目的报道1例由罕见细菌导致的感染病例,并分析其易感因素及药敏情况,为罕见细菌感染治疗提供临床经验。方法收集该患者临床信息,包括症状、治疗过程、药敏试验结果等。结果药敏试验显示该少见贪铜菌对大部分头孢类、碳青霉烯类等抗生素均敏感。结论少见贪铜菌是比较罕见的条件致病菌之一,感染多发生于免疫力低下患者。  相似文献

黑山县某兔场出现仔兔突然发病、大量死亡现象,根据临床症状和病理剖检变化疑似细菌感染,采取肝脏等样本进行病原分离、培养特性观察、菌落形态学观察、生化反应试验、致病性试验、药敏试验。结果从组织样本中分离获得1株病原菌,其培养特性、菌落形态、生化反应特性等均符合产气荚膜梭菌特征,药敏实验结果显示,该分离菌对氟苯尼考、头孢哌酮、哌拉西林等药物敏感。说明该兔场发生了产气荚膜梭菌病的疫情,采用敏感药物治疗后,收到明显效果。  相似文献

目的:通过实体瘤体外药敏试验以期指导食管癌术后化疗方案的选择,实现食管癌化疗个体化用药。方法:采用TECIA法对319例肿瘤组织标本进行体外组织培养,并用常见九种化疗药物进行药物敏感性试验,根据试验结果选用化疗方案进行术后辅助化疗。结果:319份标本对常见化疗药高敏感占2.4%,中敏感占48.6%;传统化疗方案药物部分呈现低度敏感,甚至耐药现象;根据药敏结果选用中、高敏感药物进行术后化疗其5年生存期明显延长,复发率降低。结论:肿瘤药物敏感试验对指导患者的个体化治疗具有重要的价值。  相似文献

猪源绿色气球菌的分离鉴定与药敏特性研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
目的鉴定研究2006年和2008年本实验室分别从广东清远和广西北流两个猪场发病小猪的膝关节积液中分离到2株呈四联状或成对排列,在山羊血琼脂平板上能形成明显的α-溶血圈的G+球菌。方法采用小白鼠致病性试验、细菌常规生理生化鉴定、药敏试验、耐药基因检测及16S rRNA序列分析等方法对上述分离的2株细菌进行鉴定及药敏特性研究。结果确定这2株G+球菌为正常情况下非致病性绿色气球菌(登录号分别为:GQ161096;GQ161097)。系统发育分析表明,两分离株与绿色气球菌15MS(登录号:EU075039.1)同源性分别高达99.4%和98.7%。药敏试验及耐药基因检测发现,这2株绿色气球菌除了对新霉素、氟哌酸、恩诺沙星、菌必治和环丙沙星等5种药物呈高敏外,对先锋V等13种抗菌素均不敏感。耐药基因检测结果表明,GXBL-1可检出6个耐药基因,GDQY-1则可检出多达10个耐药基因。结论从这2株分离株耐药谱检测结果可以看出,正常菌株同样携带多重耐药基因,存在着通过质粒转座子和整合子将耐药基因转移给敏感菌,导致耐药性传播的可能,应引起足够重视。  相似文献

目的分离鉴定引起巴马小型猪腹泻的细菌并筛选出对其敏感的特效药物。方法通过常规细菌学检测、分子生物学鉴定、生化试验等方法对疑似细菌感染的巴马小型猪进行分析,同时选用呋喃妥因、美满霉素、庆大霉素等25种药物对分离的细菌进行药敏实验。结果通过以上实验判定巴马小型猪为大肠埃希菌感染引起的腹泻,血清型为O138;药敏试验分析结果表明,该菌株仅对青霉素、链霉素、头孢曲松和呋喃妥因4种药物敏感,对磷霉素、磺胺脒、左氟沙星等高度耐药。结论大肠埃希菌广泛存在耐药性,该研究结果为防治相关实验动物大肠埃希菌感染提供理论依据。  相似文献

研究首次报道从患体表溃疡病黄鳝的肝脏、肾脏、脾脏等分离到1株细菌, 经动物回归试验鉴定其为病原菌。形态学观察、生理生化试验和16S rRNA基因鉴定, 结果证实该病原菌株为温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria)。通过致病性试验证明其对鲤鱼和泥鳅均有致病力;药敏试验结果表明:分离菌株对头孢氨噻肟、头孢曲松钠、丙氟哌酸、洛美沙星、甲氧苄啶、氟哌酸、壮观霉素等高度敏感,而对氨苄青霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素等药物不敏感。    相似文献

