为了解粤糖系列甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum)亲本的遗传特点和组合选配效果,采用家系评价方法,对以6个粤糖系列亲本(‘粤糖00-236’、‘粤糖03-373’、‘粤糖93-159’、‘粤糖94-128’、‘粤糖99-66’、‘粤糖08-1966’)为核心配置的55个组合F1群体的6个主要性状的遗传效应、经济育种值等参数进行估算。结果表明,6个性状中茎径受母本、父本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应影响,株高、锤度、含糖量和蔗茎产量受父本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应影响,而有效茎数受父本加性基因效应影响。6个亲本中,‘粤糖94-128’作为母本的蔗茎产量的一般配合力效应值和经济育种值最高,适宜做高产的母本,而‘粤糖93-159’作为父本的含糖量的一般配合力效应值最高,经济育种值也较高,适宜做高糖父本。55个组合中,‘粤糖94-128’×桂糖02-761’、‘粤糖00-236’ב桂糖94-119’和‘桂糖02-467’ב粤糖93-159’等的特殊配合力效应值和组合经济育种值均较优,可作为重点生产性家系。这为应用粤糖亲本进行杂交组合配置提供了依据。  相似文献

检测和比较了源于3种杂交方式的26个罗汉果雄株品系及4个亲本对照品种的花粉量和花粉发芽率,结果表明:11个近交品系间的花粉量和花粉发芽率均存在着显著差异,花粉量最高的是长滩果T-24品系(3.76×10~4),花粉发芽率最高的是青皮果Q-11品系(90.3%);12个单交品系及4个亲本对照品种之间在花粉量上有所不同,而在花粉发芽率上差异较大,大部分达显著或极显著水平;3个双交品系与2个亲本对照品种在花粉量上有极显著的差异,K2-85品系的花粉量明显高于两个亲本对照品种;3种杂交方式所得品系的平均值比较,花粉量高低顺序为双交(3.45×10~4)>单交(3.12×10~4)>近交(2.75×10~4),花粉发芽率高低顺序为单交(58.2%)>近交(46.9%)>双交(34.5%)。因此不仅选择出较好的杂交雄株于生产上应用是可行的,而且还有可能获得天然败育雄株用于培育无籽罗汉果。  相似文献

为评价我国甘蔗亲本的遗传特点和组合的选配效果,采用澳大利亚家系试验法,借助R软件估算亲本的遗传方差、一般配合力(GCA)和组合特殊配合力(SCA)。结果表明:锤度的遗传主要受母本加性基因效应所制约,蔗茎产量主要受母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约,株高、茎径和有效茎受父母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约。CP88-2143、ROC10、ROC26、桂糖00-122、粤糖00-318和云蔗99-113作母本,内江57-416、崖城93-26、粤糖91-976和粤糖00-319作父本杂交后代表现出高产高糖,可作为糖能兼用好亲本使用。根据组合特殊配合力效应(SCA),CP88-2143×粤糖00-319、ROC10×粤糖91-976、ROC26×崖城93-26、桂糖00-122×ROC22、粤糖91-976×ROC22、粤糖93-159×内江57-416和云蔗99-113×CP84-1198组合综合表现良好,可作为生产性杂交组合,加大力度使用。  相似文献

为深入了解澳大利亚引进甘蔗杂交花穗在中国培育优良甘蔗新品种的潜力,以12个引进花穗和15个中国花穗为材料,采用家系评价法对有性杂交后代蔗茎产量、糖产量、株高、茎径、有效茎数和锤度6个重要性状的方差、遗传力、父母本一般配合力及组合特殊配合力进行研究。分析结果表明:(1)参试组合内中国杂交组合间多数性状差异不显著,且遗传力低;澳大利亚杂交组合间多数性状差异均较显著,且遗传力高;(2)澳大利亚杂交组合新植蔗与宿根蔗的糖产量、蔗茎产量、株高、有效茎数和锤度这5个性状父母本一般配合力及组合特殊配合力高于中国组合,但茎径配合力低于中国组合,12个组合中新植蔗有9个组合宿根蔗有10个组合的茎径特殊配合力为负值,多数属于细茎;(3)澳大利亚杂交组合后代材料产量及糖分较高,但茎径较细,不适合中国目前的种植制度,不能作为生产品种使用;(4)通过引进国外杂交组合花穗在国内培育出优良后代作亲本使用,为国内亲本融入新的优异血缘,有利于培育突破性甘蔗新品种。  相似文献

