哈曼马鸡卵壳的超微结构和元素成分   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
用扫描电子显微镜观察了中国特有鸟类哈曼马鸡(Crossoptilon harmani)卵壳的超微结构,采用电感偶合等离子体光谱仪测定了卵壳中的化学元素的含量。首次报道哈曼马鸡卵壳结构与元素成分。哈曼马鸡卵壳表面晶体层、栅栏锥体层和卵壳膜层的厚度分别为9.3、307.1和64.6μm,分别占卵壳总矿厚度的2.4%、80.6%和17%。在栅栏层有很多蜂窝小孔,测量了其直径。卵壳表面的蛋孔形状有圆形、椭  相似文献

利用扫描电镜对我国特有珍禽──藏马鸡的卵壳进行了超微结构观察。电镜下显示:藏马鸡卵壳从内向外由壳膜层、锥体层、海绵层和表层等组成。壳膜层内层致密、含少量纤维,外层为纵横交错成网状的纤维结构,锥体层由许多乳头状突起密集排列组成,海绵层为似沉积岩层的层状结构,表层在卵壳最外面,上由具保护性的透明蛋白质薄膜覆盖。与同属的褐马鸡的卵壳进行比较,其超微结构存在差异。  相似文献

为了解鸟类新种弄岗穗鹛卵壳的特征,利用扫描电镜对其卵壳进行了观察,并利用火焰原子吸收法和分光光度法对卵壳的部分元素成分进行了测量。结果显示弄岗穗鹛的卵壳厚约为(81.50±3.04)μm(n=30),从外向内依次分为4层:表面晶体层、栅栏层、锥体层和壳膜层。其中表面晶体层较为粗糙,有开放气孔分布;栅栏层结构紧密,是卵壳的主要构成部分,并遍布蜂窝状小孔;锥体层由锥体基层和乳锥层组成;壳膜层由多层直径约为(1.28±0.50)μm(n=30)蛋白质纤维组成。Ca是弄岗穗鹛卵壳的主要构成元素,含量达507.26mg/g,而Fe、Sr、Mn和Al为微量元素。弄岗穗鹛卵壳的特殊结构及元素组成可能是其对石灰岩生境及不擅长飞行的适应。  相似文献

为研究繁殖丹顶鹤(Grus japonensis)弃卵原因,对其弃卵与正常卵壳超微结构及化学元素含量进行比较。以2014至2020年在扎龙保护区收集到丹顶鹤弃卵和正常孵化的卵各6枚为研究对象,利用电子扫描电镜观察比较其超微结构,采用电感偶合等离子体光谱仪测量其化学元素含量,并对其卵壳厚度和密度进行测量和比较。弃卵壳厚度、密度分别为正常卵壳厚度、密度的68.0%(P <0.01)和71.5%(P <0.01);弃卵卵壳表面晶体层厚度不均,与栅栏层之间界限不明显,外表皮层有龟裂和条形两种裂纹,栅栏锥体层晶体中有微小球状中空结构和类似溶洞的腔室结构,壳膜层纤维表面的片状突起较少,这些结构均与正常卵壳不同。检测卵壳23种化学元素中,弃卵卵壳Ca、Na、P、Mg和K元素含量显著低于正常孵卵卵壳(P <0.05)。从卵壳结构和元素分析,卵壳元素含量异常、结构和功能缺陷有可能是导致其亲鸟弃卵的原因之一,这与亲鸟占据生境资源情况、与其他鸟类间繁殖压力、食物可获得性和生存对策等交互作用的影响有关。  相似文献

8种鸡中,高原山鹑卵壳仅由乳突层和栅栏层构成,缺少护膜层,表面无裂纹,外气孔开放。其它种类由乳突层、栅栏层和护膜层构成,表面有裂纹、外气孔有覆盖。栅栏层都有与飞翔相适应的气泡,飞翔能力强,速度快的种类产卵壳气泡密度高的卵。  相似文献

在对鸟类卵壳超微结构进行研究时 ,卵壳内表面有一层极薄而且坚韧的内膜很难除去 ,现阶段唯一的方法是用小镊子在实体显微镜下剥离。但由于内膜纤维深入乳锥 ,与乳锥之间的纤维交织在一起 ,且长入乳突内 ,使膜与卵壳紧密结合 ,常常剥离不下来。我们在进行卵壳超微结构研究时 ,用蛋白酶溶解卵壳内膜 ,获得了很好的结果。1 材料与方法取新鲜鸡蛋蛋壳 ,蛋白酶K。将 10mg蛋白酶K溶于 1ml灭菌H2 O中 ,按 2 0 0 μl分装贮存于 - 2 0℃。配制组织提取液 10 0ml:1mol LTris cl(pH8.0 ) 5ml;0 5mol LEDTA (pH8.…  相似文献

应用扫描电镜和TN-5500能谱仪对三种海鸟卵壳的超微结构和基本无机元素进行研究分析,结果表明,基本结构相似,但表层突起和裂纹,乳锥和锥本形态,以及气孔在单位面积内的数量,壳膜与卵壳的锚连方式,壳膜元素组成等都存在着不同,这既反映其遗传,繁殖生理功能上的差异,也显示了不同种鸟卵壳之间的相似和相异性,因而对研究严分类和地理分布具有一定差异价值。  相似文献

Eggs of the turtle Trionyx spiniferus are rigid, calcareous spheres averaging 2.5 cm in diameter. The eggshell is morphologically very similar to avian eggshells. The outer crystalline layer is composed of roughly columnar aggregates, or shell units, of calcium carbonate in the aragonite form. Each shell unit tapers to a somewhat conical tip at its base. Interior to the crystalline layer are two tertiary egg membranes: the outer shell membrane and the inner shell membrane. The outer shell membrane is firmly attached to the inner surface of the shell, and the two membranes are in contact except at the air cell, where the inner shell membrane separates from the outer shell membrane. Both membranes are multi-layered, with the inner shell membrane exhibiting a more fibrous structure than the outer shell membrane. Numerous pores are found in the eggshell, and these generally occur at the intersection of four or more shell units.  相似文献

