山西芦芽山自然保护区黑鹳的繁殖及保护   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
1998~2000年在山西芦芽山国家级自然保护区对黑鹳的数量和繁殖生态作了调查.本区黑鹳最早迁来为2月28日,最晚迁离为11月5日,开始产卵最早是3月8日,窝卵数3~4枚,孵化期31~32天,巢内育雏70~75天,幼鸟成活率为59.4%.该鸟数量稀少,在本区的繁殖个体数量相对稳定,应加强保护.  相似文献

1999~2001年在山西省沁水县中村地区对黑枕黄鹂的繁殖生态进行了观察。结果表明,该鸟在该为夏候鸟,种群遇见率为1.38只/km,5~8月为其繁殖期,5月底开始营巢,6月中旬产卵,窝卵数2-4枚,孵化期为16~17天,经亲鸟巢内喂育15~17天离巢,离巢后的锥鸟仍需亲鸟喂育8~10天,方可自食其力。  相似文献

系统地总结了 1981~ 2 0 0 0年朱筑巢、产卵、孵化和育雏的情况 ,对朱的繁殖情况进行了全面的评价。在此期间 ,朱野生群体共计营巢 12 3窝 ,产卵 3 63枚 ,出壳 2 76只 ,离巢出飞幼鸟 2 16只。朱的平均窝卵数为 3 0 4枚 ,窝卵数在年际间无显著差异 ,孵化期为 2 8天 ,育雏期为 4 0~ 4 5天。在孵化过程中朱的每日晾卵次数和时间逐渐增加 ,在育幼过程中亲鸟的喂食量在育雏中期最多 ,雌雄亲鸟对后代的贡献没有显著差异。近年来朱营巢地的海拔高度逐渐降低。  相似文献

山噪鹛(Garrulax davidi)为我国特产鸟类,在山西为留鸟.2002~2004年,在山西芦芽山国家级自然保护区对山噪鹛的生态进行了观察.结果表明:该鸟多在山地疏林灌丛间栖息,在本区种群遇见率为2.35只/ km.巢多筑在阳坡灌木、小乔木横枝上,每窝产卵3~5枚,卵由雌鸟孵化,孵化期13~14天,孵化率为97.44%,巢内育雏12~13天.  相似文献

我们于1982~1987年的4~9月,在山西省庞泉沟自然保护区,对长尾山椒鸟(Pericr-ocotus ethologus)的种群数量作了初步观察。本区位于吕梁山中段(东经111°21′~111°33′,北纬37°45′~37°55′。面积10,443.5公顷),其自然概况见刘焕金等(1986),本文不另赘述。一、迁徒季节长尾山椒鸟六年(1982~1987)迁徙情况是:每年迁来本区的时间最早为4月17~23日,其年间差别1~6天,最晚迁离日期为9月22~28日,年间差异为1~6天。种群居留期158~159天;迁离后的间隔期为206~207天。种群此地的居留时间相对稳定。二、种群数量的年变动逐年数量统计结果…  相似文献

1996-1998年的4-9月,在山西省沁水县的张马十字河流域,对金眶Hang的繁殖进行了研究。该鸟在本区为夏侯鸟,4月3-6日迁来,居留160-163天,栖息生境主要在河岸、砂滩、卵石间,遇见率为0.53只/km。5月营巢及产卵,窝卵数3-4枚,孵化期22天。雏鸟为早成鸟,随新鸟在巢外生活21天后,可独立生活。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献
