嗜酸乳杆菌在模拟胃肠环境中抗性的研究   总被引:36,自引:0,他引:36  
采用MRS培养基,模拟胃肠环境,即低pH值(1.5~4.5)。高胆汁盐(0.1%~0.4%)对嗜酸乳杆菌抗性进行了研究。同时对肠道中致病性大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的拮抗特性以及服用抗生素后嗜酸乳杆菌的耐药性进行了研究。结果表明,嗜酸乳杆菌在pH2.5~4.5时具有较强的生存能力,6h活菌数仍达 107cfu/mL以上,pH1.5条件下仍有部分存活。在0.1%~0.3%胆汁盐条件下4h活菌数仍达106cfu/mL以上,且能在0.4%胆汁盐中存活。同时,对致病性大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具  相似文献

Secondary structures of proteins were studied by recurrence quantification analysis (RQA). High-resolution, 3-dimensional coordinates of alpha-carbon atoms comprising a set of 68 proteins were downloaded from the Protein Data Bank. By fine-tuning four recurrence parameters (radius, line, residue, separation), it was possible to establish excellent agreement between percent contribution of alpha-helix and beta-sheet structures determined independently by RQA and that of the DSSP algorithm (Define Secondary Structure of Proteins). These results indicate that there is an equivalency between these two techniques, which are based upon totally different pattern recognition strategies. RQA enhances qualitative contact maps by quantifying the arrangements of recurrent points of alpha carbons close in 3-dimensional space. For example, the radius was systematically increased, moving the analysis beyond local alpha-carbon neighborhoods in order to capture super-secondary and tertiary structures. However, differences between proteins could only be detected within distances up to about 6-11 A, but not higher. This result underscores the complexity of alpha-carbon spacing when super-secondary structures appear at larger distances. Finally, RQA-defined secondary structures were found to be robust against random displacement of alpha carbons upwards of 1 A. This finding has potential import for the dynamic functions of proteins in motion.  相似文献

超大穗小麦是小麦超高产育种的宝贵资源,通过去穗处理,对不同类型的超大穗小麦灌浆特性进行了方程拟合及参数分析,结果表明:①百粒重的增重进程,在不同处理间无显著差异,不同品系间差异明显;②单株粒重的增重进程,在不同处理间、不同品系间都表现出显著差异,不同处理间更为突出;③对灌浆参数分析,超大穗小麦的最大灌浆速度与对照基本一致,但灌浆期显著的长,86(306)达50d,90(151)43d,而对照小偃6号、咸农151分别为40d,35d。依次配合相应的栽培技术,可有效的发挥超大穗小麦产量潜力。  相似文献

Streptococcus mutans (MTCC 497) was grown anaerobically in acidic Brain heart infusion (BHI) medium with 15 % sucrose to produce cell-bound and extracellular water-insoluble polysaccharide mutan. Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) and 13C NMR studies revealed a mixed linkage of α-1−3 and α-1–6 mutan with a production yield of 1.8 g/L. Mutan has a branched structure with a molecular weight (Mw) of 5654 Da. Water-insoluble mutan was carboxymethylated at 0.93 degrees of substitution. FTIR spectra with characteristic peaks at 1603 cm−1 and 1418 cm−1 due to symmetric and asymmetric vibrations of the COO- group confirmed carboxymethylation. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed that native mutan and carboxymethyl mutan exhibited higher thermal stability. Carboxymethylation enhanced solubility and antioxidative radical-scavenging activity. The in-vitro antioxidative radical scavenging analysis revealed 52 % and 47 % inhibition of DPPH and ABTS radicals.  相似文献

Structural, chemical, magnetic and thermodynamic properties of palladium clusters Pdn with n = 2–11 are studied using density functional methods. The average bond length, entropy, enthalpy and polarisability are observed to increase as the cluster grows in size. The binding energy per atom also increases with cluster size. Stability function and atom addition energy change predict that Pd4, Pd6 and Pd9 are relatively more stable than their neighbouring clusters. Electron affinity, electronegativity and electrophilicity values suggest that larger clusters have stronger tendency to accept electrons, thereby supporting the relative stability of Pd4 and Pd6. Chemical hardness is also seen to decrease with cluster size, which suggests that large clusters are more prone to changes in their electronic structure. The magnetic properties of these clusters are reported.  相似文献

Vibrational optical coherence elastography (OCE) is a promising tool for extracting the mechanical property of soft tissue. Purpose of this study is focusing on settling the optimal frequency range for vibrational OCE with evenly distributed stress filed. A finite element model of 2% agar phantom was built by ANSYS with a vibration stimulation frequency range from 200 to 3000 Hz. Practical experiments were carried out for cross‐validation with the same frequencies and sample. Lateral and horizontal stress filed distributions under different frequencies were mathematically evaluated by coefficient of variance and degree of linearity. Results from simulation and practical experiment cross‐validated each other and 1000 Hz was set as the maximum ideal frequency for vibrational OCE, while the minimum frequency is set by theoretical calculation with a result of 250 Hz. An ex vivo biological sample was utilised to testify performance of vibrational OCE with excitation frequencies in and out of concluded optimal range, which showed that stiffness was better mapped out in optimal frequency range.  相似文献

The rice branching enzyme I (BEI) overproduced in Escherichia coli cells was investigated with respect to action on starches. BEI treatment decreased the turbidity of starch suspensions with distinct pasting behaviors from a native starch. This result suggests the great potential of BEI as a molecular tool for the production of a novel glucan polymer.  相似文献

We found that interferon-α produced by human leukocytes contained four subtypes that were glycosylated by N-linkages according to the results of lectin blot analysis. These glycosylated subtypes were type H or type ω and thei sugar moieties had no relation to their biological activities.  相似文献