以4×3不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)选配的12个杂交组合后代为材料,对蔗汁锤度、旋光读数、转光度、蔗汁蔗糖分、视纯度和重力纯度等6个品质性状进行配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明,品质性状的遗传主要由基因加性效应引起,其中蔗汁锤度、旋光读数、转光度、蔗汁蔗糖分主要由父本基因加性效应引起。CP72-330、HoCP93-750、桂糖91-116和粤糖92-1287等4个亲本的品质性状一般配合力(gca)为正值且较大,是配合力较好的高糖亲本。CP72-330×桂糖91-116及HoCP93-750×粤糖92-1287的品质性状特殊配合力(sca)相对效应值均为正值且较大,杂交后代品质性状平均值也较高,为较好的高糖杂交组合。品质性状父本gca方差大于母本gca方差,亲本gca方差为组合sca方差的7-28倍,广义遗传力(hB2)为58%-68%,狭义遗传力(hN2)为56%-60%,属于遗传能力较强的品质性状。  相似文献

摘要:利用SSR和SRAP两种分子标记研究了71份实验材料的遗传差异及其亲缘关系。结果表明:(1) 29对SSR标记共扩增出121条清晰地带,多态性位点分别占总扩增位点的97.5%,而27对SRAP引物扩增出175条清晰地带,多态性比率为70.3%。(2)两种标记混合聚类结果表明,在相似系数0.566处所有材料可以分为A、B两个大类群。B类在相似系数0.620处又可分为六个亚类,10个天然双低早熟甘蓝型品系、两个甘蓝型亲本和四个新型品系聚在第Ⅰ亚类中,其余的51个新型甘蓝型油菜品系分别聚在其他五个亚类中。(3)对55份新型品系进行遗传成分分析,结果表明,每个品系都含有四种带型,不同品系中不同带型所占总带数的比率不同;对新型甘蓝型品系中含有白菜型亲本特有的带所占比率分别与其和对应的甘蓝型和白菜型亲本之间的遗传距离进行相关分析,结果表明新型甘蓝型品系中白菜型亲本特有的带所占比率与其和白菜型亲本之间的遗传距离为负相关(-0.52),达到极显著水平;与其和甘蓝型亲本间的遗传距离为正相关(0.31),达到显著水平。(4)对实验材料之间的遗传距离及其来源进行分析(除与两个白菜型亲本间),遗传距离排前20位的都来自新型品系之间或天然品系与新型之间,且最大的达到0.544。  相似文献

利用云南甘蔗细茎野生种82-114(简称:云割82-114)为父本,与甘蔗栽培原种、生产品种和含野生血缘F1等3类亲本进行测交.对后代锤度、茎径、株高、有效茎、蔗产量等5个主要数量性状进行方差、遗传力和配合力分析,结果表明:①组合后代锤度、茎径、株高、有效茎4个性状差异极显著;②组合后代锤度、茎径、株高、有效茎的遗传力表现较突出,均超89.0%;③3类组合中,栽培原种×云割82.114后代有效茎配合力表现明显的正效应,生产品种×云割82-114后代锤度、茎径、株高、蔗产量配合力有比较明显的正效应,舍野生血缘F1×云割82-114后代锤度、茎径、株高、有效茎、蔗产量等5个指标的配合力效应取向不明显.  相似文献

