首次报道了中国双盖蕨属一新记录种,中日双盖蕨(Diplazium×kidoi Sa.Kurata),该种是耳羽短肠蕨(D.wichurae(Mett.)Diels)和薄叶双盖蕨(D.pinfaense Ching)的杂交种。本研究详细描述了中日双盖蕨的形态特征,并比较了其与两个亲本的差别。D.×kidoi的发现对研究异域杂交物种形成和认识蕨类植物物种形成中广泛存在的杂交现象具有一定的意义。  相似文献

在形态分类研究的基础上,利用RAPD技术,对黑龙江省蹄盖蕨科植物6属9种共15个种群进行了遗传多样性分析,分析结果表明:(1)假冷蕨属应包括在蹄盖蕨属中(2)角蕨属与蹄盖蕨属,羽节蕨属与冷蕨属亲源关系较近(3)短肠蕨属为独立一属,与其它属亲源关系较远。根据黑龙江省蹄盖蕨科植物的DNA水平的研究结果,再结合其形态学特征,建议将黑龙江省蹄盖蕨科划分为3个亚科:冷蕨亚科(Cystopterioideae)包括2个属:冷蕨属(Cystopteris)和羽节蕨属(Cemnocarpium)。蹄盖蕨亚科(Athyrioideae)包括3个属:蹄盖蕨属(Athyrium)、假冷蕨属(Pseudocystopteris)和角蕨属(Cornopteris)。双盖蕨亚科(Diplazioideae)包括短肠蕨属(Alhntodia)。  相似文献

阔叶鳞盖蕨和粗毛鳞盖蕨(碗蕨科)配子体发育的研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
以腐殖土为基质,对阔叶鳞盖蕨Microlepia patyphylla(D.Don)J.Sm.和粗毛鳞盖蕨M.strigosa(Thunb.)Presl进行了孢子繁殖;利用光学显微镜观察和记录了它们的孢子萌发和配子体发育过程。结果表明,两者的孢子及配子体性状极为相似:孢子同型,三裂缝,萌发慢;孢子萌发需要光,萌发方式为书带蕨型Vittaria-type;配子体生长慢,发育类型为铁线蕨型Adiantum—type;原叶体心形或其他形状,无毛状体,多数为雌雄异株。性器类型为薄囊蕨型Leptosporangiate-type。它们既具有大量的原始性状,也具有少数进化性状。与阔叶鳞盖蕨相比,粗毛鳞盖蕨的配子体发育特征更为原始。说明粗己鳞盖蕨的系统位置更加低下。首次观察到阔叶鳞盖蕨中细胞自然死亡时的叶绿体聚集现象。粗毛鳞盖蕨原叶体老化时叶绿体呈现规则的、相互镶嵌的多边形的形状以及在正常光照下粗毛鳞盖蕨某些细胞中的部分叶绿体成链珠状排列等现象。  相似文献

在人工条件下对我国产单叶双盖蕨(Diplazium subsinuatum (Wall. ex Hook. et Grev.) Tagawa)配子体发育进行了观察。结果表明:单叶双盖蕨的孢子为两面体型,两侧对称,极面观为椭圆形,赤道面观为圆肾形,周壁具粗刺状或棒状突起;孢子萌发为书带蕨型;原叶体发育为铁线蕨型,成熟原叶体为心脏形。该研究试图为蕨类植物的系统分类积累资料。  相似文献

