为了明确荒漠草原区土壤机械组成与养分的关系,以宁夏盐池荒漠草原4种典型群落为研究对象,通过对不同群落(柠条、沙蒿、蒙古冰草、短花针茅)表层(0~5cm)、亚表层(5~10cm)和深层(10~15cm)土壤粒径分布分形(PSD)、养分含量的动态变化分析,揭示荒漠草原区土壤结构与土壤养分的相关性。结果表明:(1)4种典型群落土壤PSD均呈正态分布,不同群落间的土壤PSD差异显著,粒径100~500μm颗粒含量对PSD影响最大,不同群落间的差异大于不同生境间或不同土层间。(2)4种典型群落除全磷(TP)外,其余土壤全肥均随土壤深度增加呈降低趋势,且冠下大于丛间,表现出荒漠草原区特殊的"肥岛"聚集效应,不同群落间分布特征均表现为:柠条短花针茅蒙古冰草沙蒿,速效养分含量相对较高,各群落均达到适宜水平。(3)土壤养分与土壤PSD显著相关,除速效磷(AP)外,其余土壤养分与土壤分形维数(D)均呈正相关关系,粒径100~250μm、250~500μm颗粒与土壤养分呈显著或极显著负相关关系,土壤中的黏粒、粉粒在有机无机胶结过程及土壤良好的结构维持中起主要作用。  相似文献

以宁夏盐池县荒漠草原5年围栏封育草地(围栏内)和自由放牧草地(围栏外)为对象,分析0~ 40 cm土层土壤有机碳、易氧化有机碳和颗粒有机碳含量以及土壤粒径组成,研究围栏封育早期沙化灰钙土有机碳组分及物理稳定性的变化规律.结果表明:围栏内外土壤有机碳含量和颗粒组成差异不显著;围栏内外0~40 cm土层土壤有机碳含量平均为3.25g·kg-1,沙粒、粉粒、黏粒的相对比重平均为72%、16%、12%,土壤物理稳定性指数为1.30%~1.31%.土壤活性有机碳的显著变化集中在10~20 cm土层,围栏内易氧化有机碳含量达0.80 g·kg-1,显著高于围栏外的0.62 g·kg-1,围栏内颗粒有机碳的分配比例为50.9%,显著高于围栏外的31.7%.随土层深度的增加,围栏内0~ 40 cm土壤质地由沙性土向沙壤土转变,各层间土质差异显著,易氧化有机碳含量逐渐升高;而围栏外土壤质地的垂直变化相对平缓,基本为沙性土质.退化荒漠草原短期围栏封育条件下,沙化灰钙土土壤有机碳尚处于一个消耗与积累的平衡阶段,土壤质地状况相对稳定,土壤物理稳定性变化较小.10~20 cm土层土壤活性有机碳含量及其相对分配比例可作为围栏封育早期土壤质量变化的指示指标.  相似文献

研究宁夏荒漠草原沙漠化过程中土壤性状、土壤粒径分形维数的变化特征,以及分形维数与土壤性状的关系.结果表明: 草地沙漠化对土壤分形维数(D)影响显著,D值为1.69~2.62.除在10~20 cm土层出现较小波动外,随着沙漠化程度加剧,0~30 cm土层D值整体呈减小趋势.在荒漠草原沙漠化过程中,荒漠草地D值最大,黏粒和粉粒体积百分含量最高,极细砂粒和细砂粒体积百分含量最低;流动沙地D值最小,黏粒和粉粒体积百分含量最小,极细砂粒和细砂粒体积百分含量最高.D与<50 μm和>50 μm粒径的土壤颗粒存在显著正相关和负相关,表明50 μm粒径是决定草地沙漠化过程中土壤分形维数与土壤粒径关系的临界粒径.随着荒漠草原沙漠化加剧,土壤有机质和全氮含量逐渐降低,土壤容重逐渐升高,固定沙地至半固定沙地是荒漠草原沙漠化的质变过程,其中土壤粘粒体积百分含量、粉粒体积百分含量、土壤有机质含量、土壤全氮含量骤减,极细砂粒体积百分含量、细砂粒体积百分含量和土壤容重骤增.分形维数与土壤有机质、土壤全氮和土壤容重显著相关,固定沙地与半固定沙地分形维数的临界值为2.58,因此分形维数2.58可作为荒漠草原沙漠化的退化指标.  相似文献