鸡大肠杆菌病病原的分离鉴定和部分生物学特性研究   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
无菌采取某鸡场送检的疑似大肠杆菌病的病、死鸡的心血、肝、脾、肾,进行病原菌的分离、生化鉴定、动物实验和药敏试验。生化鉴定结果显示引起该鸡场鸡只发病的病原为大肠杆菌,并且该菌对小白鼠和鸡有较强的致病力。药物敏感性试验结果显示,该菌对先锋V、头孢呋肟、头孢噻肟敏感,对庆大霉素和氧氟沙星不敏感,而链霉素、新诺明、红霉素、青霉素、氨苄西林、四环素对它完全没有抑制效果。结果表明:该鸡场出现了耐药的致病性大肠杆菌,在以后的肉鸡生产中应慎用抗生素,在使用药物治疗大肠杆菌病时,应根据药敏试验结果,选择敏感药物,且应注意交替用药,按疗程投药。  相似文献

目的:提高对系统性红疯狼疮(SLE)伴发急腹症临床表现的认识,总结诊断和治疗此类病例的经验。方法:对18例SLE伴发急腹症的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:SLE并发急腹症临床表现多样化,可以表现为消化道出血,肠梗阻。肠穿孔,急性胃肠炎,急性胰腺炎,急性腹膜炎等。治疗后16例病情得到控制,2例死亡。结论:SLE伴发急腹症预示病情危重,对此应提高认识,尽早诊断;应用大剂量肾上腺皮质激素和免疫抑制剂有良好的疗效。  相似文献

本文应用植物资源学的研究方法 ,对目前国内市场上常见的药物减肥产品进行了调查 ,并对其所用的药用植物进行了归类研究 ,结合《本草纲目》中的所记载的减肥药方 ,遴选出此类植物 38种 ,隶属于 2 5科。作者根据其减肥作用机理和中药分类方法将这些植物归为 7类。每类选取 1种代表植物 ,即消食类 :山楂等 ;化痰类 :绞股蓝等 ;利水渗湿类 :茯苓等 ;泻下类 :大黄等 ;解表类 :柴胡等 ;理气类 :陈皮等 ;活血祛瘀类 :丹参等。就其主要形态特征、群落类型、地理分布、化学成分和药用功效、采收加工、资源利用等进行较为详细的说明 ,旨在初步弄清我国减肥药用植物资源种类和分布 ,并对保护和开发利用这些资源提出建议  相似文献

Global assessment of conservation threats to several taxonomic groups are urgently needed for species living in regions of the world where field research is curtailed by logistic or economic constraints. For instance, it is now widely recognized that freshwater turtles represent one of the most endangered groups of vertebrates in the world. This situation has been particularly evident with Asian species. Although in Sub-Saharan Africa species are exposed to very similar threats (e.g., intense hunting for food and traditional medicine, habitat loss, collection for the pet trade, etc.), there is no comparable concern in the international conservation community simply because the African species are still too poorly known. Here, I propose a model for analyzing the threat levels to freshwater turtles of Sub-Saharan Africa and I test this model by taking into consideration a series of six risk variables of distribution and ecology. Each variable was categorized into five ranks (0–4) of increasing survival risk. The results, although preliminary, show a great sensitivity of most species. This strongly contrasts with the fact that apart from Malagasy endemics very few species are currently considered as threatened according to IUCN lists. There were clear differences among-families in the major threats. Softshell turtles are especially threatened because their large body size makes them a very good food source for native populations. The single podocnemidid species is also vulnerable, and is particularly sensitive to human hunting for domestic consumption. Concerning the Pelomedusidae, there are several species that are considered by the model as sensitive or highly sensitive to rarity. They are affected by a combination of threats (Extent of distribution in Sub-Saharan Africa, Habitat breadth, Habits, Likeliness of human direct/indirect persecution, and Habitat vulnerability). Diflubenzuron (DFB) has been known to prevent metamorphosis of silkworm, Bombyx mori, from larval to pupal stage at low dose exposure. To explain this inhibitory action of DFB, a hypothesis was raised that DFB acts like juvenile hormone (JH) or DFB inhibits JH esterase to increase endogenous JH titer. A JH bioassay using isolated abdomen clearly indicates that DFB does not act as JH analog because DFB did not induce vitellogenesis in the isolated female abdomen, while endogenous JHs did significantly. General esterase activities in hemolymph were lower in DFB-treated fifth instar larvae than in the control larvae, but there was no difference between fat body esterase activities in both groups. Two hemolymph esterases (‘E1’ and ‘E2’) of the fifth instar larvae were separated and visualized by α-and β-naphthyl acetate. From in vitro incubation experiment, the cathodal esterase (‘E1’) was sensitive to DFB at its nanomolar range. Considering the fact that early fifth instar larvae have high level of JH esterase in the hemolymph, these results suggest that DFB inhibit larval to pupal metamorphosis by blocking JH degradation, which increases endogenous JH titer especially at the critical period when the larvae determine metamorphic development at the following molt.  相似文献