国产对囊蕨亚科(蹄盖蕨科)植物的管状分子   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

利用扫描电镜观察了国产蹄盖蕨科(Athyriaceae)对囊蕨亚科(Deparioideae)10种植物及双盖蕨属(Diplazium Sw.)3种植物根状茎的管状分子。结果显示,这些管状分子端壁和侧壁的形态及结构分别相同且侧壁具有穿孔板(多穿孔板)。根据穿孔板的形态特征,将该亚科的管状分子分为5种类型:(1)梯状穿孔板,无穿孔的二型性现象:(2)梯状穿孔板,有穿孔的二型性现象:(3)网状穿孔板:(4)梯状-网状混合的穿孔板:(5)大孔状穿孔板。按照纹孔膜残留的程度又可分为3种:部分区域有完整的纹孔膜、残留呈网状或线状以及很少或无纹孔膜残留。结合前人的研究资料,发现蕨类植物的管状分子与被子植物的导管分子在形态和输导机理上存在明显差异,管胞和导管分子不能仅仅根据纹孔膜的存在与否来确定,而应根据穿孔板存在于端壁还是侧壁进行判断,即穿孔板仅存在于端壁的管状分子为导管分子:端壁和侧壁形态及结构分别相同,有或无穿孔板的管状分子为管胞。由此可以推测蕨类植物和裸子植物中输导水分和矿物质的管状分子主要为管胞。单叶双盖蕨属(Triblemma(J.Sm.)Ching)与双盖蕨属管状分子的特征并不相似,显示了将单叶双盖蕨属从双盖蕨属独立出来归人对囊蕨亚科的合理性。根据管状分子的特征,推测假蹄盖蕨属(Athyriopsis Ching)和蛾眉蕨属(Lunathyrium Koidz.)可能是比较进化的属,而介蕨属(Dryoathyrium Ching)相对比较原始,单叶双盖蕨属的系统位置应介于假蹄盖蕨属与介蕨属之间。  相似文献

岩蕨科(Woodsiaceae)和球盖蕨科(Peranemaceae)历来被多数学者认为是亲缘关系密切的两个科,它们的系统位置一直存在争议,两科曾被放入三叉蕨科(Aspidiaceae)、碗蕨科(Dennstaedtiaceae)、鳞毛蕨亚科(Dryopteridoidaae)及鳞毛蕨科(Dryopteriaceae)蹄盖蕨亚科(Athyrioideae)中。根据岩蕨科1种、球盖蕨科3种、蹄盖蕨科8种、鳞毛蕨科2种及1种外类群假大羽铁角蕨(Asplenium pseudolaserpitiifolium)的cpDNA基因trnL—F区序列建立的系统树,结果显示,岩蕨科和球盖蕨科的亲缘关系较远,岩蕨科与蹄盖蕨科有密切的亲缘关系,球盖蕨科与鳞毛蕨科亲缘关系较近,岩蕨科和球盖蕨科是处于不同进化线上的植物。秦仁昌(1978)和Pichi—Sermolii(1977)的系统将二者分别作为独立的科是合适的。  相似文献

报道了陕西分布新记录的11种蕨类植物,即峨眉盾蕨(Neolepisorus emeiensis)、边缘鳞盖蕨(Microlepia marginata)、肾羽铁角蕨(Asplenium humistratum)、城口铁角蕨(A. chengkouense)、蚀盖耳蕨(Polystichum erosum)、伴藓耳蕨(P. muscicola)、尾叶耳蕨(P. thomsonii)、尖齿耳蕨(P. acutidens)、康定耳蕨(P. kangdingense)、石韦(Pyrrosia lingua)和绒紫萁(Osmunda claytoniana),凭证标本均保存于西北农林科技大学植物标本馆(原西北植物研究所标本馆)(WUK)。至此,陕西现有蕨类植物已有258种(不包括变种和变型)。  相似文献

报道了2个新异名,1个新等级和35种蕨类植物在广东的分布新记录。正安肋毛蕨(Ctenitis changanensis Ching)和信宜铁角蕨(Asplenium xinyiense Ching et S.H.Wu)分别作直鳞肋毛蕨(Ctenitis eatoni (Bak.) Ching)和厚叶铁角蕨(Asplenium griffithianum Hook)的异名处理;齿翅井栏凤尾蕨(Pteris serralata(Miau)Y. H. Yan)被提升到种的等级;假芒萁属(Sticherus Presl)、柄盖蕨属(Peranema D. Don)、蛾眉蕨属(Lunathyrium Koidz.)和革舌蕨属(Scleroglossum Alderw)等4个属为广东分布新记录,小笠原卷柏(Selaginella boninensis Baker)为中国大陆分布新记录。广东现有蕨类已达到56科144属502种。  相似文献

