Association between the reward caused by consuming drugs and the context in which they are consumed is essential in the formation of morphine-induced conditioned place preference (CPP). Glucocorticoid receptor (GRs) activation in different regions of the brain affects reward-based reinforcement and memory processing. A wide array of studies have demonstrated that blockage of GRs in some brain areas can have an effect on reward-related memory; however, to date there have been no systematic studies about the involvement of glucocorticoids (GCs) in morphine-related reward memory. Here, we used the GR antagonist RU38486 to investigate how GRs blockage affects the sensitization and CPP behavior during different phases of reward memory included acquisition, retrieval and reconsolidation. Interestingly, our results showed RU38486 has the ability to impair the acquisition, retrieval and reconsolidation of reward-based memory in CPP and sensitization behavior. But RU38486 by itself cannot induce CPP or conditioned place aversion (CPA) behavior. Our data provide a much more complete picture of the potential effects that glucocorticoids have on the reward memory of different phases and inhibit the sensitization behavior.  相似文献

Immediate loading(IL)increases the risk of marginal bone loss.The present study investigated the biomechanical response of peri-implant bone in rabbits after IL,aiming at optimizing load management.Ninety-six implants were installed bilaterally into femurs of 48 rabbits.Test implants on the left side created the maximal initial stress of 6.9 and 13.4 MPa in peri-implant bone and unloaded implants on the contralateral side were controls.Bone morphology and bone-implant interface strength were measured with histological examination and push-out testing during a 12-week observation period.Additionally,the animal data were incorporated into finite element(FE)models to calculate the bone stress distribution at different levels of osseointegration.Results showed that the stress was concentrated in the bone margin and the bone stress gradually decreased as osseointegration proceeded.A stress of about 2.0 MPa in peri-implant bone had a positive effect on new bone formation,osseointegration and bone-implant interface strength.Bone loss was observed in some specimens with stress exceeding 4.0 MPa.Data indicate that IL significantly increases bone stress during the early postoperative period,but the load-bearing capacity of peri-implant bone increases rapidly with an increase of bone-implant contact.Favorable bone responses may be continually promoted when the stress in peri-implant bone is maintained at a definite level.Accordingly,the progressive loading mode is recommended for IL implants.  相似文献

采用体内注射小牛血清、肾组织细胞短期培养、常见空气干燥法制备了施氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki Brandt)的染色体,并进行了核型分析。施氏鲟二倍体的染色体为238±8条,其核型为78m+12sm+28st,t+120±mc,NF :328±。以外周血红细胞为样本,鸡的红细胞为对照,用美国产的FACStar Plus流式细胞仪测定了施氏鲟二倍体细胞核的DNA含量, 其DNA含量为鸡的5.06倍,绝对含量为11.73±0.68pg/N。 Abstract:Metaphase chromosome specimens of Amur Sturgeon,injected with fetalcalf serum,were prepared from short-term culture of kidney cells with air-drying technique.Its diploid chromosome number is 2n=238±8.Karyotype consists of 78m+12sm+28st,t+120±mc,NF:328±.Diploid nucleus DNA content was measured from the peripheral erythrocytes,using flow cytometer(FACStar Pus,made in USA)and erythrocytes of chick(Gallus sp)as internal standard.DNA content of the fish is 11.73±0.68pg/N and the ratio to that of chickens is 5.06.  相似文献
