。结果发现荷瘤伴感染组小鼠的平均存活天数明显短于荷瘤非感染组及正常对照组,P<0.05。,共中16.7%荷瘤伴感染组小鼠同时伴有自发性肿瘤。金葡菌及其L型感染组23.3%引起自发性肿瘤。金葡菌及其L型感染组及荷瘤伴感染组小鼠肿瘤和肝脏内MDA含量明显高于荷瘤非感染组,P<0.05~0.01。98.7%荷瘤组小鼠肿瘤内SOD含量极少或为零。金葡菌及其L型感染组与正常对照组小鼠肝内SOD有明显差异,P<0.05。提示感染可能使小鼠体内SOD量减少,MDA量升高是引起小鼠发性肿瘤发生的重要原因之一。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

传染性法氏囊病(Infection bursal disease, IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus, IBDV)引起的鸡和火鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,给世界各国的禽养殖业带来了巨大损失.自IBDV发现至今新的变异株不断出现,分子结构的改变导致病毒致病力的改变及宿主对疫苗应答的改变,使得传统的疫苗已不能控制其流行,因此各国学者对其基因组结构和功能进行了广泛深入的研究,并积极研制新型有效的疫苗以达到防治的目的.  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献