突变体是研究植物基因功能和培育优质高产作物新品种的重要材料。本研究以半矮秆广亲和粳稻亲本02428为父本,以其半矮秆突变体02428ha为母本进行杂交,从其F6稳定群体中筛选到3个双矮品系08-4、08-12和08-19,2008年测量其株高分别为62.4±3.3 cm、66.0±1.5 cm和67.5±1.7 cm。分别以3个双矮品系为亲本,与南京6号、南京11号及培矮64S杂交进行遗传分析,结果表明,3个双矮品系的矮生性状均受两对隐性半矮秆基因控制,其中1对基因与半矮秆基因sd1等位,另1对为与sd1不等位的隐性半矮秆基因sd-h(t)。本研究为半矮秆基因sd-h(t)的分子定位、基因克隆及其作用机理的探究奠定了基础。  相似文献

甘蓝型油菜遗传图谱的构建及单株产量构成因素的QTL分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4

采用常规品系04-1139与高产多角果品系05-1054构建的F2代群体为作图群体, 运用SSR(Simple sequence repeat)和SRAP(Sequence-related amplified polymorphism)构建分子标记遗传图谱并对甘蓝型油菜单株产量构成因素进行QTL分析。遗传图谱包含200个分子标记, 分布于19个连锁群上, 总长度1 700.23 cM, 标记间的平均距离8.50 cM。采用复合区间作图法(Composite interval mapping, CIM)对单株产量构成因素(单株有效角果数、每果粒数和千粒重)进行QTL分析, 共检测到12个QTL: 其中单株有效角果数4个QTL, 分别解释表型变异为35.64%、12.96%、28.71%和34.02%; 每果粒数获得5个QTL, 分别解释表型变异为8.41%、7.87%、24.37%、8.57%和14.31%; 千粒重获得3个QTL, 分别解释表型变异为2.33%、1.81%和1.86%。结果表明: 同一性状的等位基因增效作用可以同时来自高值亲本和低值亲本; 文章中与主效QTL连锁的标记可用于油菜产量性状的分子标记辅助选择和聚合育种。  相似文献

为了解粤糖系列甘蔗亲本遗传关系,提高粤糖系列甘蔗亲本的利用效率,本研究利用35个表型性状对106份粤糖系列甘蔗亲本和10份中国主栽甘蔗品种进行了遗传多样性、聚类分析等研究。结果表明,粤糖系列甘蔗亲本平均多样性信息指数、基因多样性指数分别为0.782±0.082、0.438±0.039,遗传多样性水平较高。叶片宽度和曝光后茎色多样性非常丰富。遗传相似性系数变幅在0.388~0.829,基于遗传相似性系数的聚类分析将参试材料分成2个大类群6个亚类群及5个亚亚类群。20世纪80年代粤糖亲本多样性指数最高,基于遗传距离的聚类分析将7个群体分为3个类群(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),中国主栽甘蔗品种单独成为一个类群。以上结果为甘蔗遗传育种亲本的选择、杂交组合配制及核心种质构建提供帮助。  相似文献

九个甘蔗新品种在桂林地区的适应性观察和评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨甘蔗新品种在桂林地区的适应性表现,该研究以ROC22为对照,采用大区互比法,对国家甘蔗产业技术体系的9个甘蔗品种进行1年新植2年宿根的区域试验,观察记录出苗率、分蘖率、株高、产量和糖分等14个性状表现,并利用DTOPSIS法进行综合评价。结果表明:桂糖29号、桂糖31号、云蔗03-194、粤糖60号、福农38号和粤糖55号的综合性状表现优于对照ROC22,其中桂糖29号宿根性好、蔗茎产量和产糖量较高,但病虫害有不同程度的发生,田间栽培需加强病虫害防控;桂糖31号有效茎多、蔗糖分高,建议加强肥水管理,提高产量;云蔗03-194出苗率较高,出苗整齐,有效茎数较多,宿根性好,但枯心苗和黑穗病发病程度较其他品种严重,建议加强苗期病虫管理,保障成茎率;粤糖60号蔗糖产量较高、抗倒伏能力强,但新植出苗率较低,建议加大下种量;福农38号蔗糖分较高、抗病性较好,是优异的抗病材料;粤糖55号宿根性较好。上述筛选出的6个甘蔗品种宿根性好、抗逆性强、高产高糖,适宜在桂林地区进行扩大种植,用于指导当地的甘蔗示范推广。  相似文献

