福建红树林区大型藻类的生态学研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
主要研究中国福建省红树林区大型藻类分布、优势种的生物量和林冠下藻种的垂直分布特点。结果表明:福建红树林区的大型藻类有24属42种,其中蓝藻8属15种、红藻3属7种、绿藻13属20种。优势种中鹧鸪菜(Caloglossa leprieurii)和节附链藻(Catenella impudica)的生物量在6月分别为2.22~8.44g/m~2 DW和2.69g/m~2 DW,在12月分别为0.15~0.20g/m~2 DW和2.12g/m~2 DW。红树林中树干上附着生长的大型藻类的垂直分布自下而上可分成6个带:1.无隔藻(Vaucheria sp.)带;2、节附链藻带;3.侧枝鹧鸪菜-混合卷枝藻(Caloglossa ogasawaraensis-Bostrychia mixta)带;4.鹧鸪菜带;5.硬毛藻-岸生根枝藻(Chaetomorpha macrotona-Rhizoclonium riparium)带;6.绿球藻(Chlorococcum sp.)带。  相似文献

Growth and different phases in the life histories of Bos-trychia tenella (Vohl.) J. Ag., Caloglossa leprieurii (Mont.) J. Ag., and Catenella impudica (Mont.) J. Ag. were estimated for 23 months from January 1986 to December 1987 in the Gautami Godavari estuary of lndia. Seasonal data on hydrographical conditions, biomass, and plant length were collected from three stations in this estuary. Biomass was minimum in August and September and maximum in January and February, as was frond length of tetrasporic and vegetative plants. Temperatures of 24°–27°C and salinities of 5–20 ppt coincided with optimal growth for all three algae. In all three species, tetrasporophytes were present in all months of the year without any seasonal periodicity, and nearly 50% of the plants were tetrasporophytes. The gametophytes of B. tenella and C. leprieurii and cystocarpic plants of C. impudica occurred from October to May, with greatest abundance in January. The abundance of spermatangial and cystocarpic plants in the populations of B. tenella and C. leprieurii ranged from 3 to 15%. Spermatangial plants of Catenella impudica could not be identified, and the abundance of cystocarpic plants was very low.  相似文献

Caloglossa species are widely distributed in mangroves and salt marshes around the world and their life history patterns are being investigated in laboratory culture. In Australia all isolates of C. monosticha , C. postiae and C. ogasawaraensis have Polysiphonia -type (P-type) sexual life histories. Among the 70 C. leprieurii isolates from Australia and New Zealand P-type sexual reproduction also is dominant. However, ten isolates of C. leprieurii from the Spencer Gulf and the Gulf of St. Vincent in South Australia give rise to successive tetrasporphyte generations without gametophytes. Moreover, one isolate from Queensland is asexual. Only one South Australia isolate, obtained from Lake Alexandrina at the mouth of the Murray River, is sexual. South Australia and Pacific Mexico are two regions in which asexual reproduction is dominant. In another mangrove dwelling red alga Bostrychia moritiziana (Rhodomelaceae) non-sexual reproduction also is frequent in Australia, New Caledonia and Bali (Indonesia). This asexual reproductive pattern of tetrasporophytic recycling appears to have arisen independently among individual populations of various red algal species in different regions. Investigations are underway on the molecular phylogeny of the Caloglossa leprieurii isolates.  相似文献

