NaCl胁迫对马齿苋光合作用及叶绿素荧光特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以马齿苋为材料,采用温室盆栽法研究了14 d NaCl胁迫处理对其幼苗生长、光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性的影响.结果显示:(1)马齿苋幼苗的鲜重和株高在25 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫时与对照无显著差异,但其随着NaCl浓度的继续增加均显著降低,且其生物量受到的抑制早于株高.(2) NaCl胁迫下,马齿苋幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)降低,胞间二氧化碳浓度(C1)增大,且两者的变化幅度随着NaCl浓度增加而增大.(3)NaCl胁迫下,马齿苋幼苗叶片的初始荧光(F0)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、恒态荧光(Fs)、恒态荧光与初始荧光差值(△F0)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)和PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均降低,叶片光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP)也在NaCl胁迫下降低,而非光化学荧光猝灭系数(NPQ)则上升;在0~50 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下,幼苗叶片各荧光参数下降幅度小于其他高浓度NaCl胁迫.研究表明,在NaCl胁迫条件下,马齿苋幼苗叶片的光合作用受光抑制伤害,但在低浓度NaCl下能够较多地将光能用于光化学反应,光抑制程度较低,保持了较高的净光合速率,明显减轻盐胁迫对植株生长的影响,表现出一定的耐盐性.  相似文献

在温室条件下采用盆栽法,研究了50mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下5个不同浓度外源NO供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对长春花(Catharanthus roseus)幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光的影响。结果表明:(1)鲜重和干重均在S2(50mmol·L-1NaCl+0.1mmol·L-1SNP)处理下达到最高,分别较对照S0(50mmol·L-1NaCl)显著增加18.8%和13.9%。叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素与生物量相似,均在S2处理下含量最高,但它们均与S0无显著差异,叶绿素a/b变化较为复杂。(2)0.1mmol·L-1SNP缓解盐胁迫对PSⅡ反应中心的破坏效果最好,显著提高50mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下长春花幼苗叶片的可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、实际光化学效率(φPSⅡ)和光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP),降低了初始荧光(Fo)、非光化学荧光猝灭系数(qN)。综上所述,0.1mmol·L-1SNP能够通过降低盐胁迫对叶绿素的降解和对PSⅡ反应中心的破坏,促进幼苗生长,提高对50mmol·...  相似文献

以菜豆幼苗作为试验材料,分析了NaCl胁迫下交替呼吸对叶绿素含量以及叶绿素荧光特性变化特征的影响,以探讨交替呼吸途径在逆境下的生理学作用以及植物在盐胁迫下光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的调节作用机制。结果表明:(1)随着NaCl胁迫浓度(0、100、200、300mmol/L)的增高,菜豆幼苗叶片叶绿素含量显著下降,叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)潜在最大光化学量子效率(Fv/Fm)、光适应下最大光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)、PSⅡ光适应下实际光化学效率[Y(Ⅱ)]和光化学荧光猝灭(qP)与对照相比均显著性下降,而非光化学猝灭(NPQ)较对照组显著增加,同时交替呼吸容量在NaCl胁迫下也显著上升。(2)与单独NaCl胁迫相比,在NaCl胁迫下施加交替呼吸的抑制剂水杨基氧肟酸(SHAM)会导致菜豆幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、Y(Ⅱ)和qP进一步显著下降、NPQ进一步显著增加。研究认为,NaCl胁迫导致菜豆叶片光系统Ⅱ光化学效率下降和光能耗散增加,交替呼吸途径可有效缓解NaCl胁迫下菜豆叶绿素含量的减少以及光系统Ⅱ光化学反应效率的下降。  相似文献

采用营养液栽培,研究了外源亚精胺对50mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗植株生长、叶片叶绿素含量、光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数(PSⅡ光化学效率)的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫显著降低了黄瓜植株生长量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)(P<0.05),但对PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭(qP)、有效光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)、非光化学淬灭(qN)和PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)无显著影响(P>0.05);外源亚精胺显著提高了盐胁迫下黄瓜植株生长量、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度,增加了ФPSⅡ、qP、Fv′/Fm′,降低了qN(P<0.05);外源亚精胺对Fv/Fm影响不显著(P>0.05)。外源施加亚精胺可增强盐胁迫下黄瓜植株的光合能力,主要是由于减弱了盐胁迫对植株的气孔限制,但对PSⅡ实际光化学效率影响较小,且叶面喷施比根施处理对改善盐胁迫下植株的生长和光合作用更有效。  相似文献

