对新疆独尾草属(Eremurus)植物的核型进行了研究。核型公式如下:阿尔泰独尾草[E.altaicus(Pall.)Stev.]2n=2x=14=4m+8sm+2st;异翅独尾草[E.anisopterus(Kar.et Kit)Regel]2n=4x=28=4m+4sm+20st;粗柄独尾草[E.inderiensis (M.Bieb)Regel]2n=2x=14=10sm+4st,首次发现古尔班通古特沙漠南缘所产的异翅独尾草2n=4x=28,与前人报道其为二倍体2n=2x=14的结果不一致。  相似文献

气候变化可能导致物种分布范围变化甚至导致物种灭绝。为了解气候变化对青藏高原旗舰种和濒危种-藏羚羊(Pantholops hodgsonii)的潜在分布区影响,收集了316个藏羚羊实际点位分布数据和70个文献点位分布数据与温度季节性变化(Bio4),海拔,最干月降雨(Bio14)等9个影响因子,采用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)进行建模,预测SSP126、SSP585极端压迫情景和SSP245中间压迫情景下的T1(2001-2018年),T2(2021-2040年),T3(2041-2060年),T4(2061-2080年),T5(2081-2100年)5个时期的潜在分布区。研究结果表明:(1)在不同气候变化情景下,藏羚羊核心生境主要分布在可可西里、羌塘、阿尔金国家级自然保护区和三江源国家公园;(2)温度季节性变化(Bio4)和海拔被认为是最关键的两个环境因子;(3)随着温室气体排放强度的增强,藏羚羊的核心区生境向高海拔和高纬度地区扩张;(4)有43.18%的保护空缺区在保护区外,未受到有效保护。总之,研究藏羚羊的地理分布对于气候变化的响应与适应,根据适宜生境演变规律做出有效的保护措施,对藏羚羊种群的长期监测、保护、有效管理甚至重建具有重要现实意义。  相似文献

该文报道了中国新疆、青海、内蒙古3个省区的植物新分布记录,包括2个省级新分布记录属和6个省级新分布记录种。其中陌上菜属(Lindernia Allioni)为新疆新记录属;薄果荠属(Hornungia Borb Reichenbach)为内蒙古新记录属。短茎岩黄芪(Hedysarum setigerum Turczaninow ex Fischer et C.A.Meyer)、帕米尔四齿芥(Tetracme pamirica Vassilcz.)和陌上菜〔Lindernia procumbens (Krocker) Borbas〕为新疆新记录种;密毛肋果沙棘(Hippophae neurocarpa subsp. stellatopilosa Y. S. Lian et al. ex Swenson et Bartish)为青海新记种;薄果荠〔Hornungia procumbens (Linnaeus) Hayek〕和粗穗赖草(Leymus crassiusculus L. B. Cai)为内蒙古新记录种。凭证标本存放于内蒙古大学植物标本馆(HIMC)中。  相似文献

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)在胰岛素信号通路中起负调控作用,PTP1B过表达使胰岛素受体蛋白酪氨酸去磷酸化而导致机体对胰岛素不敏感,继而产生2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。因此,PTP1B是筛选治疗糖尿病活性成分的重要靶点。本文通过体外人源PTP1B抑制剂筛选模型,以活性为导向对新疆两种特有独尾草进行抑制活性筛选。结果表明,两种独尾草属植物均具有良好的PTP1B抑制活性(IC_(50)分别为17.85和33.76μg/m L),在阿尔泰独尾草进一步分离得到化合物大黄酚-8-甲基乙酯,抑制活性为26.15±0.5μM,酶反应动力学研究表明其抑制类型为混合型抑制,抑制常数Ki值为39.12±8.56μM。本研究为异翅独尾草的进一步分离提供了理论依据。  相似文献

该研究以鸢尾蒜属两种早春短命植物准噶尔鸢尾蒜(Ixiolirion songaricum)和鸢尾蒜(Ixiolirion tataricum)为对象,通过解剖结构、光合参数、稳定碳同位素比值(δ13C)和光合关键酶活性分析二者的光合途径。结果发现:(1)显微结构和超微结构显示,两种短命植物的叶脉维管束鞘细胞1层、排列较紧密,鞘细胞内含有较多叶绿体且多离心分布,类似C4花环结构。(2)准噶尔鸢尾蒜和鸢尾蒜最大净光合速率分别为14.81和15.04 μmol·m-2·s-1;两者的CO2补偿点较低,分别为3.57和2.54 μmol·mol-113C分别为-25.36±0.55‰和-25.76±1.38‰,光合酶PEPC/Rubisco比值分为别0.244和0.322。(3)最大净光合速率、δ13C和PEPC/Rubisco比值均说明两种植物为C3光合途径,但二者均具有类似C4的维管束鞘结构、较低的CO2补偿点和暗呼吸速率,并具有高于部分C3和C3 C4中间型植物的PEPC/Rubisco比值,表明两种短命植物的光合途径并非典型的C3途径,而是C3 C4中间型。  相似文献