Female zebra-tailed lizards (Iguanidae: Callisaurus draconoides ) lay roughly ovoid eggs with thin, highly extensible shells. The outer surface of the eggshell is a thin, calcareous crust of calcium carbonate in the calcite morph. Immediately beneath the crystalline matrix is a shell membrane composed of multiple layers of fibres organized into an undulating series of troughs and crests, apparent in both cross-section and surface view. The outer surface of the shell membrane is differentiated into a tightly woven fibrous mat that may serve to anchor the calcareous layer to the membrane. Organization of the eggshell into a series of troughs and crests serves to increase the surface area available for contact with the substrate and, presumably, to increase the capacity of the eggshell to stretch as the egg absorbs water.  相似文献

The flexible shell from eggs of the tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus) is comprised of both calcareous and fibrous components. The calcareous material is organized into columns that extend deep into the fibrous shell membrane. Many of the fibers of the membrane are enclosed within the crystalline matrix of the columns. Columns widen and flatten slightly at the outer surface of the eggshell to form cap-like structures composed of a compact crystalline matrix containing no fibers. The outer surface of eggs laid prior to completion of shell formation consists of a series of nodes obscured by a densely fibrous matrix. Similar nodes also are found at the inner surface of partially shelled eggs. The nodes represent the outer and inner aspects of columns that had not completed formation prior to oviposition. Our interpretation is that a layer (or layers) of the shell membrane forms first, with nucleation of columns occurring shortly thereafter. Columns grow into the membrane a short distance and enclose fibers of the membrane, but the primary direction of column growth is toward what will become the outer aspect of the shell. Calcareous columns and the shell membrane form more or less in concert until crystal growth outstrips that of the membrane and a cap-like apex of compact crystalline material is formed. The end result is an eggshell in which the shell membrane and calcareous material form a single unit for much of the thickness of the shell.  相似文献

The retinal photoreceptors of the red-backed salamander (Plethodon cinerus) have been studied by light and electron microscopy. Rods and single cones are present in this duplex retina in a ratio of about 25:1. The photoreceptors in this amphibian species are much larger than is reported for most vertebrates. In the light-adapted state, rods reach deep into the retinal epithelial (RPE) layer. The rod outer segment is composed of discs of uniform diameter displaying several very deep incisors. The rod inner segment displays a distal elliposid of mitochondria and a short stout myoid region. Rod nuclei are electron dense and often protrude through the external limiting membrane. Rod synaptic spherules are large and display several invaginated synaptic sites as well as superficial synapses. It is felt that the rods do not undergo retinomotor movements. The cone photoreceptors are much smaller than the rods and display a tapering outer segment, an unusual modified ellipsoid and a large parabolid of glycogen in the inner segment. Cone nuclei are less electron dense than rods and are located at all levels within the outer nuclear layer. The synaptic pedicle of the cones is larger, more electron lucent and display more synaptic sites (both invaginated and superficial) than that of rods. It is felt that cone photomechanical responses are minimal.  相似文献

The morphology of the retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor cells has been studied in the common newt Triturus viridescens dorsalis by light, conventional transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The pigment epithelium is formed by a single layer of low rectangular cells, separated by a multilayered membrane (Bruch's membrane) from the vessels of the choriocapillaris. The scleral border of the pigment epithelium is highly infolded and each epithelial cell contains smooth endoplasmic reticulum, myeloid bodies, mitochondria, lysosomes, phagosomes and an oval nucleus. Inner, pigment laden, epithelial processes surround the photoreceptor outer and inner segments. The three retinal photoreceptor types, rods, single cones and double cones, differ in both external and internal appearance. The newt, rod, outer segments appear denser than the cones in both light and electron micrographs, due to a greater number of rod lamellae per unit distance of outer segment and to the presence of electron dense intralamellar bands. The rod outer segments possess deep incisures in the lamellae while the cone lamellae lack incisures. Both rod and cone outer segments are supported by a peripheral array of dendritic processes containing longitudinal filaments which originate in the inner segment. The inner segment mitochondria, forming the rod ellipsoid, arelong and narrow while those in the cone are spherical to oval in shape. The inner segments of all three receptor cell types also contain a glycogen-filled paraboloid and a myoid region, just outside the nucleus, rich in both rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The elongate, cylindrical nuclei differ in density. The rod nuclei are denser than those of the cones, contain clumped chromatin and usually extend further vitreally. Similarly, the cytoplasm of the rod synaptic terminal is denser than its cone counterpart and contains synaptic vesicles almost twice as large as those of the cones. Photoreceptor synapses in rods and cones are established by both superficial and invaginated contacts with bipolar or horizontal cells.  相似文献

Gap junctions in the neural retinae of newly hatched chickens were examined in thin section and by freeze cleaving. Unusual gap junctions containing linear arrays of intramembrane particles are found between principal and accessory cones which form a double cone at the region of the outer limiting membrane. These unusual gap junctions are often continuous with macular aggregates of hexagonally packed intramembrane particles which are characteristic of a typical gap junction. Typical gap junctions are also found in both the outer and the inner plexiform layers and in the outer nuclear layer, but are not so abundant as in the outer limiting membrane region. The sizes of intramembrane particles and their centre-to-centre spacing within the macular aggregate of a gap junction in differentiated neural retinae are slightly larger than those in undifferentiated neural retinae. Tight junctions are not found in differentiated neural retinae.  相似文献
