目的:对比分析痛风与单纯高尿酸血症合并高脂血症的情况。方法:收集青岛大学附属医院痛风专病门诊2009年5月至2016年1月收治的痛风患者7207例(男性6759例,女性448例),单纯高尿酸血症患者2095例(男性1852例,女性243例)。测量受试者身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、血甘油三酯(TG)、血胆固醇(TC)及血尿酸(UA),计算并比较两组高甘油三脂血症、高胆固醇血症的患病率,并分析其在痛风发生中的独立作用。结果:痛风组高甘油三酯血症和高胆固醇血症的患病率分别为57.8%、47.5%;单纯高尿酸血症组为51.8%、52.9%;两组率相比的比值比,高甘油三脂血症1.274[95%CI(1.155,1.404)],胆固醇血症0.805[95%CI(0.730,0.887)]。按性别分层分析,男性痛风组高甘油三脂血症、高胆固醇血症患病率分别为56.2%,46.8%;单纯高尿酸血症组分别为52.3%,52.6%。两组率相比的比值比,高甘油三脂血症1.25[95CI%(1.13,1.39)],高胆固醇血症0.80[95CI%(0.72,0.89)]。女性中痛风组高甘油三脂血症、高胆固醇血症患病率分别为52.2%,58.90%;单纯高尿酸血症组分别为46.6%,58.0%;两组差异无统计学意义。高甘油三脂血症与痛风的发生正相关OR=1.29,95%CI(1.12,1.48),高胆固醇血症与痛风的发生负相关OR=0.80,95%CI(0.73,0.89)。结论:痛风与单纯高尿酸血症患者存在不同的脂代谢状态,高甘油三酯血症可能是单纯高尿酸血症发展为痛风的危险因素。  相似文献

目的:研究成人原发肾病综合征(PNS)患者高尿酸血症的患病率及其与血脂代谢的关系。方法:将109例成人PNS患者根据其尿酸水平分为高尿酸血症组与血尿酸正常组,检测患者的血脂、血清脂蛋白、ALB及24小时尿蛋白定量,分析成人PNS患者高尿酸血症的患病率,比较高尿酸血症组与血尿酸正常组PNS患者的一般情况及血脂水平,并分析PNS患者血尿酸水平的相关因素。结果:成人PNS患者高尿酸血症的发病率为24.77%;高尿酸血症组患者TG及24小时尿蛋白定量水平明显高于血尿酸正常组(P0.01),两组患者TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Apo AI及Apo B比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);成人PNS患者血尿酸水平与TG及24小时尿蛋白定量水平呈正相关(r=0.350,P=0.001;r=0.533,P=0.014),与TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及ALB无明显相关性(P0.05)。结论:成人PNS患者高尿酸血症的发生率较高,高尿酸血症患者具有更高的TG及尿蛋白水平,且成人PNS患者血尿酸水平与TG及24小时尿蛋白定量具有相关性,应高度重视成人PNS患者的血尿酸水平。  相似文献

目的:研究绝经后女性高尿酸血症患者血浆中性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone binding globulin,SHBG)水平与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法:选取绝经后女性404例,其中高尿酸血症组204例,正常对照组200例,测量所有研究对象体重、身高、腰围、臀围、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),并计算体重指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR),检测血尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、雌激素(E2)、雄激素(T)、空腹胰岛素(INS)及SHBG,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)。结果:与绝经后女性尿酸正常者相比,高尿酸血症的患者UA,WHR,TC,FBG,INS,Homa-IR明显升高(P0.01),DBP,WAIST和LDL升高(P0.05),SHBG水平明显下降(P0.01);SHBG与INS、UA、TG呈显著负相关(P0.05),SHBG与E2呈显著正相关P0.01)。结论:绝经后女性中高尿酸血症患者的低血浆SHBG水平与高血尿酸水平显著相关,血浆SHBG水平下降与胰岛素抵抗可能高度相关,低SHBG可能作为绝经后女性患高尿酸血症的高危因素。  相似文献

