接枝共聚法合成多彩水晶花泥   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用水溶性引发剂,以N‘N’-亚甲基双丙烯基酰胺为交联剂,表面活性剂为助剂进行丙烯酸和彩色聚丙烯酸脂接枝共聚,合成多彩水晶花泥,制得的共聚物可吸水100倍以上,形成水凝胶呈水晶多棱结构,色彩艳丽且色泽牢固、不溶于水、无毒、无污染,可用于家庭花卉无土培养、室内插花装饰等。本文讨论引发剂、交联剂、助剂等合成条件对共聚物性能的影响。  相似文献

本实验以魔芋精粉为基体,环己烷为连续相,Span-60为分散剂,硝酸铈铵为引发剂、用反相悬浮聚合法合成魔芋-丙烯酸高吸水性树脂。研究了多种因素对接枝共聚物吸水性能的影响。结果表明:反应时间为2 h、魔芋精粉与丙烯酸质量比为1∶5、交联剂用量为物料质量的0.04%、引发剂为3×10-3mol/L、丙烯酸中和度为60%、反应温度为70℃时,接枝共聚物吸水性能最优。并通过对接枝产物的红外图谱分析,证实了反应的可行性。  相似文献

本研究以硝酸铈铵作为引发剂,探讨反应时间、反应温度、引发剂浓度和单体用量对魔芋葡甘露聚糖-丙烯腈接枝共聚反应的影响;并利用扫描电镜等分析技术对接枝共聚物结构与性能的关系作了初步探。结果表明,接枝共聚物的粘度比反应前提高了2—4倍;溶胶的相对稳定性提高了近4倍;接枝共聚物成膜更为均匀、细密;且气泡明显减少。  相似文献

首先用尿素法合成了水滑石(HT),然后用甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)对水滑石进行插层,得到了插层的水滑石(SMAS-HT),最后通过反相悬浮聚合制备了一种新型的聚丙烯酸/水滑石纳米复合凝胶,其中N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段表征其结构和形貌。考察了SMAS-HT的含量对凝胶吸(盐)水性能的影响。结果表明插入SMAS的水滑石片层在聚合后发生了剥离,添加少量的SMAS-HT可以明显提高凝胶的吸(盐)水性能,当SMAS-HT含量为3.0wt%时,凝胶的吸(盐)水性能达到最大。最后进行了凝胶固定化碳酸酐酶的初步研究,比较了游离酶和凝胶固定化酶的CO_2水合活性,结果表明,凝胶固定化酶保持了较高的酶活,说明本文制备的纳米复合凝胶是一种很好的酶固定化载体材料。  相似文献

用Ce~(4+)盐作引发剂合成了淀粉-接枝-聚丙烯酰胺(S-g-PAM) 共聚物,比较了S-g-PAM和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对钠型膨润土悬浮液的絮凝作用。作为絮凝剂,S-g-PAM的某些性能优于PAM。S-g-PAM对悬浮在醋酸溶液中的偏苯三酸晶体有较好的絮凝性能。  相似文献

以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在N2气保护下,研究了黄原胶(XG)与丙烯酰胺(AM)的接枝共聚反应.考察了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、反应温度和反应时间等因素对接枝率及接枝效率的影响,探讨了过硫酸铵引发黄原胶接枝丙烯酰胺共聚反应的基本规律.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对接枝共聚物的结构进行研究,用热重分析(TGA)法表征了产物的热性能,并初步探讨了接枝机理.  相似文献

该研究以蔗渣木质素和甲基丙烯酸为原料合成了pH敏感型蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶,对其合成条件、pH敏感性、溶胀-退溶胀性能以及对牛血清蛋白的控释等性质进行研究,并采用红外光谱、扫描电镜等对凝胶进行表征。结果表明:(1)对凝胶溶胀比影响的因素由大到小依次为甲基丙烯酸用量、交联剂用量、催化剂用量、反应的温度、木质素用量。当甲基丙烯酸单体浓度为1.75 mol·L~(-1)、木质素浓度为25 g·L~(-1)、交联剂浓度为3.25×10~(-2)mol·L~(-1)、引发剂浓度为1.25×10~(-2)mol·L~(-1)、反应温度为65℃时,所得水凝胶在模拟肠液中的溶胀比最大(28.16 g·g~(-1))。与不加木质素的聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶相比,蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶的溶胀比有所下降,但其敏感pH由4~5碱移至6~8。(2)蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶的溶胀—退溶胀可逆性受组成的影响较大,但相对于聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶,蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶对pH值的敏感响应性更强、响应速率更快,同时能在更短时间内达到溶胀平衡。(3)加入木质素可以提高水凝胶对牛血清蛋白的负载量,所试验的蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶样品对牛血清蛋白的最大负载量可达577 mg·g~(-1)。(4)牛血清蛋白在12 h后基本可达释放平衡;在模拟胃液中,牛血清蛋白的释放率仅10%,而在模拟肠液中释放率达92%。pH响应型蔗渣木质素/聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶可以作为口服型蛋白类药物的潜在载体。  相似文献

