台湾乳白蚁跟踪信息素粗提物活性与应用研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
台湾乳白蚁是我国为害最凶的一种白蚁。对它的防治早就引起国内外白蚁工作者的广泛重视。目前越来越多的做法是将“诱”与“杀”两个步骤合二为一。也有许多学者已将白蚁的跟踪信息素用于白蚁的诱集上作了研究。本文介绍了台湾乳白蚁跟踪信息素粗提物生物活性,包含信息素的提取、跟踪反应、引诱效应、感受距离测定,以及在台湾乳白蚁防治上的实际应用等。  相似文献

白蚁是最古老的社会性昆虫, 其社会性的维持需要信息素的相互作用。本文回顾了近年来国内外白蚁信息素研究的最新进展, 内容涉及白蚁踪迹信息素、 性信息素、 告警信息素和促食信息素的功能、 化学成分及产生信息素的外分泌腺。白蚁分泌信息素的腺体主要有背板腺、 腹板腺、 后腹板腺、 额腺和唾腺。绝大多数白蚁信息素是挥发性物质。白蚁在化学通讯上存在节俭策略, 即同一种化合物由不同的白蚁种类的不同外分泌腺分泌, 可具有不同的功能。总结了各类信息素在白蚁物种间、 同一物种的品级间和性别间的异同和作用方式, 强调了白蚁信息素的反应阈值、 最佳浓度、 有效期和物种特异性对其功能的影响。目前对白蚁信息素的研究尚处于起步阶段, 其研究成果对等翅目系统发育研究和白蚁防治具有重要的意义。文章最后展望了白蚁信息素在白蚁防治上的应用前景。  相似文献

白蚁为社会性昆虫,其组织结构和联系方式主要由白蚁外分泌腺产生的起诱导和调节白蚁行为反应作用的信息素来获得。由白蚁下唇腺产生的诱食信息素,能够在白蚁巢体的群体性食物采集中诱使取食白蚁形成聚集,并且取食食物的相同位置,从而提高白蚁巢体采集食物的效率。目前,已确定对苯二酚为白蚁诱食信息素,且认为整个等翅目昆虫都产生和使用对苯二酚作为诱食信息素,与分类地位和生物学特性无关。该文概述了白蚁诱食信息素的分泌器官、种特异性、生物学意义、生物合成途径及其在白蚁防治中的应用等方面的研究进展。  相似文献

近年来, 固相微萃取技术的使用显著促进了白蚁踪迹信息素研究的开展。目前, 已有77种白蚁的踪迹信息素得到研究, 常见化学成分为十二碳单烯醇、 十二碳二烯醇和十二碳三烯醇, 其次为新松柏烯。已经鉴定的踪迹信息素主要为单组分或双组分系统。白蚁踪迹信息素由腹板腺分泌, 除澳白蚁科的达氏澳白蚁Mastotermes darwiniensis具有3个腹板腺外, 现存的白蚁均具有1个腹板腺, 位于第4或第5腹节。所有腹板腺都具有类型Ⅰ和Ⅱ两类细胞, 原白蚁亚科(Termopsinae)、 齿白蚁科(Serritermitidae)、 鼻白蚁科(Rhinotermitidae)种类的腹板腺还具有类型Ⅲ细胞。踪迹信息素的生物合成还缺乏研究, 推测有甲羟戊酸、 脂肪醇和饱和表皮烃3种途径。白蚁踪迹信息素的简约性十分显著, 不同地理分布、 生物生态习性以及一些系统距离较远的种类具有相同和密切相关的踪迹信息素。对于许多种类, 相同的信息化合物具有踪迹信息素和配对性信息素双重功能。白蚁踪迹信息素种特异性和简约性的适应意义和进化机制需要进一步研究。  相似文献

黑翅土白蚁Odontotermes formosanus(Shiraki)严重危害堤坝,有明显跟踪行为,其分泌跟踪物质的腹板腺位于腹部第5节腹板前沿中部,分泌细胞呈长形,与腹板呈垂直方向排列。用滤纸双圈法测定黑翅土白蚁跟踪行为。跟踪物质的抽提以正己烷较好,丙酮和二氯甲烷次之。从抽提液柱层析、薄层层析和微化学反应结果推测,其跟踪物质可能是含有双键的醇类化合物。密褐褶孔菌及其感染的腐木块抽提液及白蚁跟踪信息化合物——顺,顺-3,6-十二碳双烯醇都对黑翅土白蚁有较强的跟踪活性。肖若散白蚁和家白蚁抽提液均对黑翅土白蚁有跟踪活性,但肖若散白蚁和家白蚁对黑翅土白蚁抽提液及其柱层析和薄层层析的活性馏份无活性反应。  相似文献

