目的:探讨奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的疗效。方法:选取200例急性脑梗死患者,按照入院时间顺序不同分为两组,奥扎格雷组(92例)静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗,联合用药组(108例)静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠注射液联合吡拉西坦注射液治疗。观察并记录两组治疗前治疗后神经功能缺损,疗效,日常生活能力及随访1个月期间不良反应发生情况,评价奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组ESS评分均明显增加(P0.05),且联合用药组在治疗后各时间段均明显高于奥扎格雷组(P0.05)。治疗后14 d,联合用药组有效率为76.8%,奥扎格雷组为60.9%,联合用药组有效率明显高于奥扎格雷组;治疗后两组Barthel评分明显高于治疗前(P0.05),且联合用药组高于奥扎格雷组(P0.05)。随访1个月期间,两组不良反应率比较,差异没有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦能明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损情况,提高患者生活能力,用药安全,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)的水平的影响。方法:选择我院收治的急性脑梗死患者68例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,实验组患者给予奥扎格雷钠联合使用川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB的水平以及颈内动脉粥样狭窄程度的变化和临床总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB水平均显著降低,颈内动脉粥样硬化情况均好转(P0.05);且与对照组相比,实验组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB水平较低,颈内动脉粥样硬化情况较轻(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者临床总有效率较高(P0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪注射液治疗可显著提高急性脑梗死积的临床疗效,并能够降低患者颈内动脉粥样狭窄程度,其机制可能与降低血清HCY,CRP及纤维蛋白原水平有关。  相似文献

目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将160例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例,治疗组采用注射用奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗,对照组仅采用注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察两组患者入院及治疗14d后临床疗效,神经功能缺损评分变化并进行对比分析。结果:治疗组的显效率为85.9%(67/78),对照组显效率为70.9%(56/79),两组显效率有显著性差异(x2=5.12,P=0.022),两组患者治疗14d后,神经功能的恢复情况与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死较单独使用奥扎格雷钠疗效显著,是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法。  相似文献

目的分析丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和血液流变学的影响。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月我院收治的145例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予改善微循环,控制血压、血脂、血糖等常规治疗。对照组72例患者在常规治疗基础上给予静脉滴注依达拉奉,观察组73例患者在对照组的基础上给予口服丁苯酞软胶囊,2周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、神经功能和血液流变学指标情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.89%显著高于对照组的88.89%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗2个疗程后以及6个月后随访患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)情况,观察组较对照组显著降低(P0.05),且观察组的HSV、PSV、HCT、ESR等血液流变学指标均较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死能显著提高临床治疗效果,降低神经功能缺损评分,改善患者预后及生活质量,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨奥扎格雷联合银杏达莫对老年急性脑梗塞患者血清胱抑素C(Cys-C),白介素-6(IL-6)及临床疗效的影响。方法:收集我院收治的150例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组75例。两组患者入院后均给予抗血小板聚集,保护脑细胞等治疗措施,对照组患者给予银杏达莫注射液治疗;实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗,治疗连续4周。观察并比较两组患血清Cys-C、IL-6、患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)以及治疗的总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的血清Cys-C、IL-6以及NIHSS水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的Cys-C、IL-6以及NIHSS水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的治疗总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷联合银杏达莫能够降低老年急性脑梗塞患者血清Cys-C,IL-6水平,临床疗效较好,提高了治疗效果。  相似文献

目的:探讨丁苯酞软胶囊对急性脑梗死患者活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、炎症因子及神经功能的影响。方法:将2016年7月至2017年7月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊。两组连续治疗14天后,比较治疗前后两组血清ROS、T-AOC、炎症因子水平及神经功能的变化及治疗后两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组血清ROS、T-AOC、高敏C反应蛋白(high sensitive C reaction protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清T-AOC水平显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P0.05);对照组治疗后血清ROS水平显著高于治疗前(P0.05),观察组患者治疗前后的血清ROS水平相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组治疗后ROS水平显著低于对照组(P0.05);两组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平、NHISS评分均显著低于治疗前(P0.05),且观察组以上指标均显著低于对照组(P0.05);观察组总有效率为82%,明显优于对照组的52%(P0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊可有效降低急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子水平,提高机体总抗氧化能力,促进神经功能的修复,提高临床治疗效果  相似文献

目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将124例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组的80.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,ADL评分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);而且两组患者的NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较,治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死能明显提高临床疗效,改善患者的神经功能,提高日常生活能力。  相似文献

目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2015年1月~2018年6月收治的脑梗死患者186例,随机分为A、B、C组,每组各62例。A组给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,B组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,C组给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价患者的神经功能缺损情况,采用Barthel指数评定量表评价患者日常生活能力,采用经颅多普勒超声测量缺血区域脑血流量。治疗1个月后,观察比较3组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、缺血区域脑血流量及临床总有效率。结果 3组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数和缺血区脑血流量比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=6.48、5.78、15.69,P0.05)。3组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(t=2.523,P0.05;t=3.016,P0.05;t=2.642,P0.05),Barthel指数均高于治疗前(t=2.232,P0.05;t=2.694,P0.05;t=2.086,P0.05),缺血区脑血流量均高于治疗前(t=5.962,P0.05;t=4.672,P0.05;t=5.214,P0.05)。治疗后,C组NIHSS评分低于A、B组(均P0.05),Barthel指数和缺血区脑血流量均明显高于A、B组(均P0.05)。C组治疗总有效率为82.26%,高于A、B组的58.06%、53.23%(χ~2=5.342,P0.05;χ~2=4.163,P0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片能有效治疗脑梗死。  相似文献

目的:评价高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效,观察其对患者血液流变学指标与血浆血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列腺素I2(PGI2)水平的影响。方法:86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组:其中治疗组45例,应用高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠进行治疗;对照组41例单用奥扎格雷钠,对比分析等两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NHSS)、Barthel指数(BI)和血液流变学指标变化,同时采用放射免疫法检测患者治疗前后血浆TXA2和PGI2含量,最后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:①治疗组基本治愈率和总有效率分别为28.89%、91.11%,优于对照组17.07%的基本治疗愈率和80.49%的总有效率(P〈0.01),两组均无明显不良反应。②经过治疗,患者NHSS评分明显下降,而BI评分明显升高(P〈0.01或0.05),且治疗组改善程度高于对照组(P〈0.01或0.05)。(3)治疗后,患者各血液流变学指标均明显下降(P〈0.01或0.05),其中治疗组血小板凝集率、纤维蛋白原水平和血液粘稠度降低幅度大于对照组(P〈0.05)。④经过治疗,两组血浆TXA2水平下降,PGI2水平上升,TXA2/PGI2比值减少(P〈0.01),其中治疗组变化明显好于对照组(P〈0.01或0.05)。结论:高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死能减轻脑细胞损伤,改善神经功能障碍,疗效显著,值得临床推广。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
