研究了 0~ 2 0 0mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali(耐盐 )和Peta(盐敏感 )根系、叶片和叶绿体中Na 、K 和Cl-含量的变化及其与叶片光合作用的关系。结果表明 :随着NaCl胁迫时间和浓度的增加 ,供试 2个品种在根、叶片和叶绿体中Na 、Cl-含量增加 ,K 含量下降。耐盐品种体内Na 、Cl-含量增加或K 含量减少的幅度小于盐敏感品种。在 2 0 0mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下盐敏感品种根、叶片和叶绿体中的Na /K 分别是耐盐品种的 2 0 8%、30 8%和 2 97%。与Na 相比 ,耐盐品种根系对K 的吸收和向叶片运输的选择性 (SK ,Na)较强。但在经过0、10 0和 2 0 0mmol/L的NaCl处理后 2个品种叶绿体中的Na /K 均高于叶片 (SK ,Na均小于 1)。盐胁迫下水稻叶绿体中Na 、Cl-含量和Na /K 与叶片净光合速率呈极显著负相关。  相似文献

江苏野生大豆的耐盐性和离子在体内的分布及选择性运输   总被引:26,自引:4,他引:22  
以相对发芽率和出苗率为指标比较了3个野生大豆(Glycine soja)种群的耐盐性,测定了NaCl胁迫下2个耐盐性不同的野生大豆种群(江苏野生大豆,JWS,耐盐;N23232,盐敏感)植株根、茎和叶片中Na^+、K^+和Cl^-含量的变化。结果表明,JWS的耐盐性最强,盐胁迫抑制野生大豆幼苗生长,使其干物质积累量减少,根冠比上升,对耐盐性弱的N23232抑制作用大于耐盐性强的JWS,不同器官离子含量测定结果表明,盐胁迫下野生大豆茎部Na^+含量最高,耐盐的JWS根系具有积累Na^+和Cl^-的能力,叶片Na^+、Cl含量较低,而盐敏感种群N23232根系中:Na^+、Cl^-含量低于耐盐种群JWS,叶片中Na^+、Cl^-含量则高于JWS,JWS根系对K^+、Na^+吸收的选择性(selectivity ratio,SK,Na)和N23232没有明显差异;但叶片和茎运输的SK,Na明显高于N23232,使地上部K^+/Na^+较高,因此认为野生大豆根系对Na^+、Cl^-的积累及K^+向地上部运输的选择性高是其耐盐性强的主要原因。  相似文献

硅改善盐胁迫下库拉索芦荟生长和离子吸收与分布   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Si2.0mmol/L处理明显缓解NaCl 100、200mmol/L胁迫120d对库拉索芦荟(Aloevera)生长的抑制作用。Si可显著降低NaCl胁迫下芦荟植株中的Na^+和Cl^-含量,提高K^+含量,从而显著降低K^+/Na^+,促进根对K^+的选择性吸收(ASK,Na)和K^+向地上部的选择性运输(TSK,Na),以维持植株体内的离子稳态。根系和叶片横切面的X-射线能谱微区分析结果进一步证实了这一结果。Si改善盐胁迫下芦荟对K^+的选择性吸收和运输的机制之一是通过显著提高盐胁迫下芦荟根细胞质膜H^+ATPase、液泡膜H^+-ATPase和液泡膜H^+-PPase的活性。  相似文献

以耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali(耐盐)和Peta(盐敏感)为材料,研究了叶绿体中保护系统对盐胁迫的响应。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫时间的增加,供试两品种叶绿体中H2O2和MDA含量增加,耐盐品种Pokkali增加的幅度明显小于盐敏感品种Peta;NaCl胁迫下叶绿体内的SOD活性下降,APX、GR活性和.ASA、GSH含量均为先升后降,耐盐品种Pokkali下降的幅度小于Peta。在200mmol/L NaCl胁迫过程中,Pokkali叶绿体内SOD、APX、GR活性和ASA、GSH含量均高于Peta,说明在NaCl胁迫下耐盐品种叶绿体内清除活性氧的能力强于盐敏感品种。  相似文献