Sinocalycanthus chinensis Cheng et S. Y. Chang (Calycanthaceae), which has a unique systematic status, is listed as a national second‐class protected plant of China. In this study, the genetic diversity, performance, and fitness of F1 progeny from crosses between the Damingshan (DMS) population of S. chinensis and pollen parents from the Daleishan (DLS) and Longxushan (LXS) populations were examined. The DLS population has a relatively small population size, low genetic diversity, and considerable geographical and genetic distances from the DMS population relative to the LXS population. Compared with naturally occurring seeds, DLS‐sired seeds had the highest thousand‐seed weight, starch content, fat content, germination rate, germination index, and emergence rate, but the lowest protein content. Naturally occurring, open‐pollinated seeds had the lowest thousand‐seed weight, starch content, and fat content, but the highest protein content. Compared with natural F1 progeny, DMS × DLS seedlings had the highest genetic diversity, photosynthetic parameters, and growth characteristics, except for leaf mass ratio and stem mass ratio. Under strong light, DMS × DLS seedlings exhibited a Fv/Fm value of 0.75, while the other two seedling types exhibited Fv/Fm values of 0.65. DLS‐sired seeds had the most vigorous growth characteristics except for leaf mass ratio and stem mass ratio. These results suggest that genetic rescue by transplanting seedlings from the DLS population or hand pollination with pollen from the DLS population would be effective methods to reduce inbreeding depression and obtain strong offspring with high genetic diversity and fitness in the DMS population.  相似文献

Summary Five Hawaiian commercial sugarcane (Saccharum sp. hybrids) clones were crossed in a full diallel. Four morphological characters were studied in the progeny: number of millable stalks per plant, stalk diameter, stalk length, and sucrose content. A fifth character, plant volume, was calculated from stalk number, stalk diameter and stalk length. The five selected parental clones were treated as fixed variables in the analysis. General combining ability (gca) was significant for all five characters; specific combining ability (sca) was significant for stalk diameter, stalk length, and plant volume. The variance for gca was large in all progeny populations. However, the variance for sca was large in the progeny of only some clones and/or for some individual characters. Parents were evaluated on the basis of their general combining ability: clone H49-3533 had high gca for sucrose content, while clone H53-5356 had high gca for plant vigor.Published with the approval of the Director as Journal Series Paper No. 455, Experiment Station, Hawaiian Sugar Planters' Association.  相似文献

该研究选取六个多年生苦荞新品系,对春季、秋季直播与秋季再生其主要农艺性状进行调查。结果表明:(1)不同播种季节对多年生苦荞新品系主花序的花粉可育率、总结实率、有效结实率、植株株高、主茎粗、主茎分枝数、主茎节数、籽粒百粒重、单株粒数、单株产量的影响均达到显著或极显著水平;秋播主花序花粉可育率、总结实率、有效结实率、植株主茎分枝数、籽粒百粒重、单株粒数、单株产量均极显著高于春播;植株株高、主茎粗、主茎节数均极显著低于春播;主花序花朵大小、籽粒种子长宽比无显著差异。(2)不同种植方式对主花序花粉可育率、有效结实率、植株主茎节数及籽粒百粒重的影响达到显著或极显著水平;秋季再生主花序花粉可育率、籽粒单株粒数显著高于秋季直播;主花序有效结实率、植株主茎粗、主茎节数、籽粒百粒重显著低于秋季直播;主花序花朵大小、总结实率、植株株高、主茎分枝数、籽粒种子长宽比、单株产量无显著差异;相关分析表明,各生长季节下主花序有效结实率及单株粒数与单株产量的相关系数均最高。(3)所有参试品系中,1612-241秋季直播的单株产量显著高于其他品系; 1612-16、1612-33秋季再生单株产量较正季优势显著。该研究结果有助于筛选出适宜一季播种两季收获的优良品系,为今后多年生苦荞的选择育种提供线索基础。  相似文献

