The different effects of Ce3+, Cd2+, and Hg2+ on the activities and secondary structure of trypsin were studied. The results showed that trypsin activity was increased substantially by Ce3+ in 0.5–5 μmol/L concentration, but the activity was decreased significantly by Cd2+ or Hg2+ in 0.5–5 μmol/L concentration. The ultraviolet-visible spectrum of trypsin with 4 μmol/L Ce3+ treatment was the same as that of the control, but the 232-nm characteristic peak of trypsin with 4 μmol/L Cd2+ or Hg2+ treatment was blue-shifted and the peak intensity weakened. The circular dichroism (CD) spectrum of trypsin with 4 μmol/L Ce3+ treatment was similar to that of the control. The secondary structure of trypsin did not change with Ce3+ treatment. However, the CD spectrum of trypsin with 4 μmol/L Cd2+ or Hg2+ treatment was different from that of the control and Ce3+ treatment. The secondary structure of trypsin with Cd2+ or Hg2+ treatment changed greatly; for example, the α-helix and β-sheet contents were reduced significantly, the β-turn was enhanced greatly, and the random coil contents increased or decreased.  相似文献

目的:观察甲基强的松龙治疗2型糖尿病合并突发性感音神经聋患者的治疗效果。方法:本研究共纳入2018年1月至2020年10月期间于深圳大学附属华南医院内分泌科、耳鼻喉科住院治疗的60例合并单侧突发性感音神经聋的成人2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组患者均给予营养神经、胰岛素降糖和高压氧治疗,治疗组给予甲基强的松龙静脉滴注3日后,减少甲基强的松龙剂量继续治疗4天,两组总疗程为14天。观察两组患者治疗后听力障碍改善情况,两组患者分别于治疗开始前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后分别测定纯音听阈均值(PTA)、听性脑干反应(ABR)以评估治疗效果。结果:治疗2周后治疗组听力障碍分级优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,治疗组的PTA和70dB、80dB、90dB声波刺激ABR指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲基强的松龙联合营养神经、降糖和高压氧等综合治疗,可有效提高2型糖尿病合并突发性感音神经聋患者的听力,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which pretreatment prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) concentration and cyclooxygenase-2 (cox-2) expression could be used to predict the antitumor activity of cox inhibitor treatment in naturally occurring canine transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder (TCC). Snap frozen tissues (to measure PGE2) and formalin-fixed TCC samples (for cox-2 immunohistochemistry) were obtained by cystoscopy or surgery. Complete tumor staging was performed before and after one month of treatment with the cox inhibitor, piroxicam (0.3 mg/kg q24 h po). The pretreatment PGE2 concentration ranged from 57 to 1624 ng/g of TCC tissue; n=18 dogs). Cox-2 immunoreactivity was observed in all TCC samples. There was no association between PGE2 concentration, cox-2 expression, and change in tumor volume with piroxicam treatment. In conclusion, cox-2 expression or PGE2 concentration alone, or the combination of the two was not useful in predicting response to piroxicam treatment in canine TCC.  相似文献

不同草鱼池塘混养系统结构优化的实验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究采用陆基围隔实验法,对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、鲢鱼(Hypophythalmichthys molitrix)、鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)和凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)不同混养系统的养殖产量、投入产出比、氮磷利用率和综合养殖效果进行了研究。实验设置6个处理组,分别为草鱼单养(G)、草鱼和鲢鱼二元混养(GS)、草鱼、鲢鱼和鲤鱼按照不同比例放养的三元混养(GSC1和GSC2)和草鱼、鲢鱼和凡纳滨对虾按照不同比例放养的三元混养(GSL1和GSL2)。研究结果表明,各处理组总产量在770480—11492.50 kg/hm2之间;饲料系数在1.00—1.38之间,以GSC1最低,各处理组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。N、P总相对利用率在2.01—7.37之间,以GSL2最高,G最低;投入产出比在1:1.41—1:2.12之间,以GSL2最高,G最低;综合效果指标在0.59—1.39之间,以GSL2最高,G最小。研究结果表明,混养组能显著提高养殖系统的产量,降低饲料系数,提高N、P利用率,从而有效提高草鱼养殖的经济效益和生态效益。  相似文献