火烧对中国北亚热带天然马尾松林土壤有机碳的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以北亚热带天然马尾松火烧迹地为研究对象,对火灾1年后0~50 cm各土层土壤有机碳和土壤养分含量变化进行分析。结果表明:火灾后各层土壤总有机碳、易氧化碳和轻组有机质含量均高于对照样地,增幅分别为4.5%~47.6%、6.6%~43.0%和9.0%~49.1%,且在0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层中差异极显著(P0.01);火灾发生1年后在0~50 cm土壤剖面土壤有机碳储量相比对照样地增加了23.8%(P0.01);过火后土壤总有机碳、易氧化碳和轻组有机质与土壤养分(全氮、水解氮、速效钾)的相关性均达到极显著水平(P0.01)。火后土壤有机碳增加的主要原因是植被层未充分燃烧的有机残体的混入。  相似文献

2007—2012年在陕西合阳连作玉米田进行保护性轮耕与施肥长期定位试验,设置免耕/深松(NT-ST)、深松/翻耕(ST-CT)和翻耕/免耕(CT-NT)3种隔年交替轮耕处理和连续免耕(NT-NT)、连续深松(ST-ST)、连续翻耕(CT-CT)3种连耕处理及平衡施肥、低肥和常规施肥3种施肥处理,分析了0~40 cm土壤团聚体分布、平均质量直径(MWD)、几何平均直径(GMD)、分形维数(D)及0~60 cm土壤有机碳(SOC)含量.结果表明: 随着耕作强度的增加,土壤团聚体总含量减小,稳定性降低,有机碳损失增大;连续免耕和轮耕增大了土壤团聚体MWD和GMD,减小分形维数,增加了粒径大于0.25 mm团聚体(R0.25)和SOC含量.在相同施肥处理下,团聚体R0.25表现为NT-NT>NT-ST>NT-CT>ST-ST>CT-ST>CT-CT;在相同耕作方式下,平衡施肥和低肥处理下土壤团聚体比常规施肥更稳定.通过对土壤团聚体分形维数进行数学拟合,干筛法和湿筛法所测土壤团聚体的分形维数分别为2.247~2.681和2.897~2.976. 0~30 cm土层土壤团聚体分形维数均表现为连续免耕和轮耕显著低于连续翻耕(CT-CT),随土层加深分形维数增大,在40 cm处趋于稳定.施肥对不同土层有机碳含量的影响差异显著(P<0.05),随土层加深有机碳含量呈递减趋势,平衡施肥处理下有机碳积累量较常规施肥增加了6.9%.土壤有机碳含量随团聚体粒径的增大而增加,0.25~2 mm粒径土壤团聚体含量对有机碳积累的影响达到显著水平(P<0.01),确定系数R2为0.848.  相似文献

不同火强度对河北平泉油松林土壤有机碳及土壤养分影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择河北省平泉县油松林火烧迹地为研究区, 按照过火林地燃烧状况, 划分轻度火烧(L)、中度火烧(M)、重度火烧(H)3 个强度的林地作为研究样地, 选择相邻未过火林地(CK)作为对照样地。以0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm 的顺序采集土壤样品。样品用于分析不同火烧影响下土壤有机碳(SOC)、土壤养分中铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3- -N)、全氮(TN)、全钾(TK)、全磷(TP)、速效氮(AN)、速效钾(AK)、速效磷(AP)含量和土壤pH 值变化, 以及土壤有机碳和土壤养分其在火烧之后不同土层深度之间的数值波动。结果表明: (1)不同火烧强度对土壤有机碳含量差异影响显著(P<0.05), 与未过火林地相比, 中度、轻度火烧的土壤有机碳含量降低, 重度火烧土壤有机碳含量增加; 土壤有机碳含量变化随土层深度增加而降低; (2)不同火烧强度对土壤养分中所有指标的差异性显著 (P < 0.05), 不同土层深度之间的数量变化明显。铵态氮含量在各土层均表现为重度火烧后增加, 中、轻度火烧则减少; 硝态氮含量受轻度、中度、重度火烧后在各土层整体增加; 速效氮含量在0-10 cm 土层轻度、中度、重度火烧后增加, 在10-20 cm 土层中度、重度火烧后减少而轻度火烧后增加, 在20-30 cm 土层重度和轻度火烧后增加, 中度火烧后减少。轻度、中度、重度火烧后的全氮和全磷含量在各土层整体降低。速效磷含量在0-10 cm 土层受重度和轻度火烧后增加, 10-20 cm、20-30 cm 土层重度、中度、轻度火烧后含量皆减少。全钾含量在0-10 cm 土层重度、轻度火烧后含量降低, 中度火烧后含量增加, 10-20 cm土层火烧后含量均会增加, 20-30 cm 土层火烧后含量均会降低。速效钾含量受重度、中度、轻度火烧后在各土层含量均会减少; (3) 不同火烧强度与土壤pH 值差异性极显著(P < 0.01), 火烧后pH 值上升。上述结果可为研究林火干扰后土壤有机碳和土壤养分的变化规律, 以及火烧迹地植被恢复的研究提供参考。  相似文献

