布拉酵母菌联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的探讨布拉酵母菌联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例,两组患儿均用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂早晨喷鼻1次,1喷/次。对照组用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片2~5岁4 mg,6~12岁5 mg,12岁10 mg每晚睡前口服。治疗组在对照组基础上联合布拉酵母菌散剂1.0 g/次,2次/d,口服,4周1个疗程。结果两组患儿治疗后VAS评分均比治疗前降低,治疗组评分前后差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),两组患儿随访6个月后与治疗结束时比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组与对照组患儿在总有效率和复发率的比较上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效明显。

Effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined montelukast sodium in treatment of allergic rhinitis

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group or control group (n=35), and accepted mometasone furoate nasal spray, one puff q.d. in the morning; In addition, the control group was given montelukast sodium (4 mg for ages of 2 to 5 years, 5 mg for ages of 6 to 12 years, 10 mg for ages over 12 years, orally before bedtime q.d.), while the treatment group was give monelukast sodium (dosages as above) and Saccharomyces boulardii 1.0 g b.i.d. orally. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were lower; the VAS scores in treatment group was significantly lower after treatment (P<0.01), and there was significant difference in the VAS scores between the groups (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the VAS score at the end of treatment and the score 6 months after treatment in both group (P>0.05). The total efficiency rate and recurrence rate in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant.
