以高感白粉病甜瓜‘066’、感病品种‘0544’、抗病品种‘Yuntian-930’为试材,对白粉病菌胁迫下外源亚精胺(Spd)处理的甜瓜幼苗叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,以及过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛( MDA)和光合色素含量进行了研究,探讨外源Spd对甜瓜白粉病抗性的诱导效应及其生理机制。结果表明:(1)白粉病菌接种后甜瓜叶片的防御酶活性、光合色素含量先升后降,MDA含量升高;(2)外源Spd处理缓解了白粉病菌胁迫下甜瓜叶片防御酶活性、光合色素含量的下降,降低MDA含量及甜瓜的病情指数,并以1.0 mmol/L Spd处理效果最佳;(3)外源Spd处理使甜瓜叶片产生了更多的H2O2;(4)外源Spd提高甜瓜对白粉病抗性具有一定广谱性,且可向上传导。研究认为,H2O2可能参与白粉病胁迫下信号的传递,外源Spd可通过缓解白粉病菌胁迫下甜瓜防御酶活性和光合色素含量的下降来诱导甜瓜对白粉病的抗性。  相似文献

采用1/2 Hoagland营养液培养,研究了低氧胁迫下24-表油菜素内酯(EBR)对黄瓜幼苗叶片光合特性及多胺含量的影响.结果表明:低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著下降,而叶绿素含量显著提高,幼苗生长受抑;低氧胁迫显著提高了黄瓜幼苗叶片的腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)、多胺(PAs)含量和Put/PAs,但降低了(Spd+Spm) /Put.低氧胁迫下,外源EBR不仅显著提高了黄瓜幼苗的Pn、gs、Tr及叶绿素含量,也显著提高了黄瓜幼苗叶片的游离态Spm、结合态Spd、Spm及束缚态Put、Spd、Spm含量,促进了PAs的进一步积累,且降低了Put/PAs,提高了(Spd+Spm)/Put.可见,外源EBR调节了黄瓜幼苗内源多胺含量及形态的变化,维持了较高的光合性能,促进了叶面积和干物质量的显著增加,缓解了低氧胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害.  相似文献

以低氧性敏感的网纹甜瓜(Cucumis melo var. raticulalus)品种`西域一号'(Xiyu 1)为材料,研究了钙对低氧胁迫下幼苗生长、游离态、结合态和束缚态的腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)含量、二胺氧化酶(DAO)和多胺氧化酶(PAO)活性、H2O2含量的影响。结果表明:与通气对照相比,低氧胁迫处理幼苗鲜重和干重显著降低,根、叶中3种形态的Put、Spd、Spm含量显著增加,DAO和PAO活性、H2O2含量显著提高;营养液加钙处理不但缓解了低氧胁迫对幼苗生长的抑制作用,而且幼苗游离态、结合态和束缚态Put、Spd、Spm含量显著高于单纯低氧胁迫处理,DAO和PAO活性、H2O2含量显著低于低氧胁迫处理;低氧胁迫下缺钙处理加重了低氧胁迫对网纹甜瓜幼苗的伤害。表明在低氧胁迫下,钙参与了网纹甜瓜幼苗多胺的代谢过程,对增强幼苗耐低氧性起着重要的作用。  相似文献

在100 mm o l/L N aC l胁迫下,研究了外源多胺-腐胺(Pu t)、尸胺(C ad)、亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)对玉米幼苗生长、光合速率和PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、叶绿体结合多胺和叶片丙二醛(M DA)含量以及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明,叶面喷施1 mm o l/L的Pu t、Spd和Spm可显著增加盐胁迫下玉米幼苗干物质重、叶绿体内结合态多胺的含量、叶片净光合速率和PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm),并降低了叶片中M DA含量.外源Spd和Spm明显增加盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;外源Pu t可增强APX和POD活性,对CAT活性的影响不明显.这些结果表明多胺对玉米盐害的缓解作用可能是由于提高了叶绿体中结合态多胺的含量和叶片抗氧化酶的活性,从而增强了盐胁迫下的玉米光合能力.  相似文献

用含不同浓度(0、100、200、300、400和500 mmol·L 1)NaCl的Hoagland营养液及叶面喷施0.1 mmol·L-1外源亚精胺(Spd)处理毕氏海蓬子幼苗,研究外源Spd对NaCl胁迫下海蓬子体内游离态、结合态和束缚态3种形态多胺含量的影响,分析内源多胺含量的变化与植物耐盐性的关系.结果表明:(1)随盐胁迫浓度的升高,海蓬子幼苗叶片中3种形态腐胺(Put)含量均先降后升;同期的游离态Spd含量持续上升,结合态和束缚态Spd含量均先升后降;同期的游离和结合态精胺(Spm)含量均先升后降,而其束缚态Spm含量呈上升趋势;游离态和束缚态多胺(PAs)总量变化随盐浓度升高均呈上升趋势,而结合态PAs总量先升后降.(2)3种形态(Spd+ Spm) /Put比值均先升后降,而3种形态Put/PAs比值则均呈先降后升的相反趋势.(3)外源Spd处理提高了海蓬子幼苗叶片中结合态和束缚态PAs总量,也提高了游离态和束缚态(Spd+Spm)/Put比值.研究发现,外源Spd参与了NaCl胁迫下海蓬子内源PAs代谢的调节,可能通过促进盐胁迫植株中Put向Spd和Spm的转化,以及游离态多胺向结合态和束缚态多胺的转化来增强海蓬子耐盐性.  相似文献

