高压静电场对贯叶连翘种子休眠破除及药用成分的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将高压静电场(HVEF)技术应用于贯叶连翘种子休眠破除及组培苗培养,结果显示,贯叶连翘种子在静电场(100 kv/m)中处理1 h,其发芽势(SPO)和发芽率(SPT)是对照组(无静电处理)的5.69倍和2.45倍;贯叶连翘组培苗在静电场(135 kv/m~150 kv/m)中处理1 h,其药用成分总金丝桃素含量和贯叶金丝桃素含量是对照组的1.35~1.53倍;静电场(150 kv/m)处理后,POD活性是其对照的1.30倍.研究表明,一定强度的静电场作用,能有效提高贯叶连翘种子发芽率,促进总金丝桃素和贯叶金丝桃素代谢含量.  相似文献

卫矛属冬青卫矛组种皮和假种皮微形态研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用扫描电子显微镜对冬青卫矛组(Sect.Ilicifolia Nakai)13种以及卫矛属其他组6种植物的种皮和假种皮微形态特征进行了研究.结果表明,冬青卫矛组植物种皮和假种皮的纹饰主要为网纹型,大致可划分为4个类型:(1)种皮纹饰为复网纹型,网眼隆起;(2)种皮纹饰为复网纹型,网眼中部下陷;(3)种皮纹饰为网纹型,假种皮嚼烂状;(4)种皮纹饰为网纹型,假种皮网纹状.种皮和假种皮微形态特征在对近缘种的分类上提供了一定的参考依据.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对中国25种4变种绣线菊属(Spiraea L.)植物的种子形态特征进行了研究。结果显示,绣线菊属植物种子外观上呈窄线形至椭圆形,表面有光泽和条纹,种子颜色为红棕色至深褐色;种皮纹饰可分为网纹、复网纹、负网纹和链状网纹4种类型。种子按长宽比的划分方法在一定程度上支持该属传统的组下系的划分;种皮纹饰在种间具有明显的差异,可作为中国绣线菊属植物种的分类依据。本研究为绣线菊属的分类及系统学研究提供了种子形态及种皮微观形态方面的新资料,对进一步完善该属属下分类具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

本研究采用超声波提取法,对贯叶连翘中总黄酮、金丝桃素类和贯叶金丝桃素等主要有效成分在醇提过程中的提取条件(溶媒种类、浓度、提取时间等)进行了考察。结果表明,以总黄酮和金丝桃素类化合物为指标,用65%~80%的乙醇水溶液超声提取30min,提取效率较高;以贯叶金丝桃素为指标,则以用75%~90%的甲醇提取30min效果较好。  相似文献

贯叶连翘,又名圣约翰草,是传统中药材之一,圣约翰草在德国用于抗抑郁症已有几百年的历史。贯叶连翘提取物对轻度和中度抑郁症患者和动物模型都有很好疗效,最新药理学研究表明贯叶连翘提取物中抗抑郁的主要成分是贯叶金丝桃素。贯叶金丝桃素是神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的非竞争性重吸收抑制剂,贯叶金丝桃素还可以抑制突触体对γ氨基丁酸(GABA)和L-谷氨酸(L-glu)的重吸收,其作用机理至今还不甚明了,研究表明它的作用很可能是通过提高突触体细胞内钠离子浓度或通过降低突触体内突触小泡的跨膜pH梯度实现的。  相似文献

对从贯叶连翘中提取金丝桃素的工艺条件进行了优化研究,结果表明,金丝桃素提取较佳工艺为:45℃的水浸泡2h后,加入0.5%NaOH,用75%甲醇在0.05Mpa下78℃提取5次,每次1.5h,溶媒量为5倍,浓缩温度与干燥温度为78℃。  相似文献

野生贯叶连翘 (HypericumperforatumL .)在江苏经过了 3a的引种栽培 ,其生物学特性检测结果表明 ,栽培贯叶连翘的生物量、开花的一致性和生长的适应性等明显优于野生贯叶连翘 ;良好的繁殖方式使贯叶连翘的收获期提前了 1a ;成熟后 3个月采收的种子萌发率较高 ,不同浓度赤霉素处理能明显提高其种子的萌发率 ;贯叶连翘的黑色腺体即分泌细胞球数量与金丝桃素间也基本存在着正相关关系 ,贵州贵阳居群和陕西丹凤居群黑色腺体明显多于其他居群 ,其金丝桃素含量在所有居群中为最高 ,而甘肃武都居群黑色腺体最少 ,其金丝桃素含量在 6个居群中最低。 6个野生居群栽培后生物量相近 ,在 4个不同土壤pH的基地大田中均能良好生长 ,说明江苏地区环境条件完全适合贯叶连翘引种栽培。  相似文献