Epiphytic red algae of the order Ceramiales from mangroves and salt marshes (nine species from Bostrychia, three from Stictosiphonia and four from Caloglossa) produce varying levels of the UV-absorbing compounds mycosporine-glycine, shinorine, porphyra-334, palythine, asterina-330 and palythinol, a suite of substances chemically assigned as mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs). Mean MAA levels varied from 0.02 to 12.8 mg g–1 DW in field-collected and laboratory cultured specimens. While in field samples of Bostrychia montagneiHarvey, Bostrychia radicans (Montagne) Montagne and Caloglossa apomeiotica J.West et G.Zuccarello MAA concentrations were generally higher compared to cultured plants of the same taxa, Bostrychia tenella(Lamouroux) J.Agardh did not show such a difference. Catenella caespitosa (Withering) L.Irvine, Catenella impudica (Montagne) J.Agardh and Catenella nipae Zanardini (Gigartinales, Caulacanthaceae) produce two novel UV-absorbing compounds: MAA-1 (1.4–4.3 mg g –1 DW) and MAA-2 (0.1–1.0 mg g–1 DW), which absorb at 334 nm and 320 nm, respectively. In laboratory culture of Bostrychia moritziana when photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) was increased from 20 to 40 mol photons m–2 s–1, the total level of palythinol increased by 85% (from 2.0 to 3.7 mg g–1 DW). In a culture of Caloglossa leprieurii when PAR was increased from 40 to 80 mol m–2 s–1the porphyra-334 content increased by 77% (from 3.1 to 5.5 mg g–1 DW). Extremely high MAA contents of >30 mg g–1 DW were detected in mature tetrasporangial sori prepared from two isolates of laboratory-cultured reproductive Caloglossa apomeiotica compared to vegetative plants (about 10 mg MAAs g–1 DW) indicating tetraspores loaded up with UV-sunscreens. All data demonstrate that mangrove red algae contain high MAA concentrations, particularly the reproductive structures, and hence these compounds may act as biochemical photoprotectants against exposure to UV-radiation.  相似文献

The macroalgal communities associated with pneumatophores, basal area of tree trunks and sediment surface in the mangrove forest at Sementa, Selangor consisted of nine main species. Biomass, frequency of occurrence and relative cover of the species along a belt transect, showed two major trends, a decrease in these parameters in the landward direction for Colpomenia sp. Gracilaria blodgettii and Gracilaria crassa and an increase in the landward direction for Dictyota dichotoma, Catenella nipae, Rhizoclonium sp. and Bostrichia radicans. Algal dominance varied with substratum. Pneumatophores were dominated by Caloglossa lepreurii and sediment surface by D. dichotoma. The 40 cm zone at the base of tree trunks was dominated by two algal species. The 0–20 cm region above the sediment surface was colonized by C. nipae, while the 20–40 cm region was dominated by Rhizoclonium sp. The study identified the importance of substrate in macroalgal colonization.  相似文献

The biomass of the benthic marine macroalgae from the inner Potter Cove was studied along a depth profile across different substrates during Antarctic summer. Macroalgal associations were identified by means of cluster analysis. Twenty-two species were found in the study site, approximately half of the species present in the area. This paucity may be explained by the strong preponderance of the brown algae Desmarestia anceps and D. menziesii, which are able to exclude other species by competition for light. The mean biomass of all macroalgae was 1,390 g DW/m2ǃ,787 g DW/m2. Nine macroalgal associations were identified with different preferences for depth, substrate and the degree of exposure. Overall, there was a tendency for macroalgae to grow on fine substrates with increasing depth. Species richness decreased at 20 m depth, probably due to limiting light conditions. The results are discussed with respect to previous studies in East and West Antarctica.  相似文献

Zonation of macroalgae in the intertidal zone has been well documented. However, studies of zonation of macroalgae have predominantly examined the distribution of different species rather than the distribution of variants within a species. This study investigated the spatial variation of plastid haplotypes of the mangrove red alga Caloglossa leprieurii (Montagne) J. Agardh at a site in eastern Australia and tests for physiological differences (growth, photosynthesis) between those haplotypes. RUBISCO spacer plastid haplotypes were scored using single-stranded comformational polymorphism, and the population structure at two sites was examined using a nested sampling design comparing between sites, among transects within sites, and among quadrats within transects. Growth rates at various salinities and light intensities and the photosynthesis–irradiance curves of the three main haplotypes were compared. The two sites showed a high degree of genetic differentiation across a short distance, suggesting limited gene flow. The distribution of haplotypes was patchy and did not reflect a zonation pattern along the intertidal gradient. The three haplotypes were physiologically differentiated with haplotype A, with a lower growth rate and a lower photosynthetic efficiency at higher light intensities. There is some evidence of physiological differentiation between life history phases in C. leprieurii with sporophytes having a higher growth rate than females under most conditions. Our results suggest a correlation between our culture results and our population data. Haplotypes (haplotype A) and life history phases (gametophytes) with lower performance (growth and photosynthetic efficiency) under our culture conditions were correlated with a minor representation in the field. This is the first study to integrate population-level data with physiological parameters toward an understanding of the distribution and relative abundance of red algal genetic variants.  相似文献