以盐敏感小麦品种鲁麦15为材料,分别用完全Hoagland营养液、150mmol/L NaCl和150mmol/L NaCl 10mmol/L海藻糖处理小麦幼苗,测定小麦幼苗生长、离子含量、根系质膜H^ -ATPase、SOD活性、MDA含量等指标,旨在探讨外源海藻糖在抗盐性中的作用。结果表明:外源海藻糖可明显缓解盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的抑制作用;明显提高NaCl胁迫条件下小麦幼苗叶片中K^ 的含量,降低Na^ 的含量,降低其Na^ /K^ ;提高NaCl胁迫条件下小麦幼苗SOD活性,降低MDA的含量,降低细胞质膜透性,缓解根系质膜H^ -ATPase活性抑制。以上结果表叫外源海藻糖可能通过增加活性氧清除能力、缓解质膜伤害、维持胞质离子稳态提高植物抗盐性。  相似文献

用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)植株后,测定并比较老叶、幼叶及根部的无机离子含量和对K的选择性,叶片及根部的Na^ 、Cl^-含量随盐度的增加而升高,且累积趋势相似,盐胁迫下根部Na^ 、Cl^-及总离子含量(K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 ,NO3^-,Cl^-)明显低于叶片,说明盐地碱蓬地盐胁迫下,以叶片优先积累大量离子(如Na^ ,Cl^-) 为其适应特征。NaCl处理下,叶片的K^ ,Ca^2 含量低于对照,但随盐度的增加保持相对稳定,而根部K^ 含量,K/Na比、对K的选择性则高于叶片,这对盐胁迫下地上部的K^ 亏缺有一定补偿作用。低盐度处理(100mmol/LNaCl)促进NO3^-的吸收,另外随盐度的增加,叶片渗透势下降,渗透调节能力增强,幼叶渗透势低于老叶,但渗透调节能力相同。  相似文献

盐分和水分胁迫对菊芋幼苗离子吸收及叶片酶活性的影响   总被引:21,自引:1,他引:20  
采用砂培试验,用不同浓度的NaCl和等渗PEG6000(聚乙二醇6000,渗透势约为-0.44MPa)处理生长20d的菊芋幼苗,3d后分别测定其根、茎、叶中的Na^ 、K^ 、Cl^-含量以及叶片SOD、POD活性。结果表明,在NaCl和PEG胁迫下,根、茎、叶的Na^ 、Cl^-含量不断升高,而K^ 含量保持稳定。其中,茎中Na^ 含量高于根和叶。NaCl胁迫下,根、茎、叶的SX、Na值随胁迫强度的增加而递增,茎中SK、Na值小于根和叶。随着NaCl胁迫强度的增加,菊芋幼苗叶片的SOD和POD活性先上升后下降;PEG处理下,SOD活性分别高于对照和等渗NaCl处理31.1%和27.1%;而POD活性却分别低于对照和等渗NaCl处理26.0%和36.1%。  相似文献

用不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理滨藜(Atriplex undulata)植株后发现:100mmol/L NaCl促进滨藜地上部及根部生物量积累,高于100mmol/l NaCl,抑制其生长。各部位的Na^ 和Cl^-含量随着NaCl浓度的升高明显增加。NaCl处理下,叶片的Na^ 和Cl^-含量高于根部,幼叶高于老叶,且叶片的K^ (除500mmol/L NaCl处理的老叶外),根部的K^ 、Ca^2 和NO3^-无显著变化。叶片的Na/K比随NaCl浓度的升高而增加,但较高浓度时下降(在老叶中)或维持稳定(在幼叶中)。随着处理浓度的增加,各部位对K^ 的选择性(相对于Na^ )增加,渗透调节能力增强,渗透势降低。另外,还讨论了滨藜对盐渍生境的适应特征。  相似文献

