采用水培试验,设置5种铝处理浓度,研究了铝对3种蓼科植物酸模叶蓼、杠板归和辣蓼叶片光合、蒸腾和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,高铝处理(400μmol.L-1)显著抑制3种蓼科植物地上部和根系生长,并且导致3种蓼科植物叶片叶绿素含量、Chla/Chlb、净光合速率(Pn)、水分利用效率(WUE)、PSII光合电子传递量子效率(φPSII)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)显著下降。中低铝处理(25~100μmol.L-1)时,与对照相比,酸模叶蓼生物量显著增加,杠板归显著减少,辣蓼先增加后减少。其中,酸模叶蓼和辣蓼叶绿素含量、Chla/Chlb、Pn、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、qP均未发生显著变化,但辣蓼WUE、φPSII和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)显著下降,酸模叶蓼无显著变化;而杠板归除Ci、Fv/Fm外,其余叶片光合、蒸腾及叶绿素荧光参数均出现显著下降。上述结果表明,酸模叶蓼在中低铝处理条件下可通过保持较高的叶绿素含量、Chla/Chlb、WUE、Pn、PSII反应中心光化学反应效率以及提高非辐射能量耗散来增强其对铝的耐性。  相似文献

辣蓼是一种广泛分布于我国的传统中草药,通常指水辣蓼(Polygonum hydropiper)和旱辣蓼(Polygonumflaccidum)的干燥全草,具有健脾化湿、除湿化滞、止痢止痛、解毒化瘀等功效。近几年两种辣蓼植物提取物在兽药、植物源农药方面进行了较为深入研究,结果表明,水辣蓼和旱辣蓼的作用机制、功效及应用方向存在明显差别。本文对上述两种植物的次生代谢产物种类及其差异进行了综述和对比分析,为辣蓼植物活性成分功能研究与深化利用提供依据。  相似文献

【目的】香茅醛类化合物具有较好的蚂蚁驱避活性,本研究旨在筛选具有良好驱避活性的新的萜类蚂蚁驱避剂。【方法】以香茅醛为原料合成了香茅醛二甲缩醛、香茅醛二乙缩醛、香茅醛二正丙缩醛、香茅醛二异丁缩醛、香茅醛乙二缩醛、香茅醛1,2-丙二缩醛和香茅醛1,3-丙二缩醛等化合物。所得产品经纯化后,用IR, MS, 1H NMR及13C NMR进行结构表征,并在不同浓度下对小黄家蚁Monomorium pharaonis进行驱避活性测试。【结果】各化合物对小黄家蚁具有一定的驱避活性:在10 mg/mL的浓度下,除香茅醛二甲缩醛以外,其他化合物的驱避率均达到70%以上,其中香茅醛二乙缩醛、香茅醛乙二缩醛和香茅醛1,3-丙二缩醛对小黄家蚁的驱避率分别为87.47%,100%和97.53%。浓度为2.5 mg/mL时,其中5个化合物的驱避效果明显下降,但香茅醛乙二缩醛和香茅醛1,3-丙二缩醛仍然表现出很好的驱避活性,驱避率分别为85.33%和97.10%。方差分析也表明,香茅醛1,3-丙二缩醛在同一浓度下驱避效果最佳,其次是香茅醛乙二缩醛。【结论】结果说明,香茅醛二乙缩醛、香茅醛乙二缩醛和香茅醛1,3 丙二缩醛可以用作小黄家蚁驱避剂,而香茅醛乙二缩醛和香茅醛1,3-丙二缩醛可以达到更好的驱避效果,使用浓度为2.5 mg/mL即可。本研究为良好萜类蚂蚁驱避剂的筛选提供了参考依据。  相似文献

珠芽蓼Polygonum viviparum L.是冬虫夏草寄主蝠蛾的天然饲料,具有较高的药用、营养与饲用价值。本文分别于小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)与斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura Fabricius的人工饲料中添加5%、15%、25%的新鲜珠芽蓼根粉饲喂小菜蛾与斜纹夜蛾,测定了新鲜珠芽蓼根对小菜蛾与斜纹夜蛾生长发育与存活的影响。结果显示,珠芽蓼根对小菜蛾与斜纹夜蛾的1-4龄幼虫具有很强的生长抑制活性及毒杀活性,对斜纹夜蛾5龄幼虫具有明显的毒杀活性。  相似文献