为摸清厦门集美凤林红树林湿地的大型底栖动物群落结构及其多样性现状,2002年1、4、7和10月在厦门集美凤林红树林区进行大型底栖动物调查,4个季度共获得大型底栖动物42种。生物量优势种是软体动物门的珠带拟蟹守螺(Cerithideacingulata)和节肢动物门的弧边招潮(Ucaarcuata)。密度优势种是软体动物门的短拟沼螺(Assimineabrevicula)和环节动物门的沼蚓(Limnodriloidessp.)。集美凤林红树林区大型底栖动物年平均密度和年平均生物量分别为1,990ind./m2和139.0g/m2。密度的季节变化是:1月>4月>10月>7月,生物量的季节变化是1月>10月>4月>7月。聚类分析和数量分布表明,优势种珠带拟蟹守螺、短拟沼螺、弧边招潮和沼蚓的季节变化各不相同。与2002年10月深圳湾福田红树林区大型底栖动物群落的物种多样性指数平均值(0.56)比较,厦门凤林红树林区的平均值较高(2.66)。文中分析了影响大型底栖动物多样性的环境因素。  相似文献

Caloglossa intermedia , sp. nov. is described from estuaries and salt marshes of Atlantic North America. This species is related to C. leprieurii (Montagne) G. Martens based on the position of rhizoids, whereas it is more similar to C. monosticha Kamiya in the number of cell rows at the nodes. Rhizoidal development of this alga also shows an intermediate characteristic between C. leprieurii and C. monosticha. Crosses were successful between the strains of C. intermedia from Georgia and South Carolina, but neither strain was interfertile with morphologically related species. C. intermedia from Georgia, New Jersey, and South Carolina had identical DNA sequences in the Rubisco spacer and flanking regions of rbc L and rbc S. This alga was more closely related to C. leprieurii in a molecular phylogenetic analysis. The evolution of each morphological character is discussed.  相似文献

In this study, we combined remote sensing data and in situ observations to explore the potential habitats of macroalgae at Libukang Island, Indonesia. High-resolution satellite images from the GeoEye-1 were used to estimate and to map the geomorphological structures together with macroalgal species in the study area. Seasonal variations of percentage cover and biomass of macroalgae associated with substrates were investigated in May and November 2014, and June 2015, using quadrats as sampling unit. A total of nine common genera were found in the study area with three dominant genera: Sargassum, Padina, and Turbinaria. Most of macroalgae was observed in the eastern part of the Island, on several substrate types and particular oceanographic conditions (wave and current). Mean biomasses of Sargassum and Padina were high in May (1189.6 ± 455 and 166.7 ± 15.4 g DW.m?2, respectively), while the biomass of Turbinaria was high in November (3245 ± 599.8 g DW.m?2). The map accuracy of image classification for all typology substrates was 74.19%. Overall, approximately 62.3% of the total study area can be considered as potential for natural macroalgae habitats. Spectral response characteristic of shallow water substrates at study area based on GeoEye-1 is also presented. The results of this study exhibit a potential utilization of natural macroalgae in the study area, and provide information for a possible diversification of the use of macroalgae in Indonesia. The method could be useful for habitat management and future biomonitoring in the study area or other similar areas in Indonesia.  相似文献

SUMMARY 1. We measured biomass and light/dark bottle productivity of macrophytes in a Wisconsin stream throughout one growing season. Except for a brief period in early spring when a Cladophora glomerata -filamentous algal community was dominant, Potamogeton pectinatus was the dominant macrophyte species in Badfish Creek.
2. Maximum community biomass was 710 g DW m−2, with a maximum above ground biomass of 620 g DW m−2 and a maximum below ground biomass of 120 g DW m−2. Annual productivity was estimated at 1435 g DW m−2 year−1, with a calculated P/B of 2.01.
3. In situ net production averaged 2.83g C g AFDW−1 h−1 Net positive carbon gain by the P. pectinatus community occurred when water temperatures were above 15°C, and daylength at least 12h. This is correlated to the onset of tuber germination in spring, and the point of maximal biomass decline in autumn.  相似文献