白蚁作为社会性昆虫, 其采食个体间依赖各种信息交流机制进行联系与协作, 其中包括踪迹、 警戒、 食物信息、 同伴识别和助食等。通常的联系信号为挥发性或半挥发性化学物质或者一定频谱和功率的机械振动波。其中踪迹信息素、 蚁源烃类、 警戒信息素、 助食素和机械振动信号等都在白蚁采食过程中起着重要作用。白蚁采食过程中食物定向和食物品质信息的传达主要依靠腹板腺分泌的踪迹信息素, 已发现有十二碳烯醇类、 降碳倍半萜类和大环二萜类。蚁源的机械振动也在食物品质表达方面起到一定作用, 但食物品质的表达机制还不明确。白蚁采食协作的基础是同伴识别, 蚁源烃类(C21~C35)是同伴识别的主要信息物质, 采食个体分泌的助食素则可促成共同取食。警戒信息素传递白蚁采食的安全信息, 通常为一些兵蚁源的萜类物质, 但得到功能鉴定的结构还不多。近来研究还发现特殊的蚁源机械振动也可起到示警作用。已初步证实各种信息交流机制间存在交互作用, 但交互作用的机理有待进一步解析。生物物理因素在白蚁采食行为中的作用值得更多重视。本文以白蚁的采食行为为线索, 评述白蚁采食个体间信息交流机制的研究进展及利用问题, 并对今后的研究提出展望。  相似文献

本文分析了在活性限浓度进行生物活性测定时,黑翅土白蚁Odontotermes formosanu Shiraki对踪迹信息素的行为反应特点以及使用不同踪迹线载体对踪迹信息素活性的影响。并设计标准生物活性测试方法,测定了采用柱层析方法分离的黑翅土白蚁踪迹信息素各分离馏分的活性,发现黑翅土白蚁踪迹信息素用22%乙酸乙酯/正己烷洗脱液等度洗脱分离后的各馏分中包含两个强活性区段,推测黑翅土白蚁踪迹信息素至少包含2个有轻微极性差异的组分。  相似文献

The in vitro reversion of Pfr to Pr in the dark was preventedby adding the low molecular weight fraction obtained from aSephadex G-50 column chromatogram to the crude homogenate ofetiolated pea epicotyl tissues, and by the methanolic and boilingaquous extracts of the tissue. The degree of inhibition of darkPfr reversion was related to the logarithmic concentrationsof the methanol-extractable material. The active substance washighly soluble in water-saturated n-butanol; but not in chloroform,ethyl acetate, n-hexane, benzene and pure n-butanol. 利它素粗提液或涂利它素粗提液的人造卵经不同温度(25℃、60℃或100℃)处理30 min后进行生物活性测定,发现各温度下利它素仍对野蚕黑卵蜂有很强的引诱活性,其平均反应级数与常温(25℃)相比无明显差异,表现出一般蛋白质所没有的热稳定特性。低温 (4℃、0℃、-20℃或-70℃)同样也能保存粗提液中利它素的生物活性,但发现能引起粗提液发生凝集, 且0℃以下比4℃能产生更多的凝集, 使粗提液中利它素活性组分含量减少,-20℃时,其活性组分的峰面积仅为对照的13.1%,表现出一般蛋白质所没有的低温敏感性,这一发现对利它素的快速、简捷、有效分离具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

Malate: A Possible Source of Error in the NAD Glutamate Dehydrogenase Assay   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The effects of externally induced metabolic perturbations areoften studied through changes of the enzyme activity patternsin crude plant extracts. From glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH)it is reported that environmental changes not only influencethe amount of the enzymatic activity, but also the ratio ofthe aminating to the deaminating activities (NADH/NAD+ ratio).Using crude cell extracts of suspension cultures of wheat (Triticumaestivum L. cv. Heines Koga II) we find evidence that the pretreatmentof the homogenate directly influences this ratio. Dialysis ofthese crude cell extracts resulted in a 70% loss of the NAD+activity, while the NADH activity remained unchanged. The deaminatingactivity in the dialysed extract could be completely restoredupon addition of a dialysable factor which was identified tobe malate. The interference of malate with the glutamate dehydrogenasereaction is caused through the action of malate dehydrogenaseand glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase which are both presentin high activities in the extracts. Only in exhaustively dialysedcell extracts can the proper deaminating GDH activity be determined.The results are discussed in the light of the controversialreports on the variable ratio of the NADH/NAD+ activity of GDH. The ammo-acid compositions of proteins present in the sapwoodand heartwood from three species of Eucalyptus, in normal, reaction,and opposite wood from Pinus radiata seedlings, and in reactionand opposite wood from Eucalyptus goniocalyx, are listed. Thequestion of the location of protein within wood cell walls isdiscussed. The amounts of tyrosine found in the woods from P.radiata seedlings are incompatible both with the belief thatit determines the intensity of staining of reaction wood cellwalls with Millon's reagent, and that it is the source of thep-hydroxybenzaldehyde obtained when milled wood lignin is oxidizedwith nitrobenzene. Loss of amino acids in the presence of milledwood lignin, -cellulose, hemicellulose, glucose, mannose, galactose,xylose, arabinose, glucuronic, and galacturonic acids is demonstrated.The presence of numerous peaks which are not indentifiable withknown amino acids in the chromatograms of wood hydrolysatesis believed to be due largely to the products of interactionof amino acids and sugars. Some retention of nitrogen by theresidues of wood hydrolysates occurs. The significance of theresults obtained with the wood samples listed above is discussedagainst this background.  相似文献

