本文对隐蛛科的白斑隐蛛;狼蛛科的拟环纹豹蛛、星豹蛛、真水狼蛛、细毛水狼蛛;卷叶蛛科的猫卷叶蛛;栅蛛科的栓栅蛛;球蛛科的温室希蛛;皿蛛科的草间钻头蛛、难波小黑蛛、隆背微蛛、花腹盖蛛;园蛛科的黄斑园蛛;管巢蛛科的棕管巢蛛;蟹蛛科的三突花蛛;跳蛛科的吉蚁蛛等10科共16种蜘蛛做了在30 ℃恒温条件下的抗逆能力测定.结果表明,蜘蛛是一类抗逆能力较强的动物,只要供给水分,其雌蛛的平均寿命在25 d以上;水在蜘蛛生命活动中具有非常重要的作用,在相同的条件下,如果断食断水,蜘蛛的平均寿命显著缩短,只有6 d左右;由于蜘蛛种类和生活环境的不同,其耐饥饿的能力也表现出很大的差异,一般地面活动的蜘蛛或靠水边活动的蜘蛛耐饥、耐水能力较差,而游猎性蜘蛛,尤其是结网的蜘蛛抗逆能力较强;雌蛛的抗逆能力大于雄蛛;三突花蛛的耐饥能力随着龄期的增加而加强.  相似文献

茶园生态系统中蜘蛛既是重要的天敌类群, 又是改善生态系统服务的指示标志。为更好地保护与利用天敌蜘蛛进行生态防治, 对亚热带丘陵地区不同栖境茶园的狼蛛科蜘蛛进行调查, 并对其种类、年龄结构、性别比例等进行分析。结果表明:复杂栖境茶园(JZ)与简单栖境茶园(CK)间狼蛛科蜘蛛数量特征组成存在显著差异 (P<0.001); 狼蛛科蜘蛛优势种JZ茶园有3种, CK茶园有4种; JZ茶园雌蛛、雄蛛和幼蛛个体数分别是CK茶园的4.36倍、3.63倍和7.91倍。JZ茶园狼蛛科的年龄结构、性别比例等数量特征影响较大,总个体数量发生动态显著高于CK茶园(P<0.05)。主成分分析表明, JZ茶园明显向家福穴狼蛛(Houa jiafui)、幼豹蛛(Pardosa pusiola)和旋囊脉水狼蛛(Venonia spirocysta)等群落数量分布较多的方向偏移, 而CK茶园则向数量减少方向偏移。研究表明, 基于茶园异质性栖境管理, 采用多样性种植方式来保持生态平衡, 对保护和利用狼蛛科蜘蛛来增强害虫自然控制能力有深远意义, 还有利于成为一种可持续改善茶园生态系统的管理方式。  相似文献

2种不同采样方法对麦田蜘蛛群落结构的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别于1998年11月到1999年5月和1999年11月到2000年5月间,在位于武汉市武昌区的沙湖边,使用样方和陷阱法系统采样,研究了裸粒大麦田的蜘蛛群落结构。研究结果显示,1998-1999年麦田蜘蛛群落由11科44种蜘蛛组成,1999-2000年麦田蜘蛛群落由14科59种蜘蛛组成;相同年份不同采样方法获得的蜘蛛群落优势种组成不同,陷阱法采样获得的优势种集中在皿蛛科、狼蛛科和平腹蛛科,而样方采样虽然也以皿蛛科和狼蛛科蜘蛛为主,但球蛛科、肖蛸科和园蛛科蜘蛛的比例明显上升;不同的年份使用相同的采样方法获得的蜘蛛优势种组成不同,显示了群落结构的年际变动。对2种采样方法获得的群落相似性分析显示,不同采样方法获得的群落结构相似性较小。  相似文献

本文报道了江西水浆自然保护区蜘蛛14科48属111种,并利用Margalef物种丰富度指数、Simpson物种多样性指数、Shannon-Wiencr指数及Pielou均匀度指数对园蛛科进行了多样性分析.保护区内蜘蛛分布具有水平和垂直地带性特点.在14科中,物种丰富度指数高低依次为:园蛛科、跳蛛科、狼蛛科等.该保护区有17种汀西新记录种和25种未确定种蜘蛛.  相似文献

