脱落酸(ABA)和茉莉酸(JA)在诱导植物产生抗逆性过程中具有重要作用.以马尾松为试验材料,用GC/MS检测了马尾松毛虫咬食、外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)熏蒸和萜烯混合物熏蒸处理4 h后,马尾松损伤针叶、相邻姊妹针叶(处理同一轮未受损伤枝条)、系统上枝针叶(处理枝上一轮枝条)和系统下枝针叶(处理枝下一轮枝条)中ABA和JA含量的变化.结果表明,虫害4 h后,马尾松损伤针叶、相邻姊妹针叶、系统上枝针叶和系统下枝针叶的ABA和JA含量均明显升高.用10 μmol·L-1 MeJA熏蒸和10 μmol·L-1萜烯混合物熏蒸健康植株后,各部位枝条针叶中ABA和JA含量明显升高.说明ABA和JA是马尾松苗木伤反应信号传导途径中的重要信号分子,参与了马尾松苗木系统抗性的形成过程.  相似文献

通过接虫咬食伤害与茉莉酸甲酯和萜烯混合熏蒸处理,以正常盆栽马尾松为对照,用TCT-GC-MS分析各处理的正常枝、损伤枝、姊妹枝(正常或损伤对枝)、系统上枝(正常或损伤上枝)和系统下枝(正常或损伤下枝)中挥发物的成分及相对含量变化,以探讨马尾松对不同伤害的应急反应.结果显示,虫害和熏蒸处理后,水芹烯的相对含量在损伤枝、姊妹枝、系统上枝和系统下枝中均明显高于对照;β-蒎烯相对含量在损伤枝和姊妹枝中升高,而系统枝条中下降;α-蒎烯相对含量在所测4个部位中除熏蒸后系统下枝升高外其余全部降低;其他挥发性化学物质相对含量的变化没有明显的规律性.结果表明,茉莉酸甲酯和萜烯混合熏蒸能够代替虫害等外界伤害的刺激,使马尾松启动相似的信号防御系统,达到防御外界伤害的作用;茉莉酸甲酯和萜烯可作为马尾松响应伤害的报警信号分子.  相似文献

用不同温度和光照处理对照和棉蚜侵害的盆栽紫茎泽兰植株后,通过TCT-GC/MS分析了叶片挥发物的成分及相对含量。结果表明:温度与光照均不影响对照和虫害紫茎泽兰挥发物的种类,但影响其挥发物的相对含量。当光照强度达到300400μmol.m-.2s-1时,虫害紫茎泽兰挥发物中,多数单萜的相对含量显著高于对照,而倍半萜含量显著低于对照;绿叶挥发物相对含量与其对照相比差异不显著。当外界温度在15 30℃时,虫害紫茎泽兰挥发物中绿叶气体如己醛、2-己烯醛和多数单萜化合物的相对含量随温度升高而显著增加,而倍半萜含量却低于对照。说明适宜的温度和光照条件影响挥发物化学指纹图的构成,进而可能影响到蚜虫的取食。  相似文献

【目的】探讨茉莉酸诱导的桑树Morus alba枝挥发物对桑天牛卵啮小蜂Aprostocetus prolixus趋性行为的影响,研究桑枝挥发物的动态变化规律,为揭示茉莉酸诱导桑枝产生的间接抗虫作用机理提供理论依据。【方法】本试验利用嗅觉测定仪,研究了不同浓度茉莉酸处理24,48和72 h后的桑枝对桑天牛卵啮小蜂的引诱作用,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对茉莉酸(1 000μmol/L)处理不同时间后的桑枝挥发物组分进行了分析。【结果】在10μmol/L茉莉酸处理后的不同时间内,桑枝对桑天牛卵啮小蜂均未表现出明显的引诱作用;当茉莉酸浓度为100μmol/L时,桑枝仅在处理48 h后对桑天牛卵啮小蜂具有显著的引诱活性;然而,经1 000μmol/L茉莉酸处理24 h和48h后,桑枝对桑天牛卵啮小蜂的引诱活性明显高于对照(24 h,P0.05;48 h,P0.01),72 h后桑枝的引诱作用消失。Spearman等级相关性分析表明,茉莉酸浓度与桑枝对桑天牛卵啮小蜂的引诱百分率显著正相关(ρ=0.791,P=0.006)。茉莉酸(1 000μmol/L)处理桑枝挥发物组分包括醇类、酯类、萜类物质、芳香族化合物和含氮化合物,其中萜类物质种类最多(13种)。随着处理时间的变化,桑枝挥发物组分及总释放速率也随之发生改变。处理24 h后,桑枝释放出18种组分,比对照多11种组分,其总释放速率也明显提高,为对照的8.2倍;48 h后桑枝释放出22种组分,比对照多15种组分,其总释放速率进一步提高,为对照的44.6倍;72 h后桑枝释放出13种组分,比对照多6种组分,其总释放速率大幅降低,为对照的3.9倍,但与对照无显著差异。【结论】随着茉莉酸浓度的提高,桑枝对桑天牛卵啮小蜂的引诱活性逐渐增强。茉莉酸能诱导桑枝挥发物的大量释放及新组分的产生。  相似文献