金粉蕨属(Onychium Kaulfuss)隶属广义凤尾蕨科中的凤尾蕨亚科。迄今为止,该属属下分组及种间界定等仍有诸多问题亟待解决。本研究选取5个叶绿体DNA 序列片段 (rbcL/atpA/matK/trnL-trnF/trnG-trnR),采用最大似然法(ML)和贝叶斯法(BI)构建金粉蕨属的系统发育树。结果表明:(1)金粉蕨属的9个成员被分置于两大支上。其中野雉尾金粉蕨(Onychium japonicum(Thunberg) Kunze)、西藏金粉蕨(O.tibeticum Ching & S.K.Wu)、木坪金粉蕨(O.moupinense Ching)、湖北金粉蕨(O.moupinense var. ipii(Ching) K.H.Shing)、栗柄金粉蕨(O.japonicum var. lucidum(D.Don) Christ)、黑足金粉蕨(O.cryptogrammoides Christ)、繁羽金粉蕨(O.plumosum Ching)聚为一支;而金粉蕨(O.siliculosum(Desvaux) C.Christensen)和蚀盖金粉蕨(O.tenuifrons Ching)则聚为另一支,可为该属的属下分组提供分子系统学证据;(2)野雉尾金粉蕨与栗柄金粉蕨在系统树中并没有聚在一起,而是被其它类群分割开来,不支持将后者作为野雉尾金粉蕨的变种,建议将栗柄金粉蕨提升为种的等级;(3)系统树上木坪金粉蕨与湖北金粉蕨的样本聚在一个细支上,支持《中国植物志》将湖北金粉蕨作为木坪金粉蕨变种的分类处理;(4)西藏金粉蕨与野雉尾金粉蕨聚在一起,并得到较高的支持,说明两者的关系近缘。  相似文献

Rhododendron ×duclouxii is morphologically intermediate between Rhododendron spiciferum and Rhododendron spinuliferum, and was suspected to be a natural hybrid between these species. In this study, the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and chloroplast trnL-F regions of 34 accessions of R. ×duclouxii and its putative parents were analyzed for evidence of hybridization. The results from molecular data supported by morphology demonstrated that R. ×duclouxii represents a natural hybrid between R. spiciferum and R. spinuliferum. It also implies that the hybridization between R. spiciferum and R. spinuliferum is bidirectional, and that populations of R. ×duclouxii represent hybrid swarms from backcrossing or selfing of F1 plants. The study is important for understanding the speciation processes in the genus since it demonstrates for the first time the existence of a natural homoploid hybrid in Rhododendron subgenus Rhododendron.  相似文献

In this issue of Molecular Ecology, Brelsford et al. (2011) present strong evidence for a case of hybrid speciation within the yellow-rumped warbler complex. Although homoploid hybrid speciation has now been documented in many animals (Mallet 2007), it seems rare in tetrapods (Mavárez & Linares 2008) and it has barely even been mentioned in birds (Price 2008). Brelsford and colleagues thus present the first detailed molecular evidence suggesting that hybrid speciation can occur in birds. Brelsford et al. (2011) posit that Audubon's warbler (Dendroica auduboni) constitutes a hybrid species originating from the admixture of two distinct parental lineages, represented today by myrtle warbler (D. coronata) and black-fronted warbler (D. nigrifrons). The authors present three major lines of molecular evidence suggesting that this is not simply a case of a hybrid swarm or limited introgression.  相似文献

