目的分析磷酸肌酸钠联合还原型谷胱甘肽对肝功能损害患儿炎性因子及肝功的影响,为提高肝功能损害患儿的救治水平提供参考。方法选取2015年3月~2018年3月我院收治的200例肝功能损害患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各100例。对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,实验组在谷胱甘肽基础上联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗。两组持续治疗2周后,观察比较转氨酶下降情况、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗第1周和第2周,实验组转氨酶指标下降至正常值两倍以下例数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,实验组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合还原型谷胱甘肽可有效缓解肝功能损害患儿症状,降低机体转氨酶水平,减轻炎症反应,且无明显严重不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床应用。  相似文献

目的:分析阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择112例重症支原体肺炎患儿并通过抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各56例。对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗。观察并比较两组患儿治疗前后血沉(ESR)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、同工酶MB(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、CD4~+及CD8~+,临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组(82.1%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组ESR、血清LDH、CK-MB、CK、AST、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平及CD8~+均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组以上指标均明显低于对照组;两组CD4~+均较治疗前明显上升,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组退热、咳嗽缓解、肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P0.05)。两组不良反应的发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎的临床效果明显优于单用阿奇霉素治疗,可有效减轻心肌损伤和炎症反应,并提高患儿免疫功能,且安全性高。  相似文献

目的:枸橼酸咖啡因联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效,观察其对肺功能的影响。方法:选取我院新生儿科2016年6月至2019年6月收治的112例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(n=56)。对照组患儿采取枸橼酸咖啡因联合呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上再联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、血气分析指标、肺功能及心肌酶的变化,同时观察并发症支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的发生情况。结果:治疗后24 h及48 h,两组患儿PaO2和PaO2/FiO2显著上升,PaCO2明显下降(P<0.05);且观察组患儿PaO2及PaO2/FiO2均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后24 h,两组患儿FEV1和FEV1/FVC较治疗前明显升高,观察组FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后48 h,患儿FEV1和FEV1/FVC进一步改善,观察组改善情况也优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,患儿CK-MB和LDH水平较治疗前逐渐下降,且观察组CK-MB和LDH明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.07%,显著高于对照组82.14%,且不良反应BPD发生率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸咖啡因联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗NRDS临床疗效显著,可有效改善患儿肺功能,减少心肌损伤,从而降低心肺不良反应并发症的发生率,有助于预后,值得临床推广与应用。  相似文献

目的探讨活血通络汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效及对IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法选取118例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,将其随机分为对照组(59例)和观察组(59例),两组均给予替硝唑氯化钠注射液,观察组在此基础上辨证使用活血通络汤,考察并比较两组患者的生活质量,血清中IL-6、IL-8,临床疗效及不良反应等。结果经治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率(93.2%)与对照组总有效率(74.6%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者生活质量评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组患者生活质量改善的程度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(16.9%)与对照组(18.6%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论活血通络汤加减用于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,可显著改善临床症状,提高生活质量及临床疗效,且安全性较好,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。  相似文献

目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠对重度颅脑损伤合并心肌损害患者的心肌、脑组织保护作用.方法:选择60例重度颅脑损伤合并心肌损害需要手术治疗的患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组加用磷酸肌酸钠至术后3天,观察两组颅内压(ICP),脑氧分压(PbrO2),心功能及心肌酶的变化情况.结果:治疗组颅内压及心肌酶明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组脑氧分压心功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用磷酸肌酸钠可明显改善心脑组织微循环及能量代谢,具有良好的保护作用.  相似文献

目的:观察长期吸入布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性哮喘基因阳性患儿的临床疗效。方法:将88例支气管哮喘患儿按简单随机法分为对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=42),两组均予以常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上长期吸入布地奈德治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状及体征消失时间,治疗前后嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)计数、免疫球蛋白(Ig E)、白介素-4(IL-4)和肺功能的变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(97.62%vs. 84.78%,P0.05),气促、哮鸣音、肺部啰音、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前,两组ECP、EOS、Ig E、IL-4水平、峰值呼气流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组ECP、EOS、Ig E及IL-4水平较治疗前下降(P0.05),研究组以上指标低于对照组(P0.05),两组治疗后PFE及FEV1较治疗前心脏上升,且研究组以上指标明显高于对照组(P0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:长期吸入布地奈德联合孟鲁斯特纳可提高过敏性哮喘基因阳性患儿的疗效,显著减轻患儿症状,控制气道炎症反应,改善肺功能。  相似文献

目的探讨布拉酵母菌联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例,两组患儿均用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂早晨喷鼻1次,1喷/次。对照组用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片2~5岁4 mg,6~12岁5 mg,12岁10 mg每晚睡前口服。治疗组在对照组基础上联合布拉酵母菌散剂1.0 g/次,2次/d,口服,4周1个疗程。结果两组患儿治疗后VAS评分均比治疗前降低,治疗组评分前后差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),两组患儿随访6个月后与治疗结束时比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组与对照组患儿在总有效率和复发率的比较上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效明显。  相似文献

目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MMP)的疗效。方法:选取2013年3月至2014年3月收治的100例MMP患儿,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组采用静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗,实验组在对照组基础上口服孟鲁司特钠片。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、哮喘发生率及不良反应。结果:实验组患儿治疗后退热时间、止咳时间、住院时间分别为(1.69±0.99)d、(3.39±1.48)d、(6.15±2.02)d,明显低于对照组的(3.95±2.45)d、(5.92±3.32)d、(8.86±1.78)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);实验组患儿儿童支原体肺炎诱发哮喘的发病率为10%(5/50),显著低于对照组的48%(24/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童MMP能明显提高患者的治疗效果,且能有效降低儿童支原体肺炎诱发哮喘的发病率,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎继发哮喘发作的临床疗效及对其T淋巴细胞亚群及Th1、Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法:选取我院2015年6月到2017年6月间收治的支原体肺炎继发哮喘发作患儿100例为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均给予吸氧、抗生素、维持酸碱度、电解质平衡及相应症状等对症治疗,对照组给予生理盐水结合沙丁胺醇进行雾化治疗,观察组采用3%高渗盐水结合沙丁胺醇进行雾化治疗,比较两组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺内啰音、咽部肿痒等症状消失时间及临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、IFN-γ及IL-4水平情况。结果:观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺内啰音、咽部肿痒等临床症状消失时间显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗前CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、IFN-γ及IL-4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+及IFN-γ水平均明显升高,CD8~+及IL-4水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);且观察组治疗后CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+及IFN-γ水平均明显高于对照组,CD8~+及IL-4水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:高渗盐水雾化吸入能够显著改善支原体肺炎继发哮喘发作患儿临床症状,提高CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+及Th1水平,抑制CD8~+及Th2水平,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:探究糖皮质激素对大叶性肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响。方法:选取2014年3月至2014年8月我院收治的大叶性肺炎患儿60例,并将其随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组30例,给抗炎、退热、镇咳、平喘等临床常规治疗;实验组30例,在与对照组相同治疗的基础上加用糖皮质激素联合治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患儿治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平比较均无统计学差异(P均0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均0.05),且实验组患儿的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素辅助治疗可降低大叶性肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的水平,这可能是其治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的药理学作用之一。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
