【目的】分析烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)或温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)为害番茄后对后续温室白粉虱和烟粉虱生长、发育、成虫寿命和繁殖等产生的促进或抑制作用,可为明确寄主植物番茄介导的温室白粉虱-烟粉虱的种间互作,开展粉虱的科学防控提供科学依据。【方法】通过在寄主植物番茄叶片上先将B型烟粉虱或温室白粉虱按不同的顺序、时间间隔分开接种,再系统观察后续接上的两种粉虱生长、发育、繁殖等种群参数的变化。【结果】(1)先期接上烟粉虱对后续温室白粉虱的发育、寿命、产卵量有明显的促进作用;这种作用需烟粉虱的持续诱导,若去掉烟粉虱,其对温室白粉虱的促进作用即消失;先期接上温室白粉虱可缩短后续烟粉虱伪蛹期,但温室白粉虱的持续存在不利于烟粉虱的产卵,且明显降低烟粉虱的内禀增长率和净增殖率。(2)先后在番茄上同时接上温室白粉虱可降低后续烟粉虱的单雌产卵量和雌、雄虫的成虫寿命;先后同时接种烟粉虱却显著地增加了温室白粉虱的单雌产卵量;烟粉虱的提前存在降低了后续烟粉虱单雌产卵量。(3)但两种粉虱之间作用存在着一定的时间滞后性。烟粉虱对温室白粉虱的发育、寿命、产卵量产生的促进作用大约在其卵期后的一段时间才能显现出来;温室白粉虱对烟粉虱伪蛹期的缩短作用也需提前诱导;而温室白粉虱对温室白粉虱的促进作用相当滞后,直到成虫期才显现出来。【结论】B型烟粉虱和温室白粉虱之间可通过寄主番茄产生相互影响,前期烟粉虱为害可显著促进后续温室白粉虱卵和若虫的发育,而前期温室白粉虱为害对烟粉虱的发育不利。  相似文献

将B型烟粉虱分别从嗜性较强的番茄上转移到嗜性相对较弱的国抗22棉花、泗棉3号棉花和辣椒上, 以及从嗜性较弱的辣椒上转移到嗜性相对较强的番茄、国抗22棉花和泗棉3号棉花上, 观察寄主转移后的F1代、F2代、F3代烟粉虱产卵效应和寄主适应度的变化;将F4代烟粉虱再转移到原寄主, 观察烟粉虱产卵效应和寄主适应度的恢复情况。结果表明, 烟粉虱在不同嗜性寄主上的产卵效应存在明显的差异。在不同嗜性的寄主之间转移, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度变化趋势不同, 从嗜性较强的寄主转移到嗜好性相对较弱的寄主上, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度迅速下降;从嗜性较弱的寄主向嗜性较强的寄主转移后, 烟粉虱的适应度则会迅速提高。烟粉虱对新寄主的适应速度与其对原寄主和新寄主之间的嗜性差异程度有关, 但一般经过1-2个世代后, 产卵效应会逐渐恢复到烟粉虱在该寄主上的正常水平。从过渡寄主转移到原寄主, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度变化符合一般的寄主转移规律, 但嗜性相对较强的过渡寄主可以刺激烟粉虱提高寄主适应性。  相似文献

通过室内模拟寒潮、越冬大棚内虫量观察,以及冬后田间调查,研究江苏地区烟粉虱的越冬状况。结果表明,在0℃以上的环境温度下,72 h内各虫态烟粉虱均不会造成急性致死,在-2℃的环境温度下,1 h内低龄若虫开始死亡,24 h后高龄若虫开始死亡,6 h后卵全部死亡。在-4℃的环境温度下,6 h后烟粉虱所有虫态均全部死亡。在单膜覆盖的大棚内,烟粉虱成虫在-2.5℃的寒潮下全部死亡,在双膜覆盖的大棚内,烟粉虱可以安全越冬。研究认为,在江苏地区,烟粉虱可以在日光温室或双膜覆盖的大棚内越冬,苏南部分地区可以在单膜覆盖的大棚内越冬。  相似文献