Ethylene increased the peroxidase activity in extracts fromcotton plants (Gossypium hirsutum L.) pre-treated with the gas.The response was greatest in young leaves and plant fractionscontaining petioles and abscission zones. Ethylene also increasedthe peroxidase activity of extracts of cotton cotyledonary nodeexplants pre-treated with the gas. These data parallel someearlier reports on IAA-oxidase activity of ethylene-treatedplants. Disc gel electrophoresis of crude extracts of ethylene-treatedcotton seedlings revealed both quantitative and qualitativechanges in peroxidase isozymes from tissues treated with thegas. The crude water extracts of leaves of many plant species belongingto Spermatophyta and some belonging to Bryophyta induced floweringof Lemna paucicostata 151 (PI51) under continuous light, atthe concentrations equivalent to 0.1 to 10 mg fr wt leaf per10 ml culture medium (mg fr wt/10 ml). The extract of Salvinia(Pterydophyta) added together with the extract of Lemna at aconcentration lower than that necessary to cause flowering alsoinduced flowering. The activity of the water extracts of someplants varied considerably from experiment to experiment dueto unknown factors, but the extracts of Pharbitis nil strainViolet, a sensitive short-day plant, always showed a high activity,as did the extracts of Lemna paucicostata reported previously. The extract of Pharbitis cotyledons induced flowering of P151even at 0.3 mg fr wt/10 ml, and significantly promoted floweringof L. paucicostata 441 and 6746 at 1–3 mg fr wt/10 ml.Ex-udate from the cuttings of the seedlings was also active.However, neither the activity of the water extract nor thatof the exudate could be correlated with photoperiodic floralinduction. On the other hand, the extract of leaves or cotyledonshad higher activity (on a fr wt basis) than that of other organs,and the activity of the extract of cotyledons changed with theirage roughly in parallel with their photoperiodic sensitivity. Methanol extracts from light- and dark-grown sunflower seedlings,Helianthus annuus L., var. ‘Inra No. 6501’, weresubjected to solvent partition. The neutral diethyl ether fractionfrom the light-grown seedlings contained material(s) which inhibitedcress seed germination. Such inhibition was scarcely detectablein extracts of the etiolated seedlings. Sometimes inhibitionalso occurred in the petroleum spirit fraction. A mixture ofcis, trans- and trans, transxanthoxin showed the same partitioncharacteristics as the inhibiting substance(s); the latter co-chromatographedwith xanthoxin in all paper, thin layer, and high pressure liquidchromatography separation procedures tried. The inhibition wasalso detectable with the Avena colcoptile straight growth bioassay. It is concluded that xanthoxin is formed during illuminationof sunflower seedlings; its role in the phototropic responseof these seedlings is discussed.  相似文献

In the search for the photoreceptor in photocontrolled phycoerythrinformation, photoreversible absorption changes of chromoproteinsin vivo and in vitro were studied with the blue-green alga Tolypothrixtenuis. Neither intact cells nor crude extracts of soluble proteinsshowed any significant absorption changes which were reversiblyinduced by green and red light. However, the photoresponse wasobservable when the crude protein extracts were treated withthe chaotropic reagent guanidine-HCl (0.4 M, for 1 hr in thedark). Isolated phycocyanin and allophycocyanin also showedthe same photoresponse after the guanidine-HCl treatment. Thedifference spectrum (green minus red) of guanidine-HCl-treatedphycocyanin was almost identical with that shown by phycochromea of Bj?rn and Bj?rn (3), and the allophycocyanin showed thesame difference spectrum as those of phycochrome c of Bj?rnand Bj?rn and the photoreversible pigment isolated by Scheibe(7). Urea at a concentration higher than 1 M or alkaline incubation(pH 8.5) also showed the same effect. The results were interpretedas indicating that phycocyanin and allophycocyanin obtain theability for photoresponsiveness when their protein conformation,probably around the chromophore site, is modified. Further Observations on Fungi Inhabiting Pine Stumps   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Growth-rates, both on malt agar and in stump wood, of earlystump colonizers such as Fomes annosus, Pemophora gigantea,Stereum sanguinolentum, and Leptographium lundbergii are higherthan those of later-colonizing agarics. The initial invasionof stump roots usually proceeds via the stump body by fungiwhich infect the cut surface. Although stumps may dry out appreciably shortly after felling,in later stages of decay the moisture content of the wood oftenincreases considerably. Stump decomposition is associated witha succession of decay fungi, the ‘Peniophora’, ‘Hypholoma’,and ‘Tricholoma’ stages being distinguished. Severalphycomycetes and fungi imperfecti colonize decayed, but notfresh, stump wood. P. gigantea is shown to be a vigorous competitor of F. annosusfor initial colonization of stumps: it may also replace F.annosus in stumps. Gliocladium viride and Trichoderma viridecompete with wood-rotting basidiomycetes and sometimes replacethem in very decayed wood.  相似文献
