对六种灵猫科物种线粒体12 S rRNA基因及其中四种的Cytb基因部分序列进行了测定,并从Gen-Bank获得斑林狸(Prionodon pardicolor)、熊狸(Arctictis binturong)的Cytb基因同源序列。两基因整合序列比对后长755 bp,12 S rRNA基因序列中有70个变异位点,31个简约信息位点,在Cytb基因序列中,共有120个位点呈现变异,60个简约信息位点,Cytb基因的碱基变异百分比高于12 S rRNA基因的碱基变异百分比。使用邻接法(NJ)、最大似然法(ML)重建的分子系统树显示:斑林狸从灵猫亚科中分离出来,支持灵猫亚科的多系起源,而且斑林狸可能是中国起源最早且最特化的灵猫科动物。另外,同属于灵猫亚科的大灵猫(Viverra zibe-tha)、小灵猫(Viverricula indica)聚为一支,同属于棕榈狸亚科的果子狸(Viverricula indica)、熊狸聚为姐妹群,这些与传统形态学分类观点一致。  相似文献

选择鳃虱科Bopyridae的47个形态学性状,利用PAUP软件,以支序分析方法对中国海域鳃虱科24属进行属间系统发育关系研究.支序分析结果较好地反映了鳃虱科内姐妹群的关系.根据分析结果,假鳃虱亚科中的巨鳃虱属Gigantione是鳃虱科中较早分出的一支,而背腹虱亚科中的仿腹虱属Parathelges和腹虱属Athelges则为较晚分化出来的;褐虾鳃虱亚科的褐虾鳃虱属Argeia盖腹虾鳃虱属Stegoalpheon和真虾鳃虱亚科的深海鳃虱属Bathygyge聚为一支,成为一对姐妹群;蟹鳃虱亚科的单系性得到分析结果的支持,假鳃虱亚科的单系性则不被支持.  相似文献

小腹茧蜂亚科的雄外生殖器及族级单元系统发育的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对分布在东洋区和古北区的小腹茧蜂亚科 (膜翅目: 茧蜂科)21个属的67个种及外群折脉茧蜂属 (膜翅目: 茧蜂科) 2个种的雄外生殖器的5个性状进行了比较研究。在形态学研究的基础上,通过选用头部、胸部和腹部(包括雌雄外生殖器的性状) 等34个性状,运用支序分析的方法探讨了分布在东洋区和古北区的小腹茧蜂亚科21个属以及它们所属的族间的系统发育关系,并对Mason (1981) 的分类系统进行了重新评价。雄外生殖器和支序分析基本上证实并恢复了由Mason (1981) 确定的2个主要分支,即绒茧蜂族Apantelini+小腹茧蜂族Microgastrini和拱茧蜂族Fornicini+盘绒茧蜂族Cotesiini+侧沟茧蜂族MicroplitinI。绒茧蜂族Apantelini、拱茧蜂族Fornicini和侧沟茧蜂族Microplitini为单系群也被支持,但小腹茧蜂族Microgastrini和盘绒茧蜂族Cotesiini是否为单系群尚难于在树形图中体现,而且族内各属间的分支关系有变动。因此,尽管Mason的族级分类单元有一些欠缺,但仍是可信、实用的,不同意Walker等 (1990) 认为不应再使用Mason分族系统的观点。  相似文献

用支序分类的方法分析了我国北方网蝽亚科内16个属间的系统演化关系,在比较形态研究的基础上选取该亚科的33个特征、88个特征状态,通过内群和外群比较的方法对特征状态进行极化,形成特征状态矩阵,,分别使用计算机编码程序PAUP(version3.1.1)和Hennin86(version1.5)进行运算分析,得到完全一致的最简约树及Nelson合意树(树长L=118步,一致性指数CI=0.454,保留指数RI=0.529)。用以分析亚科内属级分类单元之间分类单元可归为6个群,分别为A-gramman群、Leptoyha群、Dictyla群、Catophatus群、Physatoheila群和Derephysia群,Agramma群在所分析的类群中是为原始的一群,最早由基部分出,与由Leptoypha群、Dictyla群、Catoplatus群、P hysatocheila群和Derephysia群构成的单系形成姐妹群。Leptoypha群也是较早分出的一群,与由Dictyla群、Catoplatus群、Physatochila群和为一单系,是最为进化的一群,与另一较进化的Physatocheila群单系构成1对姐妹群。此两群所构成的单系群又与Catoplatus群构成姐妹群,形成一个单系群,继而与Dictyla群单系构成姐妹群。用AutoDecay(version3.0)对各分支点进行了分支支持分析。这些群在更多的属级单元参加分析之前暂不划为高一级的分类单元。  相似文献

