玫瑰切花保鲜剂配方研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以蔗糖(S)、8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)、柠檬酸(CA)为保鲜液的基本配方,分别加入CaCl2 、NaCl、Al2(SO4)3、CaCl2+KAl(SO4)2 组成四种保鲜液,进行玫瑰切花保鲜实验。对切花瓶插寿命、花径、水分平衡值、可溶性蛋白含量和还原糖含量进行分析。结果表明,各种配方保鲜液均能延长玫瑰切花的瓶插寿命、增大花径、改善切花水分代谢状况、降低切花蛋白质和还原糖的分解速度。其中,保鲜液2% S + 280 mg/L CA + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1% CaCl2的保鲜效果最好。 相似文献

本文研究GA3预处理对冷藏10d的百合切花花瓣衰老的影响。结果表明,入库前用200mg/L GA3预处理可以显著提高花瓣含水量,增强保水能力,延缓可溶性蛋白质含量的下降,提高可溶性糖水平和CAT活性,延缓POD活性的升高,减少MDA积累,使切花瓶插寿命延长,观赏品质得到改善。 相似文献

不同预冷方式及保鲜液配比对荷兰鸢尾切花采后保鲜的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对荷兰鸢尾‘罗萨里奥’(Iris xiphium L.var.hybridum cv.Rosarlo)切花的预冷处理方式以及保鲜液中蔗糖和6-BA适宜浓度进行了筛选。结果表明:选用直接预冷的花材,在以0.3g/L8-HQC(8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐) 0.05g/L CCC(矮壮素)为基本液并添加50g/L蔗糖和10mg/L 6-BA的瓶插液中,单朵花瓶插寿命达10d,分别比在对照、基本液以及基本液 50g/L蔗糖的瓶插液中的延长了5.5、5.0和2.0d;同时在延缓花瓣褪色、阻止叶片黄化方面也有很好的效果。 相似文献

本文探明了8HQC(8—羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐)、STS(硫代硫酸银)、BA(6—苄基腺嘌呤)等化学药剂和蔗糖预处理对蕾期采收的小苍兰切花的保鲜效果。(1)各种药剂处理均可提高开花率及观赏品质,其中8HQC+STS+BA+蔗糖的组合效果最佳,开花率比对照提高37.6%,花径增大5.6毫米,瓶插寿命延长6.9天。(2)药剂预处理明显提高切花耐藏性,经处理的切花经3~5天冷藏后瓶插,其观赏品质和瓶插寿命仍显著高于未经处理和冷藏的对照组。品种间的耐藏性有差异。作者认为,药剂处理的显著作用之一是改善了切花体内的水份状况。 相似文献

Recently, the programmed cell death (PCD) is studied in the context of the postharvest longevity of cut flowers with the goal of slowing down the processes that ultimately lead to flower death, and to ensure a long display life of cut plant material. In this study, the phenomenon of PCD in petals of common lilac (Syringa vulgaris L.) was observed, aimed to compare degradation of petal cells in flowers blooming under natural conditions with those forced in November. For the early lilac forcing, a deep dormancy has to be broken by high temperatures 35–37 °C negatively affecting postharvest life of cut branches. The trials included as well the observation of the effect of two flower preservatives on the PCD in order to see if the prolongation of the lilac vase life was associated with a delay in the onset of the PCD symptoms. The vase life of cut lilacs was significantly increased by both preservatives. The first symptoms of PCD were evident in the flower bud stage. In petals from forced shrubs, the first symptoms of cell degradation were much more advanced than in lilacs blooming naturally in May. In forced flowers held in the preservatives, the degradative changes in cells occurred later than in those kept in water, but they were accelerated relative to a flower developmental stage. 相似文献

