本文通过测定静止代谢率(RMR)、非颤抖性产热(NST)、线粒体呼吸酶、脂肪代谢酶活力、褐色脂肪 组织(BAT)线粒体GTP 结合能力、下丘脑促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)和促肾上腺激素释放激素(CRH)等指标,探讨短光照对达乌尔黄鼠产热的诱导和调节。结果表明,温暖(22℃ ) 短光照(8D∶ 6L)组,达乌尔黄鼠的RMR、NST、肝脏和BAT 线粒体细胞色素C 氧化酶活力以及BAT 线粒体GTP 结合能力均明显高于温暖长光照(16D∶ 8L)组中的动物,而体重、BAT 重量、肝细胞呼吸、BAT α - 磷酸甘油氧化酶活力则没有明显变化。短光照组黄鼠下丘脑TRH 水平显著高于长光照组,而血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3 )及甲状腺素(T4 )浓度、T3 / T4 以及BAT 中T4 - 5’脱碘酶的活性没有明显变化。短光照组黄鼠下丘脑CRH 水平显著高于对照组,而肾上腺皮质酮含量无明显变化。结果表明短光照能够诱导达乌尔黄鼠产热增加,主要是通过激活细胞色素C 氧化酶活性和增加BAT 中解偶联蛋白浓度;短光照可能激活下丘脑TRH 和CRH,但它们没有直接诱导产热增加,推测其增加了黄鼠潜在的产热能力。  相似文献

长爪沙鼠侧脑室注射促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH) 8μg 或CRH受体阻断剂2.5μg 后, 4 ±1 ℃暴露3 h ,对照组注射等体积生理盐水并置于24 ±2 ℃或4 ±1 ℃下。与常温对照组相比, 低温对照组褐色脂肪组织(BAT) 重量下降, BAT中解偶联蛋白(UCP1) mRNA 上调; 下丘脑促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH) 含量降低, 血清T3 、T4 、T3/T4水平及BAT中T45′脱碘酶活性均增加, 血清去甲肾上腺素(NE) 含量上升。与低温对照组相比, 侧脑室注射CRH后再冷暴露, BAT重量、蛋白总含量和UCP1 mRNA 含量趋于减少; 血清NE 含量上升, BAT 中T4 5′脱碘酶活性增加, 但下丘脑TRH 含量、血清T3 、T4 及T3/T4 水平均降低。侧脑室注射215μg 的CRH 受体阻断剂α- helical CRH 9 - 41 , 对冷暴露长爪沙鼠甲状腺轴的分泌、BAT重量、血清中NE 水平及UCP1 mRNA 含量没有明显影响。结果表明, 急性冷暴露激活了长爪沙鼠下丘脑- 垂体- 甲状腺(HPT) 轴和交感神经系统, 刺激BAT产热和UCP1 合成; 而CRH作用于中枢, 可能一方面抑制HPT轴的分泌, 进而抑制UCP1 的基因表达, 另一方面又刺激交感神经,增加产热。  相似文献

长爪沙鼠暴露于冷环境 (4± 2℃ ) 1天至 4周的过程中 ,褐色脂肪组织 (BAT)线粒体的GTP结合能力逐渐增加 ,3周达到最大值 ;解偶联蛋白 (UCP)基因表达只有一种 ,分子量为 1 5kb ,并在冷暴露一天时明显上调 ,一周时达到高峰 ;BAT的T4 5′ 脱碘酶活力也逐渐增加。表明UCPmRNA上调对BAT合成新的UCP是必需的 ,T4 5′ 脱碘酶的激活对BAT的产热和增生是重要的。  相似文献

为探讨冷暴露小哺乳动物褐色脂肪组织(BAT)产热的调节机理,在已有的冷暴露长爪沙鼠(Meri-ones unguiculatus)BAT产热变化研究的基础上,测定了急性(1 d)及长期(3周)冷暴露[(4±1)℃]雄性长爪沙鼠下丘脑和正中隆起中促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)含量、血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)浓度以及BAT中T45'脱碘酶活性的变化.与常温对照组相比,冷暴露1 d长爪沙鼠下丘脑TIRH含量减少,正中隆起TRH含量、血清T3和NE浓度以及BAT中T4 5'脱碘酶活性均增加,血清T4浓度降低;冷暴露3周后,下丘脑TRH含量回升到接近对照组水平,正中隆起TRH含量、血清T3浓度、BAT中T4 5'脱碘酶活性均在冷暴露1d的基础上进一步增加,血清T4浓度进一步降低,血清NE浓度维持在冷暴露1 d的高水平.结果分析推测,冷暴露激活了长爪沙鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺(HPT)轴激素的合成和分泌,并激活了外周交感神经系统,导致产热增加.  相似文献