目的:研究健康信念模式对无症状高尿酸血症人群的干预效果,为控制高尿酸血症寻求有效途径,从而预防冠心病、脑卒中及Ⅱ型糖尿病的发生.方法:采用随机实验组对照组实验设计,实验组以健康信念模式进行护理干预,一年后检测相关知识及生理指标,并进行统计学分析.结果:干预后实验组相关知识掌握显著优于对照组,血尿酸显著下降(P<0.01),血脂、体重指数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压、血糖的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:健康信念可激发无症状高尿酸血症人群的内在动机,减少危险行为,保持最佳的健康状态.  相似文献

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者泌尿系结石形成的相关影响因素。方法:根据是否合并泌尿系结石,将106例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,比较两组患者临床资料及生化指标的差异,并采用多因素回归分析研究2型糖尿病与泌尿系结石的相关关系。结果:观察组和对照组患者的年龄、性别、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)等资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),而两组患者在体重指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿p H值、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血尿酸(SUA)、24小时尿酸(TUA)水平比较差异具具有统计学差异(P0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示血尿酸、尿p H值和HOMA-IR为2型糖尿病患者泌尿系结石形成的重要危险因素(P0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症、高甘油三酯血症、高尿酸排泄、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖或超重等因素促进了泌尿系结石的形成,其中血尿酸、尿p H值、HOMA-IR是2型糖尿病患者合并泌尿系结石形成的独立危险因素。  相似文献

目的:对健康体检人群高尿酸血症患病率及危险因素予以探讨并分析。方法:此次研究中,随机选取94例体检者作为实验研究对象,均为我院体检科自2013年2月~2015年2月期间所接收,为了保证实验结果的公平性,将其按照体检结果,随机均分成两组,就高尿酸血症组(n=47)与非高尿酸血症组(n=47)的具体情况展开探讨。结果:高尿酸血症患者中,男性的占有率要高于女性.此外从高血压、脂肪肝、高血糖及高胆固醇的发生率方面分析(危险因素),高尿酸血症组较非高尿酸血症组患者要高,(P0.05).结论:高血压、高血脂、脂肪肝以及高血糖等都是高尿酸血症的独立危险因素,提醒广大患者要重视这些相关因素,必要时采取药物治疗或者是其他干预等,改善生存质量。  相似文献

目的:研究阿托伐他汀钙对无动脉硬化原发性高血压患者血脂和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(cal MT)的影响。方法:选取2013年7月到2014年7月我院收治的无动脉硬化原发性高血压患者100例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,治疗时间均为6个月。比较治疗前、治疗后两组血脂、血压以及cal MT。结果:研究组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著增高,且显著优于对照组治疗后,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后血压均显著低于治疗前,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗后研究组显著优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组cal MT显著优于治疗前,且优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙治疗无动脉硬化原发性高血压能显著改善患者血脂水平,降低其cal MT,对预防患者动脉粥样硬化具有重要意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者脂糖代谢及生存质量的影响。方法:选取T2DM患者97例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=48)与研究组(n=49),对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合甘精胰岛素治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖指标、血脂指标、生存质量情况,记录两组治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前下降,研究组低于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后心理评分、生理评分、社会关系评分、治疗依从性评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素可有效改善T2DM患者血糖、血脂水平,安全性较好,可提高患者生存质量。  相似文献

目的:探讨健康体检人群血糖与血脂现况及两者之间的相关性。方法:采集我院9758例健康体检者的空腹静脉血,检测其空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,比较不同FPG水平组间各血脂水平,分析FPG水平与血脂的相关性。结果:各年龄组FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);FPG均与TC、TG和LDL-C水平呈现正相关(r=0.127,0.189,0.141,P0.005),而与HDL-C呈现负相关(r=-0.112,P0.005);根据FPG水平由高到低分为糖尿病(DM)组,血糖调节受损(IFG)组及血糖正常组,其中对TC和LDL-C水平异常率而言,IFG组DM组血糖正常组;对TG、HDL-C水平异常率而言,DM组IFG组血糖正常组。结论:健康人群中血糖和血脂水平呈现一定的相关性,两者的水平异常会增加慢性疾病的发生风险。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