枣树(Ziziphus jujube Mill)是中国北方的一种重要经济林木。日本龟蜡蚧(Ceroplastes japonicus Green)是枣园的一种破坏性天敌。研究了外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理和日本龟蜡蚧雌成虫危害后与对照健康枣树相比挥发物的变化。枣树挥发物的收集采用顶空收集法,并使用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)来分析收集到的挥发物的化学成分。结果显示:MeJA处理的和蚧虫危害的枣树挥发物的化学组分在种类和含量上与对照相比都有所改变。其中MeJA处理的枣树样本中检测到22种挥发物,总挥发量为37347 ng/h;蚧虫危害的枣树样本中检测到24种挥发物,总挥发量为54292 ng/h;而健康的对照枣树挥发物中只检测到14种化合物,总挥发量也仅为18611 ng/h。经SPSS软件分析,MeJA处理部分和对照部分,日本龟蜡蚧危害部分和对照部分这两组之间都达到差异显著水平。在上述挥发物成分中,萜烯类、醇类、酯类的增加量在植物诱导化学防御方面具有重要意义,这些化合物通常被认为是与吸引天敌昆虫相关的组分。  相似文献

外源化合物诱导后小麦对麦长管蚜和粘虫的抗虫性研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
喷施外源化合物和昆虫取食均可诱导小麦的防御反应,如挥发物组成发生改变、某些次生物质含量增加或减少,进而影响昆虫和天敌的行为反应。本实验中小麦苗经茉莉酸或几丁质喷施诱导,可显著提高小麦中丁布的含量,但茉莉酸甲酯的诱导作用不明显。喷施茉莉酸及麦长管蚜或粘虫取食诱导小麦,会导致小麦挥发物的种类及含量与对照相比有显著不同,3种处理间小麦的挥发物也存在显著差异。用经茉莉酸处理的麦苗饲养麦长管蚜和粘虫,可显著抑制二者的生长发育速度,使体重减轻,并导致麦长管蚜繁殖力下降。经茉莉酸处理的麦苗的挥发物对粘虫寄生蜂有吸引作用,表明茉莉酸在诱导小麦产生直接抗虫性的同时,还能诱导其释放吸引天敌的挥发性化合物从而产生间接抗性。  相似文献

萜烯类化合物是针叶树防御昆虫为害的重要组分。对盆栽马尾松、湿地松进行未受害、接虫咬食为害、人工剪叶处理后,用TCT-GC-M S分析了叶片挥发物的成分及相对含量。结果表明:人工剪叶后马尾松挥发物相对含量除α-蒎烯降低外,其余都有所升高,但挥发性化学物质相对含量出现高峰的时间没有规律性;虫害后,挥发物的相对含量除水芹烯降低外,其余均在1h升高,同时检测到p-薄荷-1.4(δ)-二烯,但其变化较小。湿地松受害后检测到7种挥发性化学物质,除人工剪叶后α-蒎烯、虫害后α-蒎烯、水芹烯相对含量降低外,其它挥发物的相对含量在不同的时间内都有所升高。β-蒎烯在两种松树受害后都有显著的变化,马尾松中的石竹烯没有明显的变化,氨茴酸-3,5-二甲基-3-乙烯基-4-己烯酯、大香叶烯D只在湿地松中检测到,而且其变化显著。  相似文献

