三种毛茛的核型研究

对３种（含１变种）毛莨属植物进行了核型研究,其染色体数目及核型资料为首次报道。三叶毛莨（ＲａｎｕｎｃｕｌｕｓｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓＴｈｕｎｂ．ｖａｒ．ｔｅｒｎａｔｉｆｏｌｉｕｓＬ．Ｌｉａｏ．）有两种核型。即基本型２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１４＝６ｍ＋４ｓｍ＋４ｓｔ（２ＳＡＴ）和杂合型２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１４＝６ｍ＋４ｓｍ＋４ｓｔ（１ＳＡＴ）,前者核型的特征是其随体较大,而后者核型变异发生在第２对和第３对同源染色体异形上,并     

禺毛茛复合体及其近缘种过氧化物酶同工酶研究

对国产禺毛莨（Ｒａｎｕｎｃｕｌｕｓｃａｎｔｏｎｉｅｎｓｉｓ,ＤＣ）复合体及其近缘种８个种的１５个居群５２个个体的根进行了过氧化物同工酶研究,结果表明：（１）居群内过氧化物酶谱略有变异,同工酶酶谱或多或少能显示居群特征,供试的８个种中没有任何２个种的图谱完全一致,这说明在处级水平酶谱呈现出高度的分化现象。（２）根据染色体,孢粉和过氧化酶同工酶的资料推测,除Ｒ．ｓｉｌｅｒｉｆｏｌｉｕｓ（２ｘ）外,Ｒ．     

毛茛组织培养与植株再生(简报)

以毛茛（Ranunculus japonicus）茎尖、带芽茎段为外植体进行组织培养。试验结果表明,毛莨茎尖、带芽茎段萌发快,茎段丛生芽增殖数多于茎尖;壮苗和生根可在MS0培养基上一次完成,生根率达85％。     

甘肃高原毛茛－新变种

甘肃产高原毛茛－新变种,兴隆山毛茛Ｒａｎｕｍｃｕｌｕｓｔａｎｇｕｔｉｃｕｓ（Ｍａｘｉｍ．）Ｏｖｃｚ．ｖａｒ．ｘｉｎｇｌｏｎｇｓｈａｎｉｃｕｓＺ．Ｘ．ＰｅｎｇｅｔＹ．Ｊ．ＺｈａｎｇＶａｒ．ｎｏｗ．     

中国毛茛属新分类群及其核型

新种R．shuichengensis L,Liao有两种核型类型,即基本型2n=2x=16=4m+2sm+10st(2SAT);杂合型2n=2x=16=4m+2sm+9st(1SAT)+1t(1SAT),其核型和近缘种R．trigonus Hand．- Mazz.核型相似,但其随体染色体短臂比后者更小而不同。新变种R．silerifolius var．dolicanthus L. Liao核型(2n=2x=16=4m+2sm+10st(2SAT)与原变种Var．silerifolius不同。根据形态和染色体的特征,我们认为本文中两个新分类群和R．Trigonus是国产毛茛组中x=8至x=7的过渡类群。     

甘肃高原毛茛一新变种

甘肃产高原毛茛-新变种,兴隆山毛茛Ranumculus tanguticus(Maxim.) Ovcz.var.xinglongshanicus Z.X.Penget Y.J.Zhang Var.now.     

国产毛莨属11种及其4个近缘属5种植物的细胞学研究

研究了国产毛莨属RanunculusL.11种及其4个远缘属－美花草属CollianthemunC.A.Meyer,侧金盏花属AdonisL．、碱毛莨属Halerpestes E.Greene,水毛莨属BatrachiumS.F.Gray5种植物的洒色体数目和形态。发现美花草C.pinpinelloides(D.Don)Hook.f.et THoms.,川滇毛莨R.potaninii Kom.,深齿毛莨R.popovii var.stracheyanus(Maxim.)W.T.Wang,高原毛莨R.tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcx., 石龙芮R.sceleratusL.,西南毛莨R.ficariifolius Levl.et Vant.、褐鞘毛莨R.sinovaginatus W.T.Wang、三裂碱毛莨H.tricuspis(Maxim.)Hand.-Mazz.和碱毛莨H.sarmentosa（Adams)Kom.9种植物为染色体基数x=8的四倍体（2n=4x=32）;短注侧金盏花A.brevistyla Franch．、丝叶毛莨R.nematolobus Hand.-Mass.、棱喙毛莨3R.trigonus Hand.-Mazz.、 茴茴蒜R.chinensis Bunge4种植物为染色体基数x=8的二倍体(2n=2x=16);毛莨R.japonicus Thunb.、黄毛莨R.laetus Wall.2种植物为染色体基数x=7的二倍体（2n=2x=14);水毛莨B.bungei(Steud.)L.Liou有二倍体（2n=2x=16)和三倍体（2n=3x=24)两种细胞型。根据染体资料,讨论了上述5属的属间关系和毛莨属中一些种的种间关系。     