利用网室盆栽实验,研究不同浓度的NaCl(100-400mmol·L^-1)胁迫对罗布麻(Apocynum venetum)生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,100mmol·L^-1NaCl处理显著降低了罗布麻植株的鲜重,但对其干重影响不大;随着盐浓度继续增加,罗布麻鲜重和干重显著下降。在盐胁迫下,罗布麻叶片内的丙二醛含量、电解质渗漏率、根部和地上部Na^+的含量明显增加,K^+的含量随着盐离子浓度的增加而降低。盐胁迫显著降低了地上部Ca^2+的含量,而对根部Ca^2+的含量没有影响。植株K^+/Na^+和Ca^2+/Na^+比值随着盐胁迫强度的增加而降低。盐胁迫显著促进了罗布麻根部对K^+和Ca^2+的选择性吸收及对K^+的选择性运输。当NaCl浓度小于或等于200mmol·L^-1时,随着盐离子浓度的增加,罗布麻叶片内的脯氨酸和可溶性糖积累显著增加,而当NaCl浓度大于200mmol·L^-1时,这2种有机溶质含量显著下降。总体上,罗布麻通过积累无机离子、合成有机溶质及维持较高的K^+、Ca^2+选择性吸收和运输来适应一定浓度(≤200mmol·L^-1NaCl)的盐胁迫。  相似文献

以2年生的流苏播种苗为材料,采用不同浓度(50、100、200、300 mmol·L^-1)NaCl溶液进行胁迫处理,研究盐胁迫对流苏的生长、Na^+和K^+分布格局、渗透调节物质的影响,以明确其耐盐阈值。结果表明:(1)随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加,流苏幼苗生长量逐渐降低,盐害指数升高、存活率下降;幼苗耐盐阈值为98.693 mmol·L^-1(0.577%W/V)。(2)随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加,流苏幼苗各器官中的Na^+含量持续增加,并在浓度为50 mmol·L^-1时表现为根>叶>茎,在其余各处理组表现为叶>根>茎;幼苗根、叶中的K^+含量表现为先增后减的变化趋势,茎中K^+含量总体表现为下降趋势,且器官中K^+含量表现为根>叶>茎;幼苗根部到茎部和茎部到叶部的离子选择性运输能力、各器官中的K^+/Na^+比值均呈下降趋势。(3)随着NaCl浓度的增加,流苏幼苗叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量总体呈上升趋势,其脯氨酸含量呈先上升后下降的趋势。研究发现,流苏幼苗根系可通过对Na^+的吸收和累积来阻止其向地上部运输进而避免盐害发生;叶片和茎中通过提高对K^+的选择性吸收和累积,从而增大K^+/Na^+比值以减缓盐分对其生理代谢的伤害。  相似文献

A sand culture experiment was conducted to answer the question whether or not exogenous KNO(3) can alleviate adverse effects of salt stress in winter wheat by monitoring plant growth, K(+)/Na(+) accumulation and the activity of some antioxidant enzymes. Seeds of two wheat cultivars (CVs), DK961 (salt-tolerant) and JN17 (salt-sensitive), were planted in sandboxes and controls germinated and raised with Hoagland nutrient solution (6 mM KNO(3), no NaCl). Experimental seeds were exposed to seven modified Hoagland solutions containing increased levels of KNO(3) (11, 16, 21 mM) or 100 mM NaCl in combination with the four KNO(3) concentrations (6, 11, 16 and 21 mM). Plants were harvested 30 d after imbibition, with controls approximately 22 cm in height. Both CVs showed significant reduction in plant height, root length and dry weight of shoots and roots under KNO(3) or NaCl stress. However, the combination of increased KNO(3) and NaCl alleviated symptoms of the individual salt stresses by improving growth of shoots and roots, reducing electrolyte leakage, malondialdehyde and soluble sugar contents and enhancing the activities of antioxidant enzymes. The salt-tolerant cultivar accumulated more K(+) in both shoots and roots compared with the higher Na(+) accumulation typical for the salt-sensitive cultivar. Soluble sugar content and activities of antioxidant enzymes were found to be more stable in the salt-tolerant cultivar. Our findings suggest that the optimal K(+)/Na(+) ratio of the nutrient solution should be 16:100 for both the salt-tolerant and the salt-sensitive cultivar under the experimental conditions used, and that the alleviation of NaCl stress symptoms through simultaneously applied elevated KNO(3) was more effective in the salt-tolerant than in the salt-sensitive cultivar.  相似文献

