为了阐明兰科菌根真菌对铁皮石斛光合作用的影响及机制,采用盆栽方式研究了兰科菌根真菌对铁皮石斛幼苗生长的影响,并分析了叶片中叶绿素含量、光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数以及pepc基因表达的变化。结果表明:(1)兰科菌根真菌促进了铁皮石斛幼苗生长,接种兰科菌根真菌的铁皮石斛的株高、根重、茎叶重和总生物量分别是未接种对照组的1.21、1.54、1.71和1.68倍;而且可显著提高叶片中叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Gs)和气孔导度(Tr)。(2)接种兰科菌根真菌的铁皮石斛叶片潜在光化学效率(Fv/F0)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)、实际光化学反应量子效率(Yield)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)均高于未接种对照组。(3)菌根真菌能促进pepc基因的表达,增强PEPC活性,提高铁皮石斛叶片的光合碳同化能力。研究表明,菌根的形成可以提高铁皮石斛叶片光合性能和pepc基因的表达水平,促进铁皮石斛幼苗的生长。  相似文献

用He-Ne激光(波长632.8 nm,辐射剂量5.43 mW/mm2)对萌动小麦种子辐照5 min,待幼苗长至一叶一心时,用150 μmol/L CdCl2溶液进行胁迫处理,研究He-Ne激光预处理对镉(Cd2+)胁迫下小麦幼苗生长发育和生理特性的影响。结果显示:He-Ne激光预处理能显著降低Cd2+胁迫下小麦幼苗中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量及超氧自由基(O2)产生速率,显著提高幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸氧化酶(APX)活性,并使叶片抗氧化物质谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量以及幼苗株高、根长和干重增加。研究表明,He-Ne激光预处理可有效缓解镉胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的抑制作用,并通过促进其幼苗中酶类和非酶类抗氧化剂的产生,有效减少镉胁迫产生的脂质过氧化物含量,从而提高其耐镉性。  相似文献

以小白菜"甜脆青"为试材,研究不同浓度(5、10、25、50和100 mmol/L)过氧化氢(H2O2)浸种处理对100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下小白菜(Brassica chinensis L.)种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫明显抑制小白菜种子的萌发状况和幼苗生长,发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗根和芽长度和鲜重均明显降低,根和芽中CAT的活性及K+含量明显受到抑制,渗透调节物质、活性氧和MDA含量显著增加。不同浓度H2O2浸种处理提高了NaCl胁迫下小白菜种子发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,促进小白菜根和芽的生长,增强了NaCl胁迫下根和芽中SOD、CAT和APX的活性及K+含量,降低O2产生速率及H2O2和MDA含量,进一步促进脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的增加,降低体内Na+含量。其中以10 mmol/L H2O2处理缓解盐胁迫效果最好,明显缓解NaCl胁迫对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制。  相似文献

以燕麦品种‘燕科2号’为试验材料,采用盆栽方式,设置正常供水(CK)、正常供水下喷施腐植酸水溶肥(CKH)、重度干旱胁迫(SS)和重度干旱胁迫下喷施腐植酸水溶肥(SSH)4个处理,对燕麦叶片中活性氧水平、抗氧化酶活性、总抗氧化剂含量及产量等进行测定,以明确腐植酸水溶肥(HA)对重度干旱胁迫下燕麦叶片活性氧清除系统的调控效应,并探讨HA对燕麦耐旱性的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)与CK相比,燕麦叶片超氧阴离子( O2-·)、羟自由基(·OH)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在重度干旱胁迫下显著提高,且均在喷施HA后比重度干旱胁迫处理显著降低,但此时活性氧的水平仍显著高于CK。(2)与CK相比,燕麦叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱氨肽还原酶(GR)和谷胱氨肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性在重度干旱胁迫下显著降低,而其总抗氧化能力(T AOC)显著提高,它们在喷施HA后均比重度干旱胁迫处理显著提高,但各酶活性仍不同程度低于CK。(3)与CK相比,燕麦籽粒产量和生物产量在重度干旱胁迫下显著下降,喷施HA后又比重度干旱胁迫显著升高,但仍显著低于CK。研究认为,喷施HA可有效提高重度干旱胁迫下燕麦叶片抗氧化酶活性,促进抗氧化物质再生,增强叶片的总抗氧化能力,从而有效清除重度干旱胁迫引起的活性氧积累,降低重度干旱胁迫对植物细胞膜的氧化损伤,最终缓解重度干旱胁迫对燕麦造成的伤害,一定程度上能够减少籽粒产量的损失。  相似文献