以青藏高原地区高寒草甸常见建群种高山嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)为研究对象,利用光合测定仪于2018年7-9月测定高山嵩草气体交换参数与环境因子的日变化值,利用土壤水分测量仪及环刀法、透膜法测得0-10 cm土壤水分数据作为模型变量。首先,采用3种气孔导度模型对高山嵩草气孔导度进行拟合和检验,其次,用Jarvis模型、Leuning模型和Gao模型对高山嵩草气孔导度在不同月份(7,8,9月)日变化的模拟结果进行分析,最后,总结并讨论了气孔导度对3个主要环境因子(光合有效辐射(Photosynthetically active radiation,PAR)、气温(Tair)、饱和水汽压差(Vapor pressure deficit,VPD))的响应特征。主要研究结果:(1)3个气孔导度模型都可以较好地模拟高山嵩草的气孔导度变化,Leuning模型表现最好(R2=0.726),Jarvis模型次之(R2=0.659),Gao模型准确度最低(R2=0.624)。(2)高山嵩草叶片气孔导度对3个环境因子的响应敏感度为PAR > VPD > Tair。在5-35℃气温范围内气孔导度呈现"钟形"响应,在Tair为24.83℃时达到最高值;气孔导度随着光合有效辐射强度PAR的增加(300-2100 μmol m-2 s-1)而增加,在高PAR时Gs增速变慢,随后出现下降趋势;气孔导度随着VPD增加(0.12-3.48 kPa)而降低。(3)三个模型均可以较好地模拟高山嵩草气孔导度对环境因子的响应特征,其中最敏感的环境因子均是VPD。Leuning模型对Tair和VPD最敏感,而Gao模型对PAR最敏感,对Tair不敏感。以上结果以期为气候变化背景下青藏高原地区植物叶片气孔导度的响应变化以及更大尺度的陆面模式中气孔导度模型的应用提供参考。  相似文献

为明确土壤水分含量对荒漠生态系统短命植物生长及氮素吸收偏好性的影响,该研究以古尔班通古特沙漠4种优势短命植物东方旱麦草(Eremopyrum orientale)、尖喙牻牛儿苗(Erodium oxyrhinchum)、琉苞菊(Centaurea pulchella)和卵果鹤虱(Lappula patula)为研究对象,通过盆栽控水实验,设定3个水分梯度分别为:干旱处理(W1,土壤含水量2%)、正常水分处理(W2,土壤含水量8%)和湿润处理(W3,土壤含水量14%),利用15N同位素示踪法研究水分对4种植物生物量及不同形态氮素的吸收策略的影响。结果表明:(1)随着土壤含水量的增加,4种短命植物的地上、地下、总生物量呈递增趋势,在正常水分处理时增速最快,且同一生活型不同物种之间的生物量累积速率不同;而4种短命植物的根冠比随土壤水分含量的增加呈显著下降趋势。(2)在不同水分处理下,4种短命植物对不同形态的15N吸收速率表现为:硝态氮>铵态氮>甘氨酸,对3种形态氮素以及总氮的吸收速率均随着水分梯度的增加呈增大趋势。(3)在干旱处理时,硝态氮是4种短命植物最偏好吸收的氮形态,随着土壤含水量的增加东方旱麦草、琉苞菊的氮素形态偏好性不会改变,而在水分持续增大至湿润处理时,铵态氮对尖喙牻牛儿苗和卵果鹤虱的氮素吸收的贡献率超过硝态氮,成为这2种植物最偏好吸收的氮形态。  相似文献

不断加剧的人类活动导致古尔班通古特沙漠南缘异翅独尾草(Eremurus anisopterus(Kar.et Kir.)Regel)生存生境片段化,形成许多大小不一的斑块种群。为深刻理解在不同程度破碎化斑块中异翅独尾草种群的生存现状,共选取19个样点,分析其龄级结构,编制静态生命表,绘制存活曲线和死亡曲线,并引入4个生存分析函数。结果表明:古尔班通古特沙漠南缘不同样地中异翅独尾草种群动态因人类干扰与生境破碎化程度的差异,呈现为不同的结构特征及变化趋势,各样地异翅独尾草种群龄级完整性均不同,破碎化程度高的样地中种群的龄级有残缺或断代现象;人类干扰程度中、弱的b类型、c类型斑块的种群年龄结构分别属于稳定至衰退型和增长型,而受干扰最强的a类型斑块中的种群结构表现出较强的波动性,种群趋于衰退的风险较高;存活曲线与4个生存函数曲线表明,a类型种群前、中期稳定,后期衰退;b类型种群前期衰退,中、后期稳定;c类型种群稳定增长。说明异翅独尾草种群的衰退可能是其生境破碎化引起的,因此,对于人类干扰程度强的衰退型种群应亟需减少人为干扰,依据不同生境中的干扰因素及种群生存现状,制定科学与切实可行的保护、恢复策略。  相似文献