目的:构建温敏型三嵌段共聚物,研究其理化性质以及用其制备的可注射更昔洛韦温敏型原位凝胶剂的制剂特性。方法:以聚乙二醇(PEG)作为亲水嵌段,丙交酯(LA)和β- 丁内酯(β-BL)的无规共聚物PBLA 作为疏水嵌段,采用开环聚合法合成温敏型三嵌段共聚物PBLA-PEG-PBLA,并对其理化性质进行表征,考察其溶液的胶凝温度/ 临界凝胶浓度、流变学性质、通针性和溶蚀行为以及以更昔洛韦作为模型药物、用其制得的可注射载药温敏型原位凝胶剂的体外释放特性。结果:合成的PBLA-PEG-PBLA 嵌段共聚物重均分子质量在6 000 左右,多分散系数为1.5 左右;其溶液临界凝胶浓度(g?mL-1)为5%~10%,质量浓度(g?mL-1)在10%~25% 时胶凝温度为31~35 ℃,接近并略低于体温;其凝胶在低温下储能模量与黏度较小,当温度接近相转变温度后两者迅速增大;其载药凝胶剂累计释放量经拟合显示遵循一级动力学方程,并呈扩散释药机制。结论:较低质量浓度[10%~15%(g?mL-1)] 的PBLA-PEG-PBLA 更符合玻璃体注射要求,更适用于制备可注射载药温敏型原位凝胶剂。  相似文献

通过脂肪酶Novozym 435催化的ε-己内酯开环聚合反应,在无溶剂体系中研究了聚己内酯的合成及末端官能化。以醇类为引发剂,研究了引发剂对聚合过程单体转化率、产物结构和相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,在引发剂存在的条件下,反应速率提高,产物相对分子质量降低。无引发剂时单体转化率为79.32%,乙醇和乙二醇为引发剂时分别为97.43%和89.90%。产物相对分子质量在无引发剂时为5 393,乙醇和乙二醇为引发剂时分别下降到2 127和1 851。另外,产物的红外光谱和1H NMR谱图显示,引发剂的加入实现了聚合物的末端官能化。  相似文献

The study was aimed to investigate a color indicator containing dual curing resin composite luting cement and to plot the color change to the time of solidification of the cement. In addition some physical properties were studied. Specimens were made of a dual-cure resin cement (Maxcem Elite™ Chroma, Kerr, Orange, CA, USA) and polymerized by autopolymerization only, or with light initiated polymerization. A spectrophotometer was used to quantify the color change of the cement as plotted with the curing time. The efficacy of the curing process was studied by measuring water sorption and the ultimate flexural properties of the cement. The results showed that the flexural strength of cement after autopolymerization was 27.3 MPa and after light initiated polymerization 48.1 MPa. Young’s modulus of bending was 2089.3 MPa and 3781.5 MPa respectively for the same cement samples. Water sorption after two weeks for the autopolymerization cement samples was −1.12 wt% and for the light initiated polymerization samples 0.56 wt%. Non-parametric Spearman’s correlation was measured for autopolymerized cement samples between variables for color and solidification load (N), which showed a strong correlation between curing process and color change (p < 0.05). There was a correlation between the color change and degree of monomer conversion of the dual curing resin composite luting cement which contained a color indicator system for polymerization reaction. The study also suggested that autopolymerization only resulted in suboptimal polymerization of the cement. By additional light curing considerably higher flexural properties were obtained.  相似文献