以‘辽园多丽’番茄幼苗为材料,研究了经钙(Ca)、钙螯合剂(EGTA)和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理后接种番茄灰霉病幼苗叶片的病情指数、活性氧(H2O2、O2.-)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果显示:(1)Ca、MeJA、MeJA+Ca处理番茄幼苗的灰霉病发病率分别比对照显著降低32.5%、38.0%和54.5%,而MeJA+Ca处理又显著低于Ca、MeJA处理32.6%和15.3%;MeJA+EGTA处理高于MeJA处理30.3%,但低于EGTA处理13.1%;Ca处理低于EGTA处理34.2%。(2)Ca、MeJA及MeJA+Ca处理番茄幼苗叶片中活性氧积累量高于对照,MeJA+Ca处理又高于Ca、MeJA处理;但MeJA+EGTA处理活性氧积累量低于MeJA处理,而高于EGTA处理;Ca处理的活性氧含量高于EGTA处理。(3)Ca、MeJA及MeJA+Ca处理幼苗叶片的SOD、CAT、POD的活性均比对照提高,且以MeJA+Ca处理最高;而MeJA+EGTA处理抗氧化酶活性低于MeJA处理,但高于EGTA处理;Ca处理抗氧化酶活性高于EGTA处理。研究表明,钙在茉莉酸甲酯诱导番茄抗灰霉病过程中具有重要调节作用,这种作用与钙促进茉莉酸甲酯诱导番茄活性氧积累和抗氧化酶活性有关。  相似文献

目的分析利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肥胖患者胰岛β细胞功能以及内脏脂肪水平的影响。 方法选取重庆两江新区第一人民医院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的194例T2DM合并肥胖患者,将其随机分为研究组、对照组,各97例,均给予为期16周的二甲双胍治疗,研究组加用利拉鲁肽皮下注射。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、内脏脂肪水平(VFL)等指标变化,总结利拉鲁肽在T2DM合并肥胖治疗中的临床价值。计数资料采用卡方检验,计量资料采用t检验。 结果研究组不良反应发生率为29.90﹪,对照组为23.71﹪,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ2= 0.946,P > 0.05)。两组患者治疗后FPG、2 hPG、BMI均较治疗前下降,研究组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、BMI分别为(7.12±1.35)?mmol/?L、(9.03±2.66)?mmol/L、(26.32±1.60)kg/m2,均低于对照组的(7.83± 1.19)?mmol/L、(10.57±2.39)?mmol/?L、(27.74±1.66)kg/m2,差异有统计学意义(t = 3.886、4.241、6.066,P均?< 0.05)。两组患者治疗后HOMA-β较治疗前升高,HOMA-IR较治疗前下降,研究组治疗后HOMA-β为155.69±24.55,高于对照组的117.49±21.98,其HOMA-IR为2.30±0.71,低于后者的3.20±0.64,差异有统计学意义(t = 11.407、9.273,P均< 0.05)。两组患者治疗后VFL、脂肪率均较治疗前下降,研究组治疗后VFL、脂肪率低于对照组,且其治疗后肌肉含量较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论在二甲双胍的基础上联合利拉鲁肽能够通过改善胰岛β细胞功能、减少内脏脂肪,达到改善T2DM合并肥胖患者的胰岛素抵抗的目的,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。  相似文献

Pot-grown alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. ) were experimented in the open top chambers in which natural air (350 × 10-6, 1 × CO2) and doubled CO2 air (700 × 10-6, 2 × CO2) were continuous blown through bottom respectively. Results showed that the biomass in both shoot and root was increased by the 2 × CO2 treatment. The root/shoot ratio was nearly unchange in the short term treatment and slightly decreased in the longer term treatment. The results differed from those reported in literatures that was attributed to the potgrown condition in this experiment. The nitrogen fixation activities (acetylene reduction) per plant were obviously promoted under the 2 × CO2 condition but the difference of the specific nitrogen-fixing activities between 1 × CO2 and 2 × CO2 treatment was small. It implied that supplement of ATP, NADP or carbon skeleton under the 2 × CO2 condition was not more than that under the 1 × CO2 condition. C/N ratio in the shoot increased in the doubled CO2 treatment group, similar to the reports from other authors; but the ratio increased in the root in the 2 × CO2 treatment group was ascribed to the higher nitrogen absorption from the soil and (or) N-fixing activity of the nodules as compared with that in the 1 × CO2 treatment. The results demonstrated that assimilation and allocation of carbon and nitrogen in legume plant were deeply influenced by the elevated CO2.  相似文献

