秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群动态的研究   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
对秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群动态进行了系统研究,分析了种群的年龄结构和分布格局。编制了静态生命表。绘制了存活曲线.结果表明,秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群年龄结构属于进展型,幼龄个体多。中老龄个体少;种群在I、Ⅱ龄级时死亡率最高.随着年龄增加,死亡率逐渐降低;到Ⅶ、Ⅷ龄级。由于生理衰老。死亡率回升;栓皮栎种群存活曲线属于DeeveyⅢ型;种群分布格局总体上的呈聚集型。随年龄增加,种群聚集强度降低。在高海拔地区,种群趋向随机分布.海拔800~1100m是栓皮栎种群较为适宜的生境.对于低海拔地区栓皮栎林要加强保护,减少人为干扰;中海拔地区应加强抚育管理和适时间伐,高海拔地区应加强目的树种的抚育.  相似文献

为了阐明秦岭巴山冷杉(Abies fargesii)种群的结构特征和动态规律,对位于秦岭中段南坡佛坪保护区内不同海拔分布的巴山冷杉种群的年龄结构、生命表以及存活曲线等进行了研究.结果表明: 在海拔2350、2500和2700 m,巴山冷杉种群都表现为衰退型,种群个体主要聚集在中龄级,幼龄级的个体都极度缺乏.在各海拔巴山冷杉种群生命表中,死亡量(dx)、死亡率(qx)和消失率(Kx)都为负值,反映了种群幼龄个体的缺乏程度.随着海拔的升高,幼龄级个体数量增加而大龄级个体数量减少.巴山冷杉种群生命表和存活曲线的分析表明,巴山冷杉种群个体存活量最多的年龄级和出现最大死亡率的年龄级都随着海拔的降低而依次后推.随着海拔的升高,巴山冷杉种群的分布格局由随机分布类型过渡为聚集分布类型.  相似文献

濒危植物秦岭冷杉种群空间分布格局及动态   总被引:22,自引:6,他引:16  
为阐明秦岭冷杉种群分布格局动态特征,达到有效保护和恢复的目的,通过野外调查,采用相邻格子样方法,离散分布拟合、扩散系数、Morisita指数、均方-曲线等方法,对不同生境和年龄阶段的秦岭冷杉种群的空间分布格局及其动态进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)秦岭冷杉种群空间分布格局在不同发育阶段和不同生境条件下基本属于聚集型分布,在25m^2、150m^2和300m^2的面积上聚集强度较大。天然条件下,种群聚集强度最大取样尺度,可能是其种群更新的最佳面积。(2)秦岭冷杉种群空间分布格局随海拔上升,聚集强度降低;聚集强度在海拔1300~1700m较小,在海拔1700~2100m地区较大;阴坡种群分布聚集强度大于阳坡。(3)随着种群年龄增加,分布格局由聚集型向随机型过渡,聚集强度减弱;聚集性最强的尺度规模在幼、中龄期为50m^2,老龄期为300m^2。(4)种群的空间分布格局与生物生态学特性、生境条件关系密切。在未来森林经营和种群恢复中,应针对生境和种群年龄,森林抚育管理作业面积应该尽量接近聚集强度最大的尺度。低海拔和阴坡应该适度间伐非目的乔木树种,高海拔和阳坡地区,应适度清理灌木和草本层,为群落内团块状更新创造空间;实行就地保护,减少人为干扰,促进天然更新保护策略。  相似文献

独叶草 ( Kingdonia uniflora)是我国特有的稀有濒危植物 ,本研究应用方差 /均值比的 t检验、负二项参数、扩散型系数、丛生指标、Cassie指标、聚块性指标、Poisson分布和负二项分布的 χ2 拟合检验 ,对其种群的空间分布格局进行了研究。结果表明 :1独叶草种群总体呈聚集分布 ,t检验差异显著 ;k=1 .372 ;集群强度较高 ;Iδ=1 .730 >1 ;I=8.2 37,明显大于 0 ;CA=0 .72 9;m* /m=1 .72 9>1 ;离散分布拟合结果符合负二项分布模型。 2不同群落独叶草种群的聚集强度不同 ,牛皮桦 ( Betula utilis)群落的独叶草种群聚集强度最大 ,依次为箭竹( Sinarundinaria nitida)林、金背杜鹃 ( Rhododendron clementinae subsp.aureodorsale)灌丛、太白红杉 ( L arix chinensis)林、巴山冷杉 ( Abies fargesii)林。在此基础上 ,分析了格局形成的原因 ,提出了保护建议  相似文献

