以n-3 HUFA含量为0.16%、1.27%、2.36%和3.47%的4种人工配合饲料(D1~D4)及天然饲料(冰鲜杂鱼,D5)饲养花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus cinctus)雌亲鱼一周年,通过比较各饲料组亲鱼的产卵量、卵和仔鱼质量以及各月份的血浆性类固醇激素水平,研究n-3 HUFA对生殖性能及性类固醇激素水平季节性变化的影响。平均每kg雌鱼的产卵量、卵受精率、仔鱼存活率、开口仔鱼体长等,D2和D3组与D5组相近,但D1和D4组显著低于D5组;饲料中n-3 HUFA含量对血浆17β-雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)水平的季节性变化规律无明显影响,但亲鱼性腺发育与成熟时期的E2和T水平.D1和D4组较D5组显著降低。n-3 HUFA含量对亲鱼离体卵泡E2和T的分泌也有一定影响:D4组卵泡E2的基础分泌很少;绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG,100IU/mL)可刺激D2-D5组卵泡分泌E2和T,但D1组卵泡对HCG无反应。结果提示,花尾胡椒鲷亲鱼饲料中n-3 HUFA的适宜含量为1.27%-2.36%,不足或过高对亲鱼的生殖性能均有不利影响;通过影响性类固醇激素的产生可能是饲料中n-3 HUFA含量影响鱼类生殖性能的机制之一。  相似文献

选用初始体重为(50.14±3.33)g的草鱼80尾,饲养于四个循环水养殖缸4w,饲养期水温18-22℃.分别饲喂以三油酸甘油酯制品(对照组)、三油酸甘油酯制品和精制鱼油混合油(HUFA组)为脂肪源的两种试验饲料.饲养结束后对试验鱼不同组织脂肪酸组成、生物学性状、体组成、血清生化指标、脂质代谢酶活性、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因表达及肝胰脏抗氧化指标进行测定.脂肪酸分析表明,饲料中HUFA显著影响鱼体组成:HuFA组草鱼腹腔脂肪组织中C22:6n-3(P<0.01)、HUFA(P<0.05)含量显著升高;肌肉组织中n-3(P<0.01)、HUFA(P<0.05)含量显著升高,而C20:4n-6含量显著降低(P<0.05);肝胰脏和脑组织中HUFA含量没有显著差异(P>0.05),除脑组织外,肝胰脏、肌肉、腹腔脂肪组织中n-3/n-6均显著升高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,HuFA组腹腔脂肪指数、肝胰脏脂质含量显著降低,肝胰脏T.AOC活性显著升高(P<0.05),肝胰脏LPL活性及基因表达丰度均显著降低(P<0.05).研究指出,饲料中HUFA显著影响了草鱼组织脂肪酸组成,且这种影响具有组织特异性.饲料HUFA具有抑制草鱼脂质合成及向肝组织的脂质转运、降低肝胰脏脂质及腹腔脂肪的沉积、提高草鱼抗氧化能力的作用.  相似文献

1. The effect of the addition of emulsions with different fatty acid composition to a semi-natural zooplankton community was studied in enclosures.
2. The reactions of different taxa in the zooplankton community to the addition of the emulsions were different. The copepods showed almost no reaction, nor did the selective cladocerans ( Bosmina ) or rotifers ( Synchaeta or Polyarthra ). The non-selective filterfeeding cladocerans Daphnia and Ceriodaphnia , and the rotifer Keratella , showed responses to the addition of the emulsions.
3.  Keratella showed the highest density in the enclosures with high amounts of highly unsaturated fatty acids added, whereas both Daphnia and Ceriodaphnia reached the highest numbers in the enclosures where we added emulsions of saturated fatty acids only.
4. Our results suggest that different taxa may be limited by different factors, even though they use similar food sources. Hence, we conclude that it is very difficult to generalize on the limiting factors in aquatic systems.  相似文献