对海南清澜港红树林滩涂大型底栖动物进行了定性及定量调查,记录到大型底栖动物45种,隶属于4个门,26个科。其中软体动物31种,占记录到物种数的689%;甲壳动物10种,占记录到物种数的222%。优势种是珠带拟蟹手螺(CerithideacingulataGmelin)、古氏滩栖螺(BatilariacumingiCrose)、中国紫蛤(HiatulachinensisMorch)及奥莱彩螺(ClithonoualaniensisLeson)。大型底栖动物的生物量平均1985g/m2、栖息密度3524个/m2。软体动物的生物量占到99%,这可能与取样设在中、低潮区有关。  相似文献

分析了福建沿岸红树林区底栖生物的群落结构、区系特点及其与环境因子的关系。从8个断面共采集到278种底栖生物,其中藻类11种,多毛类47种,贝类72种,甲壳类88种,棘皮动物11种,鱼类27种,其他类22种。其优势种和习见种多为广温广布种和亚热带暖水性种类。短尾类和贝类为优势类群。平均总生物量为33.74g/m^2,平均栖息密度为136个/m^2。生物种类的丰度及群落的特产我样性与海水的平均盐度呈正  相似文献

The temporal and spatial distribution of planktic cyanobacteria and some environmental parameters were studied in the shallow, urban Lake Kastoria, Greece from June 1996 to June 1997. Water temperature varied from 6–27 °C, pH from 7.5–8.9 and dissolved O2 concentration from 0.7–12 mg m-3 10-3. The mean annual Chl a concentration was 83 mg Chl a m-3 indicative of the eutrophic-hypertrophic state of the lake. Cyanobacterial biomass ranged from 11–238 g FW m-3, constituting about 90% of the total phytoplankton biomass throughout the year. Cyanobacterial biomass was non-uniformly distributed both vertically and horizontally from August to November 1996 and resulted mainly from the distribution of Microcystis. Seven cyanobacterial taxa were reported for the first time in Lake Kastoria. Six taxa were dominant: Microcystis aeruginosa, M. flos-aquae, M. novacekii. Limnothrix redekei, Anabaena sp. and Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii. The dominant cyanobacterial taxa can be grouped on the basis of their distribution patterns (1) Microcystis species: maximum biomass occurring at pH > 8, temperature 12–17 °C, depth < 0.2 m; (2) Anabaena sp. and Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii : maximum biomass at temperatures 23–26 °C; (3) Limnothrix redekei : maximum biomass at temperatures 6–27 °C. Usually, non-uniform, vertical distributions of cyanobacterial biomass were associated with the formation of temperature, pH and O2 gradients. L. redekei was considered to be a key lake organism since it contributed up to 59% of the cyanobacterial biomass. Interestingly, three of the dominant cyanobacteria Microcystis aeruginosa, Anabaena sp. and Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii belong to genera that include toxin-producing species.  相似文献

The abundance, biomass, vertical distribution, and taxonomic composition of soil invertebrates (springtails, macrofauna, and termites) were studied in forest formations differing in edaphic and climatic conditions: lowland forests dominated by Lagerstroemia spp. or Dipterocarpus spp. in the Cat Tien National Park and in a mountain pine (Pinus kesiya) forest on the Da Lat Plateau, southern Vietnam. In the lowland forests, springtails had a relatively low density (10000–12000 ind./m2), but their diversity was high (41–43 species in each forest). The density of large soil invertebrates (without ants and termites) reached 500–700 ind./m2 at a biomass of approximately 30 g/m2 (with earthworms accounting for up to 230 ind./m2 and 19–28 g/m2). Among termites, species of the genera Macrotermes and Odontotermes were dominant. Their total biomass in some areas exceeded 15–20 g/m2. In the mountain pine forest, the total biomass of soil macrofauna was approximately 11 g/m2, the abundance and diversity of springtails were low (7500 ind./m2, 28 species), and wood-destroying species of the genera Schedorhinotermes sp. and Coptotermes sp. dominated among termites.  相似文献