土壤粒径分布及其分维特征是反映土壤质地与肥力的重要指标。本文采用土壤分形学理论与方法,研究了多伦县防风固沙区生态修复植物群落下土壤颗粒的分形维数及其在土壤剖面上的变化规律。结果表明:(1)生态修复区不同植物群落下的土壤粒径分布特征不同,其分形维数在1.962~2.260,依次为:荒草地柠条林白桦林杨树林樟子松林黄柳和旱柳混交林榆树林山杏林。(2)分形维数与不同粒级含量的相关性具有明显差异,其中分形维数与0.002、0.002~0.1 mm粒径含量呈显著正相关,与0.25~0.5 mm粒径含量呈显著负相关,与0.1~0.25、0.5~2 mm的粒径含量相关性不明显。(3)研究区0~20 cm土壤的分形维数较大,浅层土壤得到较好的改善,20 cm以下深层土壤改良的效果并不明显。本研究说明,多伦县防风固沙区经过十几年的生态修复,不同生态修复植物群落下土壤粒径分布具有不同特点,与未修复的荒草地相比分形维数偏大,土壤质地有所改善。  相似文献

土壤酶参与土壤有机质矿化过程,林火能通过改变土壤中微生物的群落结构等来改变土壤酶的活性,进而影响土壤有机碳的动态过程。土壤有机碳库是陆地碳库的重要组成部分,火烧会使土壤有机碳组分发生变化,研究火烧后土壤有机碳组分的变化对于土壤有机碳库的管理具有重要意义。以我国中亚热带典型马尾松人工林火烧迹地为研究对象,通过对比研究,探讨了火烧对土壤酶活性和土壤有机碳组分的影响以及两者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,火烧后一年0—10 cm土层土壤p H值明显升高(P0.05),土壤总碳含量显著降低(P0.05),土壤全氮含量平均降低17.5%(P0.05)。0—10 cm土层和10—20 cm土层土壤含水量均显著低于对照(P0.05)。(2)相比对照,土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶活性在0—10 cm土层显著降低(P0.05),土壤酚氧化物酶活性和过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P0.05)。(3)火烧后一年0—10 cm土层土壤微生物量碳、土壤颗粒性有机碳、土壤易氧化碳含量比对照分别降低26.4%、30.9%和2.69%,但无显著差异,土壤溶解性有机碳含量则显著降低(P0.05);两个土层土壤不稳定有机碳含量和粘粒有机碳含量变化不显著。  相似文献

该研究以宁夏盐池县沙边子地区4种常见的植物群落苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)、芨芨草(Achnatherum splendens)、油蒿(Artermisia ordosica)和盐爪爪(Kalidium foliatum)为研究对象,通过对群落组成和土壤基本理化性质的研究,以及对脲酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶4种常见土壤酶活性的检测,分析了荒漠草原不同植物群落的土壤微环境。结果表明:(1)不同植物群落物种组成不同,且在研究区禾本科、菊科、藜科植物出现的频率相对较高。(2)不同植物群落土壤理化性质存在差异。苦豆子群落土壤容重较低,土壤全氮含量相对较高;芨芨草群落土壤pH明显较高,土壤有机碳含量相对较高;油蒿群落土壤水分含量较低,土壤全磷含量较低;盐爪爪群落土壤盐分含量显著高于其它植物群落。(3)不同植物群落土壤酶活性存在差异,其中芨芨草和油蒿群落的表层土(0~10cm)的土壤脲酶活性较高;油蒿和盐爪爪群落的土壤过氧化氢酶随着土层加深酶活性反而有升高趋势;苦豆子和芨芨草群落的土壤磷酸酶活性较高,盐爪爪群落各土层间磷酸酶活性无显著差异;4种群落土壤蔗糖酶活性普遍较低,且各土层间差异也不大。(4)不同植物群落的同种土壤酶活性间相关性不同。研究认为,根据不同植物群落特征及土壤特性,尤其是不同植物群落间土壤酶活性的相关性,可预测荒漠草原地区植物群落演替趋势,通过适度的人为调控,可使群落向进展方向演替。  相似文献