豇豆轻斑驳病毒(Cowpea mild mottle virus,CPMMV)的流行与其媒介昆虫烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci密切相关,但CPMMV感染寄主植物对B型烟粉虱寄主选择行为和生物学特性的影响尚不清楚。本研究探究了1)CPMMV感染菜豆Phaseolus vulgaris不同时间对B型烟粉虱寄主选择和产卵偏好性的影响;2)CPMMV感染菜豆对B型烟粉虱生物学特性的影响。结果发现:1)相较于健康菜豆,摩擦接种CPMMV后1周,B型烟粉虱却偏好在CPMMV感染的植株上停留和产卵;而摩擦接种后4周,B型烟粉虱却偏好在健康的植株上停留和产卵;2)无论是在摩擦接种后1周和4周的CPMMV感染植株上,B型烟粉虱在健康和CPMMV感染植株上的产卵量和存活率差异不明显。可见,CPMMV感染菜豆对于B型烟粉虱的寄主选择偏好性具有时间效应,而CPMMV感染菜豆对于B型烟粉虱的生物学特性没有显著影响。  相似文献

本文以观察人工饲料膜上刺孔直径及数量评价L-阿拉伯糖对B型和Q型烟粉虱刺探及取食行为为例,用人工饲喂的方法,从饲料的最佳蔗糖浓度、L-阿拉伯糖最佳添加浓度、实验最佳实验时间3个方面对膜喂饲评价技术进行优化,为刺吸式昆虫取食行为的基础研究提供简单可行的方法。结果表明:15%蔗糖最适合烟粉虱的饲喂实验,5%L-阿拉伯糖是合适的添加浓度,12 h是检查效果的最佳时间;取食添加5%L-阿拉伯糖的饲料后,B型烟粉虱在人工饲料囊上的刺探所形成的的大孔、中孔及小孔的数量均显著低于对照,而Q型烟粉虱刺探所形成的的大孔、中孔及小孔数量均显著高于对照。即L-阿拉伯糖抑制了B型烟粉虱的刺探和取食行为,却提高了Q型烟粉虱的刺探和取食行为,因此,5%L-阿拉伯糖对两种生物型烟粉虱可能存在不同作用机制。以15%蔗糖的液体人工饲料膜上的刺孔直径及数量来评价生物活性物质对烟粉虱取食行为影响效果的方法是可行的。  相似文献

在室内将Q型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci Q-biotype成虫在44℃下暴露1 h后观察成虫的存活率、产卵量、雌雄寿命和后代存活能力,以研究短时高温暴露对Q型烟粉虱生物学特性的影响。结果表明,Q型烟粉虱成虫在44℃下暴露1 h后的存活率为43.5%,暴露热激后的单头雌虫的产卵量为77.2粒,低于常温下(26℃)的产卵量(100.1粒);短时高温可显著缩短Q型烟粉虱成虫的寿命,在44℃下暴露1 h后Q型烟粉虱雌雄虫寿命分别为14.5 d和10.2 d,显著低于常温下(26℃)雌虫20.4 d和雄虫18.2 d;短时高温对Q型烟粉虱后代存活率和雌雄性比无显著影响,但其产卵高峰期延迟,产卵持续期缩短。以上结果表明,短时高温热激可影响Q型烟粉虱的生殖情况,造成Q型烟粉虱产卵量降低和寿命缩短,Q型烟粉虱雌虫耐热性强于雄虫。  相似文献

不同番茄材料对B型烟粉虱个体发育和繁殖能力的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以甘蓝寄主上连续繁殖多代后的B型烟粉虱为对象,对其在8种番茄材料(4个栽培番茄、3个多毛番茄和1个醋栗番茄)上的产卵量、体型大小、发育历期、存活率以及第2代成虫的产卵量和寿命等生物学参数进行观察.自然情况下(10:00-14:00)接虫,烟粉虱在多毛番茄LA2329上的平均产卵量显著低于栽培番茄9706上的产卵量(分别为11粒,164粒).羽化后,烟粉虱雌虫在多毛番茄LA1777上的寿命显著低于在栽培番茄Moneymaker上的存活寿命(分别为5d,22d);而羽化后雌虫在LA1777上的平均产卵量显著低于在栽培番茄早粉2号上的产卵量(分别为7粒/头,95粒/头).在其他参数,如体型大小、存活率、发育历期等,没有显著性的变化.结果显示,较多毛番茄而言,栽培番茄是烟粉虱的较好寄主.而且,在评价抗烟粉虱番茄材料时,平均产卵量、羽化后雌虫寿命及产卵量是3个有效的评价参数.  相似文献