High Na+ and Cl- concentrations in soil cause hyperionic and hyperosmotic stress effects, the consequence of which can be plant demise. Ion-specific stress effects of Na+ and Cl- on seedlings of cultivated (Glycine max (L.) Merr) and wild soybean (Glycine soja Sieb. Et Zucc.) were evaluated and compared in isoosmotic solutions of Cl-, Na+ and NaCl. Results showed that under NaCl stress, Cl- was more toxic than Na+ to seedlings of G. max. Injury of six G. max cultivars, including 'Jackson' (salt sensitive) and 'Lee 68' (salt tolerant), was positively correlated with the content of Cl- in the leaves, and negatively with that in the roots. In subsequent research, seedlings of two G. max cultivars (salt-tolerant Nannong 1138-2, and salt-sensitive Zhongzihuangdou-yi) and two G. soja populations (BB52 and N23232) were subjected to isoosmotic solutions of 150mM Na+, Cl- and NaCl, respectively. G. max cv. Nannong 1138-2 and Zhongzihuangdou-yi were damaged much more heavily in the solution of Cl- than in that of Na+. Their Leaves were found to be more sensitive to Cl- than to Na+, and salt tolerance of these two G. max cultivars was mainly due to successful withholding of Cl- in the roots and stems to decrease its content in the leaves. The reverse response to isoosmotic stress of 150 mM Na+ and Cl- was shown in G. soja populations of BB52 and N23232; their leaves were not as susceptible to toxicity of Cl- as that of Na+. Salt tolerance of BB52 and N23232 was mainly due to successful withholding of Na+ in the roots and stems to decrease its content in the leaves. These results indicate that G. soja have advantages over G. max in those traits associated with the mechanism of Cl-tolerance, such as its withholding in roots and vacuoles of leaves. It is possible to use G. soja to improve the salt tolerance of G. max.  相似文献

采用NaCl根际处理和叶面饲喂^22Na方法,研究了野生大豆(Glycine soja)——耐盐的BB52、盐敏感的N23232和栽培大豆(Glycine max)——较耐盐的Lee68幼苗在盐胁迫及解除过程中对Na^ 、Cl^-的吸收和再转运。结果表明,在NaCl根际处理12h过程中,BB52和Lee68幼苗根对Na^ 、Cl^-吸收和向茎、叶的运输逐渐增加,10h时趋于稳定,Na^ 、Cl^-含量高低顺序是根>茎>叶。但N23232的Na^ 、Cl^-含量则是茎>根>叶。在用NaCl对根处理10h后再解除NaCl处理的0~36h内,BB52吸收的Na^ 、Cl^-较多地留于根部或转运至根茎过渡区,叶中较少。N23232吸收的Na^ 较多地转运至茎部,而Cl^-含量在幼苗各部分无差异。叶片饲喂^22Na 10h后,BB52吸收^22Na较N23232多,并较多地向根部运输。从离子再转运角度讨论了BB52的耐盐性。  相似文献

NaCl胁迫7d明显抑制了两种南瓜——黑籽南瓜(Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche.)和白籽南瓜(Cucurbita moschata Duch.)幼苗地上部和根系的生长,使地上部相对含水量明显下降。随NaCl胁迫浓度(150、300和500mmol/L)的提高,两种南瓜幼苗根、茎和叶片中Na^+含量明显增加,K^+含量明显下降。Na^+和K^+含量在两个南瓜品种各器官中的分布规律分别是:根〉茎〉叶片和茎〉叶片〉根。NaCl胁迫后黑籽南瓜根、茎和叶片Na^+含量远低于白籽南瓜,而叶片游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和地上部相对含水量明显高于白籽南瓜。表明两者在渗透调节方式、离子的吸收和运输能力上有差异,黑籽南瓜耐盐性较强。  相似文献

采用日立Z 80 0 0原子吸收分光光度计测Na 、K 含量 ,采用不连续蔗糖梯度离心分离质膜和液泡膜微囊。递增盐度和盐冲击处理下 ,耐盐品种德抗 96 1的SK ,Na(吸收 ) 值和SK ,Na(运输 ) 值均明显大于盐敏感品种鲁麦 15 ;德抗 96 1根部和鲁麦 15根茎结合部Na 含量均呈递增趋势 ,表现出累积效应 ;德抗 96 1根细胞质膜微囊和液泡膜微囊H ATP酶活性均明显大于鲁麦15 ,鲁麦 15根茎结合部液泡膜微囊H ATP酶活性大于德抗 96 1,在同一品种的植株里 ,盐冲击的根和根茎结合部细胞质膜微囊和液泡膜微囊H ATP酶活性均小于递增盐度的酶活性。小麦拒Na 部位细胞质膜和液泡膜H ATP酶活性与其耐盐性强弱成正相关  相似文献