以正常水分状态、轻度干旱胁迫、中度干旱胁迫和重度干旱胁迫下的马铃薯抗旱品种‘底西瑞’和干旱敏感品种‘大西洋’ 植株为材料,于现蕾期采用0(对照)和0.01 mmol·L-1 SNP分别喷施各处理植株,对不同处理下2个品种的植株形态、叶片超氧阴离子和H2O2含量以及抗氧化酶活性进行比较分析,探讨外源SNP对干旱状态下马铃薯的生理应答机制,为马铃薯的抗旱栽培提供新的技术理论支持。结果显示:(1)SNP喷施对重度水分胁迫下马铃薯植株的正常生长具有一定的保护作用。(2)在干旱胁迫条件下,马铃薯叶片POD活性在品种‘底西瑞’中增加而在品种‘大西洋’中降低,超氧阴离子含量和H2O2含量以及CAT和APX活性在各品种中均增加,但超氧阴离子含量和H2O2含量增加程度与胁迫程度无关。(3)抗旱品种‘底西瑞’在干旱胁迫下的超氧阴离子含量低于干旱敏感品种‘大西洋’,而其POD、CAT和APX活性则高于‘大西洋’; 0.01 mmol·L-1SNP处理未改变马铃薯叶片中超氧阴离子和H2O2含量随土壤水分的变化趋势,但改变了‘大西洋’叶片中SOD、POD、CAT活性以及‘底西瑞’叶片中APX活性的变化趋势。(4)外源喷施0.01 mmol·L-1SNP降低了‘底西瑞’在中度和重度胁迫下以及‘大西洋’在轻度和中度胁迫下超氧阴离子含量,提高了干旱胁迫下‘底西瑞’和‘大西洋’的POD和APX活性。研究表明,POD、CAT和APX可作为马铃薯水分胁迫下的应答以及品种抗旱性的筛选指标,外源SNP可通过诱导增强干旱胁迫下马铃薯的抗氧化酶活性来提高其抗旱性。  相似文献

以三色堇实生苗为材料,设置不同浓度的NaHCO3[0(CK)、25、50、100、150和200 mmol·L-1]处理,在胁迫后第7天和第14天分别测定各处理幼苗叶片的渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及株高生长量,探讨三色堇对NaHCO3胁迫的生理响应机制。结果表明:(1)三色堇株高生长量在NaHCO3浓度小于等于50 mmol·L-1时较CK显著增加,在100 mmol·L-1时与CK相近,在大于100 mmol·L-1时较CK显著降低。(2)各浓度处理三色堇叶片可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量在胁迫第7天均显著高于CK;而胁迫第14天时,各浓度处理的SS含量、50 mmol·L-1处理的SP含量以及150、200 mmol·L-1处理的Pro含量仍显著高于CK。(3)胁迫第7天时,三色堇叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在各胁迫浓度下较CK均显著增强,但其过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均无显著变化;胁迫第14天时,各浓度处理的CAT活性、50 mmol·L-1处理的POD活性以及100、150 mmol·L-1处理的SOD活性均显著高于相应CK。(4)在NaHCO3胁迫过程中,三色堇叶片MDA含量均随着胁迫浓度增加而逐渐增加,且均显著高于CK。(5)三色堇叶片的叶绿素含量在胁迫第7天时均无显著变化,胁迫第14天时也仅在150或者200 mmol·L-1处理下较CK显著降低。研究发现,三色堇植株能耐受小于等于100 mmol·L-1NaHCO3胁迫,NaHCO3对株高生长有低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的剂量效应;三色堇在NaHCO3胁迫期间能够通过增加渗透调节物质含量、增强抗氧化酶活性来缓解胁迫诱导的过氧化伤害,一定程度上提高了幼苗的耐受能力。  相似文献

