羽叶千里光不同部位提取物的抗氧化活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:比较研究羽叶千里光根、茎、叶和花四个部位甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性.方法:采用索式提取法分别对羽叶千里光根、茎、叶和花进行甲醇提取;采用分光光度法测定提取物对二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH)清除能力及其在β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系中的抗氧化活性.结果:羽叶千里光叶甲醇提取物对DPPH的清除能力最强,其次为茎、花、根.在β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系中,羽叶千里光抗氧化作用强弱依次为叶、茎、根、花.结论:羽叶千里光四个部位甲醇提取物均有抗氧化活性.其中,叶甲醇提取物的抗氧化能力最强.  相似文献

银胶菊叶和花提取物对南方根结线虫的毒杀活性比较   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为进一步明确银胶菊(Parthenium hysterophorus L.)的杀线虫活性,对银胶菊叶和花的不同溶剂提取物、甲醇提取物的不同萃取物以及甲醇提取物碱水层的不同极性组分对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood)的杀虫活性进行了检测,并对不同提取物、萃取物和萃取组分进行了生物碱的定性分析.结果表明:银胶菊叶和花的蒸馏水、甲醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取物的得率分别为24.5%和20.3%、19.6%和10.9%、6.8%和7.7%、2.0%和2.7%,其中,叶和花的蒸馏水和甲醇提取物的杀线虫活性均较强,而石油醚提取物的杀线虫活性最弱.用质量体积分数1.0%和0.5%的叶和花蒸馏水提取物分别处理24和48 h后试虫的校正死亡率均达到100.00%;用质量体积分数1.0%和0.5%的叶和花甲醇提取物处理48 h,试虫的校正死亡率均大于90%.叶和花甲醇提取物的碱水层、三氯甲烷Ⅰ层和Ⅱ层萃取物均具有一定的杀线虫活性,其中,用质量体积分数1.0%的花和叶碱水层萃取物以及花的三氯甲烷Ⅰ层萃取物分别处理48 h,试虫的校正死亡率均为100.00%,而三氯甲烷Ⅱ层萃取物的杀线虫活性最弱.银胶菊叶和花甲醇提取物碱水层的11个不同极性组分(A1~A11)也表现出不同程度的杀线虫活性,其中,用质量体积分数0.2%和0.1%花的A2[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶V(甲醇)=10∶1]和A7[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶v甲醇)=1∶1]组分以及叶的A2和A6[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶V(甲醇)=2∶1]组分处理48 h后,试虫的校正死亡率均达100.00%,显著高于其他组分.定性实验结果表明:银胶菊叶和花中具有杀线虫活性的提取物、萃取物和萃取组分中均含有生物碱.研究结果说明:银胶菊花的杀线虫活性高于叶片,其毒杀活性不仅与提取部位及溶剂的种类和极性有关,还与提取物浓度及作用时间等因素有关.  相似文献

三七叶、人参叶和西洋参叶其皂苷类成分相近,但专属性成分各异,皂苷类成分的分布比例也各不相同。本文建立了HPLC-UV法测定上述皂苷成分的方法,经过方法学考察,各种皂苷成分精密度好、加样回收率高,方法可靠。11种皂苷成分总含量顺序为:西洋参叶>人参叶>三七叶;二醇组皂苷成分含量:西洋参叶>三七叶>人参叶;三醇组皂苷成分含量:人参叶>西洋参叶>三七叶。西洋参叶中二醇组皂苷和人参叶中三醇组皂苷含量明显高于其他。西洋参叶中人参皂苷Rb3和Rd的含量之和占11种皂苷成分的60%以上。鉴于其中人参皂苷的高含量,三七叶、人参叶和西洋参叶应该作为皂苷来源得到充分利用;不同的皂苷成分有不同的药理活性,应基于它们的皂苷组成和比例选择性进行研究和开发。  相似文献

采用体外血浆复钙时间法,以维生素k1作为促凝血和灯盏花素作为抗凝血作用阳性对照,对玉蜀黍轴及苞叶石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物及玉蜀黍苞叶甲醇总浸膏对体外血浆复钙时间的影响进行测定。结果显示玉蜀黍轴正丁醇及苞叶乙酸乙酯提取物,均可显著缩短体外血浆复钙时间(P<0.001);玉蜀黍苞叶石油醚提取物可显著延长体外血浆复钙时间(P<0.001)。提示玉蜀黍轴正丁醇及苞叶乙酸乙酯提取物具有较好的促凝血活性,玉蜀黍苞叶石油醚提取物具有较好的抗凝作用。  相似文献

