火龙果幼苗对低温胁迫的生理响应及其抗寒性综合评价   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以野生火龙果量天尺和贵州主栽品种‘紫红龙’、‘晶红龙’、‘粉红龙’扦插幼苗为试材,人工控温进行抗寒锻炼、低温冷害处理及恢复生长,以未处理作对照,测定不同处理下幼苗的电解质渗出率(REC)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,电解质渗出率随温度降低逐渐增加,恢复生长后电解质渗出率与对照之间没有显著差别。幼苗中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸及丙二醛含量在抗寒锻炼和低温处理后升高,恢复生长后降低。可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量随不同处理变幅较大,MDA和可溶性蛋白随不同处理变幅较小。运用Fuzzy数学中隶属函数法进行抗寒性综合评价,得出火龙果抗寒性强弱表现为量天尺>‘晶红龙’>‘粉红龙’>‘紫红龙’,与恢复生长的试验结果基本一致。  相似文献

高山植物绵头雪莲花(Saussurea laniceps HandMazz.)组织培养苗经2℃低温锻炼后抗寒性明显增强,SOD、CAT、POD活性明显提高,可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量升高,而可溶性糖含量没有明显变化.脱锻炼期间可溶性蛋白质含量仍高于低温锻炼期间的水平,脱锻炼后抗氧化酶活性略有上升或保持稳定状态.这些变化是绵头雪莲花组织培养苗适应低温逆境的生理生化基础.  相似文献

研究了大米草幼苗在不同培养盐度(0、20、30、50、100mmol/LNaCl)下,MDA、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量以及保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性等生理指标的变化情况。结果表明:保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性在盐胁迫40d前逐渐上升且达显著差异。随着胁迫时间延长,MDA含量与CK相比逐渐降低。随着盐分胁迫浓度的增加及盐胁迫时间延长,大米草叶片中游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量呈上升趋势。在盐胁迫下,渗透调节物质的积累作用是大米草对盐胁迫的主要响应过程,其体内的抗氧化保护酶在此过程中也发挥了重要的作用。  相似文献

海滨滨麦叶片和根对不同厚度沙埋的生理响应差异分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以烟台海岸抗风沙植物滨麦为研究材料,通过对不同厚度沙埋下其叶片和根部抗氧化酶活力(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT))、丙二醛(MDA)含量和渗透调节物含量变化的分析,探讨了叶片和根部对沙埋生理响应的差异。试验按滨麦成株株高(约40 cm)对其进行了轻度沙埋(在株高1/4处)、中度沙埋(2/4处)和重度沙埋(3/4处)。在沙埋第6天,分别测定了不同厚度沙埋处理下,植株各段叶片和根抗氧化酶活力、MDA和渗透调节物含量。结果表明,轻度和中度沙埋均加速植株生长。与对照相比,经轻度、中度沙埋处理6 d,叶片平均MDA含量增加,在重度沙埋下降低。不同厚度沙埋6 d,叶片平均SOD活力和脯氨酸含量增加,而CAT活力、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量下降。但不同厚度沙埋均使沙上叶片MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD和CAT活力增加,尤其是叶片顶部增加最为明显,使沙下叶片MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和CAT活力下降,导致同株沙上和沙下叶片MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD和CAT活力差异显著(P0.05)。与叶片相比,根中MDA、可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD和CAT活力较低,而POD活力和可溶性糖含量较高并与叶片差异显著(P0.05)。不同厚度沙埋6 d,滨麦根中MDA和可溶性蛋白质含量变化较小,可溶性糖含量和CAT、POD、SOD活力略有降低。研究表明,滨麦根和叶片对不同厚度沙埋的生理响应不同。沙埋直接作用于叶片并诱发叶内氧自由基积累,但叶片通过快速激活的抗氧化酶保护系统(CAT、SOD)维持氧自由基代谢平衡,以及渗透调节物(脯氨酸、可溶性糖)的积累维护细胞水分代谢平衡,并满足能量的需求和快速生长。但在不同厚度沙埋下,由于根系不受沙埋直接影响而生理变化较小,并且还维持较低的膜脂过氧化水平,这可能是根能维持正常的吸水输水功能并在沙埋处理过程中和沙埋后地上叶片快速生长摆脱沙埋的重要物质基础。  相似文献

