对三角鲤的年龄与生长、食性和繁殖进行了研究。三角鲤体长和体重相关 ,关系方程式为W =0 0 1 1 3 71L3 3 2 44。 3 龄以前生长较快 ,生长指标高 ,体长和体重的瞬时生长率大。其生长规律符合VonBertalanffy方程 :Lt=5 7 2 5 [1 -e-0 11717(t 2 9614 7) ];Wt=6762 0 4[1 -e-0 11717(t 2 9614 7) ]3 。生长拐点tr=6 41龄。其食性是以底栖动物为主的杂食性鱼类。性成熟年龄雌鱼为 3 龄 ,雄鱼为 2 龄 ,相对繁殖力为 5 5~ 88粒 g体重。一年多次产卵 ,产卵盛期为 4~ 5月 ,胚胎发育所需积温约为 2 3 0 0℃·h。  相似文献

2012年7月和2013年6月从大渡河支流脚木足河采集黄石爬(鱼兆)(Euchiloglanis kishinouyei)383尾,以脊椎骨作为主要年龄鉴定材料,对其年龄结构和生长特性进行了研究.黄石爬(鱼兆)体长92~190 mm,其中110 ~ 140mm个体占渔获物总量的74.41%;体重14.70 ~ 119.80 g,其中20~60 g个体占渔获物总量的84.86%;由3~ 13龄11个年龄组组成,5~8龄鱼占渔获物总量的84.07%;种群雌雄性比为1∶1.06.体长(L)与脊椎骨半径(Ro)回归方程为L=67.038+ 50.783Ro(n=325,R2=0.758,P< 0.01).雌雄个体体长和体重生长无显著差异,据体长(L,单位mm)与体重(W,单位g)关系式W=3×10-5L2.9279(n=383,R2=0.807 1,P<0.01),黄石爬(鱼兆)为等速生长类型.据体长、体重生长方程Lt=208.42[1-e-0.089(t+1.20)]、Wt=184.82[1-e-0.089(t+1.20)]2.9279,体长和体重生长速度方程分别为dL/dt=18.549 4 e0089(t+ 1.20)和dW/dt=48.161 0 e-0.089(t+1.20)[1-e-0.089(t+ 1.20)] 1.9279,体长和体重生长加速度方程分别为d2L/dt2=-1.650 9 e-0.089(t+1.20)和d2W/dt2=4.286 3 e-0.089(t+1.20)[1-e-0.089(t+1.20)]0.9279[2.927 9 e-0.089(t+1.20)-1],黄石爬(鱼兆)属于生长缓慢,生命周期较长的鱼类.生长拐点年龄为10.87,落后于性成熟年龄(♀6龄,♂5龄),属于性成熟后生长仍然较快的类型.产卵群体主要以补充群体(5、6龄)和低龄剩余群体(7、8龄)为主,资源已经受到严重破坏,需加大保护力度.  相似文献

高体近红鲌为长江上游的特有鱼类,以2008年5—11月从赤水河赤水市江段采集的540尾高体近红鲌标本为材料,对其生长与繁殖特性进行了研究和分析。结果表明:高体近红鲌鳞片年轮结构呈疏密切割型,年龄特征显著。种群由1—4龄共4个年龄组组成,其中以2龄个体为主。体长分布主要集中在100—160 mm;体重分布主要集中在20.0—50.0 g。总性比为♀∶♂=1.30∶1。体长与鳞径呈直线关系,体长和体重呈幂函数关系且幂指数接近3,基本符合匀速生长类型,体长和体重Von Bertalanffy方程分别为Lt=217.38(1-e-0.2867(t+0.757))和Wt=118.151-e-0.2867(t+0.757)2.8103;生长拐点为2.85龄,拐点对应的体长和体重分别为Lt=140.09 mm,Wt=34.37 g。雌雄初次性成熟年龄均为1龄;繁殖高峰期为6—7月。Ⅳ期雌鱼的绝对繁殖力为950—8655粒,平均值(3087.90±1602.15)粒;体长相对繁殖力FL为10.00—56.20粒/cm,平均值(24.26±10.16)粒/cm;体重相对怀卵量FW为66.08—197.67粒/g,平均值(116.49±32.05)粒/g;卵径频率分布显示高体近红鲌为一次产卵类型。    相似文献

巨须裂腹鱼(Schizothorax macropogon)是雅鲁藏布江的重要经济鱼类.作者利用2004~2006年在雅鲁藏布江水系收集的293尾样本,以背鳍条磨片作为主要鉴定年龄的材料,对西藏雅鲁藏布江巨须裂腹鱼种群进行了年龄结构和生长特性的研究.结果表明,巨须裂腹鱼的雅鲁藏布江种群由2~14龄和16龄共14个龄组组成.其中优势龄组为4~6龄(占74.85%).群体总性比为(♀:♂)=1:0.881.体长与体重的关系方程分别为:W♀=0.023L2.904(♀),W♂=0.018L2.962(♂),属于匀速生长类型.用von aertalanffy方程描述的生长方程分别为♀:Lt=65.676[1-e-0.053(t+3.305],Wt=4520.633[1-e-0.053(t+30305)]2.904;♂:Lt=49.622[1-e-0.074(t+4.017)],Wt=2034.481[1-e-0.074(t+4.017)]2.962.雌、雄个体生长的拐点年龄分别为16.6龄和10.7龄,对应的体长及体重分别为43.06 cm、1326.75 g(♀)和32.86 cm、600.31 g(♂).  相似文献