目的:探究磨盘草乙醇提取物和甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性。方法:检测磨盘草乙醇提取物和甲醇提取物清除DPPH自由基能力和还原Fe~(3+)能力,评价并对比不同提取方法所得物质的抗氧化活性。结果:磨盘草乙醇提取物和甲醇提取物对DPPH自由基均具有较强的清除作用和较显著的还原Fe~(3+)能力,且随着提取液质量浓度的增加而增强。结论:磨盘草乙醇提取物和甲醇提取物均具有较强的抗氧化活性且与浓度呈现良好的量效关系。在一定质量浓度下乙醇提取物清除DPPH·能力比甲醇提取物强,甲醇提取物的还原Fe~(3+)能力比乙醇提取物强。  相似文献

为了解绵萆薢(Dioscorea spongiosa)的化学成分,从其70%乙醇水溶液提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,经理化性质和波谱数据分析分别鉴定为:20(S)-人参皂苷Rh1(1)、人参皂苷Rg1(2)、人参皂苷Re(3)、三七皂苷R1(4)、人参皂苷Rd(5)、人参皂苷Rb1(6)、常青藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(7)和木通皂苷D(8)。化合物1、2、3、5和6为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物7和8为首次从薯蓣属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

为全面了解濒危植物半日花的价值,测定并比较半日花不同浓度的6种提取物药液对松材线虫的生物活性,选出有较强杀线虫活性的甲醇、乙醇及水提取物,系统研究了提取物种类、浓度和处理时间对松材线虫死亡率的影响。三因素方差分析表明,提取物种类(A)、处理浓度(B)和处理时间(C),三因素的互作效应(A×B×C)和双因素互作效应(A×B、A×C、B×C)对线虫的校正死亡率都有极显著影响。最佳药液处理为:水提取物在6mg.L-1浓度时与1d的作用组合和乙醇提取物在3mg.L-1浓度时与5d的组合,以上两种组合的校正死亡率均达到100%。比较水、乙醇提取物5d中的LC50值,确定水是提取活性物质的首选溶剂。  相似文献

三萜皂苷是三七、人参等重要药用植物的主要有效成分.采用改进的异硫氰酸胍法提取到三七RNA,经RT-PCR克隆技术获得三七三萜合成通路关键酶之一鲨烯合酶(squalene synthase, SS) cDNA,长1 270 bp,读码框架编码415个氨基酸.比对分析表明,推衍的三七SS氨基酸序列与人参、积雪草、青蒿、拟南芥和水稻SS的一致性分别为98%、89%、81%、78%和71%.利用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术对三七根、茎、芦头的SS转录表达研究发现,一年生三七根SS基因转录表达量最高,高于茎和芦头的表达;但总皂苷含量是:芦头>叶>根>茎.可能与SS之后其它三萜合成关键酶的活性差异或/和三萜合成后的定向输送及累积有关.  相似文献

本实验研究大孔吸附树脂从人参根提取物中富集、分离人参二醇类和人参三醇类皂甙的工艺条件及参数。用不同浓度的乙醇洗脱,使人参二醇类和三醇类皂甙实现富集分离,人参二醇类皂甙富集在80%乙醇洗脱液部分,人参三醇类皂甙富集在40%洗脱液部分。得到含量大于25%的人参三醇类皂甙,含量大于50%的人参二醇类皂甙,总皂甙洗脱率在91%以上。此法能够较好地分离、纯化人参二醇类和三醇类皂甙。  相似文献

我们研究了华中五味子的根、茎、叶、果实乙醇提取物对脂性自由基DPPH及超氧阴离子的清除作用,同时观察了四种不同提取物在体外对肿瘤细胞株的细胞毒作用。我们发现,华中五味子根的乙醇提取物清除自由基活性和对肿瘤细胞杀伤作用比茎、叶和果实的提取物都强,研究结果提示华中五味子的根可以作为抗氧化剂的新来源。  相似文献