盐胁迫对青藏高原多年生牧草幼苗生理指标的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该试验采用不同浓度(0, 100, 200, 400, 600 mmol·L-1)NaCl 溶液处理萌发的星星草、草地早熟禾、老芒麦和披碱草幼苗在6-15 ℃和20-25 ℃两种温度条件下生理生化的变化。结果表明: ①在不同盐浓度的胁迫下, 披碱草、草地早熟禾和星星草随着盐浓度的提高, 可溶性糖含量呈现增高的趋势; 而老芒麦呈现先升后降的趋势。且不同温度处理对牧草幼苗可溶性糖含量影响较大, 但在高盐浓度处理下, 温度对幼苗可溶性糖含量影响极显著, 6-15 ℃处理显著提高幼苗的可溶性糖含量。②随着盐浓度增加, 四种牧草游离脯氨酸含量均迅速积累, 且20-25℃处理下脯氨酸含量显著高于6-15 ℃处理。③盐胁迫导致四种牧草根尖过氧化氢含量和细胞死亡率的增加, 而6-15 ℃温度处理可以降低根尖过氧化氢的积累。④四种牧草随盐浓度增加根尖细胞死亡率均有增加的趋势, 6-15 ℃低温可以有效减轻盐胁迫对根细胞的损伤。⑤四种牧草在两种温度处理下随盐浓度增加株高都有所降低, 且在不同温度处理下牧草的株高没有显著性差异。  相似文献

在仁用杏花芽膨大期分别喷施ABA、‘杏花防冻剂’、‘冻害必施’和‘天达-2116’等4种抗寒剂,测定花蕾、花朵和幼果中电解质渗出率、SOD和POD活性以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和MDA含量,研究4种抗寒剂诱导仁用杏花期抗寒力的差异。结果表明,(1)4种抗寒剂均能不同程度地降低仁用杏半致死温度,诱导抗寒力提高,其中,‘杏花防冻剂’对仁用杏抗寒力的诱导效果最好,ABA次之;(2)‘杏花防冻剂’和ABA均能提高仁用杏花期的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,增强SOD和POD活性,降低MDA含量,进一步证明抗寒剂可提高仁用杏花期的抗寒能力。  相似文献

以6个不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按6×6Griffing I完全双列杂交设计组配36个组合,测定低温处理后亲子代可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)活性。结果表明,除可溶性糖外,其他生理指标中的平均中亲优势均表现为正向优势。杂种F1与亲本的相应性状的中亲值关系比较密切,可利用双亲平均值预测F1表现。玉米抗寒性受细胞质影响较小,主要是核遗传。POD活性和脯氨酸含量主要受加性效应的影响,可溶性蛋白质和MDA含量主要受非加性效应的影响,可溶性糖含量受加性与非加性效应的共同作用。5个生理指标的广义遗传力均远远大于狭义遗传力。  相似文献

不同品种小麦叶片对拔节期低温的生理响应及抗寒性评价   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
以黄淮海麦区参加区试的24个小麦品种为材料,分析了拔节期低温胁迫对其叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫后,叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性均高于对照(P0.01),而可溶性蛋白含量低于对照(P0.01)。小麦叶片各指标存在极显著的品种间差异(P0.01)。以叶片各指标的相对值作为抗寒性指标,采用隶属函数法和极极点排序法计算参试品种的平均隶属度值为0.19—0.63,综合排序值为1.66—4.08。通过K-means聚类,将24个小麦品种聚为5类。其中良星619、丰德存麦1号、B07-4056、石H083-363、山农055843和良星99等6个品种抗寒性最强,宿553、陕农509、A-9、中原6号、徐麦4036、舜麦1718和石麦19等7个品种抗寒性强,尧麦16、C-44、山农05-066、冀麦585和石B05-7388等5个品种抗寒性中等,偃展4110、B-33、B05-6507和石4185等4个品种抗寒性弱,石06-6136和石优20这2个品种抗寒性最弱。相关分析表明,平均隶属度值和综合排序值与相对可溶性糖含量、相对脯氨酸含量、相对POD活性呈正相关(P0.05),与相对MDA含量呈负相关(P0.05)。叶片可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、POD活性及MDA含量可以作为拔节期小麦抗寒性的鉴定评价指标。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
