分别对含有小染色体的小偃5号、小偃6号和72180小麦品种自花结实4D缺体(依次编号为HN5、HN6T和HN7)及其相应二体及正常4D缺体的5种农艺性相对指数的研究表明:在4D缺体遗传背景下,小染色体载有促进结实基因;这三种自花结实缺体的小染色体对4D染色体缺失效应均有部分补偿作用,小偃6号自花结实4D缺体小染色体的这种补偿能力最强,小偃5号自花结实4D缺体小染色体的这种补偿能力最弱。将小偃6号自  相似文献

利用从蓝单体自交分离得到的自花结实的4D缺体小麦(缺72180、缺天选15)作母本与3个不同的八倍体小偃麦(小偃784、小偃7631和小偃78829)杂交,再以缺体作为轮回亲本,从F_1或F_2开始连续回交1—2次,在回交中,缺体无论作父本或母本都得到了异代换系,并且发现:(1)在回交过程中,用缺体作母本比作父本更为有效;(2)F_1自交,在F_2群体中选择生长比较正常,染色体数比较少的植株回交,比F_1作母本直接回交效果更好。并对所得的异代换系的特征特性进行了初步的观察研究,发现中间偃麦草(Agropyron intermedium2n=42) 4E染色体(以下用4Ei表示)、长穗偃麦草(Agropyron clongatum 2n=70)的4E染色体(带蓝粒基因,以下用4Ee表示)和4F染色体(带毛叶基因,以下用4Fe表示)均能正常补偿小麦4D染色体。异代换系生长旺盛,育性正常。初步总结了缺体与八倍体小偃麦杂交,回交过程中异代换系的形成规律,证明了“缺体回交法”可以推广应用于八倍体小偃麦等人工合成的新物种,以选育普通小麦异代换系。  相似文献

利用从兰单体自交分离得到的5个自花结实的4D缺体小麦(映72180、块天选15等)作母本与11个山羊草(Ae.speltoides, Ae.sharonensis等)杂交,再以4D缺体为轮回亲本对杂种进行回交,借助于幼胚培养技术,获得了缺天选15×拟斯卑尔脱山羊草二体异代换系,缺72180×沙融山羊草单体异代换系。代换系生长发育良好,育性基本正常,表明山羊草的4S染色体能够补偿小麦缺失的4D染色体的功能。证明利用“缺体回交法”选育普通小麦—山羊草异代换系是有效的和可行的。  相似文献

本文分析了中国春单体小麦繁殖中存在的困难,指出了建立具有标记基因的新的蓝粒单体小麦系统的必要性。介绍了利用蓝粒小麦与普通小麦杂交选育4D-蓝单体小麦的过程及其繁殖原理与技术;通过繁殖蓝单体获得大量缺体植株,并经连续自交与选择育成了自花结实的4D-缺体小麦。最近,又用4D-缺体小麦与黑麦杂交得到具有27个染色体的F_1杂种。  相似文献

以中国春3D单体和小麦-长穗偃麦草4E二体异附加系为材料,通过杂交、回交结合染色体鉴定等方法,培育出了一种具有蓝粒标记的小麦4E(3D)单体代换系.该小麦4E(3D)单体代换系籽粒为浅蓝色,能够正常生长,自交结实率为36.1%,其自交后代可分离出深蓝籽粒小麦4E(3D)二体代换系、浅蓝籽粒小麦4E(3D)单体代换系和白粒小麦3D缺体.结果表明,长穗偃麦草4E染色体对小麦3D染色体缺失有一定的补偿功能,对以染色体定向代换方式快速创制蓝粒标记小麦单体系统具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对小麦品种天选15号、天选15号—4D缺体,黑麦品种德国白粒及利用“缺体回交法”培育的小麦(4D)一黑麦(4R)异代换系幼苗的过氧化物酶同工酶、细胞色素氧化酶同工酶及酯酶同工酶进行了研究,结果表明4D染色体对小麦的一种过氧化物酶同工酶和一种细胞色素氧化酶同工酶量的合成具有控制作用,在小麦4D缺体的遗传背景下,黑麦4R染色体能够补偿由于4D缺失引起的这两种同工酶合成降低的效应。4D对小麦幼苗期酯酶同工酶的合成没有明显的作用,4R在小麦4D缺体遗传背景下对酯酶同工酶的合成也没有明显的影响  相似文献

15个不同细胞质“中国春”小麦与八倍体小偃麦杂交 ,杂种F1减数分裂的染色体行为表明 :普通小麦与天蓝偃麦草的F或E组染色体之间存在着部分同源关系 ;D2 型细胞质促进部分同源染色体配对、但却抑制同源染色体配对 ;Sv 型细胞质对同源染色体或部分同源染色体的配对均有抑制作用 ;G型细胞质促进同源染色体配对。1 5个不同细胞质“中国春”小麦与六倍体小偃麦杂交 ,F1结实率很低 ,减数分裂中期的染色体行为混乱 ,单价体过多 ,或许意味着在天蓝偃麦草 (Elytrigiain termedium)与长穗偃麦草 (E .elongatum)的E组染色体之间存在着很大差别。随着回交代数的增加 ,选出G型、D2 型、Mt 型、Mu 型等细胞质雄性不育的八倍体小偃麦品系 ,其中D2 型细胞质八倍体小偃麦具有光周期敏感性雄性不育的特征 ;G型细胞质“远中 3”育性正常 ,表明八倍体小偃麦“远中 3”的E组染色体中存在G型胞质的育性恢复基因。  相似文献

蓝粒小麦是在长穗偃麦草与普通小麦杂交后代中选育出来的新类型。实验证明,蓝粒小麦在研究胚乳遗传和染色体工程方面是一个非常有用的材料。本试验观察了用中国春小麦,中国春单体系统、中国春4D缺体,分别与蓝粒小麦杂交F_1代的染色体数目和染色体行为,其结果是:(1)(中国春小麦×蓝粒小麦)F_1,减数分裂中Ⅰ,76%的细胞为20"+2';(2)(中国春4D单体×蓝粒小麦)F_1,中Ⅰ,普遍出现了20"+1'的染色体构型,其它杂种F_1均为19"+3';(3)(中国春4D缺体×蓝粒单体分离出的缺体)F_1,中Ⅰ,花粉母细胞n=20"。以上结果证明,蓝粒小麦是一个异代换系,即由1对长穗偃麦草染色体,4Ael,代换了小麦的1对4D染色体。  相似文献

八倍体小滨麦与缺体小麦杂交和回交,其后代BC1F1与F2相比较,染色体分离范围小,有利于41条染色体类型的分离,若用异源双单体附加作父本与缺体回交,41条染色体类型的分离率还会提高2倍左右;单体代换在自交世代的传递率为31.91%,二体代换的分离率为19.37%,异染色体的丢失率为29.34%;二体代换在自交世代的传递率为85.26%,异染色体的丢失率为9.21%;PMCMI染色体构型为20.76”+0.31’+0.03"+0.01””,相对紊乱系数为0.01,2n=21”的细胞占86.09%。选育的二体代换系,不同程度地表现出大穗、多花、优质、抗多种病害等滨麦的优良性状。  相似文献

对(普通小麦×山羊草)F1用“中国春”(CS)进行回交的结实率与普通小麦×山羊草的结实率,F1二价体频率的高低与回交结实率无明显关系。山羊草的染色体组C可能促进回交结实。M0抑制回交结实。而和普通小麦同源的染色体组D无明显地促进回交结实作用。SvMcr染色体组既不促进也不抑制回交结实。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