为了研究茶条槭悬浮细胞中没食子酸的合成,该研究进行了茉莉酸甲酯诱导试验。通过添加茉莉酸甲酯,利用HPLC检测诱导后细胞中没食子酸的含量变化情况,同时利用电导仪、酸度计、分光光度计法和激光共聚焦显微镜对培养液和细胞进行电导率、pH值、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性以及细胞形态等进行分析。结果表明:(1)相对于正常培养的细胞,添加100μmol·L~(-1)的茉莉酸甲酯诱导24 h时,没食子酸的含量达到最高为12.49 mg·g~(-1),其含量是对照的2倍左右。(2)茉莉酸甲酯的添加导致细胞培养液的pH值和电导率成波动趋势,细胞膜受损,通透性增大,细胞核分散,出现多个细胞核现象。(3)细胞内可溶性蛋白含量在诱导24 h、72 h和5 d时达到高峰,其含量分别是对照的1.4、1.67、2.07倍左右。(4)苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性在诱导24 h和5 d时分别出现一次高峰,其活性分别是对照的2倍和3.75倍。研究认为,茉莉酸甲酯处理短时间内促进了茶条槭细胞内没食子酸含量的积累,细胞内PAL活性和可溶性蛋白含量有所增加,对细胞液中的pH值和电导率影响不显著。  相似文献

【目的】明确桑天牛卵啮小蜂Aprostocetus prolixus雌蜂对茉莉酸诱导的桑Morus alba枝挥发物的触角电位和嗅觉反应,有利于揭示茉莉酸诱导桑枝产生间接抗性的化学机制。【方法】采用动态顶空气体法收集茉莉酸处理后的桑枝挥发物,分别通过气相色谱-触角电位联用仪(GC-EAD)和气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)筛选和鉴定对桑天牛卵啮小蜂雌蜂有EAD活性的化合物,并比较这些活性组分的释放速率在茉莉酸处理桑枝与蒸馏水处理的对照桑枝间的差异,最后利用Y-型嗅觉测定仪明确对该寄生蜂有引诱活性的组分。【结果】桑枝经茉莉酸处理后,其挥发物中的Z-3-己烯醇、γ-萜品烯、β-水芹烯、紫苏烯、水杨酸甲酯及3种未知化合物使桑天牛卵啮小蜂雌蜂产生明显的EAD反应,并且β-水芹烯、紫苏烯和水杨酸甲酯的释放量明显高于对照,其中β-水芹烯和紫苏烯仅存在于茉莉酸处理后桑枝的挥发物中,而Z-3-己烯醇的释放速率与对照无显著差异。0.1%β-水芹烯、0.1%紫苏烯以及0.01%和0.001%水杨酸甲酯对该蜂雌蜂具有显著的引诱作用。【结论】结果提示,茉莉酸促进桑枝大量释放β-水芹烯、紫苏烯和水杨酸甲酯,是茉莉酸诱导桑树对桑天牛产生间接抗性的重要机制。  相似文献

综述了茉莉酸(jasmonic acid, JA)和茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmo nate, MJA)的分子结构和应用其诱导的植物抗虫作用及其机制。植物受外源茉莉酸或茉莉酸甲酯刺激后,一条反应途径是由硬脂酸途径激活防御基因,另一条途径是直接激活防御基因。防御基因激活后导致代谢途径重新配置,并可能诱导植物产生下列4种效应:(1)直接防御,即植物产生对害虫有毒的物质、抗营养和抗消化的酶类,或具驱避性和妨碍行为作用的化合物;(2)间接防御,即产生吸引天敌的挥发物;(3)不防御,即无防御反应;(4)负防御,即产生吸引害虫的挥发物。  相似文献