探讨了达乌尔黄鼠在冷暴露、冬眠及激醒时的外周甲状腺激素水平变化和激素代谢。达乌尔黄鼠在非冬眠季节 ( 7~ 8月 )冷暴露 ( 4℃± 2℃ ) 1天 ,导致血清T3和T4浓度迅速增加 ,T3/T4不变 ;经 4周冷驯化后 ,T3维持在高水平上 ,T4降低 ,T3/T4增加 ,外周组织中的T4脱碘酶活性升高。表明冬眠动物与非冬眠动物的甲状腺机能及其激素代谢的冷适应性调节一致。在冬眠季 ( 12~ 1月 )的冬眠和激醒过程中 ,外周组织的T4脱碘酶活性、血清T3和T4水平比常温达乌尔黄鼠的高 ,显著高于夏季的水平 ,T3/T4不变。表明达乌尔黄鼠甲状腺机能及其激素水平存在季节性变化。  相似文献

运动是影响动物能量平衡和体重变化的重要因素之一。为研究自愿转轮运动对体重和能量代谢的影响,我们监测了8 周自愿转轮运动过程中,雄性长爪沙鼠的体重、能量摄入、消化率、静止代谢率(RMR) 和非颤抖性产热(NST)的变化,以及8 周后的体脂含量、血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4 )和瘦素(leptin)水平的变化等。结果发现,8 周自愿转轮运动增加了长爪沙鼠的体重和能量摄入以及血清瘦素水平(血清瘦素浓度比对照组高27% ),但对消化率、RMR 和褐色脂肪组织的线粒体蛋白浓度等没有明显影响。尽管体脂含量和血清T3 和T4 没有显著差异,但运动组体脂含量比对照组高33%,血清T3 和T4 水平分别比对照组低10% 和38%。血清瘦素浓度与体脂重量呈正相关。因此,自动转轮运动并没有降低动物的体重和体脂含量,但瘦素和甲状腺素在雄性长爪沙鼠能量代谢和能量平衡中的作用尚需进一步确定。  相似文献

缓/控释肥料对辣椒生长及养分利用率的影响   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
采用盆栽试验方法,连续3年研究了不同缓/控释肥料在辣椒上的施用效果.结果表明:与常规分次施肥处理(T1)相比,一次性施用聚合物包膜控释肥处理(T2)提高了辣椒的单果质量和维生素C含量,改善了根系活力,产量平均提高8.4%,但可溶性糖含量没有明显变化;施用磷酸铵镁包膜控释肥处理(T3)的单果质量和维生素C含量与T1无显著差异,但可溶性糖含量提高了5.67%,根系活力在生育前期旺盛,后期较弱,平均产量略有降低;而3种缓释肥处理则提高了果实的可溶性糖含量,显著改善了根系活力,但平均产量与T1无显著差异.在养分利用方面,除T2处理氮钾利用率提高、磷素利用率降低外,其他缓/控释肥料处理的氮、磷、钾利用率均明显提高.表明合理施用缓/控释肥料能改善辣椒的根系活力,提高养分利用率.  相似文献

于2004—2005年在北京市平谷区有机桃园设置不同有机肥处理:2年连续施有机肥,年均67 500 kg·hm-2(T1);第一年不施肥,第二年施有机肥135 000 kg·hm-2(T2);第一年不施肥,第二年施有机肥67 500 kg·hm-2(T3);不施肥对照(CK),并于2006年对0~120 cm土层土壤进行取样分析,研究施用有机肥对土壤硝态氮分布和淋失的影响.结果表明:对照土壤中硝态氮分布较均匀,T1和T3在0~120 cm土层硝态氮浓度变化呈单峰曲线,其中60 cm以上较高,在60~120 cm逐渐降低;而T2土壤硝态氮浓度由浅到深逐渐增加,峰值出现在100~120 cm土层,其在60 cm以下土层的硝态氮浓度在所有处理中最高,说明过量施用有机肥易导致硝态氮的淋失.相关分析表明,土壤硝态氮的浓度和分布与多年施氮总量、最近一年施氮量和检测点与树的距离呈显著相关关系,并据此建立了有机肥施用与土壤剖面硝态氮浓度之间的相关模型.  相似文献