【背景】目前,烟粉虱已成为世界性的入侵害虫,对我国的农业生产造成了严重损失。由于烟粉虱抗药性增长迅速,以非化学防治为主的综合防治措施,成为控制烟粉虱的重要手段。近年来,茉莉酸作为与损伤相关的植物激素和信号分子,已被发现广泛存在于植物体内,外施茉莉酸可激活植物的防御系统,诱导其产生次生防御物质,从而影响包括烟粉虱在内的多种害虫的生长发育、繁殖与存活等。【方法】在温度(26±1)℃、相对湿度(75±5)%、光照L:D=14:10的条件下,通过在番茄根部和叶部外施茉莉酸,研究茉莉酸诱导的番茄上烟粉虱的生长发育和繁殖等生物学特性。【结果】在茉莉酸诱导的番茄上,烟粉虱的发育历期以叶部诱导(shootJA.induced,SJA)的番茄上最长,平均历期为27.3d,与对照组(control,CON)番茄上的25.7d和根部诱导(root JA-induced,RJA)番茄上的25.8d差异显著;在SJA和CON番茄上,烟粉虱的世代存活率分别为47.17%和55.57%,而在RJA番茄上烟粉虱的存活率为81.13%,后者与前两者差异达到显著水平;烟粉虱成虫在CON、RJA和SJA番茄上的平均寿命分别为25.1、23.6和18.7d,即在JA诱导的番茄上烟粉虱成虫的平均寿命明显缩短;在产卵量方面,对照番茄上发育的烟粉虱平均单雌产卵量最大,为132.8粒,SJA番茄上发育的烟粉虱平均单雌产卵量最小,为107.9粒,两者差异显著;RJA番茄上发育的烟粉虱平均单雌产卵量为118.1粒,与前两者无显著差异。【结论与意义】利用茉莉酸诱导番茄可对烟粉虱的发育、繁殖和存活产生不同程度的影响,且诱导部位不同产生的影响也有很大差异。本结果对探索烟粉虱等刺吸式害虫的防治新策略有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

B型烟粉虱是重要的农林害虫在实验室条件下(温度25℃-30℃,湿度RH70%-75%,光照L:D=16h:8h)观察了连续三代B型烟粉虱(基于复眼及线粒体CO1基因鉴定)在甘蓝Brassica oleracea L var.caqitata叶片(秋甘一号)上产卵排列方式。发现烟粉虱在甘蓝叶片上的产卵排列方式有圆形,弧形(0<弧形<π)和半圆形三种方式,或者也会将卵散产在甘蓝叶片的背面,所占比例分别为圆形45.1%、弧形46.9%、半圆8.0%,且三代烟粉虱中产卵的同一种排列方式之间没有显著性差异。另外,烟粉虱在甘蓝叶片上产卵时以吸食点为圆心体长为半径边取食边产卵,少散产,区别于前人对其的研究 (烟粉虱卵不规则的散产在叶背面)。  相似文献

烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)是全世界分布的刺吸式传毒昆虫,其中Q型烟粉虱自2003年首次在昆明一品红上发现以来,该种群已在全国10多个省份广泛传播,并有逐步取代B型烟粉虱的趋势。然而,作为较早对外开放的沿海省份,广东省一直未有Q型烟粉虱在田间分布危害的报道。本文利用常规PCR、特异B/Q型烟粉虱引物扩增及DNA测序技术,对近期在广州长湴公园扶桑寄主上采集的烟粉虱种群进行了分子鉴定,并对该种群与国内外其它Q型种群的系统发育关系进行了研究。结果表明,在广州长湴公园扶桑寄主上采集的烟粉虱种群为Q型烟粉虱,在660 bp的mtCOI序列中,该Q型烟粉虱与来自江苏、云南及浙江的Q型烟粉虱种群分别有12个碱基差异;系统进化关系表明该Q型烟粉虱与江苏、云南的Q型烟粉虱最近,其种群的最初起源应为地中海西岸地区。相比B型烟粉虱,Q烟粉虱被认为具有更强的抗药性和传播植物病毒的能力,Q型烟粉虱在广东的首次发现,表明该烟粉虱种群已在广东野外定殖,其扩散动态、寄主范围及危害程度亟待实时监测。  相似文献