Inducibility of chromosomal aberrations and cytotoxicity in cultured Chinese hamster cells by cadmium chloride (CdCl2) was investigated under 3 different treatment conditions: (i) 2-h treatment in MEM medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (MEM + 10% FBS) or (ii) in HEPES-buffered Hanks' solution (HEPES-Hanks), and (iii) continuous treatment for 24 h in MEM + 10% FBS. Two-h treatment with CdCl2 in HEPES-Hanks or continuous treatment for 24 h in MEM + 10% FBS was respectively 2 or 3 times more cytotoxic than 2-h treatment with the metal in MEM + 10% FBS. Continuous treatment for 24 h with a CdCl2 concentration in excess of 5 X 10(-6) M was too toxic to the cells to allow chromosomal analysis, and moreover, only a slight increase in incidence of chromosomal aberrations was observed at a concentration of 5 X 10(-6) M CdCl2. In contrast, a marked and concentration-dependent increase in incidence of chromosomal aberrations was observed after post-treatment culture for 22 h follows 2-h treatment with 1 X 10(-6) M to 5 X 10(-5) M of CdCl2 in both MEM + 10% FBS and HEPES-Hanks. Two-h treatment with cadmium in HEPES-Hanks was approximately 3 times more potent for the induction of chromosomal aberrations than that in MEM + 10% FBS. Types of aberrations induced by CdCl2 mainly consisted of chromatid gaps and breaks, although a few exchanges, dicentrics and fragmentations were observed at high concentrations of cadmium. Increase in incidence of tetraploidy was also observed with a concentration dependency after 2-h treatment with CdCl2. Potency of CdCl2 to induce chromosomal aberrations after 2-h exposure was comparable to that of benzo[a]pyrene activated with S9 at equitoxic concentrations. Two-h treatment with cadmium markedly inhibited incorporation of [3H]thymidine, even at concentrations at which incorporation of [3H]uridine or [3H]leucine was less inhibited. However, the inhibition of [3H]thymidine incorporation by cadmium was reversible and the incorporation restored to the control level during 2-6 h of post-treatment incubation. These findings suggest that restoration of DNA synthesis after cadmium exposure is required for the efficient detection of chromosomal aberrations induced by the metal.  相似文献

A series of experiments was conducted to determine why ovariectomized heifers exhibit estrus after they are treated with the estrus synchronization product, Syncro-Mate B(*) (SMB). In Experiment 1, 23 of 40 (58%) ovariectomized heifers exhibited estrus after treatment with SMB. The mean concentration of estradiol-17beta (E(2)) in serum was lower (P < 0.001) before treatment than after implant removal in ovariectomized heifers treated with SMB. Six of 10 heifers from which serum was collected to determine concentrations of LH exhibited estrus and 5 of 6 had a surge of LH in serum after implant removal. In Experiment 2, when no estradiol valerate (EV) was given or when the norgestomet implant period was extended from 9 to 18 d, no heifer exhibited estrus after implant removal. The mean concentration of E(2) for 3 d after implant removal was lower (P < 0.001) in ovariectomized heifers with implants for 18 d versus those with implants for 9 d and was also lower (P < 0.001) in ovariectomized heifers treated only with norgestomet compared with those receiving the standard SMB treatment. When estradiol-17beta was substituted for EV in the SMB treatment, serum E(2) was lower (P < 0.001) after implant removal than in heifers receiving the standard SMB treatment. Experiment 3 demonstrated that combining a norgestomet implant or implant plus a 3-mg injection of norgestomet with EV did not alter concentrations of E(2) in serum on the days when synchronized estrus would be expected following SMB treatment. The results indicate that the SMB-induced estrus in ovariectomized heifers is dependent upon EV in the SMB treatment. Apparently, EV elevates the concentration of E(2) in serum, and the E(2) remains sufficiently high to induce estrus after implant removal.  相似文献

目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗中度膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2010年5月至2013年9月我院中度膝关节骨关节炎患者214例,随机分为实验组和对照组各107例,对照组单独给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,实验组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗,于用药后2、4、8、12周对比两组Lequesne评分、治疗效果和不良反应。结果:两组治疗前Lequesne评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组用药后2、4、8、12周Lequesne评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组Lequesne评分均于用药后2、4周达到最低;用药12周后,两组有效率均有所下降,实验组用药后2、4、8、12周有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组有效率均于用药后2、4周达到最高;实验组不良反应发生率为6.54%(7/107),显著高于对照组的3.74%(4/107),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗中度膝关节骨关节炎短期疗效较好,长期服用副作用大,临床应推荐2-4周内短期服用。  相似文献