以田间栽培的2年生铁观音茶树为试验材料,应用叶绿素荧光诱导动力学技术,以不灌溉为对照,分析不同灌溉间隔时间处理[5 d(T1)、10 d (T2)、15 d (T3)、20 d (T4) 和25 d (T5)]对铁观音茶树叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明: 随着灌溉间隔期的延长,2年生铁观音茶树叶片水势和叶绿素含量降低; 净光合速率(Pn)先上升后降低,在T2下达到最大(15.55 μmol·m-2·s-1); 光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、可变荧光衰减(ΔFv)和可变荧光淬灭速率(ΔFv/Fo)均在T2下达到最大值,分别为0.844、342.5和4.03.初始荧光(Fo)随着灌溉间隔期的延长而降低,而对照的Fo则呈上升趋势,表明干旱可对茶树叶片PSⅡ造成损害.灌溉间隔期为10 d处理有利于茶树叶片光合电子的传递和CO2的同化,提高茶树的光合作用效率.  相似文献

为探讨下丘脑 -垂体 -肾上腺轴在野生小哺乳动物产热中的调节作用 ,对正常及肾上腺去除的长爪沙鼠进行了冷暴露研究。正常雄性长爪沙鼠在急性冷暴露 ( 4± 1℃ ,1天 )条件下 ,下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素的合成和释放没有显著变化 ,肾上腺皮质酮含量增加 4 5 8% ,差异显著 ,血清皮质酮水平有增加趋势 ;慢性冷暴露 ( 4± 1℃ ,3周 )后 ,肾上腺皮质酮含量增加到对照的 2 14倍 ,血清皮质酮含量维持较高水平。肾上腺去除的长爪沙鼠冷暴露 3周后 ,褐色脂肪组织 (BAT)产热 (细胞色素C氧化酶活力、线粒体GTP结合数量 )增加 ,下丘脑促甲状腺激素释放激素的合成和释放、血清三碘甲腺原氨酸水平以及血清去甲肾上腺素的浓度均有增加的趋势。表明冷暴露条件下长爪沙鼠肾上腺皮质酮的合成和释放增加 ,从而抑制BAT的产热 ,皮质酮对BAT产热的抑制部分是通过抑制下丘脑 -垂体 -甲状腺轴激素的合成和分泌以及抑制交感神经系统的活动而实现的。  相似文献

Acclimation of rats to cold caused 45% increase in the concentration of triidothyronine (T3) and 35% increase in the concentration of thyroxine (T4) in serum. Exposure of cold-acclimated rats to heat (12 hr, 37 degrees C) failed to decrease the concentrations of thyroid hormones in circulation. The concentration of T3 in brown adipose tissue (BAT) increased almost 10-fold on cold acclimation. Iodothyronine deiodinase activity also registered 3-fold increase. Exposure of cold-acclimated animals to heat caused decrease in the concentration of T3 in BAT without appreciably affecting T4 concentration. In liver tissue, the changes in hormone concentrations were quite small compared to those in BAT. On thyroidectomy or when fed with propyl thiouracil, rats could not survive exposure to the cold. The concentration of insulin in circulation showed small increase, while that in the tissues showed significant decrease on acclimation of rats to the cold. The concentration of the hormone in BAT registered significant increase on exposure of cold-acclimated animals to heat (12 hr, 37 degrees C). The increase in liver was marginal. The temperature-dependent response of T3 indicates an important role for this hormone in rapid physiological response in BAT.  相似文献