利用解剖镜和扫描电镜对小檗科5属(小檗属、十大功劳属、鬼臼属、山荷叶属和红毛七属)40种2变种植物种子形态进行观察。研究结果表明:小檗科植物种子颜色多为黄褐色、红棕色至黑色,形状多样;种皮纹饰可分为网纹型、网纹—梯纹型、梯纹型和嚼烂状4种类型,其中网纹型又可划分为7个亚型。种子球形、种脐位于种子侧面近中部可作为红毛七区别于其他属种子的重要形态特征。根据种皮微形态特征,探讨了种子形态在小檗科内的系统学意义,并推测了种皮纹饰的可能演化路线。种子形态支持小檗属和十大功劳属的近缘关系,认为鬼臼属(八角莲属)较山荷叶属分化更早,但不支持Ahrendt对小檗属下组和亚组的划分。  相似文献

Hypericin and pseudohypericin were found in 27 of the 36 evaluated species from Hypericum L., belonging to 17 sections of the genus. Pseudohypericin is reported by us in 15 taxa for the first time. Most of the species contained both components and the amount of pseudohypericin usually exceeded that of hypericin. In H. hirsutum and H. empetrifolium only hypericin was found, whereas H. formosissimum yielded pseudohypericin only. The total content of hypericins varied widely from 0.009% in H. empetrifolium to 0.512% in H. boissieri and the largest amounts were established in taxa of sections Drosocarpium, Hypericum and Thasia. The distribution of hypericin and pseudohypericin in Hypericum species has an important taxonomic value for infrageneric classification of the genus. These components were not found in the primitive sections Ascyreia, Androsaemum, Inodora, Roscyna, Bupleuroides and Spachium but occur widely in Hypericum, Adenosepalum and the sections from Olympia group. Although the genera of subfamily Hypericoideae are characterized by the presence of anthrone derivatives, condensed anthrones such as hypericin and pseudohypericin have not been found in these genera and the remaining subfamilies of the Guttiferae.  相似文献

This paper represents new discoveries of the genus Hippophae L, including two new sections: i. e. Sect. I. Hippophae and Sect. II. Gyantsenses Lian, a new rank species H. gyantsensis (Rousi) Lian, as well as a new record of H. rhamnoides L. subsp. turkestanica Rousi in Gansu. 利用整体透明,石蜡掉片和组织化学方法对元宝草不同器官中分泌结构的类型和分布进行研究。结果表明:其分泌结构根据形态结构特点可分为分泌细胞团,分泌囊及分泌道3类,并指出了3类分泌结构在各器官的分布位置和密度,组织化学试验表明,前者含金丝桃素等,后二者含挥发油,为此种药用植物的开发利用提供了依据。同时为该属植物的系统分类研究提供一些解剖学依据。  相似文献