Salinity stress tests are commonly applied in shrimp hatcheries to estimate the quality of postlarvae (PL) to be used during growout. Higher larval survival during culture and to a salinity stress test in both fish and crustaceans have been reported when specimens were offered a diet containing high levels of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA). However, it is not clear if increased survival is a result of better overall physiological condition resulting from the diet or a specific effect of HUFA on osmoregulatory mechanisms. This study analyzed if HUFA-rich diets could modify the fatty acid composition of membranes in gills, and if this change in composition could affect the activity of the Na+/K+ ATPase pump and carbonic anhydrase in relation to changes in salinity. One-day-old postlarvae (PL1) pooled from different spawns were fed for 20 days with Artemia sp. nauplii enriched with three levels of HUFA: low, medium and high. At PL20, survivals during culture and to salinity stress test (tap water for 30 min) were evaluated. Also at this stage, Na+/K+-ATPase and carbonic anhydrase activity, morphometric variables, and fatty acid composition in the hepatopancreas and gills were measured after they were submitted to a salinity challenge in dilute seawater (10 ppt) for 3 h. No significant differences were observed in survival rates during culture, but survival to a salinity stress test was higher and gill area was larger in PL20 fed the Artemia sp. nauplii enriched with medium HUFA levels, probably as a result of an increased 22:6n-3 content and higher 22:6n-3/20:5n-3 ratio in this diet and in the tissues of the organisms fed this diet. Na+/K+-ATPase specific activity was significantly higher in posterior gills, while the specific activity of the carbonic anhydrase was higher in anterior gills. Enzymatic activities increased significantly in PL20 submitted to a salinity challenge, and HUFA levels in the diet affected both. The proportion of fatty acids in hepatopancreas and gills were significantly affected not only by diet, but also by exposure to dilute media. This effect is discussed in relation to an increase in gill surface and changes in fatty acid composition in the phospholipids present in gill membranes, which can modify the permeability and the activity of the Na+/K+-ATPase pump. The beneficial effect of HUFA supplementation in the diet on survival to salinity stress test is partially related to modification of fatty acid composition of gills and to a larger gill area, which in turn enhances osmoregulatory mechanisms, namely Na+/K+-ATPase and carbonic anhydrase activities.  相似文献

Migrating juvenile wild Chinook salmon Oncorhynchus tshawytscha, collected and loaded onto transport barges at Lower Granite Dam on the Snake River, were sampled from barges at John Day Dam, 348 km downstream, at 5 day intervals beginning in late April and ending in late May. An increase in lipid peroxidation and decrease in vitamin E in liver were observed from early to late in the barge transportation season. These changes seemed unrelated to changes in plasma cortisol or corresponding glucose levels, which declined from early to late in the season, or the concentration of n‐3 highly unsaturated fatty acid (HUFA) concentrations in tissue but may be related to water temperature, which increased during the transport season, or other changes associated with the parr–smolt transformation.  相似文献

The biochemical composition and abundance variation of zooplankton (copepods and Artemia salina) were determined in four ponds of increasing salinity (A5, A16, C41 and M2) in the Sfax solar saltern (Tunisia). The zooplankton community was dominated by copepods in the ponds A5, A16 and C41. The pond M2 was marked by the presence of only Artemia salina. Our results showed the dominance of total saturated fatty acids (SFA), which made up 57%–95% of total fatty acids (TFA). SFA 16:0 and 18:0 dominate in all ponds. A. salina showed the highest amounts of the total monounsaturated (MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), this indicates that this species could be employed in hatcheries and used as food source for some aquarium species. Fatty acids of herbivory, proportion of all diatom markers to all flagellate markers (D/F), were negatively correlated with the total zooplankton (r = −0.998, p < 0.05). A. salina was negatively correlated with a biomarker for carnivory polyunsaturated fatty acids/saturated fatty acids (PUFA/SFA) (r = −0.959, p < 0.05). The dietary quality of zooplankton seems to be dependent on food availability in the four studied ponds.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of long-term exposure to CBZ on the antioxidant system in brain tissue of rainbow trout. Fish were exposed to sublethal concentrations of CBZ (1.0 μg/L, 0.2 mg/L or 2.0 mg/L) for 7, 21, and 42 days. Oxidative stress indices (LPO and CP) and activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPx and GR) in fish brain were measured. In addition, non-enzymatic antioxidant (GSH) was determined after 42 days exposure. Carbamazepine exposure at 0.2 mg/L led to significant increases (p < 0.05) of LPO and CP after 42 days and, at 2.0 mg/L, after 21 days. Activities of the antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT, and GPx in CBZ-treated groups slightly increased during the first period (7 days). However, activities of all measured antioxidant enzymes were significantly inhibited (p < 0.05) at 0.2 mg/L exposure after 42 days and after 21 days at 2.0 mg/L. After 42 days, the content of GSH in fish brain was significantly lower (p < 0.05) in groups exposed to CBZ at 0.2 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L than in other groups. Prolonged exposure to CBZ resulted in excess reactive oxygen species formation, finally resulting in oxidative damage to lipids and proteins and inhibited antioxidant capacities in fish brain. In short, a low level of oxidative stress could induce the adaptive responses of antioxidant enzymes, but long-term exposure to CBZ could lead to serious oxidative damage in fish brain.  相似文献