The mechanisms of thermogenesis and thermoregulation were studied in the tree shrew (Tupaia belangeri) and greater vole (Eothenomys miletus) of the subtropical region, and Brandt's vole (Microtus brandti), Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus), Daurian ground squirrel (Spermophilus dauricus) and plateau pika (Ochotona curzoniae) of the northern temperate zone. Resting metabolic rate (RMR) and non-shivering thermogenesis (NST) increased significantly in T. belangeri, E. miletus, M. brandti and M. unguiculatus after cold acclimation (4 degrees C) for 4 weeks. In T. belangeri, the increase in RMR and thermogenesis at liver cellular level were responsible for enhancing the capacity of enduring cold stress, and homeothermia was simultaneously extended. Stable body temperature in M. brandti, E. miletus, M. unguiculatus and O. curzoniae was maintained mainly through increase in NST, brown adipose tissue (BAT) mass and its mitochondrial protein content, and the upregulation of uncoupling protein (UCP1) mRNA, as well as enhancement of the activity of cytochrome C oxidase, alpha-glycerophosphate oxidase and T(4) 5'-deiodinase in BAT mitochondria. The RMR in O. curzoniae and euthermic S. dauricus was not changed, while NST significantly increased during cold exposure; the former maintained their stable body temperature and mass, while body temperature in the latter declined by 4.8 degrees C. The serum T(3) concentration or ratio of T(3)/T(4) in all the species was enhanced after cold acclimation. Results indicated that: (1) the adaptive mechanisms of T. belangeri residing in the subtropical region to cold are primarily by increasing RMR and secondly by increasing NST, and the mechanisms of thermogenesis are similar to those in tropical mammals; (2) in small mammals residing in northern regions, the adaptation to cold is chiefly to increase NST; (3) the mechanism of cold-induced thermogenesis in E. miletus residing in subtropical and high mountain regions is similar to that in the north; (4) a low RMR in warm environments and peak RMR and NST in cold environments enabled M. unguiculatus to tolerate a semi-desert climate; (5) O. curzoniae has unusually high RMR and high NST, acting mainly via increasing NST to adapt to extreme cold of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; (6) the adaptation of euthermic S. dauricus to cold is due to an increase in NST and a relaxed homeothermia; and lastly (7) the thyroid hormone is involved in the regulation of cold adaptive thermogenesis in all the species studied.  相似文献

We showed that neonatal leptin treatment programmes for hyperleptinemia and central leptin resistance both at 30days-old and adulthood, while programmes for lower serum T3 at 30days-old, but higher thyroid hormones (TH) at adulthood. As in these animals, acute cold at 30days-old normalized leptinemia and restored the expression of hypothalamic leptin receptor (OBR), here we evaluate the effect of cold exposure on the thyroid function and OBR in adult rats programmed by neonatal hyperleptinemia. Pups were divided into 2 groups: Lep-injected with leptin (8μg/100g/BW, sc) for the first 10days of lactation, and C-injected with saline. At 150days, both groups were subdivided into: LepC and CC, which were exposed to 8°C for 12h. Serum leptin, TH, TSH, liver type I and brown adipose tissue (BAT) type II deiodinases (D1 and D2) activities, liver mitochondrial alpha-glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (mGPD) activity and adrenal catecholamine content were measured. Hypothalamic and thyroid OBR protein contents were evaluated. Differences were significant when p<0.05. Lep group had hyperleptinemia (+19%), higher T4 (+20%) and T3 (+30%) with lower TSH (-55%), higher liver D1 (1.4 fold-increase), lower BAT D2 (-44%) and liver mGPD activities (-55%), higher adrenal catecholamines (+44%), lower hypothalamic OBR (-51%) and normal thyroid OBR. Cold exposure normalized leptinemia, D1, mGPD, catecholamine and hypothalamic OBR. However, cold exposure further increased TH and decreased D2. Thus, cold exposure normalizes most of the changes programmed by neonatal hyperleptinemia, at the expense of worsening the hyperthyroidism and BAT thermogenesis.  相似文献

在冷暴露(5 ± 1℃)1 d,7 d,14 d 和21d 对中缅树鼩的肝脏、心脏、膈肌、腓肠肌和褐色脂肪组织(BAT)的总蛋白和线粒体蛋白含量、线粒体的状态Ⅳ呼吸能力、细胞色素C 氧化酶活力及血清中甲状腺激素的水平等指标进行了测定。结果表明:冷暴露过程中肝脏线粒体蛋白含量对低温的反应比总蛋白的反应剧烈,心脏和BAT 组织的线粒体蛋白含量也随着冷驯化时间的延长而显著增加,但腓肠肌的反应较为温和;各组织线粒体的状态Ⅳ呼吸能力均显著增强,除腓肠肌外其它各组织细胞色素C 氧化酶活性也随冷暴露时间的延长而急剧增加。说明在低温条件下,肝脏、腓肠肌、心脏和BAT 等组织都参与了体温调节的过程,在自然生境中,低温是重要的刺激产热的调节因子。  相似文献

Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandti) exposed to cold (5±1 °C) or warm (23±1 °C) showed some physiological and biochemical variations which might be important in adaptation to their environments. Cold acclimation induced increases in resting metabolic rate (RMR) and the serum triiodothyronine (T3) level, the state-4 respiration of liver and muscle mitochondria were activated after 7 days when animals exposed to cold, and the activity of cytochrome c oxidase (COX) of liver and muscle mitochondria tended to rise with cold exposure. RMR and T3 level decreased during warm acclimation. The state-4 respiration of liver mitochondria declined after 3 days and muscle after 7 days when animals exposed to warm, and the activities of COX of liver and muscle mitochondria tended to decrease with warm acclimation. The cold activation of liver and muscle mitochondrial respiration (regulated by T3) was one of the cytological mechanisms of elevating RMR. Both state-4 respiration and COX activity of brown adipose tissue (BAT) mitochondria increased significantly during cold acclimation and decreased markedly after acclimated to warm. The uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1) contents in BAT increased after exposure to cold and decreased after warm acclimation. Nonshivering thermogenesis (NST) plays an important role in the process of thermoregulation under cold acclimation for Brandt's voles. Changes in thermogenesis is a important way to cold adaptation for Brandt's voles in natural environments.  相似文献

Food intake, body weight and brown adipose tissue (BAT) mass and composition of rats exposed at 6 degrees C either with food ad libitum or food-restricted were compared with those of rats in the thermoneutral zone, with food ad libitum. Cold acclimation with food ad libitum increases food intake and prevents body weight gains. IBAT (interscapular BAT) increases its mass and changes its composition after 3 weeks of cold exposure. Cold acclimation with food restriction produces a progressive decrease in body weight. IBAT mass increases after 3 weeks but changes in composition occur sooner. It is concluded that the overfeeding that accompanies cold acclimation is not necessary for non-shivering thermogenesis in BAT.  相似文献

1. The effect of starvation-refeeding transition and cold exposure on the activity of lipogenic enzymes in brown adipose tissue (BAT) and liver from rats was compared. 2. Starvation caused a decrease of lipogenic enzyme activities in BAT and liver. 3. Refeeding of the animals with a high carbohydrate diet caused an increase of lipogenic enzymes in these tissues. 4. Cold exposure (4 degrees C for 30 days) led to the increase of BAT enzyme activities to the values observed in rats fed a high carbohydrate diet. 5. Under the same conditions the activity of hepatic lipogenic enzymes also increased but never reached the values observed in the liver of rats fed with a high carbohydrate diet. 6. Therefore BAT and liver lipogenic enzymes showed, in general, a similar pattern of variation under identical nutritional conditions, but substantial differences between these two organs occurred as far as the response to cold exposure was concerned. 7. The experiments also revealed that in the control animals BAT displayed a higher lipogenic potential than the liver.  相似文献

The effects of long-term cold exposure on muscle and liver mitochondrial oxygen consumption in hypothyroid and normal rats were examined. Thyroid ablation was performed after 8-wk acclimation to 4 degrees C. Hypothyroid and normal controls remained in the cold for an additional 8 wk. At the end of 16-wk cold exposure, all hypothyroid rats were alive and normothermic and had normal body weight. At ambient temperature (24 degrees C), thyroid ablation induced a 65% fall in muscle mitochondrial oxygen consumption, which was reversed by thyroxine but not by norepinephrine administration. After cold acclimation was reached, suppression of thyroid function reduced muscle mitochondrial respiration by 30%, but the hypothyroid values remained about threefold higher than those in hypothyroid muscle in the warm. Blockade of beta- and alpha1-adrenergic receptors in both hypothyroid and normal rats produced hypothermia in vivo and a fall in muscle, liver, and brown adipose tissue mitochondria respiration in vitro. In normal rats, cold acclimation enhanced muscle respiration by 35%, in liver 18%, and in brown adipose tissue 450% over values in the warm. The results demonstrate that thyroid hormones, in the presence of norepinephrine, are major determinants of thermogenic activity in muscle and liver of cold-acclimated rats. After thyroid ablation, cold-induced nonshivering thermogenesis replaced 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine-induced thermogenesis, and normal body temperature was maintained.  相似文献