将自测的我国蜘蛛目狼蛛科4属6个种和从互联网GenBank中检索到相关物种的线粒体基因组12SrDNA的序列进行同源性比较,计算核苷酸使用频率。然后据此进行分子分析,利用2个外群(漏斗蛛科的机敏漏斗蛛Agelena difficilis和缘漏斗蛛Agelena limbat)和2种建树方法(邻近法Neighbour Joining,NJ和最大简约法Maximum Parsimony,MP)分析我国狼蛛科内的亲缘关系。获得平均为291.6 bp的序列中,A T平均含量为78.13%,而G C含量只要21.87%,颠换取代(tranversion)的速度多数大于或接近转换取代(transition)的速度,其中161个核苷酸位点存在变异。研究结果表明:在蜘蛛目狼蛛科有差异的161 bp中,属内种间仅为1.08%,狼蛛科属间为6.85%~14.80%。所构建的分子系统树表明:科内的属和属内的种均优先聚在一起;狼蛛科现行分类系统中各亚科的演化关系顺序为:马蛛亚科→狼蛛亚科→豹蛛亚科;狼蛛科各属的演化关系顺序为:水狼蛛属→马蛛属(或水狼蛛属和马蛛属)→獾蛛属→狼蛛属→豹蛛属;水狼蛛属为最早分出的一支或者水狼蛛属和马蛛属...  相似文献

本文对南宁地区农田自然蜘蛛群落和旱地狼蛛亚群落结构及其多样性进行了研究。 1.农田区蜘蛛群落有14科、41属、80种。主要成分是食虫瘤胸蛛、拟环纹狼蛛、拟水狼蛛、奇异獾蛛和豹蛛属种类,个体数以食虫瘤胸蛛最多。旱地狼蛛亚群落主要成分是奇异獾蛛和豹蛛属种类。 2.稻田区蜘蛛群落多样性指数以田埂杂草群落最高,早稻田群落最低。多样性、均匀度和种类丰富度时间格局是早、晚稻皆随时间序列增加。平均多样性、均匀度和个体数,晚稻均高于早稻。狼蛛更群落多样性和均匀度以草地最高。 3.应用群落比例相似性和聚类分析表明,拟环纹狼蛛与拟水狼蛛和奇异獾蛛与豹蛛属种类是组成当地农田区的水田和旱地生境具有代表性的两个狼蛛亚群落主要成分。 本文试图揭示农田生态系统中的稻田蜘蛛,在不受化学农药干扰下群落结构及其多样性变化,并以狼蛛亚群落为代表,比较农田区内不同生境的群落结构及多样性与生境生态特征的关系,为害虫防治和动物资源的利用提供参考。  相似文献

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对狼蛛科的拟水狼蛛、蟹蛛科的三突花蛛和肖蛸科的鳞纹肖蛸3种蜘蛛的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同科的蜘蛛酯酶同工酶种问差异性大并有着明显的种簇特异性,推测它们的酯酶同工酶酶谱中的区带组受不同的基因位点控制,且各自的基因位点数不等;同种蜘蛛的雌蛛和雄蛛之间也有各自的酯酶同工酶谱型,但差异小,其控制基因位点大体相同。这样,我们从分子的水平上讨论了酯酶同工酶的差异性可以用来作为识别物种的附加指标。  相似文献

在实验室条件下, 主要测定银狐的气味对根田鼠社会行为、觅食、繁殖特征及性激素水平的影响, 并探讨银狐气味使根田鼠产生繁殖迟滞的机制。结果表明, 银狐气味对82 %的配对根田鼠产生显著的繁殖迟滞, 对根田鼠一般动作、探究、自我修饰及婚配行为的频次具有显著的抑制作用( P < 0105) 。对各种行为累积时间的作用则产生明显的性别差异, 银狐气味可提高雄体及雌体一般动作及雌体亲密行为的累积时间; 对雄体自我修饰行为, 以及雌体攻击、探究及自我修饰行为的累积时间有显著的降低作用( P < 0105) 。雄体附睾精子计数、雌体卵巢指数及胚胎重量极显著地减低( P < 0101) , 相应地, 雌体血清孕酮显著地提高( P< 0101) 。  相似文献