Quinolones are a group of synthetic antibiotics that are widely used in veterinary medicine. Their residues may remain in tissues, milk, etc. intended for human consumption. The European Union fixes the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of veterinary medicinal products in foodstuffs of animal origin. Analytical methods are therefore needed to determine them in biological samples. In this study, we describe capillary isotachophoresis-capillary zone electrophoresis (ITP-CZE) to analyze three quinolones, enrofloxacin (ENR), ciprofloxacin (CPR) and flumequine (FLU), in pig plasma samples. We used solid-phase extraction with Oasis HLB cartridges as a sample pretreatment clean-up step. Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) requires low amounts of sample and is not as sensitive as one would wish. ITP-CZE is an easy way to increase the sample loadability and sensitivity. With this system sensitivity increases 40-fold. The detection limits for CPR, ENR and FLU were 70, 85 and 50 microg l(-1), respectively, which were lower than their MRLs in different kinds of samples. This method is simple and sensitive, and is therefore an alternative tool to the existing HPLC methods for analyzing the residuals of these quinolones in biological samples.  相似文献

Shrimp viruses can remain infectious in frozen shrimp tissue and have been found in frozen commodity shrimp. Therefore, the threat of viral outbreaks in wild and cultured shrimp via frozen commodity shrimp exists. Because frozen shrimp are imported with and without the cephalothorax, more knowledge is needed concerning the infectivity of a cephalothorax relative to that of an abdomen. We compared the mortality rates from shrimp exposed to a WSSV-infected cephalothorax, abdomen, or whole shrimp cadaver. Estimates of transmission coefficients from the exposures to the infected cephalothorax, abdomen, or whole shrimp were also calculated because the transmission coefficients account for differences in the initial doses. In addition, we compared the variability in infectivity of pieces of shrimp by feeding 24 equal-sized pieces of cephalothorax and abdomen to 24 individually isolated shrimp. In Expt 1, susceptible shrimp did not completely consume the infected abdomen, and a significant difference was detected among shrimp exposed to the abdomen (mortality rate = 0.40), cephalothorax (mortality rate = 0.75), and whole shrimp cadaver (mortality rate = 0.67). The calculated transmission coefficients were 0.95 from an infected cephalothorax, 0.59 from an infected abdomen, and 0.69 from an infected whole shrimp cadaver. In Expt 2, susceptible shrimp were starved to ensure complete ingestion of each dose. No significant difference was observed in the estimated mortality rates from an infected cephalothorax (0.58), abdomen (0.63), or whole shrimp (0.67). The calculated transmission coefficients were 0.84 from an infected cephalothorax, 0.83 from an infected abdomen, and 0.60 from an infected whole shrimp cadaver. In Expt 3, no difference was observed in the mortality rates resulting from exposures to pieces of infected cephalothorax (0.57) or abdomen (0.58). Our results suggested that there was no difference in the viral loads of a WSSV-infected cephalothorax or abdomen, but that the cephalothorax was more infectious, probably because it was more palatable. In addition, our results are inconsistent with some assumptions of pathogen transmission used in epidemiological models. Some shrimp may be less aggressive feeders; therefore, susceptible shrimp are differentially contacting the dead infected shrimp in the exposure tanks, violating the random mixing assumption. Moreover, virus is probably not homogeneously distributed throughout an infected shrimp, suggesting that contacts between susceptible and infected shrimp are not equally likely to result in transmission.  相似文献

In nectar-feeding butterflies, reproductive potential is usually thought to depend on the size of the reproductive reserves in the abdomen, the adult food quality and, for females, the amount of resources received in the spermatophores at mating. Recent findings show that thorax mass and nitrogen content decrease with age in some butterfly species, and that thorax resources may be used for reproduction in the butterfly Pieris napi , just as in some other insects. In order to determine whether this is a general pattern and ascertain how it relates to the investment of resources in reproduction we studied the dynamics of thorax and abdomen mass changes in 11 Swedish butterfly species. By regressing thorax and abdomen mass on age of field-collected specimens, we show that loss of mass from both the thorax and the abdomen is a common phenomenon among nectar-feeding temperate zone butterflies under natural conditions. We argue that our results indicate that resources from flight muscles can be reallocated to reproduction by these butterflies, thus increasing their reproductive potential. Within species, females use proportionately more resources from the thorax than do males, as expected from the difference in investment of resources in reproduction. Among males we expect species with a higher reproductive investment to have a larger decrease in thorax and abdomen mass, and our data indicate that this is the case. Looking at the change in relative thorax mass, our results suggest that the use of resources from the thorax does not affect flight performance negatively, something that could constrain the use of muscle resources.  © 2005 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society , 2005, 86 , 363–380.  相似文献