禺毛茛多倍体复合体及其近缘种核型研究

本文报道了禺毛茛Ranunculus cantoniensis DC．多倍体复合体及近缘种中6种植物的核型。棱喙毛茛Ranunculus trigonus Hand-Mazz．有两种核型(首次报道)：矮株型2n＝2x＝16＝4m+6sm+6st(2SAT);高株型2n＝2x=16=4m十2sm十lOst(2SAT)。茴茴蒜Ranunculus chinensis Bunge．2n=2x=16=6m+2sm+8st。卷喙毛茛Ranunculus silerifolius lévl．2n＝2x＝16＝6m+2sm+6st+2t。禺毛茛2n=4x＝32＝4m(a)+2m(b)+2sm(b)十4t(SAT)(c)十4st(d)+2m(e)+2sm(e)十2sm(f)+2st(f)+4st(g) +2st(h)十2m(h)。褐鞘毛茛Ranunculus vaginatus Hand．-Mazz．2n＝5x＝40=3m(a)十2sm(a)+2st(b)+3sm(b)十2t(c)+3t(SAT)(c)+5st(d)+5m(e)+5sm(f)+5st(g)+5m(h),(首次报道)．扬子毛茛 Ranunculus sieboldii Miq.2n=6x=48＝6m(a)十2st(b)十4sm(b)+2st(SAT)(c)十4t(SAT)(c)+6st(d)十6m(e)十6sm(f)+6st(g)+6m(h)。禺毛茛(4x)由2个类似本文中的卷喙毛茛或茴茴蒜的染色体组和两个“短m-型”染色体组组成。褐鞘毛茛(5x)和扬子毛茛(6x,8x)则由不同的“短m-型”染色体组组成。复合体成员及近缘种可能是通过“短m-型”染色体组产生关系,构成一个柱架式多倍体复合体。根据染色体及形态特征,建议恢复卷喙毛茛的种级地位。

Reflectance Measurements of Glossy Petals of Ranunculus lingua (Ranunculaceae) and of Non-Glossy Petals of Heliopsis helianthoides (Asteraceae)

Abstract: A spectrophotometric comparison of the reflectance of glossy petals of Ranunculus lingua (Ranunculaceae) and non-glossy petals of Heliopsis helianthoides (Asteraceae) was made in relation to the angle of incidence of the incoming light. Additionally, the reflectance of petals of R. flammula, R. acris and R. repens (Ranunculaceae) was measured for comparative purposes. In the examined Ranunculus species, gloss is present around mirror geometry over the whole spectral range measured, including the UV region where it accentuates the UV peak, and even at the basal UV-absorbing area of the petals. According to a colour hexagon evaluation of the reflectance data, these gloss phenomena diminish the colour contrast of the petal against the background. Nevertheless, due to their brightness, they may serve as an attractant or predictor for pollinators and other visiting insects, possibly acting as a beacon while approaching the flower. The position of the reflectance maximum in the UV around 340 nm is in accordance with the sensitivity maximum of the UV photoreceptor of potential pollinators like Apidae. The mean reflectance values of the four examined Ranunculus species do not show any clear correlation with their anatomical make-up

中国栘木衣属（Docynia Dcne.）一新种——长爪栘木衣

报道了栘木衣属一新种,长爪栘木衣(Docynia longisunguis Q.Luo et J.L.Liu)。该新种与栘木衣(Docynia indica(Will.) Dcne.)和云南栘木衣(Docynia delavayi (Franch.)Schneid.)相似,但以花较大,直径3.5~4 cm,花瓣长20～25 mm,宽12～16 mm,基部具长爪,长5～9 mm,雄蕊46～53;子房5～6（7）,花柱5～6（7）;果径3～4.5 cm,而与它们相区别。     

Carpels as leaves: meeting the carbon cost of reproduction in an alpine buttercup