为探索松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope与其寄主马尾松相互作用的关系,测定了松墨天牛取食和人为损伤1天、3天、6天、10天和15天后马尾松针叶营养物质和次生代谢物质含量的变化。结果表明: 松墨天牛取食和人为损伤均能引起马尾松针叶可溶性糖和粗多糖含量的下降,但虫害处理使新叶和老叶中可溶性糖降低更多。两种方式处理后10天马尾松新叶和老叶中蛋白质含量降到最低,然后逐渐回升; 相比较而言,虫害处理蛋白质含量降幅更大。松墨天牛取食和人为损伤均引起马尾松针叶单宁和黄酮类物质含量的增加,虫害处理的针叶中单宁和黄酮类物质的含量更高。结果提示马尾松对松墨天牛的取食为害具有特殊的应激反应机制。  相似文献

The Masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) has a relatively strong tolerance to stressors such as acid rain, drought, and phosphorus deficiency. Previous studies have mainly focused on morphological, physiological, and metabolic responses in the needles of the Masson pine. However, there has been little study of the effects of drought stress on root tip structure or the composition of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the root tip. Therefore, this work aimed to evaluate the VOCs and anatomical growth responses of Masson pine root tips to drought stress. The results showed that (1) drought stress inhibited increases in root biomass, root growth, and lateral root number, and damaged and significantly deformed the root apical structure; (2) the relative contents of monoterpenes decreased with the intensity of drought stress, but the relative content of sesquiterpenes increased. (3) The ratio of sesquiterpenes to monoterpenes in the root tip was approximately 1:2 in the absence of stress, and became 3:1 under severe drought stress. The results indicate changes of secondary metabolism in the root tip of the Masson pine in response to drought stress.  相似文献

Changes in emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from tomato induced by the fungus Botrytis cinerea were studied in plants inoculated by spraying with suspensions containing B. cinerea spores. VOC emissions were analysed using on-line gas chromatography–mass spectrometry, with a time resolution of about 1 h, for up to 2 days after spraying. Four phases were delimited according to the starting point and the applied day/night rhythm of the experiments. These phases were used to demonstrate changes in VOC flux caused by B. cinerea infestation. Tomato plants inoculated with B. cinerea emitted a different number and amount of VOCs after inoculation compared to control plants that had been sprayed with a suspension without B. cinerea spores. The changes in emissions were dependent on time after inoculation as well as on the severity of infection. The predominant VOCs emitted after inoculation were volatile products from the lipoxygenase pathway (LOX products). The increased emission of LOX products proved to be a strong indicator of a stress response, indicating that VOC emissions can be used to detect plant stress at an early stage. Besides emission of LOX products, there were also increases in monoterpene emissions. However, neither increased emission of LOX products nor of monoterpenes is specific for B. cinerea attack. The emission of LOX products is also induced by other stresses, and increased emission of monoterpenes seems to be the result of mechanical damage induced by secondary stress impacts on leaves.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the induction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of Lycoperslcon esculentum Mill. and its resistance to Botrytis cinerea Pers. by burdock oligosaccharlde. The disease severity of L. esculentum was evaluated 48 h after treatment with 0.6% burdock oligosaccharlde, followed by inoculation with a spore suspension of B. cinerea. The formation of O2', the activity of lipoxygenases (LOX), peroxidase (POD), cataiase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the quantity and quallty of changes In VOCs were determined a period of time after treatment with 0.6% burdock ollgosaccharide. The results demonstrated that the disease index in treated plants was decreased by 42.5% compared with control 96 h after Inoculation. The production of O2' reached a maximum 6 h after treatment (1.36-fold compared with control). There was an increase in LOX, POD, CAT and SOD activity in response to burdock oligosaccharide treatment and the enzymes showed different trends in the time-course of induction. At 120 h after treatment, (E)-2-hexenal was increased by 92% compared with control, whereas methyl salicylate showed a gradual Increase with induction period. Previous results had demonstrated that chitosan elicitor enhanced the production VOCs of L. esculentum and decreased plant susceptibility towards B. clnerea. Together, these findings suggest that increasing the production of VOCs in response to burrdock oligosaccharide may be an important mechanism for L. esculentumin its defense against pathogens, in addition, burrdock oligosaccharlde may act as a potent elicitor of resistance to disease in L. esculentum.  相似文献