Summary Agrobacterium transformation of stem internodes of four monohaploid (839-79, 849-7, 851-23, 855-1) and two diploid (M9 and HH260) potato genotypes using hairy root-inducing single (LBA 1020, LBA 9365, LBA 9402) and binary (LBA 1060KG) vectors is reported. Various media and successive culture steps were tested for plant regeneration from different transformed root clones. The fate of introduced genetic markers in root clones and regenerated plants (hairy root phenotype, hormone autotrophy, opine production, kanamycin resistance, -glucuronidase activity), the ploidy stability and protoplast yield were analysed. The transformation efficiency of stem internodes (hairy root production) and the regeneration capacity of the transformed root clones greatly differed within and between the various potato genotypes. The regenerated plants obtained after transformation with both types of vectors often showed the absence of one or more genetic markers. However, transformation with the binary Agrobacterium vector generally resulted in the stable presence of the opines in all transformed root clones and most regenerated plants. In HH260, transformation efficiency, plant regeneration of transformed root clones, protoplast yield and ploidy stability were the highest as compared to the other genotypes. The application of these transformed plants as marker lines in gene mapping and gene expression studies is indicated.  相似文献

Natural rubber (cis-1,4 polyisoprene) is synthesised in the milky cytoplasm, the latex, of specialized cells called laticifers in the bark tissues of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). Regeneration mechanism of latex after each tapping (controlled wounding of the bark) was studied in relation to lutoid membrane enzymes and protein synthesis in twelve rubber clones with varying yield potentials during the peak rubber yielding season. High activity of membrane enzymes and better availability of biochemical energy [ATP] were observed in clones viz; RRII 105, RRIM 600, PB 260, RRII 422 and RRII 430. The highest protein biosynthetic capacity was noticed in clone PB 260 and RRIM 600. However, high ATP content, increased invertase activity and protein biosynthesis were observed in the medium yielding clone GT1 compared to clones with low rubber yield potential. Very low sugar content and increased invertase activity in the latex of clone PB 260 indicated intense latex metabolism with high protein turnover that implies fast recouping of the cellular metabolites lost during latex harvesting. Clone PB 217 was characterized by very high sucrose and low ATP concentration and ATPase activity in latex indicating slow metabolism and hence be suitable for inducing latex metabolism using ethylene stimulant. Low rubber yielding clones such as RRII 33 and RRII 38 were consistently recorded a high sucrose content but very low activity of membrane enzymes, reduced ATP concentration and low protein biosynthesis in latex. Among the recently released modern clones (RRII 400 series), latex regeneration capacity was higher in RRII 422 and RRII 430. The significance of lutoid membrane transport and protein synthesis is discussed in relation to general latex metabolism of these rubber clones. The outcome of this study would be helpful to design suitable latex harvesting systems and yield stimulation methods for optimizing latex production in each clone based on metabolic profiling.  相似文献

Root culture ofFaidherbia=Acacia albida (Del.) A. Chev. can be maintained over several months by successively subculturing excised roots in modified Bonner and Devirian medium, which was found to be the best of the three media compositions tested. Adding auxins had an inhibiting effect on root growth characteristics. Mesoinositol at 0.05 mM slightly enhanced the overall elongation rate, and sucrose at 59 mM significantly increased root elongation. The effect of sucrose could not be replaced by glucose. Subcultured roots showed progressively less elongation in successive transfers. Shoots were regenerated in vitro from root segments beginning with the first passage on 1/5 strength MS medium.The large variability in the root elongation rate indicates that this technique provides an effective way to select clones with good potential for tap root growth.  相似文献