蓟马科Thripidae昆虫是重要的经济害虫之一,到目前为止,我国蓟马科的分类还比较混乱,亟需对其系统分类进行深入研究。本文基于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆(NWAFU)、中国科学院动物研究所(IZCAS)和华南农业大学资源与环境学院(SCAU)检视的实证标本,运用支序系统学的方法对中国蓟马科59属的系统发育进行了初步研究,并探讨了科内的系统发育关系。结果显示:蓟马科是一个单系群,但蓟马亚科Thripinae不是一个单系群;棍蓟马亚科Dendrothripinae和针蓟马亚科Panchaetothripinae亲缘关系较近,且互为姐妹群;绢蓟马亚科Sericothripinae的分类地位应降一级,作为蓟马亚科内的一个族或一个属团;针蓟马族Panchaetothripini的分类地位还有待进一步研究。  相似文献

运用分支分析法,采用支序分析软件Phylip程序,以盗蛛科和褛网蛛科为外群,从形态、生态等方面选取了18个特征对中国狼蛛11个属(脉狼蛛属未在其列)进行支序分析。分析结果表明,马蛛亚科(包括马蛛属和水狼蛛属)最为原始,潮浪蛛亚科次之;熊蛛属和獾蛛属构成的分支更次,狼蛛亚科和豹蛛亚科构成姊妹群最为进化。所以潮浪蛛属、熊蛛属和獾蛛属应分别从狼蛛亚科中独立出来,皆自成亚科,分别名潮浪蛛亚科和獾蛛亚科。  相似文献

Lopezia, a genus of 22 species largely restricted to Mexico, forms a monophyletic group defined by the possession of two stamens in tetramerous flowerS. A cladistic analysis of the genus was performed using 16 characters from morphology, anatomy and embryology. Twenty of the 22 species were considered the terminal taxa. Polarity of the characters was based on the outgroup comparison method, using three alternative outgroups: the genus Fuchsia, Onagraceae excluding Ludwigia, and Epilobieae-Onagreae. Using Fuchsia as outgroup, 29 equally parsimonious cladograms were produced, each with 24 steps and a consistency index of 0.75. A successive weighting procedure was applied, resulting in 15 cladograms with consistency index of 0.85. The strict consensus cladogram defines eight monophyletic groups and supports most of the current sectional classification of Lopezia, with the exception that no synapomorphy defines section Jehlia. The larger sections Lopezia and Pelozia, although well-defined as clades, are not fully resolved internally. All cladograms support section Riesenbachia as monophyletic. The two alternative hypotheses for outgroups produced similar results: 61 most parsimonious trees, reduced after the successive weighting procedure to 15, which are identical to those produced with Fuchsia as outgroup. These results are discussed in the context of data on cytology and pollination biology.  相似文献

Abstract— A cladistic analysis based on 50 morphological characters was performed for 49 of the 98 species currently assigned to the subclass Palaeonemertea (phylum Nemertea), and six additional undescribed species. Thirty-five species were excluded from the parsimony analysis because of the high number of unknowns in the character matrix, and one species since it was considered a nomen nudum . An initial analysis suggested that the subclass Hoplonemertea is the sistergroup to the clade Palaeo- and Heteronemertea and the ingroup cladograms are rooted using a paraphyletic outgroup based on this information. Seventy-two equally most parsimonious cladograms were found; the consistency index was low but tree-length distribution for the character set is skewed to the left, and the cladograms are invariably shorter than trees based on random data. These cladograms suggested a character transformation series for the cerebral organ where this complex character reappeared several times after being absent. We considered this biologically implausible and the final discussion is based on three cladograms, one step longer than the most parsimonious, where the evolution of this character appears to be more realistic. The cladistic analysis indicates that many previously recognized genera (e.g. Cephalothrix, Procephalothrix and Cephalotrichella ), and higher taxa, are paraphyletic. It furthermore indicates that the previously suggested hypothesis of the Archinemertea as a monophyletic sistertaxon to Palaeonemertea is unsupported.  相似文献