通过接种马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus和人工剪叶,分析比较了不同受害方式对马尾松针叶内化学物质的影响。结果表明,害虫取食松针诱导的次生代谢物质(单宁、酚类物质)比人工剪叶处理略有增加,而营养物质-可溶性糖变化不大。对马尾松进行害虫取食为害、人工剪叶受害、未受害三种处理后,连续3年跟踪测定了松针叶内化学物质含量的变化。结果发现,无论是害虫取食为害,还是人工剪叶受害,针叶内次生代谢物质含量都减少,可溶性糖含量降低,直至一年后才恢复到原有的水平;蛋白质变化的趋势则始终是受害处理的含量比未受害处理的含量高,表明马尾松受害后诱导的化学物质变化具有滞后特性。  相似文献

The continuous atmospheric and environmental deterioration is likely to increase, among others, the influx of ultraviolet B (UV-B) radiation. The plants have photoprotective responses, which are complex mechanisms involving different physiological responses, to avoid the damages caused by this radiation that may lead to plant death. We have studied the adaptive responses to UV-B in Pinus radiata, given the importance of this species in conifer forests and reforestation programs. We analyzed the photosynthetic activity, pigments content, and gene expression of candidate genes related to photosynthesis, stress and gene regulation in needles exposed to UV-B during a 96 h time course. The results reveal a clear increase of pigments under UV-B stress while photosynthetic activity decreased. The expression levels of the studied genes drastically changed after UV-B exposure, were stress related genes were upregulated while photosynthesis (RBCA and RBCS) and epigenetic regulation were downregulated (MSI1, CSDP2, SHM4). The novel gene PrELIP1, fully sequenced for this work, was upregulated and expressed mainly in the palisade parenchyma of needles. This gene has conserved domains related to the dissipation of the UV-B radiation that give to this protein a key role during photoprotection response of the needles in Pinus radiata.  相似文献

在1991年春、夏、秋三个季节对山东省招远市台上金矿区赤松林叶绿素含量的变化进行了测定,并与背景区作比较,对金矿区和背景区赤松针叶中的Au、Ag、Cu、Pb元素含量也进行了比较。金矿区和背景区Au、Ag、Cu、Pb元素含量有明显差异,金矿区高于背景区数倍,这对赤松的生长有一定影响,与叶绿素含量有一定的正相关;无论金矿区还是背景区,赤松一年生叶和二年生叶的叶绿素总量变化规律大体一致,都是春季较低,随气温上升而开始增加,至夏末达到最大值,然后从秋季开始下降,金矿区叶绿素总量低于背景区,一年生叶略高于二年生叶;当叶绿素总量变化时,叶绿素a/b的比率稍有波动,但几乎保持不变,金矿区和背景区也无差异。  相似文献

The goal of this study was the characterization of the antioxidative protection system of current and 1-year-old needles of a cembran pine (Pinus cembra L.) and its possible responses to elevated concentrations of atmospheric O3. Twigs of a mature cembran pine at the alpine timberline (1950 m a.s.l.) were exposed in climate-controlled twig chambers for 91 d to charcoal-filtered air (CF), ambient air O3 concentration (A), and two-fold ambient air O3 concentration (2A). Additionally, a chamberless control group (AA) was used to examine chamber effects. At the end of the fumigation period the contents of free radical scavengers and photosynthetic pigments were measured in the needles. Independent from O3 exposure, total ascorbate and -tocopherol contents were higher in 1-year-old needles compared to the current flush while the opposite was found for glutathione. The amounts of pigments and antioxidants in P. cembra needles were comparable to those in other conifers growing at high-elevation sites. The only hint toward O3 induced changes in the composition of antioxidants was an increase in the glutathione redox state toward more oxidation in 1-year-old needles upon exposure to A or AA conditions, but not upon 2A exposure. Chlorophyll and carotenoid contents were not affected by O3 neither in current- nor in previous-year needles. The de-epoxidation state of the xanthophyll cycle pigments, however, was significantly increased in 1-year-old needles under A and AA compared to the CF control, but not under 2A. Hence, Pinus cembra, which is well adapted to the extreme environment of the timberline ecotone, exhibited only marginal biochemical changes in response to elevated O3.  相似文献