山竹岩黄蓍固沙群落对土壤养分及生物活性的改良效应   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
以半流动沙丘为对照,对5、10和22年生山竹岩黄蓍人工固沙群落不同层次(0~10、10~20和20~30cm)土壤的养分状况、微生物生物量和土壤酶活性进行了对比研究.结果表明:采用山竹岩黄蓍固定流沙后,随着群落年龄的增长,土壤中C、N、P、K含量及生物活性均明显提高.其中,0~10cm土层的增长幅度显著高于10~30cm土层.0~30cm土层中C/N由7.3增加到8.5;土壤微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量以及土壤脲酶、磷酸单酯酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、脱氢酶、硝酸还原酶和多酚氧化酶的活性均有所提高.其中,0~10cm土层中蔗糖酶的活性是对照的49.7~284.5倍.土壤微生物生物量碳、氮、磷分别与土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷以及微生物生物量与酶活性之间存在显著的正相关关系.  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

The Drosophila Pax6 homolog twin of eyeless (toy) is so far the first zygotically expressed gene involved in eye morphogenesis in Drosophila. The study of its expression during embryogenesis is therefore informative of the initial events of eye development in Drosophila. We have analyzed how the initial expression domain of toy at cellular blastoderm is regulated. We show that the three maternal patterning systems active in the cephalic region (the anterior, terminal and dorsal-ventral systems) cooperate with zygotically activated gap genes to shape the initial expression domain of toy. Whereas Bicoid, Dorsal and Torso signaling synergistically act as activators, Hunchback, Knirps and Decapentaplegic act as repressors.  相似文献

Twenty three species in 11 genera were examined in the field to determine hosts. OnlyStriga asiatica andSeymeria cassioides have a narrow host range being restricted to grasses and pines, respectively. Cyanobacteria and/or azolla were inoculated, with urea at 0, 72 or 144 kg N/ha, in plots in which azolla-free Indica rice var. IR 28 was grown. Productive tillers, yield and nitrogen contents of grain and straw positively responded to inoculation with cyanobacteria or azolla, even with fertilizer-N up to 144 kg N/ha. Inoculation improved colonization by cyanobacteria. Azolla were superior to the asymbiotic cyanobacteria in enhancing rice performance. Urea at a rate of 72 kg N/ha was found to support the best colonizations when applied with cyanobacteria or azolla or, to give maximum rice yields, both inoculants.  相似文献

Intracellular cysteine aspartate-specific proteases (caspases) play both signaling and effector roles in realizing the program of cell death. Caspases function as proteolytic cascades unique for each cell type and signal triggering apoptosis. All parts of the proteolytic cascades are duplicated and controlled by feedback signals. Amplification cycles between pairs of caspases (the third and the sixth, the ninth and the third, the twelfth and the sixth, and others) help multiply the initial apoptotic signal. The presence of physiological inhibitors of apoptosis that directly interact with caspases creates a multilevel regulatory network of apoptosis in cell. The caspase proteolytic cascades are also regulated by sphingolipid secondary messengers, among them ceramide, sphingosine, and their phosphates. Moreover, an association of the caspase signaling with ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis is shown in cells. In particular, the use of extracellular activators and inhibitors of caspases allows irreversible activation of apoptosis in tumor cells or the prevention of apoptosis in cortical neurons under neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

通过对采自广西24个县(市)的1 147份青藓科植物标本的逐一鉴定及相关文献的查阅,确认有广西青藓科植物11属、44种,其中包括广西青藓科植物新记录属1属,即拟异叶藓属(Pseudokindbergia),新记录种7种,分别为匐枝青藓(Brachythecium procumbens)、阔叶尖喙藓(Oxyrrhynchium latifolium)、泛生尖喙藓(O. vagans)、拟异叶藓(Pseudokindbergia dumosa)、华东细喙藓(Rhynchostegiella sinensis)、长肋拟青藓(Sciurohypnum populeum)和弯叶拟青藓(S. reflexum)。该文提供了修订后的广西青藓科植物名录,并对其中的新记录属、种的主要形态学识别特征、生境和地理分布等进行了详细描述。  相似文献

Four phenolic amides, dihydro-N-caffeoyltyramine (1), trans-N-feruloyloctopamine (2), trans-N -caffeoyltyramine (3), and cis-N-caffeoyltyramine (4), were isolated from an ethyl acetate extract of the root bark of Lycium chinense Miller. All had an anti-fungal effect; compounds 1-3 were potent at 5-10 microg ml(-1) and were without hemolytic activity against human erythrocyte cells. Compound 4 was active at 40 microg ml(-1). All four compounds impeded the dimorphic transition of pathogen, Candida albicans.  相似文献