本研究目的是优化辣蓼提取物清除DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯)的反应体系,研究栽培辣蓼提取物的抗氧化能力,更好地利用栽培辣蓼资源。本研究首先优化DPPH工作及保存参数,筛选辣蓼提取物清除DPPH体系;进而测定辣蓼提取物DPPH清除率。结果显示DPPH溶液应用无水乙醇现用现配,4℃保存,工作浓度应在36.3~121μmol/L之间;辣蓼提取物清除DPPH的反应时间为30 min,室温(27℃)避光。辣蓼提取物的IC_(50)为334 mg/L。优化DPPH清除反应体系后,测定的辣蓼提取物清除DPPH活性准确可信,可更好的评价栽培辣蓼提取物的抗氧化能力。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别从翼蓼和中华抱茎蓼中提取其挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,运用气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量.结果表明:翼蓼中总共鉴定出31种成分,中华抱茎蓼中鉴定出21种成分,分别占到挥发油总含量的84.0%和93.8%,翼蓼挥发油中主要成分是表蓝桉醇(15.9%)、甲苯(8.6%)、反式橙花叔醇(6.9%);中华抱茎蓼挥发油主要成分为邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(19.9%)、2,4-戊二酮(17.2%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11.7%)、3-甲基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃(10.7%).  相似文献

The simple, robust oil cells found in leaves of Tasmannia lanceolata(Poir.)A. C. This study evaluates further the anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties of polygodial, a sesquiterpene extracted from the barks plant Drymis winteri (Winteraceae). Polygodial (12.8-128.1 micromol/kg, i.p.) 30 min prior, inhibited significantly the mouse paw oedema induced by prostaglandin E2, bradykinin (BK) substance P (SP), dextran, platelet activating factor (PAF) or carrageenan. Polygodial also inhibited arachidonic acid-, capsaicin- and croton oil-induced ear oedema in mice. Polygodial (42.7 micromol/kg, i.p.), significantly inhibited both exudation and cell influx when assessed in the pleurisy induced by SP and histamine, and to a less extent the inflammatory response caused by carrageenan, PAF, BK and des-Arg9-BK. Finally, polygodial (4.2-42.7 micromol/kg, i.p.) produced dose-related inhibition of paw oedema induced by ovalbumin, protecting in a time-dependent manner the anaphylactic shock induced by endovenous administration of ovalbumin in animals which had been actively sensitised by this antigen. These and our previous results indicate that the major component present in the bark of the plant D. winteri, the sesquiterpene polygodial exerts an interesting anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties when assessed in rats and mice.  相似文献

Shoots of Polygonum hydropiper L. (waterpepper), especially in the leaves and flower-heads, contain significant amounts of the sesquiterpenoid polygodial, a compound with a potential use as a natural pesticide. The polygodial content of the tepals is particularly high: up to 8.5% of the dry weight. Roots and seeds do not contain detectable amounts of polygodial. Polygodial containing organs e.g. leaves and tepals, were found to contain cavities. Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) microspectroscopy demonstrated that polygodial or its congeners are found in these cavities but not in other tissues or cells. Comparable cavities containing polygodial-like compounds were absent in the closely related species Polygonum persicaria L.
Callus cultures and cell suspensions as well as root- and shoot cultures were initiated from mature P. hydropiper plants. Polygodial could be detected only in shoot cultures. Our results indicate that functioning plastids may be essential for polygodial production and cavities for its accumulation.  相似文献