目的:比较经鼻高流量氧疗(High-flow Nasal Cannula,HFNC)与无创正压通气(Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NPPV)治疗1型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年9月到2017年12月我院收治的急性1型呼吸衰竭患者46例,根据入院的顺序数字表法随机分为HFNC组和NPPV组,每组23例,分别给予HFNC治疗与NPPV治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后2 h、24 h、48 h的动脉血气pH值、动脉二氧化碳分压(Arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure,PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(Arterial oxygen partial pressure,PaO2)、氧合指数、呼吸频率、心率等指标的变化情况。结果:两组动脉血气pH值治疗前、治疗后2 h、24 h、48 h比较无显著差异性(P0.05),组间比较也无显著性差异(P0.05);两组治疗后2 h、24 h及48 h PaO2和动脉血气氧合指数均显著高于治疗前,且随着时间的延长逐渐升高(P0.05),且治疗后48 h,NPPV组显著高于HFNC组(P0.05);两组治疗后2 h、24 h及48 h的PaCO2值与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P0.05),而治疗后48 h的PaCO2值NPPV组显著低于HFNC组(P0.05);两组治疗后2 h、24 h及48 h呼吸频率均显著低于治疗前,且随着时间逐渐降低(P0.05),且治疗后2 h、24 h及48 h的呼吸频率NPPV组显著高于HFNC组(P0.05);两组治疗后2 h、24 h及48 h心率显著低于治疗前,且随着时间的延长逐渐降低(P0.05),组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:HFNC与NPPV治疗单纯1型呼吸衰竭的临床效果相当,但HFNC在提高患者治疗中的舒适度及耐受性等方面可能优于NPPV。  相似文献

The plasmodium of the true slime mold Physarum polycephalum was treated with EDTA or EGTA and the effect of the treatment on the chemotactic response was examined by measuring the chemotactic motive force with the double-chamber method. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The treatment of the plasmodium with 5 mM EDTA (pH 7.0, 20 min) did not give any significant effect on the protoplasmic streaming or motility. (2) The plasmodium treated with EDTA exhibited no chemotactic response to non-electrolyte attractants (D-glucose, D-galactose, D-mannose, and maltose) and negative chemotaxis to electrolyte attractants (cyclic AMP and NaH2PO4). (3) The EDTA treatment gave no effect on the chemotactic response to repellents (D-fructose, NaCl, CaCl2, MgCl2). (4) The EDTA-treated plasmodium exhibited changes in the membrane potential in response to both attractants and repellents as similar to the untreated plasmodium. (5) The treatment of the plasmodium with 5 mM EGTA (pH 7.0, 20 min) gave results similar to those obtained with the EDTA treatment. The results obtained suggested that EDTA (or EGTA) treatment did not affect the receptor sites but modified the transduction mechanism from reception into tactic movement.  相似文献

Recent clinical studies have shown that inorganic arsenic trioxide (As(2)O(3)) at low concentrations induces complete remission with minimal toxicity in patients with refractory acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Preclinical studies suggest that As(2)O(3) induces apoptosis and possibly differentiation in APL cells. Like APL cells, neuroblastoma (NB) cells are thought to be arrested at an early stage of differentiation, and cells of highly malignant tumors fail to undergo spontaneous maturation. Both APL and NB cells can respond with differentiation to retinoic acid (RA) treatment in vitro and probably also in vivo. For that reason we investigated the effect of As(2)O(3) alone and in combination with RA on NB cell lines. In vitro, the number of viable NB cells was reduced at As(2)O(3) concentrations around 1 microM after 72 h exposure. The IC50 in six different cell lines treated for 3 days was in the 1.5 to 5 microM concentration interval, the most sensitive being SK-N-BE(2) cells derived from a chemotherapy resistant tumor. The combined treatment with RA (1 and 3 microM) showed no consistent additional effect with regard to induced cell death. The effect of As(2)O(3) on NB cell number involved As(2)O(3)-induced apoptotic pathways (decreased expression of Bcl-2 and stimulation of caspase-3 activity) with no clear evidence of induced differentiation. The in vivo effect of As(2)O(3) on NB growth was also investigated in nude mice bearing tumors of xenografted NB cells. Although tumor growth was reduced by As(2)O(3) treatment, complete remission was not achieved at the concentrations tested. We suggest that As(2)O(3), in combination with existing treatment modalities, might be a treatment approach for high risk NB patients.  相似文献

