日本大螯蜚( Grandidierella jap onica)生长发育的适温范围为 20~26℃。不同发育期耐受温度范围不同,刚孵化幼体温度下限为11℃,上限为32℃,以后随着幼体发育,其对低温的适应力逐渐增强。雄性个体对极限温度的忍耐力低于雌性。在耐受温度范围内,幼体的生长发育随着温度的提高而加快。研究结果表明,日本大螯蜚实验室培养温度宜选择在20~26℃,用其进行的沉积物急性和慢性毒性生物检验的实验温度均宜选择在 20℃。 相似文献

The temperature–frequency relationship in nerve conduction block induced by high-frequency, biphasic electrical current was
investigated by computer simulation using an amphibian myelinated axon model based on Frankenhaeuser–Huxley (FH) equations.
For an axon of diameter 10 μm, the minimal blocking frequency was changed from 6 to 3 kHz as the temperature was decreased
from 37°C to 15°C. The maximal blocking temperature below which the axon could be blocked was increased from 22°C to 37°C
as the stimulation frequency was increased from 4 to 8 kHz. The maximal blocking temperature was not influenced by axon diameter.
Simulation analysis also revealed that activation of potassium channels might determine the temperature–frequency relationship.
This study indicates that temperature might be one of the factors that cause the frequency discrepancy as reported in previous
animal studies.

The water-soluble polysaccharide (AMP), with a molecular mass of 7.8 × 103 Da as determined by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC), was obtained from the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea. Methylation, Smith degradation, acetolysis, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and acid hydrolysis studies were conducted to elucidate its structure. The results indicated that AMP consisted of a backbone composed of (1→6)-linked-α-d-glucopyranosyl, (1→2,6)-linked-α-d-glucopyranosyl and (1→6)-linked-α-d-galactopyranosyl residues in the ratio of 3:1:1, and terminated with one single terminal (1→)-β-d-glucopyranosyl at the O-2 position of (1→2,6)-linked-α-d-glucopyranosyl, on average, along the main chain. Preliminary tests in vitro showed that AMP has stimulating effects on murine lymphocyte proliferation induced by concanavalin A or lipopolysaccharide in a dose-dependent manner. The water-soluble polysaccharide (POP), with a molecular mass of 2.4x10(4)Da, was obtained from the fruiting body of Pleurotus ostreatus. Structure features of the purified polysaccharide were investigated by a combination of chemical and instrumental analysis, such as methylation analysis, Smith degradation, GC-MS, (13)C and (1)H NMR and FTIR. The results indicated that the backbone of POP was composed of (1-->6)-linked-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl and (1-->2,6)-linked-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl residues, which were terminated with a single terminal (1-->)-beta-D-glucose residue at the O-2 position of galactosyl along the main chain in the ratio of 1:1:1. Preliminary tests in vitro showed POP is capable of enhancing concanavalin A (ConA)- or lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced lymphocyte proliferation, which suggested that POP could be a potential immunostimulating agent for use in functional foods or medicine against both pathogens and cancer. 相似文献

Sans-fille (SNF) is the Drosophila homologue of mammalian general splicing factors U1A and U2B″, and it is essential in Drosophila sex determination. We found that, besides its ability to bind U1 snRNA, SNF can also bind polyuridine RNA tracts flanking the male-specific exon of the master switch gene Sex-lethal (Sxl) pre-mRNA specifically, similar to Sex-lethal protein (SXL). The polyuridine RNA binding enables SNF directly inhibit Sxl exon 3 splicing, as the dominant negative mutant SNF1621 binds U1 snRNA but not polyuridine RNA. Unlike U1A, both RNA recognition motifs (RRMs) of SNF can recognize polyuridine RNA tracts independently, even though SNF and U1A share very high sequence identity and overall structure similarity. As SNF RRM1 tends to self-associate on the opposite side of the RNA binding surface, it is possible for SNF to bridge the formation of super-complexes between two introns flanking Sxl exon 3 or between a intron and U1 snRNP, which serves the molecular basis for SNF to directly regulate Sxl splicing. Taken together, a new functional model for SNF in Drosophila sex determination is proposed. The key of the new model is that SXL and SNF function similarly in promoting Sxl male-specific exon skipping with SNF being an auxiliary or backup to SXL, and it is the combined dose of SXL and SNF governs Drosophila sex determination. 相似文献

Classical studies have demonstrated that the visual centers in primates consist of cortical areas V1, V2 and V4 and their branches. However, nothing is known about how these visual areas change in postnatal development. In the present studies, therefore, pigs aged 2, 4, and 6 months old, were stimulated visually with a colored checker board and the active sites in the cortex, cerebellum and brainstem recorded using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). In pigs aged 2 months old, visual stimulation induced an increase in activation of sites in the V2 and V4 cortical areas, as well as in the areas of the inferior aspect of the parietal and middle aspect of the temporal cortices, but not in the medial and caudal occipital cortex (V1 area). At 4 months old, the V1 area was also activated, and by 6 months old, an inferior sector in the prefrontal cortex was also activated. As the pigs aged, functional active sites were further demonstrated in the cerebellum and the brainstem, which probably had to do with action memory, and the control of the ocular muscles, respectively. It is concluded that the visual pathway of the pig mainly involves cortical areas that mature at 6 months of age. 相似文献