Summary Six hundred and seventy microorganisms were screened for the ability to perform stereoselective aromatic hydroxylation reactions of industrial significance, using aniline as a model substrate. TLC and HPLC analyses with diode array detection were used to identify and characterize hydroxylase activities. Of 79 cultures belonging to the speciesAspergillus alliaceus, A. albertensis, andA. terreus, 26 strains produced 2-aminophenol. Thirty strains were able to hydroxylate aniline in thepara position. A locally isolated strain of Micromonospora sp. when grown on different natural cellulosic substrates gave the highest activity of carboxymethylcellulase (34 U/ml) and Avicelase (0.9 U/ml) on rice straw. Sugar cane bagasse was also a good substrate for growth and cellulase production. With commercial cellulosic substrates, highest carboxymethylcellulase (90 U/ml) and Avicelase (2.8 U/ml) activities were when the organism grew on xylan. Saccharification of sugar cane bagasse and rice straw by enzyme preparations of the organism grown on the respective substrates released 5.6 and 5.8 mg reducing sugar/ml. Summary Diploid hybrids between Hordeum chilense and three other species, namely H. vulgare, H. bulbosum and Secale cereale, are described together with the amphidiploid of H. chilensexH. vulgare. Both the diploid hybrid and the amphidiploid of H. chilensexH. vulgare were chromosomally unstable, H. chilensexH. bulbosum was less so, while H. chilensexS. cereale was stable. Differential amphiplasty was found in all combinations. No homoeologous pairing was found in the Hordeum hybrids but in H. chilensexS. cereale there was chromosome pairing both within the two genomes and between the genomes.  相似文献

Saline meadows in Goshen Bay, Utah County, Utah, USA, occur interspersed among large areas of salt playa. Springs irrigate these meadows which show concentric vegetational zones surrounding each spring. Each vegetational zone demonstrates its own unique dominant vascular plant species. The central zone is dominated primarily by Scirpus americanus, the middle zone by Eleocharis palustris and the outer zone by Juncus balticus, Distichlis spicata and Muhlenbergia asperifolia. As distance increases from the springs, pH and soluble salt concentration increase, while percent organic matter, percent moisture and phosphorus decrease. With the increase in salt levels and decrease in water levels, halophytic plant species generally increase with distance from the springs.  相似文献

A locally severe crown disease of exotic plantation Eucalyptus trees has been recorded periodically in New Zealand since 1986. Symptoms include leaf spots, petiole infection and twig and small branch lesions. Outbreaks of disease are episodic and individual trees may show marked variation in crown symptoms ranging from unaffected to total defoliation. Two previously unknown species of Phytophthora are associated with the disease. These are described and formally designated here as P. captiosa, from Eucalyptus botryoides and E. saligna; and P. fallax, from E. delegatensis, E. fastigata, E. nitens and E. regnans. Both P. captiosa and P. fallax have non-papillate, non-caducous sporangia and both are self-fertile. Phylogenetic analysis on the basis of ITS rDNA sequence data indicates they are closely related to each other but evolutionarily distant from the majority of described Phytophthora taxa. They share a common ancestor with another assemblage of Phytophthora lineages that includes P. insolita, P. macrochlamydospora and P. richardiae. Sporulation of P. captiosa and P. fallax has not been observed in the field. The mode of infection and spread of these non-caducous Phytophthora species in the eucalypt tree canopy remains unknown. This issue, and the possible geographic origins of these two Phytophthora species are discussed.  相似文献

Taxonomy of the genus Cristulariella is revised, retaining Cristulariella (Crist.) depraedans as the type. Two new species, Crist. cercidiphylli and Crist. corni, are additionally described under the genus. The new anamorphic genus Hinomyces is erected to accommodate Botrytis (Cristulariella) moricola and Cristulariella pruni. A new genus and species, Nervostroma depraedans, is erected in the Sclerotiniaceae to accommodate the teleomorph of Crist. depraedans, with an additional species, Nervostroma cercidiphylli.  相似文献

Three strains of new acetogenic bacteria were isolated from several low temperature environments. Cells were gram-positive, oval-shaped flagellated rods. The organisms fermented H2/CO2, CO, formate, lactate, and several sugars to acetate. Strains Z-4391 and Z-4092 grew in the temperature range from 1 to 30°C with an optimum at 20°C; strain Z-4290 grew in the range from 1 to 35°C with an optimum at 30°C. The DNA G+C content of strains Z-4391, Z-4092, and Z-4290 was 42.1, 41.7, and 45.8 mol% respectively.  相似文献

Erythrina lectins possess similar structural and carbohydrate binding properties. Recently, tri- and tetra-antennary complex type carbohydrates with non-reducing terminal galactose residues have been shown to be precipitated as tri- and tetravalent ligands, respectively, with certainErythrina lectins [Bhattacharyya L, Haraldsson M, Brewer CF (1988) Biochemistry 271034-41]. The present work describes a comparative study of the binding and precipitating activities of fourErythrina lectins,viz. E. corallodendron, E. cristagalli, E. flabelliformis, andE. indica, with multi-antennary complex type carbohydrates and synthetic cluster glycosides. The results show that though their binding affinities are very similar, theErythrina lectins show large differences in their precipitating activities with the carbohydrates. The results also indicate significant dependence of the precipitating activities of the lectins on the core structure of the carbohydrates.