为了掌握海南岛西海岸红树林软体动物多样性状况, 本文于2015-2016年对海南岛西海岸6个主要红树林分布区软体动物的种类组成、物种多样性和群落结构的时空变化进行了研究。共采集到软体动物57科201种, 主要优势种有珠带拟蟹守螺(Cerithidea cingulata)、绯拟沼螺(Assiminea latericea)、圆胖樱蛤(Pinguitellina cycladiformis)和斜肋齿蜷(Sermyla riqueti)等。年平均密度与平均生物量分别为324.13 ind./m²和142.88 g/m², 物种数、密度和生物量均高于北部湾沿岸的其他红树林。海南岛西海岸各红树林软体动物的密度和生物量均未呈现明显的季节变化, 软体动物密度存在空间上的显著差异。聚类分析结果显示, 在盐度、土壤结构和红树林群落存在差异的不同红树林, 软体动物种类组成相似度低。多因子AZTI海洋生物指数(M-AMBI)结果表明海南岛西海岸红树林软体动物群落未受明显扰动, 生态环境质量介于一般和优良之间, 但仍受到人类活动与外来植物入侵威胁, 因其在候鸟迁徙中的重要作用, 亟需加强管理与保护。  相似文献

Permanently submerged mangrove roots (Rhizophora mangle) are the main habitat of the ascidian Ecteinascidia turbinata in Cuba. It was occasionally found on black coral (Antiphates caribeana) between 22 and 38 meters deep. This species exhibits a wide distribution in all the mangrove keys surrounding the Island of Cuba but does not occur in riparian or fringing mangroves. Populations of this species are abundant in Cuba: in 75% of the 58 localities sampled the species was present and in 57% more than 50% of the roots held at least one colony. The highest colony densities were found in the northern coast of Pinar del Rio province with values near one colony per lineal meter of mangrove root. We found the highest density (1.46 col/m) and greatest biomass at Jutías Key, with values between 25 and 660 g/m. The average of wet biomass in the studied mangroves was 73.63 g/m.  相似文献

In the Chantuto-Panzacola system, Chiapas, México, a study of a fish community was carried out between March and November of 1997. From a total of 1456 fish collected, 31 species, 25 genera and 19 families had been identified. The diversity and abundance were high in March with H'= 2.67 bits/ind, D = 3.89 sp/ind, biomass 1.88 g/m2. density 0.25 ind/m2 and average weight 7.55 g/ind. Significant differences were found between the ecological parameters and the environmental variables of the ecosystem in the months of study (ANOVA and Tukey, p < 0.05). The multiple discriminant analysis showed that the temperature and the salinity was the most important factors in the variation of the community. The frequency analysis and spatial distribution of the fish allowed to define fish assemblages formed by several groups of species that inhabits the system. Nine dominant species were defined for the ecosystem, representing the 71% in number and the 76.4% in weight of the total catch, Achirus mazatlanus, Caranx hippos, Cathorops fuerthi, Centropomus robalito, Cichlasoma macracanthum, Cichlasoma trimaculatum, Gobiomorus maculatus, Gobionellus microdon and Lile gracilis.  相似文献

 小嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)草原化草甸的主要植物有35种,隶属11科,30属。小嵩草为优势种,次优势种有异针茅(Stipa alliena)、美丽风毛菊(Saussurea superba)、紫羊茅(Festuca rubra)等;生活型以地面芽植物为主(65.71%),其次为地下芽植物(34.29%);地上、地下部分生物量垂直分布呈典型的金字塔模式。地上、地下生物量主要分布在0—10cm冠层和土层中,分别占地上、地下总生物量的91.79%和90.43%。每个植物类群生物量季节变化可由Logostic模型表示:Wi=ki/[1+exp(Ai-Bit)] 枯枝落叶生物量变化呈“V”型曲线。 在生长季各类群生物量绝对增长速率具明显的差异,平均每天每平方米可生产干物质2.79g,年地上净生产量为368.4g/m2。所固定太阳能值为6655.16kJ/m2,其中莎草类占35.10%,禾草类占23.33%,杂类草占34.15%,枯枝落叶占7.42%。光能利用率为0.1097%。  相似文献