1. It is shown that collodion membranes which have received one treatment with a 1 per cent gelatin solution show for a long time (if not permanently) afterwards a different osmotic behavior from collodion membranes not treated with gelatin. This difference shows itself only towards solutions of those electrolytes which have a tendency to induce a negative electrification of the water particles diffusing through the membrane, namely solutions of acids, acid salts, and of salts with trivalent and tetravalent cations; while the osmotic behavior of the two types of membranes towards solutions of salts and alkalies, which induce a positive electrification of the water particles diffusing through the membrane, is the same. 2. When we separate solutions of salts with trivalent cation, e.g. LaCl3 or AlCl3, from pure water by a collodion membrane treated with gelatin, water diffuses rapidly into the solution; while no water diffuses into the solution when the collodion membrane has received no gelatin treatment. 3. When we separate solutions of acid from pure water by a membrane previously treated with gelatin, negative osmosis occurs; i.e., practically no water can diffuse into the solution, while the molecules of solution and some water diffuse out. When we separate solutions of acid from pure water by collodion membranes not treated with gelatin, positive osmosis will occur; i.e., water will diffuse rapidly into the solution and the more rapidly the higher the valency of the anion. 4. These differences occur only in that range of concentrations of electrolytes inside of which the forces determining the rate of diffusion of water through the membrane are predominantly electrical; i.e., in concentrations from 0 to about M/16. For higher concentrations of the same electrolytes, where the forces determining the rate of diffusion are molecular, the osmotic behavior of the two types of membranes is essentially the same. 5. The differences in the osmotic behavior of the two types of membranes are not due to differences in the permeability of the membranes for solutes since it is shown that acids diffuse with the same rate through both kinds of membranes. 6. It is shown that the differences in the osmotic behavior of the two types of collodion membranes towards solutions of acids and of salts with trivalent cation are due to the fact that in the presence of these electrolytes water diffuses in the form of negatively charged particles through the membranes previously treated with gelatin, and in the form of positively charged particles through collodion membranes not treated with gelatin. 7. A treatment of the collodion membranes with casein, egg albumin, blood albumin, or edestin affects the behavior of the membrane towards salts with trivalent or tetravalent cations and towards acids in the same way as does a treatment with gelatin; while a treatment of the membranes with peptone prepared from egg albumin, with alanine, or with starch has no such effect.  相似文献

The behavior of groups of female and immature sperm whales (Physeter macrocephalus) was measured on 117 d within an 11-yr period off the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador. On each day, up to 18 measures of visually observable behavior were calculated. These concerned speeds, headings, movement patterns, diving synchrony, foraging formations, time spent socializing, and aerial behavior. The measured behavior of the sperm whales was considerably more variable when they were socializing than when foraging. None of the measures showed much correlation with sea-surface temperature, and only measures of consistency of movement were significantly correlated with defecation rate, an indicator of feeding success. However, month-long time periods accounted for over 50% of the variance in eight of eighteen measures, and, in the cases of surface speed and dive synchrony, the effects were statistically significant. In contrast, there was no autocorrelation with lag of one day in the residuals of any of the measures. Thus, behavior may be tracking substantial temporal variation in the whales' environment over scales of about several months. Groups of whales had significantly different travel patterns, but there was little other evidence for group-specific behavior, perhaps because tests of group-specific effects were not of adequate statistical power. Variation in sperm whale behavior, especially over time scales of a few months or longer and spatial scales of a few hundred kilometers or larger, should be considered when estimating densities from sighting surveys.  相似文献