Salinised (150 mM NaCl for 15 d) roots excised from salt sensitive wheat cultivar Giza 163 showed about 15-fold increase in the ratio of Na/K while salt tolerant Sakha 92 exhibited only 7.5-fold increase compared to their control ratios. Root ratio of saturated/unsaturated fatty acids was stimulated twice in the sensitive cultivar versus 1.7-fold increase in the tolerant ones. Salinity enhanced greatly the accumulation of spermine (Spm) and spermidine (Spd) contents associated with a decrease in putrescine (Put) content in both wheat cultivars. Higher ratios of Spm+Spd/Put associated with lower content of proline and low ethylene evolution were detected in shoots and roots of salt tolerant cultivar. Chlorophyll a/b ratio showed an increase from 1.3 in control of both cultivars to 1.6 and 1.4 in stressed Giza 163 and Sakha 92, respectively. A reduced Hill reaction activity (19 %) was observed in stressed chloroplasts isolated from leaves of the tolerant cultivar versus 40 % inhibition in the sensitive ones. Moreover, chloroplasts isolated from stressed leaves of the sensitive cultivar showed about 25 % reduction in fluorescence emission at 685 nm as well as shifts in the peaks in the visible region.  相似文献

The differential responses of the wheat cultivars Shi4185 and Yumai47 to salinity were studied. The higher sensitivity of Yumai47 to salinity was linked to a greater growth reduction under salt stress, compared to more salt-tolerant Shi4185. Salinity increased the Na+, proline and superoxide anion radical (O2 ?) contents in both cultivars. Leaf Na+ content increased less in the more salt-tolerant cultivar Shi4185 than salt-sensitive Yumai47. The proline content increased more significantly in Shi4185 than Yumai47; on the contrary, superoxide anion radical content increased less in Shi4185 than Yumai47. This data indicated that wheat salinity tolerance can be increased by controlling Na+ transport from the root to shoot, associated with higher osmotic adjustment capability and antioxidant activity. Although salinity increased aldehyde oxidase (AO) activity and abscisic acid (ABA) content in the leaves and roots of both cultivars following the addition of NaCl to the growth medium, AO and ABA increased more in the salt-sensitive cultivar Yumai47 than the more salt-tolerant cultivar Shi4185. Xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) activity in the leaves of both cultivars increased with increasing concentrations of NaCl; however, leaf XDH activity increased more significantly in Yumai47 than Shi4185. Root XDH activity in Shi4185 decreased with increasing NaCl concentrations, whereas salinity induced an increased root XDH activity in Yumai47. The involvement of AO and XDH enzymatic activities and altered ABA content in the response mechanisms of wheat to salinity are discussed herein.  相似文献

研究了外源GSH对盐胁迫下耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali(耐盐)和Peta(盐敏感)叶绿体中抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量的影响.结果表明:盐胁迫下,外源GSH可以提高水稻叶绿体中活性氧清除系统中SOD、APX、GR的活性以及AsA、GSH的含量,降低叶绿体中H2O2和MDA的含量,从而降低了叶绿体膜脂过氧化的水平,缓解盐胁迫对叶绿体膜的伤害.外源GSH对盐胁迫下盐敏感品种Peta叶绿体中上述指标增加或减少的幅度大于耐盐品种Pokkali.  相似文献

以黄瓜为材料,研究了外源硅(K2SiO3 1.0mmol/L)对NaCl(50mmol/L)胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶绿体中Na^+、K^+向叶绿体分配及活性氧清除系统的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下硅处理使叶绿体在K^+与Na^+之间选择性吸收K^+,从而降低了叶绿体内Na^+的含量;同时Si处理可以显著降低盐胁迫下叶绿体中过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)的活性及抗坏血酸(ASA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。说明Si不仅能降低叶绿体对Na^+的选择吸收,还能增强叶绿体活性氧清除系统清除活性氧的能力,缓解盐胁迫对叶绿体膜的伤害。  相似文献
