华山新麦草和鹅观草属两个种间物种生物学研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
通过华山新麦草(2n=14,NN)和鹅观草属的两个种(纤毛鹅观草(2n=28 SY)和鹅观草(2n=42 SHY)属间杂交,两个组合均得到生长健壮的植株。杂种F1形态上均为双亲的中间型。纤毛鹅观草X华山新麦草和鹅观草X华山新麦草杂种F1染色体配对构型分别为:20.73I+0.318Ⅱ,24.801Ⅰ+1.57Ⅱ+0.012Ⅲ。后期Ⅰ均出现多极分离。两个组合均发现减数分裂过程异常现象。两个组合染色体  相似文献

作者清理采自中国南部大戟科标本过程,发现一些需增补的分类群,现报道其中2个新种:分布于广东封开县的印禅铁苋菜Acalyphawui和印禅三宝木Trigonostemonwui;2个新纪录种:分布于云南勐海县的短序白桐树Claoxylonsubsessiliflorum和生长于海南南沙群岛的南沙大戟Euphorbiareniformis;1个近代生长于广东、贵州和四川的归化种-桃叶猩猩草Euphorbiaheterophylla,而将依据四川渡口的标本命名的柳叶大戟E.epilibiifolia作为它的新异名.  相似文献

本文报道虫囊菌属(Laboulbenia)2个新种,中国新记录种及新记录变种各1个:海南虫囊菌(L.hainanensis Ye et Y.H.Shen sp.nov.)寄生于齿负泥虫[Lema eoromandeliana (Fabricius)],福建虫囊菌(L.fujianensis Ye sp.nov.)寄生于长唇步甲属(Dolichoctissp.),蠕形虫囊菌(L.vermiiormis Balazuc)寄生于锯缘步甲(Peripristus alter Cast.),瘤壳虫囊菌婆罗洲变种(L.thyreopteri Thaxt.var.borneensis Thaxt.)寄生于四斑长唇步甲[Dolichoctis tetraspilotus(Macheay)]。 本文所研究的全部标本都保存于广东省微生物研究所。  相似文献

A new species and two new Chinese records in the genus Ulocladium from soil are reported. New species is Ulocladium leve, and the new records are U. alternariae and U. consortiale. Latin diagnosis of the new species is presented. Holotype specimen (dried culture) of the new species and dried cultures of two new records are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).  相似文献

The genus Pseudozyma is ustilaginomycetous anamorphic yeasts, and are mainly isolated from plants. We isolated three Pseudozyma strains from the blood of patients in Thailand. While one isolate was identified as P. antarctica by rDNA sequence analysis, the other two were considered to be new species and were named P. parantarctica and P. thailandica. The three isolates proved to be resistant to 5-flucytosine, and P. thailandica was also resistant to fluconazole and itraconazole. As far as we know, this is the first isolation of Pseudozyma strains from humans. The two new species are described.  相似文献

In order to get a thorough understanding of the Characeae, the specimens collected from Guangxi and Gansu were identified. The result shows that the two provinces, especially Guangxi, are abundant in this family. In this paper, however, reported are only new species, new varieties and new records of Chara in China. They are Chara vernicosa sp. nov. C. globularis var. inflata var. nov. and C. howe-ana var. subgymnophylla var. nov., C. brionica stapf and C. calveraensis comb. nov.  相似文献

根据子囊果在寄主组织中的位置、生态学特性和松针上线纹有无等特点,将中国东北红松(Pinns koraiensis Sieb et Zucc.)上的散斑壳(Lophodermium Chev.)鉴定为5个种,其中2个新种:寄生散斑壳(Lophodermium parasiticum B. Z.He et Yang),大散斑壳(L.maximumB.Z.He et Yang);3个为我国新记录种:光亮散斑壳(L.nitens Darker)、偃松散斑壳(L.pini-pumilae Sawada)和乔松散斑壳(L.pini-excelsae Abmad)。引起红松落针病的病原菌主要是大散斑壳,其次是寄生散斑壳。  相似文献

Based on herbarium and field observations, we confirm the generic delimitation of Holcoglossum and present a new infrageneric system for the genus. Our work supports Holcoglossum as a natural group including H. amesianum (Rchb.f.) Christenson and H. subulifolium (Rchb.f.) Christenson. The new infrageneric system of Holcoglossum includes two subgenera: Holcoglossum subgen. Brachycentron subgen. nov. and Holcoglossum subgen. Holcoglossum , the latter comprising two new sections, Holcoglossum sect. Holcoglossum and Holcoglossum sect.