选择受密度影响较小的负二项分布K值 ,描述玉米上二点叶蝉自然种群在 3个海拔高度上的空间格局及时序动态。在玉米生育期间 ,二点叶蝉种群即可作聚集分布亦可作均匀分布。 4月中下旬 ,二点叶蝉种群呈均匀分布 (K <0 ) ;5月份 ,呈聚集分布 (K >0 ) ;6月上中旬呈均匀分布 (K <0 ) ;6月下旬至 7月上旬呈聚集分布 (K >0 ) ,表现为扩散→聚集→再扩散→再聚集的总趋势。K值亦表明 ,5月份高海拔聚集强度最高 ,6月下旬至 7月上旬则低海拔的聚集强度最高。根据Taylor的幂函数法和Iwao的M -X回归方程的系数 ,高、中海拔的聚集强度大于低海拔  相似文献

应用方差比率法,并通过2×2列联表χ2检验法及利用Jaccard指数测定法研究了秦岭北坡和巴山北坡栓皮栎所在群落主要乔木树种的种间联结性.结果表明: 1 两地栓皮栎所在群落主要乔木种群间在总体上呈显著正关联; 2 2×2列联表的χ2检验共有9 7为秦岭北坡的种对数,下同 个种对为显著正关联,1 25 个种对为显著负关联; 3 Jaccard指数标量出了两地栓皮栎所在群落中种对间的联结程度和相伴随出现的机率,两地栓皮栎所在群落中多数乔木种群间的联结性不显著且联结程度较低; 4 种对间的正关联,主要是由于它们具有相近的生物学特性以及对生境具有相似的生态适应性所致,种对间的负关联主要是由于物种间的空间排斥,适应不同的微环境的结果; 5 两地栓皮栎所在的群落处于演替的不稳定阶段.  相似文献

采用单变量和双变量O-ring函数对太白山大熊猫栖息地巴山冷杉林主要树种的空间分布格局、种间关联性及其与林下开花箭竹的空间关联性进行了多尺度分析.结果表明: 巴山冷杉林中,巴山冷杉数量最多,但种群结构衰退,白桦种群相对年轻,种群结构稳定,红桦种群也呈衰退趋势;3个主要树种在小尺度上呈聚集分布,随尺度增加,逐渐表现为随机分布.3个树种的空间关联性主要表现在小尺度范围内,随尺度增加,空间分布格局逐渐表现为不关联;巴山冷杉和白桦与开花秦岭箭竹在大、中尺度内呈现正相关,而红桦与开花秦岭箭竹在大、中尺度上表现出负相关.大熊猫栖息地内乔木和林下秦岭箭竹共同推动森林的动态演替和发展,进而影响秦岭大熊猫栖息地的环境变化.  相似文献

采用扩散系数的t检验、Poisson分布的x^2拟合检验及Morisita指数的F检验来研究珙桐种群的空间分布格局类型,用负二项参数(K)、Green指数(GI)和Lloyd的平均拥挤度(m^*)与聚块性指标(PAI)来研究珙桐的聚集强度。同时利用上述指数研究取样尺度、海拔及克隆繁殖对珙桐种群分布格局和聚集强度的影响。结果表明,总体上珙桐种群的分布格局类型为集群分布,具一定的聚集强度。取样尺度、海拔对其分布格局和聚集强度均有不同程度的影响。基株种群和分株种群的分布格局和聚集强度在不同取样尺度和海拔下出现不同的变化。最后对珙桐种群格局在各种因素影响下的变化原因进行了讨论,认为珙桐种群格局呈集群分布的最主要原因是由其本身的繁殖特性决定的。  相似文献

以“空间代时间”的方法 ,以种群径级结构代替年龄结构 ,采用静态生命表、生存分析和空间格局分析方法 ,探讨了长白山北坡不同海拔分布的岳桦种群的结构和动态规律。结果表明 ,在海拔 180 0、190 0和 2 0 0 0m ,随海拔升高 ,岳桦种群密度增大 ,径级分布范围减小 ,种群存活曲线由DeeveyⅡ型过渡到DeeveyⅠ型 ,种群由稳定型过渡为增长型 ,说明岳桦种群由低海拔向高海拔 ,群落处于不同的演替和发展阶段。而且随着岳桦径级的增大 ,其分布格局由集群分布过渡到随机分布。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