研究了光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandi)的年龄与生长规律,结果表明:光倒刺鲃鳞片年轮特征主要为疏密切割型。体长与鳞长呈直线相关L=44.44R-11.69,体重与体长呈指数函数相关W=0.0258L2.9125,4龄以前生长较快,生长指标高,体长指标高,体长和体重的相对增长率大,其生长规律可用Von Bertalanffy方程表达:Lt=67.3[1-e-0.2018(t-0.1338)],Wt=5441.44[1-e-0.2018(t-0.1338)]3。体重生长曲线的拐点位于t=5.678,拐点体长Lr=45.313cm,拐点体重Wr=1660.885g。光倒刺鲃雌性一般在3~4龄性成熟,雄鱼3龄时性成熟。  相似文献

黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrusfulvidraco)是近年被无意引入到抚仙湖的外来鱼类,自2002年以来在渔获物中已形成了较为稳定的产量。根据2002年9月至2005年5月采集的708尾标本对抚仙湖黄颡鱼种群的年龄和生长特征进行了研究。以脊椎骨作为年龄鉴定的材料,表明种群的年龄分别为雌性0 -5 龄6个龄组和雄性0 -7 龄8个龄组组成;拟合的VonBertalanffy生长参数为雄性L∞=294·68mm,k=0·2476/y,t0=-0·0298y,W∞=209·93g;雌性L∞=257·13mm,k=0·2476/y,t0=-0·3329y,W∞=184·45g;生长特征参数分别为=4·3324(♂)和=4·1665(♀)。雄鱼体重生长的拐点年龄为3·1龄时,重60·98g;雌鱼为3·6龄,重54·47g。与其它种群的生活史特征相比,抚仙湖种群表现出年龄结构复杂和生长缓慢的特点,这些变化是黄颡鱼在抚仙湖建立种群过程中为增加总体适合度而作出的一种适应性响应[动物学报52(2):263-271,2006]。  相似文献

于2007年7月至2009年6月间,在北江中上游地区采集了358尾侧条光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus parallens)样本,以鳞片作为年龄鉴定材料,对其年龄与生长特征进行了研究。侧条光唇鱼鳞片上年轮结构清晰,前区主要为疏密型,而侧区主要为切割型;鳞片的边缘生长率显示,其年轮的主要形成期为2~3月份。样本中的雌性由1+~5+龄5个龄组组成,优势龄组为1+~3+龄;而雄性由1+~4+龄4个龄组组成,优势龄组为1+~2+龄。雌鱼的体长(L,cm)范围为5.7~14.8 cm,集中于7.0~13.0 cm之间;体重(W,g)范围为4.75~108.40 g,集中于10.00~30.00 g之间。雄鱼的体长范围为5.7~12.6 cm,集中于7.0~11.0 cm之间;体重范围为4.40~61.50 g,主要集中于10.00~20.00 g之间。体长与体重的关系为W=0.017L3.167、W♀=0.017L3.198、W♂=0.023L3.025,协方差分析表明,雌、雄个体在体长与体重关系上,差异显著。体长(L,cm)与鳞径(R,mm)呈线性关系,L♀=3.126R+1.869、L♂=2.875R+2.152。拟合出Von Bertalanffy生长参数,雌性L∞=17.143 5 cm,k=0.270 5,W∞=150.347 4 g,t0=﹣0.614 6龄;雄性L∞=17.236 5 cm,k=0.226 9,W∞=126.468 6 g,t0=﹣0.921 5龄。雌鱼体重生长的拐点年龄为3.68龄,拐点体长约为11.8 cm,体重约为45.26 g;雄鱼的拐点年龄为3.96龄,拐点体长约为11.5 cm,体重约为37.60 g。作为渔业对策,建议起捕年龄3龄以上或体长10 cm以上的个体。  相似文献

对2015年1月至12月采集于锦江的翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)进行了繁殖生物学特征的研究。锦江的翘嘴鲌繁殖期集中在6~7月,属分批产卵类型。繁殖群体年龄在3+龄至6+龄之间,体长250~537 mm,体重184.9~2 587.5 g。雌雄性比1.14︰1,体表差异表现在泄殖孔和腹部膨胀程度,雌雄群体间体长-体重关系存在显著性差异(0.01P0.05)。性成熟雌鱼绝对繁殖力25 067~54 274粒,相对繁殖力24.2~36.9粒/g,平均卵径(1.1±0.3)mm。性成熟系数在1~5月份逐渐增大,6月明显上升,7月达到最高峰,8月显著下降,9~12月逐渐趋于平缓。采用Logistic方程推算了初次性成熟个体特征,雄性体长273 mm,体重192.0 g,年龄3.4龄;雌性体长311 mm,体重249.4 g,年龄4.2龄。锦江种群繁殖期与其他地理种群相近,但绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力明显偏小。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