Whether fundamental visual attributes, such as color, motion, and shape, are analyzed separately in specialized pathways has been one of the central questions of visual neuroscience. Although recent studies have revealed various forms of cross-attribute interactions, including significant contributions of color signals to motion processing, it is still widely believed that color perception is relatively independent of motion processing. Here, we report a new color illusion, motion-induced color mixing, in which moving bars, the color of each of which alternates between two colors (e.g., red and green), are perceived as the mixed color (e.g., yellow) even though the two colors are never superimposed on the retina. The magnitude of color mixture is significantly stronger than that expected from direction-insensitive spatial integration of color signals. This illusion cannot be ascribed to optical image blurs, including those induced by chromatic aberration, or to involuntary eye movements of the observer. Our findings indicate that color signals are integrated not only at the same retinal location, but also along a motion trajectory. It is possible that this neural mechanism helps us to see veridical colors for moving objects by reducing motion blur, as in the case of luminance-based pattern perception.  相似文献

The mode of seed color inheritance in Capsicum was studied via an interspecific hybridization between C. pubescens Ruiz and Pav. (black seed color) and C. eximium Hunz. (yellow seed color). Black seed color was dominant over yellow seed color. The F(2) segregation pattern showed continuous variation. The generation means analysis indicated the presence of a significant effect of additive [d], dominance [h], and additive x additive [i] interaction for seed color inheritance. The estimate for a minimum number of effective factors (genes) involved in seed color inheritance was approximately 3.  相似文献

This paper addresses the detection and monitoring of the development of epilithic phototrophic biofilms on the granite fa?ade of an institutional building in Santiago de Compostela (NW Spain), and reports a case study of preventive conservation. The results provide a basis for establishing criteria for the early detection of phototrophic colonization (greening) and for monitoring its development on granite buildings by the use of color changes recorded with a portable spectrophotometer and represented in the CIELAB color space. The results show that parameter b* (associated with changes of yellowness-blueness) provides the earliest indication of colonization and varies most over time, so that it is most important in determining the total color change. The limit of perception of the greening on a granite surface was also established in a psycho-physical experiment, as Δb*: +0.59 CIELAB units that correspond, in the present study, to 6.3 μg of biomass dry weight cm(-2) and (8.43 ± 0.24) × 10(-3) μg of extracted chlorophyll a cm(-2).  相似文献

Pickerelweed (Pontederia cordata L.) is a diploid (2n = 2x = 16), erect, emergent, herbaceous aquatic perennial. The showy inflorescences of pickerelweed make this species a prime candidate for inclusion in water gardens and aquascapes. The objective of this experiment was to determine the number of loci, number of alleles, and gene action controlling flower color (blue vs. white) in pickerelweed. Two blue-flowered and one white-flowered parental lines were used in this experiment to create S(1) and F(1) populations. F(2) populations were produced through self-pollination of F(1) plants. Evaluation of S(1), F(1), and F(2) generations revealed that flower color in these populations was controlled by 2 alleles at one locus with blue flower color completely dominant to white. Identifying how ecotourism affects wildlife can lower its environmental impact. Human presence is an inherent component of ecotourism, which can impact animal behavior because animals often perceive humans as predators and, consequently, spend more time on human-directed antipredator behaviors and less on other fitness-relevant activities. We tested whether human clothing color affects water anole (Anolis aquaticus) behavior at a popular ecotourism destination in Costa Rica, testing the hypothesis that animals are more tolerant of humans wearing their sexually selected signaling color. We examined whether clothing resembling the primary signaling color (orange) of water anoles increases number of anole sightings and ease of capture. Research teams mimicked an ecotourism group by searching for anoles wearing one of three shirt treatments: orange, green, or blue. We conducted surveys at three different sites: a primary forest, secondary forest, and abandoned pasture. Wearing orange clothing resulted in more sightings and greater capture rates compared with blue or green. A higher proportion of males were captured when wearing orange whereas sex ratios of captured anoles were more equally proportional in the surveys when observers wore green or blue. We also found that capture success was greater when more people were present during a capture attempt. We demonstrate that colors “displayed” by perceived predators (i.e., humans) alter antipredator behaviors in water anoles. Clothing choice could have unintended impacts on wildlife, and wearing colors resembling the sexually selected signaling color might enhance tolerance toward humans.  相似文献