For the silverleaf whitefly, Bemisia argentifolii (Bellows and Perring) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), scanning and transmission electron microscopic techniques were used to observe the characteristics of egg oviposition into both plant cells/tissues and artificial membranes, and to document the morphology of mature egg pedicles removed from the ovaries of females. The exterior of the distal portion of the pedicel consisted of a tangled array of fibrous structures (0.2-0.3 microm in diameter) that constituted about 20-25% of the outer diameter of the pedicel. The attachments of the fibers to the core of the pedicle suggested that the pedicel functions as the collector and conduit for water (vapor), and perhaps solute movement into the egg. Silverleaf whitefly eggs on membranes were incubated at various levels of relative humidity and the eggs were scored for egg hatch. At 98-100% rh, the percentage egg hatch was 86-98%. At lower humidity ranges of 0-20, 55-65, and 75-85% rh, none of the eggs hatched. Media (solute) uptake by silverleaf whitefly egg pedicels was determined by exposing the pedicel side of eggs oviposited on membranes to media solutions containing the high molecular weight polysaccharide, [(14)C]-inulin. Solute uptake by the pedicel and movement into developing silverleaf whitefly eggs were demonstrated using [2-(14)C]-acetate, and assaying for radioactivity in hatched nymphs. These studies, using exposure of pedicels to relative humidity and radiolabeled materials, demonstrate that whitefly egg hatch is dependent upon water uptake by the pedicel, and that the pedicel has the ability to transport solutes into the developing egg.  相似文献

The egg of the olive fly, Dacus oleae (Diptera, Tephritidae), is laid inside olives and the larva eventually destroys the fruit. The oocyte is surrounded by several distinct layers which are produced during choriogenesis. The chorion covering the main body of the egg outside of the vitelline membrane includes a "wax" layer, an innermost chorionic layer, an endochorion consisting of inner and outer layers separated by pillars and cavities similar to their counterparts in Drosophila melanogaster, as well as inner and outer exochorionic layers. The anterior pole is shaped like an inverted cup, which is chiefly hollow around its base and has very large openings communicating with the environment. Holes through the surface of the endochorion result from deposition of endochorionic substance around follicular cell microvilli. An opening at the apex of the cup provides an entrance for sperm entering the micropylar canal, which traverses the endochorion and continues into a "pocket" in a thickened vitelline protrusion. The micropylar canal is formed by deposition of endochorion and vitelline membrane around an elongated pair of follicular cell extensions. These extensions later degenerate and leave an empty canal about 5 microns in diameter and the narrower pocket about 1 micron in diameter. Respiration is thought to be facilitated by openings at the base of the anterior pole as well as by openings through the "plastron" around the main body of the shell.  相似文献

In several areas of Spain, the greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood), and the sweet potato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), coexist in tomato, Lycopersicon esculentum Miller. For integrated pest management decision-making, it is important to know the abundance of each species, because they exhibit different abilities to transmit viruses, are susceptible to different biological control agents, and have different responses to insecticides. This study was conducted to provide information on the vertical distribution of T. vaporariorumn and B. tabaci in tomato plants grown in greenhouses in winter and to determine the optimal sampling unit and the sample size for estimating egg and nymphal densities of both whitefly species. Eggs of T. vaporariorum were mainly located on the top stratum of the plant, whereas B. tabaci eggs were mainly found on the middle stratum. Nymphs of both species mainly concentrated in the bottom stratum of the plant. When pest abundance and low relative variation were considered, the bottom stratum was selected as the most convenient for sampling nymphs of both whitefly species. Conversely, the same two criteria indicated that either the top or the middle strata could be used when sampling T. vaporariorum and B. tabaci eggs. Several different sampling units were compared to optimize the estimation of nymphal and egg densities in terms of cost efficiency. One disk (1.15 cm in diameter) per leaflet collected from the top stratum of the tomato plant was the most efficient sampling unit for simultaneously estimating the egg densities of the two whitefly species.  相似文献

The micropylar apparatus (MA) in Rhagoletis cerasi (Diptera, Tephritidae) is located at the anterior pole of the egg and consists of two parts: an outer chorion and an inner vitelline membrane. Sperm entry takes place through the micropylar canal, 2.0–2.5 μm in diameter, which penetrates the micropylar endochorion and terminates in the thick vitelline membrane, thus forming the “pocket.” The pore of the micropylar canal, i.e., the micropyle, is covered by the exochorionic tuft. The formation of the MA is accomplished by 40 micropylar cells during oogenesis. These cells secrete the successive eggshell layers: the vitelline membrane, the wax layer, the innermost chorionic layer, the micropylar endochorion, and the exochorion. Two among 40 micropylar cells differentiate and form two tightly connected projections. The latter contain a bundle of parallel microtubules and participate in the formation of the micropylar canal and the pocket. At the tip of the projections there are two thin extensions full of microfilaments. In late developmental stages the two projections and the extensions degenerate and leave the canal and the pocket behind. We also discuss the structural features of the MA in relation to its physiology among Diptera.  相似文献