The Ca(2+)-sensitive ATPase activity of rabbit skeletal myofibrils was desensitized by treatment with excess troponin T and was found to be activated irrespective of the Ca2+ concentrations. A SDS-gel electrophoretic study showed that both troponin C and troponin I were removed from the myofibrils on treatment with troponin T. The Ca(2+)- and Sr(2+)- sensitivities of the ATPase of troponin T-treated myofibrils reconstituted with troponin C. I were the same as in the intact myofibrils. The Ca(2+)-activated ATPase of rabbit skeletal myofibrils was also desensitized on treatment with chicken breast troponin T or its 26K fragment. The SDS-gel electrophoretic study revealed that troponin T, in addition to troponin C and troponin I, was also removed from the myofibrils and, instead, chicken breast troponin T or its 26K fragment was incorporated into the myofibrils. The Ca(2+)- sensitivity of myofibrils treated with chicken breast troponin T or its 26K fragment was then regained on reconstitution with troponin C.I. These findings indicate that the change in composition of myofibrils on treatment with troponin T or its 26K fragment is due to the selective replacement of the troponin C.I.T complex in the myofibrils as a whole with troponin T or its 26K fragment.  相似文献

目的:探讨乌司他丁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者血清环氧化酶2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2),前列腺素E2 (prostaglandin E2,PGE2)及磷脂酶A2(phospholipase A2,PLA2)浓度的影响。方法:选取2014 年1 月至2015 年1 月我院收治的 80 例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按照单盲法均分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病常规对症治疗;实验组在对照组 常规对症治疗的基础上,给予乌司他丁治疗。检测治疗前后患者COX-2、PGE2 及PLA2 血清浓度。结果:两组COX-2、PGE2 及 PLA2 血清浓度,实验组治疗后均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组治疗后均低于本组治疗前,(P<0.05)。实验组治疗前与对照组 无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组COX-2、PGE2、PLA2 血清浓度显著低于对照组,治疗后实验组肺功能FEV1、FVC均显著优 于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼衰患者能够显著降低其COX-2、PGE2 及PLA2 血清浓度,有效 改善患者炎症反应、细胞损伤及临床症状,为临床积极治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病提供新的思路。  相似文献

We have evaluated the effect of combining CD2 with conventional antimonial (sb) therapy in protection in BALB/c mice infected with either drug sensitive or resistant strain of Leishmania donovani with 3×10(7) parasites via-intra-cardiac route. Mice were treated with anti CD2 adjunct SAG sub-cutaneously twice a week for 4 weeks. Assessment for measurement of weight, spleen size, anti-Leishmania antibody titer, T cell and anti-leishmanial macrophage function was carried out day 0, 10, 22 and 34 post treatments. The combination therapy was shown boosting significant proportion of T cells to express CD25 compared to SAG monotherapy. Although, the level of IFN-γ was not statistically different between combination vs monotherapy (p=0.298) but CD2 treatment even alone significantly influenced IFN-γ production than either SAG treatment (p=0.045) or with CD2 adjunct SAG treatment (p=0.005) in Ld-S strain as well as in Ld-R strain. The influence of CD2 adjunct treatment was also documented in anti-leishmanial functions in macrophages. As shown, the super-oxide generation began enhancing very early on day 10 after SAG treatment with CD2 during which SAG action was at minimum. Interestingly, the super-oxide generation ability remained intact in macrophage after treatment with immuno-chemotherapy even in mice infected with Leishmania resistant strain. Unlike SAG treatment, treatment of SAG with CD2 also led to production of nitric oxide and TNF-α, resulting in resulting in most effective clearance of L. donovani from infected macrophages. Our results indicate that CD2, which can boost up a protective Th1 response, might also be beneficial to enable SAG to induce Macrophages to produce Leishmanicidal molecules and hence control the infection in clinical situation like Kala-azar. Drug resistance is the major impedance for disease control but the encouraging results obtained after infecting mice with resistant strain of the parasite strongly imply that this drug can be effective even in treating resistant cases of Kala-azar.  相似文献

Summary Rice straw was treated with NaOH, peracetic acid (PA), and sodium chlorite (NaClO2). Quantitative changes in the composition of the treated straw, crystallinity of the treated straw and extracted cellulose, and susceptibility of the treated straw to Trichoderma reesei cellulase were studied. The alkali treatment resulted in a remarkable decrease in hemicellulose as well as lignin. Consequently, the recovery of residual straw after NaOH treatment was lowest among the three chemical reagents evaluated. The treatment with PA or NaCIO2 resulted in a slight loss in hemicellulose and cellulose in the straw. The three chemical treatments caused little or no breakdown of the crystalline structure of cellulose in the straw. The treated straw was solubilized with the culture filtrate of T. reesei. The degree of enzymatic solubilization relative to the amount of residual straw was 69% after treatment with 0.25 N NaOH, 42% after treatment with 20% PA, and 50% after treatments with NaClO2 (twice). The degree of enzymatic solubilization relative to the amount of the untreated straw, however, was 30% after treatment with 0.25 N NaOH, 32% after treatment with 20% PA, and 37% after treatments with NaClO2 (twice).  相似文献

