水稻广亲和性遗传的再研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
水稻广亲和基因的利用是克服亚种间杂种不育性的重要途径。但在广亲和性的遗传上不同研究者的结论不尽一致。以3种有广亲和品种参加的三交组合为研究材料,研究了品种Ketan Nangka的广亲和性遗传。结果表明水稻亚种杂交F1同时存在着雄性不育和雌性不育,但雄性不育对小穗育性的作用大小因组合而异;无论是在雄性不育位点还是雄性不育位点上,Ketan Nangka均具有相对应的中性基因(广亲和基因);广亲和性的遗传特点与所用的籼粳测验品种间的杂种不育性密切相关;S-5位点的广亲和基因遗传符合单位点孢子体-配子体互作模型。  相似文献

利用RAPD 标记技术对白桦种源遗传变异的分析及种源区划   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)分子标记方法对白桦17 个种源152 个个体进行了遗传变异的比较分析, 通过14 个随机引物扩增共检测到233 个位点, 各种源多态位点百分率差异明显, 范围在20.17%~32.19%之间, 多态位点百分率最高的是帽儿山种源和清源种源, 最低的是绰尔种源。遗传变异在种源间占43.53%, 在种源内个体间占56.47%。根据种源间的遗传距离, 构建了白桦17 个种源的遗传关系聚类图, 结果将东北地区的白桦聚为一类, 华北、西北地区的白桦聚为另一类。同时根据地理气候因子和遗传距离对白桦群体进行了种源区的划分。  相似文献

籼、粳亚种间的F1一般表现为半不育,这限制了籼、粳杂种优势的利用。广亲和基因的发现及其遗传研究有助于揭示这种半不育现象的遗传本质,使克服籼、粳亚种间F1的半不育成为可能。本研究采用主基因-多基因混合遗传模型,分析了籼、粳杂交组合3037/02428的P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F2六世代材料。研究结果显示:广亲和性的遗传除受单个主基因控制外还受多基因的影响。在利用广亲和基因克服亚种间的半不育性时不仅要考虑主基因对育性的作用,也不能忽视多基因对育性的影响。  相似文献

利用典型的籼稻南京11号、典型的粳稻秋光对16个水稻株系的亲和性进行了测定,测交结果表明,NLl73、NL15、NL61、NL67、NL82和NL279表现亲籼性,NL208表现亲粳性,NL78表现一定广亲和性,其余株系与籼、粳测验种杂交育性都不高。根据测交结果选择不同育性的株系用分布于12条染色体上的前人证明籼粳稻间有多态性的56个微卫星标记进行分析,在微卫星标记聚类分析基础上计算梗型性判别值Dj,并据此把NL173、NLl5、NL78、NL58判别为偏籼型,而NL208为偏粳型。综合亲和性测交结果和分子标记分析结果发现,在亲和性测交中表现亲籼的2个株系NL173、NL15分子标记判别为偏籼类型,杂交亲和性表现亲粳的株系NL208分子标记判断为偏粳类型,表现广亲和特性的株系NL78被分子标记判别为偏籼类型,与测验种杂交育性均不高的NL58分子标记判别为偏籼型。  相似文献

香稻资源遗传多样性的比较   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用60个水稻SSR标记, 对来自国内外的370份香稻材料的遗传多样性进行了比较分析。结果共检测到361个等位基因, 每个位点的等位基因变幅为2~10个, 平均Nei基因多样性指数(He)为0.663, 变幅为0.104(RM308)~0.885(RM2634)。籼粳亚种间的遗传多样性具有明显差异, 籼稻的等位基因数和Nei基因多样性指数均高于粳稻。地方品种的遗传多样性高于选育品种, 选育品种等位基因数仅为地方品种的86.5%。分子方差分析表明, 香稻材料中总变异的43.08%是由于亚种间的遗传差异引起的。不同稻区的遗传分化程度总体介于1.69%~14.40%之间。其中, 华南与西南、华中与西南地方品种间遗传差异的分化程度达显著水平。聚类分析将参试材料明显分为籼粳两大类, 同时地域相同(稻区)、相邻省份的香稻材料基本归为同一类群。  相似文献