In this paper we demonstrate the study of plant water balanceby the non-invasive measurement of tissue water content andwater flow using proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Sapvelocity and flux were measured independently in the presenceof an excess of stationary tissue water. The instrumentationdescribed allows automated and unattended measurement of flow-and water content-variables in a well-defined region of theplant over periods of several days, with a time resolution betweensuccessive measurements of c. 5 s. Using this apparatus theeffect of changes in light intensity (day/night rhythm) andrelative humidity on stem tissue water content as well as onthe velocity and flux of xylem sap in the stem were investigatedin a cucumber plant. The results are in agreement with predictionsfrom a simple model for plant water balance, which is basedon water potential, flow rate and resistance to flow. As longas only transpiration is varied, flow rate and water content(or potential) are affected in opposite ways as demonstratedin this paper. In contrast, the model predicts that changesin uptake (resulting from changes in, for example, root resistance)will induce changes in water content and flow in the same direction.An experimental verification of this prediction is given ina subsequent paper, where, in addition, the NMR results arecompared to those obtained with a dendrometer. Changes in the content of quercetin and kaempferol during leafdevelopment in Pisum sativum cv. Meteor are described. As theleaves matured the quercetin content decreased and that of kaempferolincreased during a period from 37 to 48 days from planting.Maximum flavonol content per leaf was found in leaves higheron the shoot as development proceeded, but total leaf flavonolcontent per plant remained relatively constant. There was noevidence to suggest that the quantitative changes in the individualflavonols were the result of conversion of quercetin into kaempferol. Treatment with gibberellic acid led to an accelerated fall inquercetin content in the mature leaves. This change was detectable24 h after treatment and before any apparent growth response.  相似文献

Simultaneous electronic and close-up video recordings were made of behaviour during the initial 15 min of plant contact by adult, apterous Aphis fabae Scopoli on tick bean seedlings (Vicia faba Moench). Electronic techniques accurately determined stylet penetration of plant tissue and there was a close correlation between penetration and periods during which the insect antennae and body were immobile (r=0.994, n=60). Video techniques were then used alone to infer stylet penetration and the behaviour of aphids after various treatments was monitored. In particular, the time to first penetration, the number of penetrations, the mean duration of penetrations and the total time of penetration were observed. Behavioural differences were recorded between tethered (as required for electronic recording) and freelymoving insects as well as between fed and starved insects. The behaviour of starved aphids placed on beans treated with the plant-derived antifeedant, polygodial could not be distinguished from aphids on solvent-treated control beans. However, there were significant differences in behaviour of aphids which had previously been exposed to polygodial on plant or green/yellow paper surfaces for 24 h when compared with insects exposed to solvent alone. The possible modes of action of polygodial are discussed.  相似文献

Parasitic helminths continue to pose problems in human and veterinary medicine, as well as in agriculture. Resistance to current anthelmintics has prompted the search for new drugs. Anthelmintic metabolites from medicinal plants could be good anthelmintic drug candidates. However, the compounds active against nematodes have not been identified in most medicinal plants with anthelmintic activity. In this study, we aimed to identify the active compounds against helminths in Warburgia ugandensis Sprague subspecies ugandensis (Canellaceae) and study the underlying mechanism of action. A bioassay-guided isolation of anthelmintic compounds from the plant was performed using a Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) test model with a WMicrotracker instrument to monitor motility. Three active compounds were purified and identified by nuclear magnetic resonance and high resolution MS: warburganal (IC50: 28.2?±?8.6?μM), polygodial (IC50: 13.1?±?5.3?μM) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, IC50: 70.1?±?17.5?μM). A checkerboard assay for warburganal and ALA as well as polygodial and ALA showed a fractional inhibitory concentration index of 0.41 and 0.37, respectively, suggesting that polygodial and ALA, as well as warburganal and ALA, have a synergistic effect against nematodes. A preliminary structure–activity relationship study for polygodial showed that the α,β-unsaturated 1,4-dialdehyde structural motif is essential for the potent activity. None of a panel of C. elegans mutant strains, resistant against major anthelmintic drug classes, showed significant resistance to polygodial, implying that polygodial may block C. elegans motility through a mechanism which differs from that of currently marketed drugs. Further measurements showed that polygodial inhibits mitochondrial ATP synthesis of C. elegans in a dose-dependent manner (IC50: 1.8?±?1.0?μM). Therefore, we believe that the underlying mechanism of action of polygodial is probably inhibition of mitochondrial ATP synthesis. In conclusion, polygodial could be a promising anthelmintic drug candidate worth considering for further development.  相似文献

In two experiments with young barley plants, respiration rate,carbohydrate content and growth rate of the whole plant weremeasured. When 18-day-old plants were darkened the rate of respirationand the levels of soluble carbohydrate fell in parallel overthe following 30 h.