Abstract—Cyttaria Berkeley (Cyttariaceae, Cyttariales, Class Discomycetes), is a genus of eleven species, seven from South America and four from Australasia (Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand). Cyttaria is a monophyletic genus defined by the following synapomorphies: fleshy to gelatinous stromata with endostromatic apothecia; and complete lack of fungal chitin in the cell walls, having instead β-1–3-glucan. All Cyttaria are exclusive parasites of Nothofagus species. A cladistic analysis of the genus was performed using 18 characters from macromorphology, micro-morphology, and phenology. Polarity of characters is based on the outgroup comparison method (using the Class Discomycetes as a whole) and on the ontogenetic criterion. A hypothetical outgroup was constructed using all plesiomorphic states. Two equally parsimonious cladograms were produced, each with 40 steps and a consistency index of 0.70. These differed in the position of the South American species C. hookeri and C. johowii. In one cladogram, C. hookeri is the sister group to the rest of the genus, and in the other, both species form a monophyletic group (ascospores ovoid) that is the sister group of the rest of the genus. Our analysis of the two characters causing this difference (position of apothecia on stroma, and shape of ascospores) supports the latter hypothesis. In both cladograms, all of the Australasian species form a monophyletic group (thick ectostroma), and, within that, two subgroups are defined: C. gunnii-C. pallida (papillae present), and C. nigra-C. septentrionalis (ectostroma with black incrustations). The Australasian species form a monophyletic group (spermatangia absent) with C. berteroi , and this last group forms a monophyletic group (conidia absent) with C. espinosae. Cytlaria darwimi and C. exigua form another monophyletic group (very thick ectostroma). Excluding C. hookeri and C. johowii, C. hariotii is the sister group to the remaining eight species.  相似文献

The Schisandraceae is one of the most important taxa for understanding the origin and evolution of primitive angiosperms due to its basal position in the recent cladograms of the angiosperm based both on several gene sequences and on morphological characters, but phylogenetic relationships within the family are still unresolved. The sequences of nrDNA ITS region of 15 species representing four sections of Schisandra Michx., two sections of Kadsura Kaempf. ex Juss. and one outgroup, Illicium fargesii Finet et Gagnep., were used to reconstruct the phylogeny of Schisandraceae. Fourteen most parsimonious trees (Length=259, CI=0.934 and RI=0.889) were obtained from the analysis with I.fargesii as the outgroup. In the consensus tree, the genus Schisandra was found to be divided into three clades. Sect. Pleiostema formed a clade together with sect. Maximowiczia, sect. Sphaerostema was weakly supported to be the sister group of a clade comprising S. bicolor var. tuberculata and Kadsura species. In particular, S. bicolor var. tuberculata, a species of sect. Schisandra, was nested within Kadsura. It seems from this result and the morphological characters that Schisandra might not be a monophyletic group. According to the present molecular phylogeny, both elongated hypocarpium and deciduous habit originated independently at least twice in the Schisandraceae, and therefore, the value of the present morphological characters used in the classification of the family Schisandraceae should be reevaluated.  相似文献

The Nemertodermatida is a small group of worms, regarded as an order of the Platyhelminthes. The group is of special systematic interest because of its putative basal phylogenetic position in the Platyhelminthes. The phylogeny of the Nemertodermatida was estimated using paup 4.0 software for parsimony analysis. The analysis was based on 72 structural parsimony-informative characters totalling 184 different character states. All eight well described species of nemertodermatids were included in the ingroup. As outgroup were chosen species of the Acoela, Catenulida, Macrostomida and Xenoturbellida. A single most parsimonious tree was obtained with 140 steps and a consistency index (CI) of 0.80. The Nemertodermatida, Ascoparidae and Nemertodermatidae are shown as monophyletic taxa in the tree. The species Nemertoderma psammicola does not group with the other members of the genus Nemertoderma , hence criteria of phylogenetic taxonomy imply that N. psammicola should be renamed. A suggested new name is Sterreria psammicola gen. n .  相似文献

Cladistics has become a widely used method for phylogenetic reconstruction.Because of rapid improvement Of cladistic theories and methodologies,and application of new data,especially,molecular data,it is becoming realistic to reconstruct phylogenies of organisms,and to establish natural classifications based on these phylogenies.This paper reviews some current cladistic theories and methods in a practical way,such as choosing characters,defining character states,polarizing characters,analyzing data matrices, calculating consensus cladograms,choosing among multiple equally most parsimonious cladograms,estimating reliability of cladograms,and applying cladograms to classification, character evolution,and biogeography. Based on 36 morphological characters.a parsimony analysis of 12 species representing six sections in subgenus Lindera and an outgroup species from subgenus lteodaphne of the genus Lindera(Lauraceae)was conducted.The results suggest a close relationship between section Lindera and section Sphaerocarpae,which is different from the previous phylogenetic hypothesis within the genus.In the strict consensus cladogram,two species,L.megaphylla and L.chienii,from section Cupuliformes are in the most primitive and the most advanced clades respectively,indicating that the section is polyphyletic.The cladogram also suggests that section Lindera be a polyphyletic group.  相似文献

