为促进城市可持续发展,在科学合理规划城市空间格局的基础上,应突出强调保护原有特色生态环境要素,保育生态系统服务功能和原住民人居环境。作为世界文化遗产,丽江城市面貌在过去数十年发生了深刻变化,城市用地显著扩张,同时严峻的环境问题对城市可持续发展提出挑战。以丽江市为例,选取对其发展影响深远的水系元素、噪声环境因子和森林火灾3个关键生态敏感因子,提出通过分析这类生态敏感区在城市规划过程中的避让方法、程度,区划城市规划基本空间格局,以避免城市未来因生态环境问题突出而制约其发展的规划用地思路。结果表明,丽江城区周边湖泊水系、古城内部及周边原住民人口密集区都是保障城市可持续发展的生态保护重点地区,在城市用地规划中必须予以避让;该区域面积为147.2 km2,占研究区面积的11.1%。同时,明确给出了规划用地的具体空间控制范围和相应的避让原则。 相似文献

根据东山湾海域环境污染现状和生态系统的特点,从水质环境、沉积物环境、生物残毒以及海洋生物方面构建了东山湾生态系统健康评价指标体系,提出了基于可变模糊评价模型的海湾生态系统健康评价方法,并利用该方法对东山湾生态系统健康状况进行了评价。结果表明:东山湾春季生态系统健康指数为2.36,秋季为2.44,均处于"良与中之间,偏良"水平,春季略优于秋季。影响东山湾生态系统健康状况的主要负面指标因子为鱼卵及仔鱼密度(春秋季健康指数均值为4.95)、营养水平(秋季健康指数为4.47)和底栖生物生物量(春季健康指数为3.59)。实例研究表明该方法通过准则参数α和距离参数p的不同组合变化,以线性与非线性相结合,能够较客观系统、标准量化地评价海湾生态系统健康状况的优劣,。 相似文献

Some common floating aquatic macrophytes could remove nutrients, such as nitrogen, from eutrophic water. However, the relationship between these macrophytes and the ammonia-oxidizing microorganisms on their rhizoplanes is still unknown. In this study, we examined communities of ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and bacteria (AOB) on the rhizoplanes of common floating aquatic macrophytes (Eichhornia crassipes, Pistia stratiotes and Ipomoea aquatic) in a eutrophic reservoir.The results show that AOB were the predominant ammonia-oxidizer on the three rhizoplanes. The principal AOB were Nitrosomonas europaea and Nitrosomonas ureae clades. The principal group of AOA was most similar to the clone from activated sludge. The ratio of AOB amoA gene copies to AOA varied from 1.36 (on E. crassipes) to 41.90 (on P. stratiotes). Diversity of AOA was much lower than that of AOB in most samples, with the exception of P. stratiotes. 相似文献

微生物介导的异化Fe(III) 还原是非硫厌氧环境中Fe(III) 还原生成Fe(II) 的主要途径,然而相关的铁还原菌还不是很清楚,特别是在水稻土中.本文采用富集培养的方法,以乙酸和氢气作为电子供体,水铁矿和针铁矿作为电子受体,通过末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)技术和16S rRNA基因克隆测序相结合的分子生物学方法研究了水稻土中铁还原菌的多样性.结果表明:无论是以乙酸或氢气为电子供体,水铁矿或针铁矿为电子受体,地杆菌(Geobacter)和梭菌(Clostridiales)是富集到的主要微生物群落;乙酸为电子供体时,富集到的主要微生物群落还包括红环菌(Rhodocyclaceae);因此,除地杆菌外,梭菌和红环菌很可能也是水稻土中重要的铁还原菌. 相似文献

We propose a numerical model of hemodynamics arising from malaria infection. This model is based on a particle method, where all the components of blood are represented by the finite number of particles. A two-dimensional spring network of membrane particles is employed for expressing the deformation of malaria infected red blood cells (IRBCs). Malaria parasite within the IRBC is modeled as a rigid object. This model is applied to the stretching of IRBCs by optical tweezers, the deformation of IRBCs in shear flow, and the occlusion of narrow channels by IRBCs. We also investigate the effects of IRBCs on the rheological property of blood in micro-channels. Our results indicate that apparent viscosity is drastically increased for the period from the ring stage and the trophozoite stage, whereas it is not altered in the early stage of infection. 相似文献

Expression of surface antigens is usually mutually exclusive, meaning that only one protein is present on the cell surface. With the RNAi feeding technology we induce serotype shifts in Paramecium tetraurelia which are demonstrated to be incomplete, meaning that the cells remain in a shifting state. The coexpression of "old" and "new" protein on the surface can be detected to be stable for more than 15 divisions over a 5-day feeding procedure, a time period different from that reported for temperature-induced shifts. A characteristic heterogenic distribution of the different surface antigens is demonstrated by double indirect-immunofluorescent-staining and we show antigen transport mechanisms related to the tips of cilia. Therefore, we discuss release mechanisms, potential sorting mechanisms for glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored proteins and the localizations of surface antigens, which are important for the reported classical immobilization reaction. 相似文献

A novel protein was isolated from the seminal plasma of the mud crab, Scylla serrata (Forskål, 1775). It exhibited an antibacterial activity against the Gram-positive bacterium Micrococcus leteus with IC90 of 0.125 mg/ml. The extraction procedure for the protein included techniques of acid extraction, ion-exchange chromatography on SP-Sepharose Fast Flow and reverse-phase liquid chromatography on Source 5R RPC. It showed a molecular mass of 10.8 kDa by SDS-PAGE. A partial 20 residue NH2-terminal sequence was determined by Edman degradation and MS-fingerprint of the protein was conducted. Similarity search in protein databases (BLAST) revealed that the protein exhibited no significant homology to any other reported antimicrobial peptides. We propose the name Scygonadin (from the gonad of S. serrata) for this antibacterial protein. 相似文献