为揭示叶面喷施外源褪黑素(MT)在干旱胁迫及复水下调控玉米的生理机制,该研究以玉米‘陕科9号’为试验材料,叶面喷施100 μmol·L-1褪黑素,在重度干旱胁迫和复水后测定叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶面积、地上部生物量、光合机构活性以及抗氧化酶活性等指标。结果表明:(1)外源喷施褪黑素能有效缓解干旱胁迫诱导的玉米生长发育抑制,同时显著提高干旱胁迫下玉米叶片光系统(PSⅡ和PSⅠ)有效量子产量[Y(Ⅱ)和Y(Ⅰ)],并降低干旱胁迫下叶片PSⅠ 受体侧和供体侧限制引起的非光化学能量耗散的量子产量Y(ND)和Y(NA)。(2)喷施外源褪黑素显著增强了干旱胁迫玉米植株叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,显著降低了其丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量;同时外源褪黑激素也显著上调了其相应抗氧化酶活性相关基因的表达量。(3)复水后,干旱胁迫下经褪黑素处理的玉米植株叶片上述各参数恢复速度较单独干旱胁迫处理植株更快。研究认为,叶面喷施褪黑素有效缓解了干旱胁迫对玉米叶片的光合机构的损伤,增强了叶片抗氧化酶活性及相关基因的表达,显著降低了膜脂过氧化伤害程度,且复水后显著促进叶片生理功能的恢复,表明外源褪黑素可通过改善干旱及复水下玉米叶片光合效率和抗氧化能力,从而促进植株生长以适应干旱多变的环境。  相似文献

以盆栽4年生的苹果砧木湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis)为试材,叶面喷施100 mmol·L-1的甜菜碱,研究外源甜菜碱对干旱胁迫下湖北海棠叶片超微弱发光(UWL)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、脯氨酸(Pro)及甜菜碱(GB)含量的影响.结果表明,轻度干旱胁迫下,叶片UWL强度提高,但随着干旱胁迫程度的加重而下降,至严重干旱胁迫时UWL明显低于正常供水处理;H2O2、MDA含量随干旱胁迫加重而升高;SOD和POD活性随胁迫加重而升高,但至重度干旱时下降.与单独干旱处理相比,叶片喷施甜菜碱显著提高了轻度和中度干旱胁迫叶片的UWL(分别提高35.27%和43.95%)、SOD和POD活性,降低了H2O2和MDA含量;促进了Pro和GB的积累.表明甜菜碱及通过甜菜碱诱导的脯氨酸积累,能够提高干旱胁迫下叶片的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化损伤,对叶片细胞起到保护作用.  相似文献

为了研究CaCl2对NaCl胁迫下酸枣幼苗根、茎、叶的氮代谢影响,探索钙缓解幼苗NaCl胁迫的作用途径。该研究以酸枣幼苗为试验材料,检测不同浓度CaCl2(0、5、10、20 mmol/L)对NaCl(150 mmol/L)胁迫下幼苗叶片H2O2、O-·2含量,根、茎、叶中硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)活性及游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白、硝态氮含量的影响,并采用主成分分析法筛选出评价CaCl2缓解NaCl胁迫效应的生理指标。结果表明:与NaCl胁迫相比,盐胁迫幼苗叶片的H2O2、O-·2积累量在5、10 mmol/L CaCl2处理下显著减少;GOGAT活性在5、10 mmol/L CaCl2处理下的植株根和茎内以及各浓度 CaCl2处理的叶内均显著升高, GS、NR活性在10、20 mmol/L CaCl2处理的根内和10 mmol/L CaCl2处理的茎内以及5、10、20 mmol/L CaCl2处理的叶内均显著升高;可溶性蛋白含量在5、10、20 mmol/L CaCl2处理的根、茎、叶内均显著升高,游离氨基酸含量在10、20 mmol/L CaCl2处理的根和茎内以及10 mmol/L CaCl2处理的叶内均显著升高,硝态氮含量在10 mmol/L CaCl2处理的根和茎内以及5、10、20 mmol/L CaCl2处理的叶内均显著升高。研究发现,150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫对酸枣幼苗造成明显过氧化伤害,抑制了体内氮代谢;外源CaCl2可通过促进幼苗根和茎内GS/GOGAT循环对NH4+的同化作用,提高叶片NR活性,加快硝态氮的转化速率,从而增强幼苗对NaCl胁迫的适应性,并以10 mmol/L CaCl2处理缓解效果最佳;游离氨基酸、GOGAT、NR可以作为CaCl2缓解幼苗NaCl胁迫伤害的评价指标。  相似文献