Endocrine control of follicular growth was studied in mature Romanov ewes carrying (RF+) or not carrying (R+2) the Booroola Fec gene during an oestrous cycle after gonadotrophin-dependent follicles were suppressed by treatment with an antagonist of GnRH (Antarelix, 0.5 mg per day) and superovulatory treatment was administered. The left ovary was removed after 10 days of treatment (saline or Antarelix) and the right ovary was removed at the end of the superovulatory treatment. Ewes of both genotypes treated with Antarelix had lower plasma LH concentrations than did controls from day 0 to day 10. The inhibitory effect of Antarelix on LH concentration increased with day of treatment. The variability in FSH concentrations during the initial 10 days was reduced by Antarelix treatment in both genotypes. Plasma FSH concentrations were higher in RF+ ewes than in R+2 ewes. In both genotypes, FSH concentrations varied significantly with day of treatment, with the lowest concentrations at day 8 and the highest concentrations at day 5. RF+ ewes had a greater total and atretic number of antral follicles 0.62-1.12, 1.12-2.00 and 2.00-3.00 mm in diameter (classes 2, 3 and 4) than did R+2 ewes before and after superovulatory treatment. After superovulatory treatment, the total number of atretic and non-atretic follicles > 3.00 mm in diameter (class 5) increased in both genotypes. Superovulatory treatment also increased the number of total and atretic class 4 follicles in RF+ only. Conversely, superovulatory treatment decreased the mean number of class 3 follicles in both genotypes, while the number of atretic follicles was decreased only in R+2 ewes. Antarelix treatment significantly reduced the percentage of follicles > 2.00 mm in diameter in RF+ but not in R+2 ewes. Antarelix treatment before superovulatory treatment increased the total number of class 4 follicles in both genotypes but the increase was more significant in RF+ than in R+2 ewes. These results indicate that Antarelix pretreatment favours a greater superovulatory response in Romanov ewes carrying the Fec gene because ovulatory follicles are recruited from a wider range of follicular size classes.  相似文献

The level of rat hepatic ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) induced by repetitive administration of Co2+ was determined by affinity labeling with [3H]difluoromethylornithine. Such a treatment with Co2+ ion induced ODC level to a 10-fold greater extent than single dose of the metal ion or well-known inducers of the enzyme, such as thioacetamide or carbon tetrachloride. The half life of ODC activity induced by repetitive treatment with Co2+ (95 min) was substantially increased to about 10-fold over the value obtained from the enzyme induced by single treatment with the metal ion (10 min). ODC activity induced by repetitive treatment with Co2+ was separated into two peaks by DEAE-Sepharose column chromatography. The two independently collected fractions of ODC peaks exhibited different affinity for pyridoxal 5'-phosphate in vitro and sensitivity to cycloheximide in vivo.  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察氨基酮戊酸光动力联合一清片治疗中重度痤疮疗效以及对血清学指标的影响。方法:将93例中重度痤疮患者进行随机分组,31例为治疗组,31例为参照组1,31例为参照组2。治疗组采用氨基酮戊酸光动力联合一清片治疗,参照组1采用氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,参照组2采用一清片治疗,观察三组治疗前、后患者痤疮严重程度分级系统(GAGS)评分、痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Qol-Acne)评分变化及性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、游离睾酮(FT)、雌二醇(E2)、补体C3、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM水平,比较三组临床疗效。结果:治疗组FT水平低于参照组1和参照组2(P<0.05),治疗组SHBG、E2水平高于参照组1和参照组2(P<0.05),治疗组补体C3、IgG、IgM水平低于参照组1和参照组2(P<0.05),治疗组Qol-Acne评分较参照组1和参照组2高(P<0.05),治疗组GAGS评分较参照组1和参照组2低(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率(93.55%)高于参照组1(77.42%)和参照组2(64.52%)(P<0.05)。结论:氨基酮戊酸光动力联合一清片治疗中重度痤疮患者,可调节患者内分泌,改善性激素水平及免疫状态,缓解患者痤疮症状,提升生活质量及临床疗效。  相似文献