The genus Enkianthus (Ericaceae) has been subject to a cladistic analysis of morphological, anatomical, embryological, and cytological data, using two species of Clethra as outgroup. In order to evaluate the monophyly of Enkianthus , the genera Epigaea and Phyllodoce from the subfamily Rhododendroideae, and the genus Andromeda from the subfamily Vaccinioideae were also included in an initial analysis which yielded 20 equally parsimonious cladograms. The results indicated that Enkianthus is monophyletic, and a subsequent analysis with only the outgroup taxa and 14 species of Enkianthus yielded two equally parsimonious cladograms with a more resolved topology. In order to obtain strictly monophyletic taxa, the current subgeneric classification of Enkianthus is revised, recognizing four sections: Enkianthus (9 spp.), Andromedina (2 spp.), Meisteria (2 spp.), and Enkiantella (4 spp.). Abstract— Currently characters are static concepts whose definition and state delineations seldom undergo any scrutiny. Common systematic practice tends to synthesize character slates by combining or dividing observed conditions, a situation most likely due to current theoretical limitations in phylogenetic inference, which tends to ignore problems of multistate characters. This process we refer to as the “synthetic” method for character definition. Character definitions derived for the genera of North American Cochylini (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) using “synthetic” character states postulated that the cochylines were not monophyletic. The use of cladogram characters and nearest neighbor matrices in uncovering potential flaws in character state delineation is demonstrated. The “synthetic” set of character definitions proved deficient upon such analysis, principally due to its attempt to force highly variable features into a few states. The set of character definitions produced from this analysis is referred to as “reflective” because it does not ignore observed variation. It produces characters with many states and presents problems of setting up transformation series. Three means lor deriving transformations are applied to produce transformation series for the reflective set of character definitions: the unordered outgroup method, morphocline analysis and Transformation Series Analysis (TSA). All three data sets postulated the Cochylini as monophyletic. The three sets of phylogenies were compared. Consensus trees are ambiguous when analysing changes in hierarchy. In order to summarize these results in a manner which does not destroy the phylogenetic structure, positional subtrees, a new means for summarizing multiple solution cladograms, are introduced. It was found that all three sets of transformations produced very different cladograms which in turn were very different from the tree produced by the original, synthetic definitions. The results of each of these methods were assessed for their internal consistency. TSA gave the least contradictory results.  相似文献

本文概述了当前分支系统学研究中涉及的主要理论和方法,包括性状的选取、性状状态和极性的确定、数据矩阵的分析计算、结果分支图的处理、分支图可靠性的评价及分支图的应用。本文同时以华东地区樟科山胡椒属Linderal2个种的分支系统学研究为例,讨论了用形态性状进行分支系统学研究中可能遇到的问题,也揭示了一些分支系统学与传统的系统学在应用性状推导进化关系上的不同点。对这12个种的分支系统学研究得出了一些不同于传统系统学方法所推测的山胡椒属内的系统发育关系,如分支系统学研究显示山胡椒组和球果组很近缘。在严格一致性分支图上,杯托组的黑壳楠和江浙山胡椒分别位于最原始和最进化的分支,表明这个组是复系类群。分支图也显示山胡椒组可能是复系类群。  相似文献

The weevil subtribe Listroderina belongs in the tribe Rhytirrhinini (subfamily Cyclominae), and has 25 genera and 300 species in the Americas. A cladistic analysis of the American genera was undertaken, using 53 characters from the external morphology, mouthparts, body vestiture, and male and female genitalia, and considering Rhigopsidius Heller (subtribe Rhytirrhinina) as the outgroup. The analysis yielded 20 equally parsimonious cladograms (108 steps, CI=0.42, RI=0.64), which after successive weighting resulted in three minimum-length cladograms (256 steps, CI=0.67, RI=0.82). In the strict consensus cladogram, which has the same topology as one of the original cladograms, the genera follow the sequence ( Philippius , ( Trachodema , ( Lamiarhinus , ( Acrorius , ( Acroriellus , (( Rupanius , ( Adioristidius, Amathynetoides , ( Puranius , ( Macrostyphlus, Andesianellus )))), ( Hyperoides , ( Germainiellus , ( Antarctobius, Nacodius )), (( Haversiella , ( Listronotus, Neopachytychius )), ( Listroderes, Acrostomus ), ( Falklandiellus , ( Falklandiopsis , ( Telurus , ( Falklandius, Lanteriella )))))))))))). A phylogenetic classification for the genera of American Listroderina is proposed, where the five principal lineages are recognized as generic groups: Macrostyphlus group ( Rupanius, Adioristidius, Amathynetoides, Puranius, Macrostyphlus , and Alndesianellus ), Antarctobius group ( Germainiellus, Antarctobius , and Nacodius ), Listronotus group ( Haversiella, Listronotus , and Neopachytychius ), Listroderes group ( Listroderes and Acrostomus ), and Falklandius group ( Falklandiellus, Falklandiopsis, Telurus, Falklandius , and Lanteriella )  相似文献