水分胁迫下随小麦叶片含水量下降,膜透性增大,两者高度负相关;同时叶片H2O2含量和叶片微粒体膜脂过氧化水平都上升,无论在干旱时或在外源O2-和·OH作用时,微粒体膜流动性均下降,外源O2-和·OH处理微粒体膜后,膜脂过氧化水平明显增高,脂肪酸不饱和度明显下降;同时磷脂减少,游离脂肪酸增加。结果表明干旱可能使植物体内活性氧增多,从而导致膜损伤,这种由活性氧引起的膜损伤是膜脂过氧化和脱酯化共同作用的结果  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The Drosophila Pax6 homolog twin of eyeless (toy) is so far the first zygotically expressed gene involved in eye morphogenesis in Drosophila. The study of its expression during embryogenesis is therefore informative of the initial events of eye development in Drosophila. We have analyzed how the initial expression domain of toy at cellular blastoderm is regulated. We show that the three maternal patterning systems active in the cephalic region (the anterior, terminal and dorsal-ventral systems) cooperate with zygotically activated gap genes to shape the initial expression domain of toy. Whereas Bicoid, Dorsal and Torso signaling synergistically act as activators, Hunchback, Knirps and Decapentaplegic act as repressors.  相似文献

通过对采自广西24个县(市)的1 147份青藓科植物标本的逐一鉴定及相关文献的查阅,确认有广西青藓科植物11属、44种,其中包括广西青藓科植物新记录属1属,即拟异叶藓属(Pseudokindbergia),新记录种7种,分别为匐枝青藓(Brachythecium procumbens)、阔叶尖喙藓(Oxyrrhynchium latifolium)、泛生尖喙藓(O. vagans)、拟异叶藓(Pseudokindbergia dumosa)、华东细喙藓(Rhynchostegiella sinensis)、长肋拟青藓(Sciurohypnum populeum)和弯叶拟青藓(S. reflexum)。该文提供了修订后的广西青藓科植物名录,并对其中的新记录属、种的主要形态学识别特征、生境和地理分布等进行了详细描述。  相似文献

Resin glycosides are secondary metabolites exclusive to the convolvulaceous plants. In this study, crypthophilic acids A–C (13), the first resin glycosides occurring in another family (Scrophulariaceae), and the other constituents of Scrophularia cryptophila were examined for in vitro antiprotozoal and antimycobacterial potentials. Except for crypthophilic acid B (2), all tested compounds exhibited growth-inhibitory effect against Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense, with l-tryptophan (6) and buddlejasaponin III (7) being the most potent ones (IC50's 4.1 and 9.7 μg/ml). In contrast, the activity towards Trypanosoma cruzi was poor, and only crypthophilic acid C (3), 6 and 7 were trypanocidal at concentrations above 40 μg/ml. With the exception of 2 and 6, all compounds were active against Leishmania donovani. Harpagide (4) and 3 emerged as the best leishmanicidal agents (IC50's 2.0 and 5.8 μg/ml). Only compounds 3, 6 and 7 showed antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum with IC50 values of 4.2, 16.6 and 22.4 μg/ml. Overall the best and broadest spectrum activity was presented by compounds 3 and 7, as they inhibited all four parasitic protozoa. None of the isolates had significant activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MICs >100 μg/ml) or were toxic towards mammalian (L6) cells. This is the first report of antiprotozoal activity for natural resin glycosides, as well as for harpagide (4), acetylharpagide (5), tryptophan (6) and buddlejasaponin III (7).  相似文献

Intracellular cysteine aspartate-specific proteases (caspases) play both signaling and effector roles in realizing the program of cell death. Caspases function as proteolytic cascades unique for each cell type and signal triggering apoptosis. All parts of the proteolytic cascades are duplicated and controlled by feedback signals. Amplification cycles between pairs of caspases (the third and the sixth, the ninth and the third, the twelfth and the sixth, and others) help multiply the initial apoptotic signal. The presence of physiological inhibitors of apoptosis that directly interact with caspases creates a multilevel regulatory network of apoptosis in cell. The caspase proteolytic cascades are also regulated by sphingolipid secondary messengers, among them ceramide, sphingosine, and their phosphates. Moreover, an association of the caspase signaling with ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis is shown in cells. In particular, the use of extracellular activators and inhibitors of caspases allows irreversible activation of apoptosis in tumor cells or the prevention of apoptosis in cortical neurons under neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

Cyanobacteria and/or azolla were inoculated, with urea at 0, 72 or 144 kg N/ha, in plots in which azolla-free Indica rice var. IR 28 was grown. Productive tillers, yield and nitrogen contents of grain and straw positively responded to inoculation with cyanobacteria or azolla, even with fertilizer-N up to 144 kg N/ha. Inoculation improved colonization by cyanobacteria. Azolla were superior to the asymbiotic cyanobacteria in enhancing rice performance. Urea at a rate of 72 kg N/ha was found to support the best colonizations when applied with cyanobacteria or azolla or, to give maximum rice yields, both inoculants.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献
