为了解湖南高望界国家级自然保护区蝶类多样性本底及其影响因素, 2016年5月至2018年10月, 我们采用样线法对保护区内外的6种生境(保护区内4种, 区外2种)开展了20次蝶类多样性调查。共记录蝴蝶个体13,956只, 依照五科分类系统, 隶属5科113属239种, 其中湖南省蝶类新记录17种。区系成分以东洋种为主(139种, 占58.1%), 广布种次之(97种, 占40.6%), 古北种最少(3种, 占1.3%)。对不同生境的蝶类群落多样性指数进行分析后发现, 人为干扰程度和生境异质性共同影响蝶类多样性。不同生境相似性分析结果表明, 蝶类群落的相似度与人为干扰程度和植被类型差异密切相关。3年间, 蝶类多样性指数月度变化基本一致, 蝶类物种数、多样性指数与月均温间呈显著正相关, 与月降水量无相关性。综上, 蝶类多样性受到人为干扰程度和气象因子的影响。为保护蝶类资源, 建议保护好蝶类栖息地, 减少人为干扰。 相似文献

网络分析(network analysis)可以同时分析群落中的物种多样性和种间关系, 为了解生态群落的稳定性机制提供了新的分析思路和方法。本研究从西双版纳国家级自然保护区的纳板河、勐仑和勐腊(补蚌)三个地点采集了树栖性蚂蚁及树木的种类和数量数据, 对蚂蚁-树组成的二分网络进行了分析, 探讨了3个采样点物种的多样性、网络指标以及群落指标之间的关系。我们采用零模型的方法比较了3个样点的标准化网络参数差异。结果表明: 蚂蚁和树木的物种数以及树的异质性指数(Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数)都呈现出勐仑 > 纳板河 > 补蚌的趋势。树木-蚂蚁的灭绝曲线系数大小关系同样为勐仑 > 纳板河 > 补蚌, 灭绝曲线与树的物种数及异质性指数大小趋势一致, 而与蚂蚁的异质性指数并不吻合。根据Z值的绝对值来看, 网络参数(加权嵌套性、平均连接数、特化水平、模块性、连接度)与群落参数(灭绝曲线系数、生态位重叠)的大小趋势相同, 表现出勐仑 > 纳板河 > 补蚌的趋势。综上所述, 蚂蚁-树互作网络的稳定性(灭绝曲线系数)主要由树的数量和异质性指数决定。网络的加权嵌套性和网络中节点的平均连接数也能促进群落的稳定性。而在一个特化的(数值越大表示专性互作越多)和模块化(具有较多密切互作的节点单元)的网络中, 当低营养级物种灭绝时高营养级物种数量将迅速减少。 相似文献

Parameters of the length-weight relationship (LWR) were estimated for four fish species [Beaufortia szechuanensis (Fang, 1930), Claea dabryi (Sauvage, 1874), Percocypris pingi (Tchang, 1930), and Yunnanilus sichuanensis Ding, 1995] from the Yalong River. Samples were collected seasonally from June 2018 to July 2019, using various fishing gears [set nets (mesh: 1.5 × 2.0 cm), hook, drift gill nets (three mesh sizes: 1.0; 2.0; 3.0 cm) and electro fishing]. Gastric cancer (GC) is a prevalent malignant cancer of digestive system, identification of novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for GC is urgently demanded. The aim of this study was to determine potential long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) associated with the pathogenesis and prognosis of GC. Raw noncoding RNA microarray data (GSE53137, GSE70880, and GSE99417) was downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Differentially expressed genes between GC and adjacent normal gastric tissue samples were screened by an integrated analysis of multiple gene expression profile after gene reannotation and batch normalization. Differentially expressed genes were further confirmed by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network, Gene Ontology term and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway, survival analysis were extensively applied to identify hub lncRNAs and discover potential biomarkers related to diagnosis and prognosis of GC. In total of 246 integrated differential genes including 15 lncRNAs and 241 messenger RNAs (mRNAs) were obtained after intersections of differential genes between GEO and TCGA database. ceRNA network comprised of three lncRNAs (UCA1, HOTTIP, and HMGA1P4), 26 microRNAs (miRNAs) and 72 mRNAs. Functional analysis revealed that three lncRNAs were mainly dominated in cell cycle and cellular senescence. Survival analysis showed that HMGA1P4 was statistically related to the overall survival rate. For the first time, we identified that HMGA1P4, a target of miR-301b/miR-508, is involved in cell cycle and senescence process by regulating CCNA2 in GC. Finally, the expression levels of three lncRNAs were validated to be upregulated in GC tissues. Thus, three lncRNAs including UCA1, HOTTIP, and HMGA1P4 may contribute to GC development and their potential functions might be associated with the prognosis of GC. 相似文献

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the foremost causes of renal failure and a primary cause of diabetes mellitus related death. Previously, we have reported that aqueous extract of Enicostemma littorale has potential antidiabetic activity. In the present study, we have investigated the effect of aqueous extract of E. littorale 1 g/kg, p.o. and swertiamarin 50 mg/kg, p.o. daily for 3 weeks in type 1 DN complications in SD rats. DN was assessed by serum urea, creatinine, lipid profile and water intake levels. Treatment with aqueous extract of E. littorale and swertiamarin significantly decreased serum urea and creatinine and other parameters associated with the development of DN in type 1 diabetic rats. We have also found considerable improvement in histology of glomerular function of aqueous extract of E. littorale and swertiamarin-treated animals. 相似文献

构筑城市(群)生态屏障是我国生态建设的重点之一。高速城市化进程中,城市范围、征用土地、人口数量、建设规模不断扩大,生态安全形势日益严峻,生态环境保护压力不断加大。长株潭城市群是国家"两型"社会建设试验区,生态屏障建设备受关注。在广泛开展社会调研、专项调查、专题研究、学术讨论的基础上,根据景观生态学和保护生物学的相关原理,通过对区域生态压力、需求、承载力的分析,借助RS、GIS、GPS等现代高新技术,科学区划长株潭城市群生态屏障的空间层级、结构、布局、功能区,明确了各功能区的建设方向、目标,提出了分区管理和分级保护等具体空间管治措施,规划2020年前保护建设工程项目。研究结果表明,城市群必须根据生态环境承载能力,按生态隔离组团方式科学布局城市空间,预留足够的生态基地,优先构筑稳固的生态屏障;按照主体功能区划和目标定位,严格管治和合理布局生态用地,加强部门规划统筹协调,依法严格保护森林和湿地;加强公共财政转移支付和社会融资力度,抓紧实施生态屏障工程建设,努力改善环境质量,维护区域生态平衡,努力实现资源节约、环境友好、提高城市品位和综合竞争能力的社会发展目标。研究结果可为城市生态屏障建设提供科学方法和依据,同时也可为全国其它城市(群)生态屏障建设提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献