 对籽蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala)的分布地点进行了调查,发现了籽蒿在浑善达克沙地的新分布, 绘制了籽蒿的分布图。在籽蒿集中分布的地区取了5个种群,新分布点取了一个种群,利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)方法进行了遗传分化的研究。15个引物共扩增出255条带,其中多态带232条,多态位点百分率为91%。各种群以乌海流动沙地种群最低, 多态位点百分率为66.7%, 沙坡头种群最高,多态位点百分率为83.4%。籽蒿种群间有着一定的遗传分化,遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.234 8, 表明76.52%的遗传变异存在于种群内。聚类分析显示,籽蒿种群之间的遗传距离与地理距离有着一定的相关性。而相隔很远的浑善达克沙地的锡林浩特种群与毛乌素沙地的榆林种群间的遗传距离较小,且被聚到了一起,表明两个草原区沙地籽蒿种群间的关系密切。  相似文献

选用分布在12条染色体上84对SSR引物,对6个粳型和4个籼型核质互作雄性不育系、14个籼型和9个粳型父本,共33份杂交稻亲本材料进行遗传相似性分析,并建立SSR指纹图谱数据库.结果表明:在33份材料中能够扩增出多态性的引物有54对,占所用引物的64.3%;33 份材料间遗传相似系数变异范围为0.429~0.988,在遗传相似系数0,65处,33份材料被聚为籼、粳2个大类群;利用14对引物能将33份材料区分,引物RM264能将‘Ⅱ-32A'、‘协青早A'、‘冈46A’和‘K17A'4个籼型不育系与籼型恢复系区分开,引物RM432能区别5个粳型不育系与粳型可育品种,引物RM6、RM13、RM16、RM240、RM247和RM248均能鉴别籼、粳亚种.利用这6对引物的共显性标记可以鉴别籼粳亚种间杂交组合.  相似文献

不同倍性桤木属植物遗传差异的AFLP分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用AFLP技术对桤木属4种不同倍性的116份材料指纹图谱进行了分析,5对引物组合共得到301个位点,282个为多态位点,多态位点百分率为93.7%。4个种群多态位点百分率为35.2%~72.4%,平均多态位点百分率为54.6%。总的Nei's基因多样性为0.3043,总Shannon多态信息指数为0.4578。种群间及种群内部均具有较丰富的遗传多样性,种群间的遗传差异大于种群内部的遗传差异。NJ聚类分析与主坐标分析结果一致,所有的供试材料明显的分为3个组,地理分布距离较近的种群优先聚在一起。  相似文献

水稻品种SSR与PFLP及其与杂条优势的关系比较研究   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16  
用48对SSR引物和50个RFLP探针对来自6个生态型的57份水稻材料之间的遗传差异进行了比较分析,从单个位点的等位基历数和平均基因多样性看,SSR的多态性要高于RFLP,从遗传距离看,在总计1596对材料的遗传距离中,只有144对(占9%)用RFLP标记估计的遗传距离(简称GDRFLP,下同)高于用SSR标记估计的遗传距离(简称GDSSR,下同),平均高出的幅度为0.0371,而有1452对(占91%)材料间的GDSSR高于GDRFLP,平均高出幅度为0.2492,无论是籼,粳亚种内还是灿粳亚种间,SSR标记比RFLP估计的遗传离高,如用SSR标记估计的籼稻亚种内材料之间平均遗传距离为0.5483,而RFLP标记估计的只有0.2776,粳稻亚种内SSR平均遗传距离为0.5777,RFLP的只有0.2405,用SSR和RFLP估计的亚种间的平均遗传距离分别为0.8047和0.731,成对材料的SSR遗传距离与RFLP遗传距离之间的相关分析表明,对于典型的籼粳品种,这两种标记估计的遗传距离相关系数较高,而中间型材料或偏籼偏粳材料的相关程序较低,通过分析4个两系不育系与48恢复系之间的遗传距离与F1的产量表现及杂种优势之间的相关关系得知,这两种标记估计的遗传距离与杂种表现间的相关均没有达到显著水平,而与杂种优势的相关系数中,除108s与恢复系的GDRFLP和LS2S与恢复系的GDSSR与超亲优势没有达到显著水平外,其他均达到极显著的水平。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