We investigated the role of photosynthesis by reproductive organs in meeting the carbon costs of sexual reproduction in the snow-buttercup, Ranunculus adoneus. The exposed green carpels of snow-buttercup flowers have 1–2 stomata each. Net carbon assimilation rates of flowers are negative during bud expansion, but rise to zero at maturity, and become positive during early fruit growth. Experimental removal of separate whorls of flower parts demonstrated that the showy, nectary-housing petals account for most of the respiration cost of flower presentation. Conversely, photosynthesis by female organs contributes to a flower's carbon balance. Dipteran pollinators of R. adoneus are most active in sunny mid-morning to mid-afternoon intervals. At this time of day, rates of carpel photosynthesis (A_max) meet respiratory costs of pollinator attraction in fully expanded flowers. Achenes remain photosynthetically active until dispersal, and positive net carbon assimilation rates characterize infructescences throughout fruit maturation. Photosynthetic rates of achenes are positively correlated with infructescence growth rates. We tested the causal basis of this relationship by experimentally shading developing infructescences. Mature achenes from shaded infructescences were 16–18% smaller than those from unshaded controls. Leaf photosynthetic rates did not differ between plants bearing shaded and unshaded seed heads. Since female reproductive organs are only 8% more costly in terms of caloric investment than male ones and contribute to their own carbon balance, it is plausible that the energy cost of male function equals or exceeds that of female function in this hermaphroditic species.     

秦岭毛茛属植物(毛茛科)的分类学研究

记载了产于秦岭的毛茛属植物共11种,4变种,其中含秦岭分布新记录4种、3变种,它们是:美丽毛茛、丽江毛茛(变种)、毛果毛茛(变种)、丝叶毛茛(变种)、褐鞘毛茛、愚毛茛、匍枝毛茛;另外,收录了《秦岭植物志》遗漏的另外2种,即太白山毛茛和细长喙毛茛。经研究认为,《秦岭植物志》原记载的小毛茛Ranunculus ternatusThunb.在秦岭无分布。给出了秦岭毛茛属植物分种(变种)检索表;对每一种及种下等级的产地及分布进行了详细的论述。     

Studies on Karyotypes of 5 Species in Ranunculus from Jiangxi

The present paper reports the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 5 species in Ranunculus from Jiangxi. The result is shown in Table 1-2. The chromosome numbers of R. ternatus Thunb. (2n=4x=32; 2n=2x=16=8m+2sm+6st) , R. polii Franch. (2n = 2x = 16 = 8m+2sm+6st) and R. sieboldii Miq. (2n = 8x-1 = 63 = 15m+18sm+22st+8t) are first reported. The essential points are as follows: (1) The karyotypes of R. ternatus Thunb. and R. polii Franch. are rather similar, which shows a close relationship between the two species. (2) Polyploid complexes are common in Ranunculus. (3) According to the taxonomical system of Wang Wen-cai, the karyotypes of the two species investigated in Sect. Auricomus belong to “2A” of Stebbins; that of the only species in Sect. Hecatonia belong to “2B'; the karyotypes of the two species investigated in Sect. Ranunculus belong to “3A” or “3B”. The relationships among the three sections from thekaryotype are basically consistent with those based on morphology.     

Dioecy inHonkenya peploides var.major (Caryophyllaceae)

Sexual difference and pollination system inHonkenya peploides var.major were investigated. The present analyses indicate that sex expression of this plant is functionally dioecious, rather than androdioecious, as described previously. Its flowers are largely pollinated by small bees, hover-flies, flies, and ants. Female flowers were morphologically characterized by conspicuously longer styles and smaller petals, and had no pollen grains, while male flowers had shorter styles, larger petals, and longer filaments, and produced viable pollen grains. Although the male flowers possess many ovules in an ovary, they set fruits at a very low frequency in natural conditions and did not produce fruits by pollination experiments. We suggest that the dioecy of this species has been derived from hermaphrodite through gynodioecy, and not directly from hermaphrodite.     

毛茛科六新种

该文描述了毛茛科六新种：(1)托里乌头,与阿尔泰乌头近缘,区别为其茎和叶无毛,总状花序极密集,雄蕊花丝多有1或2小齿。(2)门源翠雀花,与大通翠雀花近缘,区别为其茎极短,花序总状,退化雄蕊瓣片不分裂。(3)云台山铁线莲,与裂叶铁线莲近缘,区别为其叶为二回羽状复叶,花较小,雄蕊花丝呈黑色,无脉。(4)黑丝铁线莲,与前种云台山铁线莲在亲缘关系上极为相近,区别为其小叶较小,多呈狭卵形或披针形,聚伞花序也较小,通常只具3花。(5)五台山毛茛,与砾地毛茛相似,区别为其基生叶被柔毛,花瓣蜜槽具鳞片,心皮具短而粗的花柱和小柱头。(6)靖西铁线莲,与宝岛铁线莲在亲缘关系上接近,区别为其茎疏被短柔毛,小叶卵形或狭卵形,不分裂,聚伞花序有1~3花,萼片较大(长1.7~2 cm,宽0.5~0.7 cm)。