Black bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) consumption is increasing in the USA. One of the major challenges faced by breeders is to develop superior black bean cultivars to meet the demands of the canning industry. Processors require beans that take up water quickly during pre-canning soak and beans that retain their black color after canning. To properly assess canning quality requires expensive and detailed measurements of the canned product, often not possible for bean breeders. The objective of this research was identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) in a black bean recombinant inbred line (RIL) population for canning quality traits related to water uptake, color retention, and anthocyanin concentration. The parental lines from which the population was developed, Black Magic and Shiny Crow, contrasted in water uptake and color retention. These cultivars also differed in seed coat luster, controlled by a single gene, Asp. A medium-density linkage map of 1,449 markers and a distance of 1,660 cM was developed from this RIL population. The map was aligned to the bean genome sequence V1.0 by using sequence information associated with the Diversity Arrays Technology markers. QTL analysis revealed that the region near the Asp gene on chromosome Pv 07 is the major determinant of water uptake, explaining up to 49 % of the phenotypic variation. A group of QTL for color retention-related traits was found at the upper region of Pv 11, explaining up to 30 % of the phenotypic variation. A smaller effect QTL clustered on Pv 5 co-localized with a QTL for canned bean anthocyanin concentration and explained less than 10 % of the phenotypic variation. These color-related QTL have marker-assisted selection potential for bean breeders interested in enhancing color retention and anthocyanin concentration of processed black beans.  相似文献

During a survey of Norwegian lakes, photographic records were made of lake color as reflected by a white Secchi disk positioned at half of the depth of extinction. The pictorial distinction between different lakes is documented in this article. The pictures recorded can readily be transferred to a color model [e.g., Commission Internationale de L’Éclairage (CIE)-Lab]; from there, numerical color parameter values such as hue (h*, the quality of color) and chroma (C*, the intensity of color) may be assigned to each record. There are, however, limitations and obstacles connected with the transformation of color values recorded by a CCD camera (or film digitizers) to absolute numerical values comparable between different cameras and systems. A single CCD camera may be useful for documenting lake color, but there are technical limitations restricting its use as a scientific instrument for quantitative purposes.  相似文献

Investigating the interactions between universal and culturally specific influences on color categorization across individuals and cultures has proven to be a challenge for human color categorization and naming research. The present article simulates the evolution of color lexicons to evaluate the role of two realistic constraints found in the human phenomenon: (i) heterogeneous observer populations and (ii) heterogeneous color stimuli. Such constraints, idealized and implemented as agent categorization and communication games, produce interesting and unexpected consequences for stable categorization solutions evolved and shared by agent populations. We find that the presence of a small fraction of color deficient agents in a population, or the presence of a “region of increased salience” in the color stimulus space, break rotational symmetry in population categorization solutions, and confine color category boundaries to a subset of available locations. Further, these heterogeneities, each in a different, predictable, way, might lead to a change of category number and size. In addition, the concurrent presence of both types of heterogeneity gives rise to novel constrained solutions which optimize the success rate of categorization and communication games. Implications of these agent-based results for psychological theories of color categorization and the evolution of color naming systems in human societies are discussed.  相似文献

The way in which a complex trait varies, and thus evolves, is critically affected by the independence, or modularity, of its subunits. How modular designs facilitate phenotypic diversification is well studied in nonornamental (e.g., cichlid jaws), but not ornamental traits. Diverse feather colors in birds are produced by light absorption by pigments and/or light scattering by nanostructures. Such structural colors are deterministically related to the nanostructures that produce them and are therefore excellent systems to study modularity and diversity of ornamental traits. Elucidating if and how these nanostructures facilitate color diversity relies on understanding how nanostructural traits covary, and how these traits map to color. Both of these remain unknown in an evolutionary context. Most dabbling ducks (Anatidae) have a conspicuous wing patch with iridescent color caused by a two‐dimensional photonic crystal of small (100–200 nm) melanosomes. Here, we ask how this complex nanostructure affects modularity of color attributes. Using a combination of electron microscopy, spectrophotometry, and comparative methods, we show that nanostructural complexity causes functional decoupling and enables independent evolution of different color traits. These results demonstrate that color diversity is facilitated by how nanostructures function and may explain why some birds are more color‐diverse than others.  相似文献