采用营养液栽培,研究了外源腐胺(Put)对根际低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内多胺含量和抗氧化系统的影响.结果显示,低氧胁迫显著刺激了黄瓜幼苗体内活性氧(ROS)和内源多胺含量的增加,提高了抗氧化酶活性;外源Put进一步提高了低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内多胺的含量和抗氧化酶活性,降低了ROS含量,从而缓解了低氧胁迫的伤害作用;Put合成抑制剂D-精氨酸(D-Arg)不仅显著抑制黄瓜幼苗体内多胺的合成,而且抑制抗氧化酶活性,同时ROS大量积累,进一步抑制黄瓜幼苗的生长;而外源Put可缓解D-Arg的抑制作用;Put转化抑制剂甲基乙二醛-双(脒基腙)(MGBG)和Put降解抑制剂氨基胍(AG)的混合施用造成游离态Put的过量积累,以及亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)含量和抗氧化酶活性的显著降低,造成ROS大量积累,进一步加重了低氧胁迫对植株的伤害.结果表明,低氧胁迫下外源Put可提高黄瓜幼苗体内游离态Put含量,促进游离态Put向Spd和Spm转化,Spd、Spm含量的增加以及(free-Spd free-Spm)/free-Put比值的升高有利于提高植株抗氧化酶活性,增强清除ROS的能力,降低膜脂过氧化的伤害,从而增强植株的低氧胁迫耐性.  相似文献

采用营养液水培的方法,研究了外源亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)对Cu胁迫下水鳖叶片3种形态多胺(PAs)、抗氧化系统及营养元素的影响。结果表明:(1)Cu胁迫使水鳖叶片腐胺(Put)急剧积累,Spd和Spm明显下降,从而使(Spd+Spm)/Put比值也随之下降。外源Spd和Spm显著或极显著逆转Cu诱导的PAs变化,抑制Put的积累,缓解Spd和Spm的下降,从而提高了(Spd+Spm)/Put比值。(2)外源Spd和Spm抑制了Cu胁迫诱导的多胺氧化酶(PAO)的增加,缓解了二胺氧化酶(DAO)的下降。(3)与单一Cu胁迫相比,Spd和Spm显著或极显著提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性和抗坏血酸(AsA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量,从而降低了超氧阴离子(O2.-)产生速率和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量,极显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量,缓解了Cu诱导的氧化胁迫。(4)外源Spd和Spm显著或极显著缓解了Cu胁迫下矿质营养元素吸收平衡的紊乱。以上结果均说明了外施Spd和Spm可增加水鳖对Cu胁迫的耐受性。  相似文献

以黄瓜品种‘长春密刺’幼苗为材料,研究了亚精氨(Spd)诱导黄瓜幼苗对白粉病的抗性,并测定Spd处理和白粉菌接种对黄瓜叶片4种防御酶活性及3种防卫基因表达的影响。结果显示:(1)0.2~1.0mmol.L-1 Spd对黄瓜幼苗白粉病抗性均有不同程度的诱抗效果,并以0.8mmol.L-1 Spd处理效果最明显,诱导效率可达55.3%。(2)喷施Spd或接种白粉菌均可提高黄瓜叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性,且诱导并接种处理的植株叶片上述酶活性均比只诱导不接种处理的上升速度更快;同时,Spd处理和接种白粉菌可以提高植株叶片中POX、PAL、PR-1a基因的表达量。研究表明,Spd处理可以诱导防卫基因表达的增强,提高防御酶活性,显著降低病情指数,增强黄瓜幼苗对白粉病的抗性。  相似文献

以‘西域一号’甜瓜为试验材料,采用营养液水培法,研究了低氧胁迫下外源添加γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对甜瓜幼苗多胺代谢的影响.结果表明:与通气对照相比,低氧胁迫处理的甜瓜幼苗谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性和GABA含量显著提高,同时多胺合成酶活性提高诱导多胺含量显著增加,但二胺氧化酶(DAO)和多胺氧化酶(PAO)活性也显著提高;根系精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)活性提高幅度较大,导致根系游离态腐胺含量较高,而叶片乌氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)和S-腺苷甲硫氨酸脱羧酶(SAMDC)活性提高幅度较大,导致叶片游离态亚精胺(Spd)含量较高;根系游离态DAO和PAO活性显著低于叶片,其细胞壁结合态PAO活性显著高于叶片.与低氧胁迫处理相比,低氧胁迫下外源添加GABA处理的甜瓜幼苗叶片和根系中GABA和谷氨酸含量均显著提高,而GAD活性显著降低;精氨酸、鸟氨酸、甲硫氨酸含量的提高促使多胺合成酶活性显著提高,从而诱导多胺含量显著增加,DAO和PAO活性显著降低.  相似文献

以黄瓜品种‘津春2号’(Cucumis sativusL.cv.Jinchun No.2)为材料,采用营养液栽培,研究了外源亚精胺(Spd)对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片游离态多胺含量和多胺合成酶基因表达的影响。结果表明,75 mmol/LNaCl胁迫下,幼苗株高、茎粗和干鲜重显著降低,外源喷施1 mmol/L Spd处理可明显缓解盐胁迫对幼苗生长的抑制。盐胁迫下叶片游离态多胺含量显著增加,外源Spd进一步促进了游离态Spd和精胺(Spm)的积累,降低了游离态腐胺(Put)的积累。多胺合成酶基因表达分析表明,盐胁迫上调了adc、odc、samdc和spds基因的表达,施用外源Spd后进一步上调了samdc基因,下调了adc、odc、spds基因的表达。表明外源Spd参与了黄瓜幼苗体内多胺代谢的调节,通过下调盐胁迫下adc、odc基因的表达,抑制游离态Put的积累,上调samdc基因的表达促进游离态Spd和Spm的积累,进而缓解盐胁迫对植物生长的抑制。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献