短命植物是荒漠生态系统的重要组成部分。为了解短命植物叶片N、P化学计量特征随生长季变化的特点,选择古尔班通古特沙漠6种优势短命植物(3种一年生短命植物,3种多年生类短命植物)为研究对象,对比了2种生活型短命植物叶片N、P化学计量特征随生长季变化特点。结果表明,3种一年生短命植物尖喙牻牛儿苗(Erodium oxyrrhynchum)、小花荆芥(Nepeta micrantha)以及条叶庭芥(Alyssum linifolium)N含量平均值(±标准差)分别为(11.23±7.16)、(14.11±6.38)和(10.85±6.14)mg·g–1;P含量平均值分别为(2.82±0.73)、(3.12±1.24)和(3.43±0.55)mg·g–1;3种多年生类短命植物独尾草(Eremurus chinensis)、雅葱(Scorzonera pusilla)和簇花芹(Soranthus meyeri)N含量的平均值分别为(19.97±5.94)(15.08±4.01)和(17.94±9.03)mg·g–1;P含量平均值分别为(3.55±0.83)、(2.73±1.11)和(5.03±0.65)mg·g–1。由此可见,短命植物在生长过程中叶片N-P化学计量特征存在一定差异。各物种N、P含量在生长初期都大于其它生长季节,在生长旺季随叶片生物量增加,N、P含量呈下降趋势;而在生长末季N、P含量又有所回升。相关性分析表明,不同生活型短命植物元素间的关系存在差异,但同一生活型短命植物元素间的关系并无显著差异,体现了种内一致性。  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

The Drosophila Pax6 homolog twin of eyeless (toy) is so far the first zygotically expressed gene involved in eye morphogenesis in Drosophila. The study of its expression during embryogenesis is therefore informative of the initial events of eye development in Drosophila. We have analyzed how the initial expression domain of toy at cellular blastoderm is regulated. We show that the three maternal patterning systems active in the cephalic region (the anterior, terminal and dorsal-ventral systems) cooperate with zygotically activated gap genes to shape the initial expression domain of toy. Whereas Bicoid, Dorsal and Torso signaling synergistically act as activators, Hunchback, Knirps and Decapentaplegic act as repressors.  相似文献

Twenty three species in 11 genera were examined in the field to determine hosts. OnlyStriga asiatica andSeymeria cassioides have a narrow host range being restricted to grasses and pines, respectively. Intracellular cysteine aspartate-specific proteases (caspases) play both signaling and effector roles in realizing the program of cell death. Caspases function as proteolytic cascades unique for each cell type and signal triggering apoptosis. All parts of the proteolytic cascades are duplicated and controlled by feedback signals. Amplification cycles between pairs of caspases (the third and the sixth, the ninth and the third, the twelfth and the sixth, and others) help multiply the initial apoptotic signal. The presence of physiological inhibitors of apoptosis that directly interact with caspases creates a multilevel regulatory network of apoptosis in cell. The caspase proteolytic cascades are also regulated by sphingolipid secondary messengers, among them ceramide, sphingosine, and their phosphates. Moreover, an association of the caspase signaling with ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis is shown in cells. In particular, the use of extracellular activators and inhibitors of caspases allows irreversible activation of apoptosis in tumor cells or the prevention of apoptosis in cortical neurons under neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

通过对采自广西24个县(市)的1 147份青藓科植物标本的逐一鉴定及相关文献的查阅,确认有广西青藓科植物11属、44种,其中包括广西青藓科植物新记录属1属,即拟异叶藓属(Pseudokindbergia),新记录种7种,分别为匐枝青藓(Brachythecium procumbens)、阔叶尖喙藓(Oxyrrhynchium latifolium)、泛生尖喙藓(O. vagans)、拟异叶藓(Pseudokindbergia dumosa)、华东细喙藓(Rhynchostegiella sinensis)、长肋拟青藓(Sciurohypnum populeum)和弯叶拟青藓(S. reflexum)。该文提供了修订后的广西青藓科植物名录,并对其中的新记录属、种的主要形态学识别特征、生境和地理分布等进行了详细描述。  相似文献

Resin glycosides are secondary metabolites exclusive to the convolvulaceous plants. In this study, crypthophilic acids A–C (13), the first resin glycosides occurring in another family (Scrophulariaceae), and the other constituents of Scrophularia cryptophila were examined for in vitro antiprotozoal and antimycobacterial potentials. Except for crypthophilic acid B (2), all tested compounds exhibited growth-inhibitory effect against Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense, with l-tryptophan (6) and buddlejasaponin III (7) being the most potent ones (IC50's 4.1 and 9.7 μg/ml). In contrast, the activity towards Trypanosoma cruzi was poor, and only crypthophilic acid C (3), 6 and 7 were trypanocidal at concentrations above 40 μg/ml. With the exception of 2 and 6, all compounds were active against Leishmania donovani. Harpagide (4) and 3 emerged as the best leishmanicidal agents (IC50's 2.0 and 5.8 μg/ml). Only compounds 3, 6 and 7 showed antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum with IC50 values of 4.2, 16.6 and 22.4 μg/ml. Overall the best and broadest spectrum activity was presented by compounds 3 and 7, as they inhibited all four parasitic protozoa. None of the isolates had significant activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MICs >100 μg/ml) or were toxic towards mammalian (L6) cells. This is the first report of antiprotozoal activity for natural resin glycosides, as well as for harpagide (4), acetylharpagide (5), tryptophan (6) and buddlejasaponin III (7).  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献