A new species of Capparaceae, Capparis longgangensis X. L. Mo & X. S. Lee ex Y. S. Huang is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to C. micracantha DC., but differs from it by the following characteristics: twigs, gynophore, outer surface of sepals and persistent style densely yellow–brown pannose, leaves densely yellow–brown pannose on both surfaces when young, abaxial surface thinly yellow–brown pannose when mature, petal thinly yellow–brown pannose, fruit 5–7 mm long, ca 6 mm in diameter, apical persistent style 3–4 mm long.  相似文献

An oxygen probe is developed, using the principle of the silver-lead galvanic cell, covered with a plastic membrane. It is steam sterilizable while filled with water; after sterilization, water is easily exchanged for the electrolyte, potassium bicarbonate. Flat plastic membranes up to a thickness of about 0.1 mm can be applied. The membrane is secured and stretched in a special way, which guarantees a leakproof seal. The outer shape of the probe has a tulip-form and consists of polished stainless steel, except for the electrode face. The electrode is suitable for laboratory and industrial use and its components are completely standardized. Almost linear response for O2-partial pressures up to atmospheric is obtained with 0.001 in. and 0.002 in. FEP-Teflon membranes. 90% response time is of the order of 10–15 sec for the 0.001 in. membrane, Residual current is almost negligible (< 1 μA).  相似文献

在湖北省、湖南省、江苏省、山东省、广东省156个点采土样1268份,利用卵黄琼脂的LB培养基初筛获得产生乳白色晕圈的菌株648株;再用卵黄琼脂滤纸圆片检测获得产生乳白色晕圈和透明圈菌株266株;这些菌株用卵黄琼脂杯蝶法筛选出产生大于13.0mm乳白色晕圈及少量透明圈共73株,经过菌生物量、卵黄杯碟法和抗兔血小板聚集率的测定,从73株菌中筛选出15株,菌号为:183,198,247,424,587,596,692,744,754—1,791—2,779,970,998,1107,1182;将此15菌株经菌生物量、卵黄琼脂杯碟法、NPPC法和抗人血小板聚集率的测定,从中选出754—1,779,970,1107四株菌进行分类鉴定和已知菌CW—W—90—3菌对照比较的研究。  相似文献

介绍了一种适合粉虱实验观察的新型微虫笼。该微虫笼利用具盖塑料杯、条形发夹等材料制作而成,底部直径3 0mm ,高约3 5mm ,单个重量约5g。虫笼可开启的底板上特制一小圆孔,便于接入粉虱成虫。可将单头或小群体粉虱罩在植物叶片上饲养观察,使用方便。可用于粉虱的基本生物学特性、寄主植物适应性、交配行为以及饲毒和传毒等试验研究。  相似文献

Summary The fine structure of the developing middle piece of the silkworm spermatid was studied in the electron microscope.The formation of Nebenkern and its metamorphosis are characteristic, for a given species of animal, and different from those of other species.Microtubules, with a wall approximately 50 Å thick and a lumen 110 Å in diameter, have been found in the developing middle piece; these are in close relationship with the differentiation of the axial tail filaments and of the Nebenkern derivatives.When the middle piece has reached a certain degree of maturity, a peripheral cytoplasmic layer of the middle piece is separated by the outer membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum, and later sloughed off from its trunk. The naked middle piece is subsequently covered by a mantle provided with 12–18 projections which develop descending from the proximal head part of the late spermatid.The clear band developing along the surface of the middle piece is a characteristic, complex structure which seems to represent an apparatus for pinocytosis or exosmosis.This study was supported by Grant GM-8327-04 from the United States Public Health Service.  相似文献

The structure of the egg envelope and micropyles of the white sturgeon was examined with light and electron microscopy. The mature ovum is 3.5–4.0 mm in diameter and is covered by a thick envelope (50 μm) that consists of four distinct layers. The outermost layer, L4, is electron dense and amorphous. Interior to this is layer three (L3), containing numerous pores, or ductules. Layer two (L2) contains screwlike projections that anchor L3 and L4 to the egg. The innermost layer, L1, is closely apposed to the oolemma. Numerous micropyles (average 7) are restricted to a 100–200 μm region at the animal pole and penetrate the egg envelope. The outer opening of these rnicropyles measures 15 μm in diameter. The micropylar canal tapers twice, eventually terminating at the oolemma with an inner opening diameter of 1.2 μm. The micropyles of the white sturgeon egg appear more complex than micropyles in other fish eggs.  相似文献