Studied in this work was seed morphology of the genus Plantago (2 subgenera, 8 sections, 17 species and 1 variety )in China. The sculpture was observed under scanning election microscope. Four forms of seed morphology are recognized as follows: (1)Multi-angular type: seeds are variously angulate, yellow-brown or black, 6-30 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture ranges from reticulate to papillate. It occurs in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Polyneuron: P. scheideri, P. denstflorus, P. major, P. hostifolia, P. asiatica, P. erosa and P. centralis. (2) Navicular type: seeds are navicular, yellow, brown to black, 2 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture is reticulate. It was found in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Novorbis: P. virginica; Sect. Arnoglossum: P. lanceolata; Sect. Leucopsyllium: P. minuta, P. lessingii and P. aristata and Subgen. Psyllium Sect. Psyllium: P. indica. (3)Ovoid type: seeds are long-ovoid, yellow-brown, black and lustrous. Seed-coat sculpture scali-ratiform. P. maxima in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Lamprosantha belongs to this type. (4)Recti-circular type: seeds are recti-circular, yellow-brown, black, 1-2 or 4-5 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture is reticulate and papillate. It was found in P. maritima var. salsa of Subgen. Plantago Sect. Coronopus and P. depressa, P. camtschatica and P. arachnoidea of Sect. Mesembrynia. The seed morphology and seed-coat sculture exhibit specific characters, by which some of confused species can be clarified and a new species, P. densiflorus J. Z. Liu. is established. The present author’s seed morphology classification is in accordance with Pilger’s systemof the genus, which was established using other features.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Rheum, a highly diversified genus with about 60 species, is mainly confined to the mountainous and desert regions of the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau and adjacent areas. This genus represents a good example of the extensive diversification of the temperate genera in the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau, in which the forces to drive diversification remain unknown. To date, the infrageneric classification of Rheum has been mainly based on morphological characters. However, it may have been subject to convergent evolution under habitat pressure, and the systematic position of some sections are unclear, especially Sect. Globulosa, which has globular inflorescences, and Sect. Nobilia, which has semi-translucent bracts. Recent palynological research has found substantial contradictions between exine patterns and the current classification of Rheum. Two specific objectives of this research were (1) to evaluate possible relationships of some ambiguous sections with a unique morphology, and (2) to examine possible occurrence of the radiative speciation with low genetic divergence across the total genus and the correlation between the extensive diversification time of Rheum and past geographical events, especially the recent large-scale uplifts of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. METHODS: The chloroplast DNA trnL-F region of 29 individuals representing 26 species of Rheum, belonging to seven out of eight sections, was sequenced and compared. The phylogenetic relationships were further constructed based on the sequences obtained. KEY RESULTS: Despite the highly diversified morphology, the genetic variation in this DNA fragment is relatively low. The molecular phylogeny is highly inconsistent with gross morphology, pollen exine patterns and traditional classifications, except for identifying all samples of Sect. Palmata, three species of Sect. Spiciformia and a few species of Sect. Rheum as corresponding monophyletic groups. The monotypic Sect. Globulosa showed a tentative position within the clade comprising five species of Sect. Rheum. All of the analyses revealed the paraphyly of R. nobile and R. alexandrae, the only two species of Sect. Nobilia circumscribed by the possession of large bracts. The crude calibration of lineages based on trnL-F sequence differentiation implied an extensive diversification of Rheum within approx. 7 million years. CONCLUSIONS: Based on these results, it is suggested that the rich geological and ecological diversity caused by the recent large-scale uplifts of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau since the late Tertiary, coupled with the oscillating climate of the Quaternary stage, might have promoted rapid speciation in small and isolated populations, as well as allowing the fixation of unique or rare morphological characters in Rheum. Such a rapid radiation, combined with introgressive hybridization and reticulate evolution, may have caused the transfer of cpDNA haplotypes between morphologically dissimilar species, and might account for the inconsistency between morphological classification and molecular phylogeny reported here.  相似文献

应用解剖镜和扫描电镜对沙棘属(Hippophae Linn.)6种6亚种植物种子形态、种皮微形态特征进行了观察.结果表明:沙棘属植物种子形态、种皮微形态等性状具有一定程度的稳定性,同时种间存在明显的差异,对于种及种下类群的分类、鉴定有重要参考价值.其中种皮微形态可分为4种类型:拟脑纹状纹饰、线纹-穴状纹饰、近平滑-细疣状纹饰、浅穴-疣状纹饰.从内果皮和种皮结合程度及种皮表面光泽一致性等方面可明显地将沙棘属植物划分为二者紧密结合与分离两种情况,基本支持将沙棘属植物划分为有皮组和无皮组两大类群的观点,但观察结果存在一些差异.  相似文献

观察了国产黄耆属簇毛黄耆亚属6组12种植物的花粉形态。这些花粉的外壁表面纹饰可分为网状纹饰,穿孔或小沟渠状,以及穴网状纹饰3种类型。所有种类都具三孔沟的萌发孔,根据内孔明显与否可分为两类。虽然萌发孔类型与分组并没有严格的对应关系,但综合一些花粉特征,仍然发现6个组间花粉形态差异较为明显,与一般的形态差异有一定的对应性。特别是Sect.Robusti比较特殊,根据花粉大小等特征,推测它和Sect.Phyllolobium等有可能是本亚属的原始类群。Sect.Sesbanella的两个近缘种Astragalus heydei和A.hendersonii,花粉形态却很有区别。Sect.Bibacteola种类较多,有24种,花粉形态呈多样性。总之,花粉形态在簇毛亚属中具有一定的系统学意义。  相似文献