以黄瓜品种‘中农203号’幼苗为试材,采用水培法研究了根际施用0.05、0.10和0.50 mmol/L水杨酸对黄瓜幼苗叶片PSⅡ活性和光能分配的影响,以探讨水杨酸对光合作用的调节机制。结果显示:黄瓜幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)、荧光参数和光能分配对水杨酸的响应存在明显的浓度依赖性。0.05和0.10 mmol/L水杨酸处理提高了叶片PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学猝灭系数(qP),降低了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ),使PSⅡ吸收光能中分配于光化学反应的能量增加,进而提高了Pn,并以0.10 mmol/L水杨酸施用效果最明显,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01);而0.50 mmol/L水杨酸处理降低了ΦPSⅡ、Fv/Fm等,使光能分配于热耗散和荧光耗散的比例升高,导致Pn下降。研究表明,水杨酸对黄瓜叶片光合的正负调节作用与浓度依存下的PSⅡ活性和光能分配改变有关。  相似文献

采用营养液栽培,研究了低氧(营养液溶氧浓度为0.9~1.1 mg·L-1)胁迫下黄瓜幼苗光合作用热耗散与叶黄素循环的关系.结果表明:低氧胁迫下,黄瓜叶片PSⅡ的实际光化学效率(φPSⅡ)、饱和光强下的净光合速率(Pn)、表观量子效率(AQY)和PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均显著降低,表明黄瓜植株的光合作用受到了光抑制;同时,光化学猝灭系数(qp)降低,而热耗散(NPQ)和天线耗散能量(D)的比值显著升高,说明黄瓜叶片热耗散增强;NPQ与叶黄素脱环氧化状态(DEPS)呈显著正相关,且两者均被抗坏血酸(AsA)所促进,被二硫苏糖醇(DTT)所抑制,说明低氧胁迫下,叶黄素循环是黄瓜植株光合作用热耗散的主要途径.  相似文献

以甜瓜品种‘哈密绿’为试验材料,采用基质栽培方式,研究了10~200μmol·L-1外源水杨酸(SA)对镉胁迫(100mg·L-1 Cd2+)下甜瓜幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以探讨外源SA调控Cd2+胁迫伤害的可行性。结果显示:Cd2+胁迫能显著影响甜瓜幼苗的生长和相关光合指标。适宜浓度外源SA能不同程度缓解甜瓜幼苗所受Cd2+胁迫伤害,并以100μmol·L-1 SA处理效果最好,其显著促进了幼苗生长,提高了叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs),以及PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ天线转化效率(Fv′/Fm′)、实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)、光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP)和光化学反应能量(P);显著降低了初始荧光(F0)、非光化学荧光猝灭系数(NPQ)、天线热耗散能量(D)和非光化学反应耗散能量(E)。研究表明,外源SA缓解甜瓜幼苗Cd2+胁迫伤害具有剂量效应,以100μmol·L-1 SA的效果最好,有利于甜瓜幼苗在Cd2+胁迫下光合作用的维持,提高光合电子传递效率和对光能的捕获与转换,降低Cd2+胁迫对植物的损伤,从而促进生长。  相似文献

一定浓度范围内的外源Ca2 能够减轻NaCl胁迫下杂交酸模(Rumex K-1)叶片的光抑制程度,其中浓度为8 mmol/L时效果最强.Ca2 增加NaCl胁迫下杂交酸模叶片光化学猝灭系数(qP)、PSⅡ反应中心光能捕获效率(Fv‘/Fm‘)和PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ) ,降低QB-非还原性反应中心的相对含量.此外,Ca2 还能降低 NaCl胁迫下叶片的渗透势、增加可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸的含量,而对叶片水势无明显影响. 探讨了Ca2 减轻NaCl胁迫下杂交酸模叶片光抑制程度的可能机理.  相似文献

本文研究了外源6-BA对低温胁迫下茄子幼苗光合作用、叶绿素荧光参数和能量分配的影响。结果表明,外源6.BA显著增加了低温胁迫下茄子叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(t)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(c1);同时外源6-BA明显提高了低温胁迫下茄子幼苗叶片的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(R/Fo)、PSII天线转化效率(FvFm)、实际光化学效率(φpsⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(g,)和光化学反应能量(P),降低了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)、天线热耗散能量(D),对非光化学反应耗散能量(E)无明显影响。表明外源6-BA处理通过促进低温胁迫下茄子幼苗光合作用,提高光合电子传递效率,从而保护光合系统,降低低温胁迫对植物的损伤。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