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid (n-3 HUFA) on growth, nonspecific immunity, expression of some immune related genes and disease resistance of juvenile large yellow croaker (Larmichthys crocea) following natural infestation of parasites (Cryptocaryon irritans). Six isoproteic and isolipidic diets were formulated with graded levels of n-3 HUFA ranging from 0.15% to 2.25% of the dry weight and the DHA/EPA was approximately fixed at 2.0. Each diet was randomly allocated to triplicate groups of fish in floating sea cages (1.0 × 1.0 × 1.5 m), and each cage was stocked with 60 fish (initial average weight 9.79 ± 0.6 g). Fish were fed twice daily (05:00 and 17:00) to apparent satiation for 58 days. Results showed that moderate n-3 HUFA level (0.98%) significantly enhanced growth compared with the control group (0.15% HUFA) (P < 0.05), while higher n-3 HUFA levels (1.37%, 1.79% and 2.25%) had detrimental effects on the growth though no significance was found (P > 0.05). Nitro blue tetrazolium (NBT) positive leucocytes percentage of head kidney and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased with increasing n-3 HUFA from 0.15% to 0.60%, and decreased with further increase of n-3 HUFA from 0.60% to 2.25% (P < 0.05). Serum lysozyme activity increased significantly as n-3 HUFA increased from 0.15% to 1.37%, and then decreased with n-3 HUFA from 1.37% to 2.25% (P > 0.05). There were no significant differences in phagocytosis index (PI) of head kidney leucocytes among dietary treatments (P > 0.05). The hepatic mRNA expression of Toll-like receptor 22 (TLR22) and Myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) was significantly up-regulated in fish fed the diets with low or moderate levels, while in kidney this increment was only found at specific sampling time during the natural infestation of parasites. The 13 d cumulative mortality rate following natural infestation of parasites decreased with n-3 HUFA increased from 0.15% to 0.60% (P < 0.05), and significantly increased with n-3 HUFA from 0.60% to 2.25% (P < 0.05). Results of this study suggested that fish fed low or moderate dietary n-3 HUFA had higher growth, nonspecific immune responses, expression levels of some immune related genes and disease resistance of large yellow croaker following natural infestation of parasites and dietary n-3 HUFA may regulate fish immunity and disease resistance by altering the mRNA expression levels of TLR22 and MyD88.  相似文献

以鱼粉、豆粕和酪蛋白为蛋白源,通过调节饲料中的牛油和鱼油水平,使饲料中高度不饱和脂肪酸(n-3HU-FA)的含量分别达到0.60、0.96、1.24、1.56、1.77和2.11%,配制出6种等氮等能的实验饲料,并以此饲料投喂军曹鱼幼鱼(8.3±0、5g)8周。实验结果显示饲料中n-3HUFA水平对实验鱼成活率没有显著影响,但却显著影响了军曹鱼的特定生长率(SGR)。随着饲料中n-3HUFA水平的升高,SGR相应提高,但当饲料中n-3HUFA水平高于1.24%时,各处理之间的生长没有出现显著差异。随着饲料中n-3HUFA水平的升高,肌肉和肝脏中18:1n-9的含量逐渐下降,而22:6n-3的水平相应升高。根据实验结果,当以特定生长率为评价指标时,用折线模型估计出军曹鱼对饲料中n-3HUFA的需求量约为1.49%。  相似文献