CLASSIFICATION OF WEDDELL SEAL DIVING BEHAVIOR   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Most studies of pinniped diving behavior have manually grouped dives according to similarities in the depth, duration, and appearance of the dive profile. Dives of 15 adult female Weddell seals ( Leptonychotes weddellii ) were recorded with time-depth recorders and 39, 119 dives were classified manually and statistically (principal components analysis, discriminant function analysis, cluster analysis, and shape-fitting algorithms). Four dive types, common to all classification methods, and a fifth dive type, common to two of the methods, represented most of the observed diving behavior. However, a few variations of these dive types, specifically a flat-bottomed dive determined manually, may have also represented important behavior. Using a combination of these methods, all dives were classified into six dive types, Inspection of dive variables (mean maximum depth, mean duration, and frequency) over time for each dive type, as well as comparisons to previous studies of pinniped diving behavior, indicated different behaviors that the dive types may represent. Hypothesized functions for the dive types were pelagic foraging, benthic foraging, exploration, and traveling. The results indicate that there are strong similarities in diving behavior across various phocid species, that statistical analyses of diving behavior are useful in the analysis of a large data set, and that these analyses reduced human subjective bias in interpreting diving behavior.  相似文献

Phylogenetic analyses of lekking, lek spatial organization, and cooperative and coordinated lek display in the manakins (Aves: Pipridae) demonstrate that variation in social behavior in the group has a strong, phylogenetic component. Two of the three classes of social behavior examined also show significant phylogenetic constraints. Current adaptive plasticity models are insufficient to explain the phylogenetic variation in these behaviors in the manakins. These findings support the conclusion that vertebrate reproductive social behavior has an evolutionary history, and that it is not determined solely by adaptive individual plasticity to current conditions. The evolution of social behavior, particularly through sexual selection, can have historical consequences that can limit subsequent behavioral adaptation.  相似文献

观察了人工饲养条件下成年雄性白豚“淇淇”性自慰行为的表达方式及其变化周期。性自慰行为有腹部贴池底、贴池壁和阴茎外露三种主要表现形式。性自慰行为有季节性变化趋势。腹部贴池底行为全年都发生 ,贴池壁行为和阴茎外露行为有明显的春季、秋季两个高峰 ,且春季高于秋季。性自慰行为发生的周期性变化是豚性腺活动的表现形式。性自慰性行为发生的先后顺序为贴池底、贴池壁和伸出阴茎。  相似文献

The evolution of the extraordinary inflation mechanism of pufferfishes was studied in the light of an independently derived phylogenetic hypothesis of tetraodontiform fishes. Inflation behavior is found in all members of the puffer sister taxa Tetraodontidae and Diodontidae. However, most other tetraodontiform fishes exhibit two functionally similar behaviors. All taxa exhibit a “coughing” behavior and, with the exception of the sister-group to all other tetraodontiforms, represented by the Triacanthidae, all lineages “blow” strong jets of water out of their mouth to excavate prey. Functional specializations associated with the three behaviors were identified from anatomical analyses and electromyographic recordings of muscle activity in representatives of the major lineages of the order. The phylogenetic distribution of the three buccal compression behaviors and their functional bases indicates the following: (1) the evolution of inflation behavior involved major structural modifications of the head that function in a novel mechanism that links depression of the floor of the mouth to posterior expansion of the buccal cavity; (2) the contraction patterns of four key head muscles used in the three behaviors are generally similar both across behaviors and taxa; (3) however, the distribution of the two significant modifications of muscle activity are consistent with the hypothesis that the three behaviors represent a transformation series from coughing to water blowing to inflation. The motor pattern for water blowing is a slightly modified version of that seen in coughing, and the inflation motor pattern retains the blowing specialization and adds a single additional modification. The convergent evolution of a poorly developed inflation behavior in at least one genus of filefish provides evidence that tetraodontiform fishes are predisposed to the evolution of this unusual defensive behavior. The presence of a well developed water-blowing behavior in most tetraodontiform lineages may represent an intermediate functional specialization that increased the probability of the evolution of inflation.  相似文献