磷酸蔗糖合酶(sucrose phosphate synthase,SPS)是植物中蔗糖合成的主要限速酶,影响植物的生长发育和果实中蔗糖的含量。为探明苹果中SPS基因家族特性及其在蔗糖合成中的作用,该研究从苹果基因组中分离了MdSPS家族基因,分析了它们的进化关系以及mRNA表达特性与酶活性和蔗糖含量的关系。结果显示:(1)在苹果基因组中有8个SPS家族基因表达,它们分别属于双子叶植物的3个SPS亚家族。(2)荧光定量PCR分析显示,苹果C类的MdSPS6基因和A类的MdSPS1a/b基因是苹果中表达丰度最高的SPS基因成员,其中MdSPS6在苹果成熟果中表达丰度最高,其次是成熟叶片,而MdSPS1a/b在不积累蔗糖的幼果中表达丰度最高。(3)在果实发育过程中,除MdSPS1a/b之外,其它5个苹果MdSPS家族基因均随果实的生长表达丰度增加,与SPS活性和蔗糖含量明显呈正相关关系。研究表明,C类家族MdSPS6是苹果果实发育后期和叶片中蔗糖合成的主要SPS基因。  相似文献

【目的】为评价我国甘蔗亲本的遗传特点和组合的选配效果。【方法】采用澳大利亚家系试验法,借助R软件对35个家系F1群体的株高、茎径、有效茎、蔗茎产量、蔗糖分等5个主要数量性状进行经济育种值(EBV)分析。【结果】24个母本经济育种值变幅为-205.95~225.70元,有11个母本经济育种值为正值;18个父本经济育种值变幅为-23.54~30.23元,有8个父本经济育种值为正值;35个家系经济育种值变幅为-259.79~341.96元,有15个家系经济育种值为正值。【结论】24个母本中,ROC22、粤糖92-1287、内江03-218、ROC25、HOCP92-648等5个可作为生产性母本,建议加大力度使用。18父本中,崖城84-153、ROC22和粤糖00-319等3个亲本可作为生产性父本,建议加大力度使用。ROC22?崖城84-153、粤糖92-1287?粤糖00-319、内江03-218識OC22、ROC22?粤糖93-159、ROC25?粤糖93-159、桂糖00-122識OC22、崖城97-46識OC22和HoCP92-648識OC26等8个家系可作为生产性家系该批组合易选育出高经济效益的新品种,建议加大力度使用。  相似文献

该研究以淀粉含量不同的两个木薯品种(辐选01和华南124)为材料,通过测定各品种不同生育期叶、茎和根的蔗糖含量及块根淀粉含量,分析了蔗糖合成、转运和块根淀粉积累过程的相关性.结果表明:与华南124相比,在整个生育期内辐选01叶、茎的蔗糖含量均较高,块根蔗糖含量在块根膨大初期以前高于华南124,块根膨大初期以后则相反.在木薯的整个生育期,与辐选01相比,华南124的淀粉合成量和淀粉合成速率均较低.叶和茎蔗糖含量的变化规律与淀粉合成速率的变化规律相反,即块根淀粉积累明显加快时叶和茎的蔗糖含量略呈下降趋势,而块根淀粉合成减慢时叶、茎的蔗糖含量又开始上升.随着生育期的延后,块根蔗糖含量越来越低.在块根形成初期,蔗糖含量最高的组织部位为块根,其次为茎秆,最低的是叶片;而在块根成熟期时则相反,即蔗糖含量最高的部位是叶片,其次为茎杆,块根的蔗糖含量最小.相关性分析结果表明,木薯叶片蔗糖含量与块根淀粉含量呈显著的正相关;茎秆蔗糖含量与块根淀粉积累量呈不显著的正相关;块根蔗糖含量与淀粉积累量呈显著的负相关.由此可见,木薯叶、茎和根蔗糖与块根淀粉积累过程密切相关,其中叶片合成蔗糖的能力与块根利用蔗糖的能力在淀粉的积累过程中发挥关键作用.该研究结果为木薯的生产选育与高效栽培提供了理论依据.  相似文献