以香石竹叶片为外植体 ,利用根癌农杆菌 (Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)介导法 ,将香石竹ACC氧化酶 (ACO)基因核DNA的正义 (sense)、反义 (antisense)、正义重复 (sensedirectrepeat)和反义重复 (antisensedirectrepeat)等 4种T DNA结构导入香石竹‘Master’品种。经Southern杂交检测证明目的基因已整合到香石竹基因组 ,共获得 14个转化株系。在 25℃条件下比较瓶插寿命 ,对照植株花朵瓶插寿命为 5.8d ,多数转化株系花朵瓶插寿命达 11d ,最长者可达 12.8d。大多数转基因株系切花衰老过程中乙烯释放量显著减少 ,部分转基因株系切花衰老过程中几乎检测不到乙烯 ,而对照有明显的峰值。通过对本研究转化ACO基因核DNA与前人转化ACO基因cDNA延长瓶插寿命比较以及对不同T DNA结构的转化抑制内源基因表达的程度进行比较后 ,初步判断用核DNA转化后对内源基因的抑制效果与cDNA相当甚至更明显 ,反义基因可以比正义基因更有效地抑制内源的同源基因的表达 ,转重复基因比转单个基因能更有效地抑制内源的同源基因的表达。 相似文献

The effects of postharvest pretreatments on vase life, keeping quality and carbohydrate concentrations in cut sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus L.) flowers were investigated. Compared to the control, all treatments promoted floret quality and extended longevity. The cut flowers held in the solution containing sucrose + 8-hydroxyquinoline (Suc+HQS) was more effective in promoting absorption rate, achieved greater maximum fresh mass, had better water balance for a longer period, extended the vase life (up to 17 d), and delayed degradation of chlorophylls. The same treatment also enhanced the concentration of soluble carbohydrates in the petals and stems and leaf chlorophyll (Chl) content, whereas it was lowest in silver thiosulphate (STS) treatment. However, concentrations of anthocyanin in the petals were higher for treatment with sucrose or STS plus sucrose than in control or STS alone treatments. Our results suggest that pulse treatment with HQS plus sucrose for 12 h is the most effective for improving pigmentation and use as a commercial cut flower preservative solution to delay flower senescence, enhance quality, and prolong the vase life of sweet pea. The results also showed that soluble carbohydrate concentration in petals and stems is an important factor in determining the vase life of sweet pea flowers. 相似文献

为初步探究丛枝菌根(arbuscularmycorrhizal,AM)真菌促进百合生长并延长瓶插过程中切花观赏期的作用机制,于温室盆栽条件下对百合Lilium brownii进行摩西斗管囊霉Funneliformis mosseae和变形球囊霉Glomusversiforme单一接种或者共同双接种处理。结果表明,共同接种F.mosseae和G.versiforme的百合地上部干重和地下部干重均显著高于不接种对照,分别增加了60%和58%。与不接种对照相比,接种F. mosseae和G. versiforme处理的百合根尖数、根系长度、分叉数、表面积和根系体积分别比对照增加123%、128%、182%、118%和232%。切花瓶插期间,接种AM真菌处理的百合切花水分平衡值和鲜重变化率显著高于对照处理;乙烯释放速率和呼吸速率显著低于对照,瓶插5d时达到乙烯峰值5.4μL/*g·h (FW)+,共同接种F. mosseae和G. versiforme处理的百合切花乙烯释放速率比对照降低30%;呼吸速率则在瓶插1d时达到峰值0.7μL/*g·h (FW)+,共同接种比对照降低37%;百合花瓣内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量比对照分别提高19%、32%、52%和26%。百合花瓣内N、P、K、Mg、Ca、Fe和Zn含量均显著高于不接种对照处理,Mn和Cr含量则低于对照;共同接种处理的百合瓶插寿命增加了3d,最佳观赏时间比对照延长2d。结论认为共同接种F. mosseae和G. versiforme处理更加有效地改善切花花枝的水分平衡、营养状况与生理代谢,控制衰老激素的合成,从而延长百合切花的瓶插寿命和最佳观赏期。 相似文献