The interaction between rapidly evolving centromere sequences and conserved kinetochore machinery appears to be mediated by centromere-binding proteins. A recent theory proposes that the independent evolution of centromere-binding proteins in isolated populations may be a universal cause of speciation among eukaryotes. In Drosophila the centromere-specific histone, Cid (centromere identifier), shows extensive sequence divergence between D. melanogaster and the D. simulans clade, indicating that centromere machinery incompatibilities may indeed be involved in reproductive isolation and speciation. However, it is presently unclear whether the adaptive evolution of Cid was a cause of the divergence between these species, or merely a product of postspeciation adaptation in the separate lineages. Furthermore, the extent to which divergent centromere identifier proteins provide a barrier to reproduction remains unknown. Interestingly, a small number of rescue lines from both D. melanogaster and D. simulans can restore hybrid fitness. Through comparisons of cid sequence between nonrescue and rescue strains, we show that cid is not involved in restoring hybrid viability or female fertility. Further, we demonstrate that divergent cid alleles are not sufficient to cause inviability or female sterility in hybrid crosses. Our data do not dispute the rapid divergence of cid or the coevolution of centromeric components in Drosophila; however, they do suggest that cid underwent adaptive evolution after D. melanogaster and D. simulans diverged and, consequently, is not a speciation gene.  相似文献

Abstract Total seed yield per plant in one season was differentiated neither between Epimedium diphyllum and the E. grandiflorum complex ( E. grandiflorum and E. sempervirens ), nor between these two groups and one of their hybrid derived species, E. trifoliatobinatum . Total ovules per plant and seed-set rate per capsule ( SR ) did not vary greatly between these species, and seed weight ( SW ) was almost the same between them. The number of flowers per inflorescence ( F ) was also constant. However, the remaining reproductive component characters, ovule number per ovary ( O ) and inflorescence number per plant ( I ), were differentiated between the three taxa. These two characters were negatively correlated and a trade-off relationship occurred under the constant total seed yield (= O × F × I × SR × SW ). Ovule number per ovary was highly correlated with spur length of the flower. During the course of the hybrid speciation of E. trifoliatobinatum , selection pressure by pollinators on intermediate spur length seems to have favored plants with an intermediate ovule number. On the other hand, this selection pressure counteracted the increase of the inflorescence number under the trade-off. The resultant seed yield of E. trifoliatobinatum did not differ from that of the parental species, but the pattern of ovule allocation to ovaries (capsules) was altered.  相似文献

Speciation genetics is defined as the study of genetic events and processes that differentiate the probabilities that genetic material from individual members of a population will co-occur in individuals of some future generation. It follows that phenotypic attributes that contribute to this differentiation of probabilities (e.g., mating preferences, sterility, or infertility of individuals from certain types of matings) constitute the phenotype of speciation, and genetic loci that may affect these phenotypic attributes can be considered as speciation genes. The literature on genetic differences between hybridizable species of Drosophila that are responsible for morphological differences, mating preferences, hybrid inviability, and hybrid sterility are reviewed with special reference to the species pair D. mojavensis - D. arizonensis. The case for the involvement of karyotypic changes in speciation in rodents is briefly discussed. It is concluded that no major advance has been made in the speciation genetics of Drosophila since Dobzhansky initiated the field 40 years ago. Yet, the identification of several gene loci that cause hybrid inviability or sterility may open the way to the understanding of reproductive isolation at the molecular level. It is not clear whether this approach will lead to general molecular mechanisms underlying the speciation process.  相似文献

Hybrids between D. pseudoobscura bogotana and D. pseudoobscura pseudoobscura are fertile except for males produced in one of the two reciprocal crosses. As there is no premating isolation between these subspecies, nonreciprocal male sterility represents the first step in speciation. Genetic analysis reveals two causes of hybrid F1 sterility: a maternal effect and incompatibilities between chromosomes within males. The maternal effect appears to play the greatest role in hybrid sterility. The X chromosome has the largest effect on fertility of any chromosome, a ubiquitous result in analyses of hybrid sterility and inviability in Drosophila. This effect is entirely attributable to a region comprising less than 30% of the X chromosome. These results are compared to those from a similar study of D. pseudoobscura-D. persimilis hybrids, an older and more reproductively isolated species pair in the same lineage. Such comparisons may allow one to identify the genetic changes characterizing the early versus late stages of speciation.  相似文献

Abstract:  Insect response to plant surface features is a critical step in host-finding and acceptance of herbivorous insects. The plant surface is usually covered with epicuticular waxes (EWs), which are not only involved in water physiology, but also provide resistance to insects. In the present work the probing behaviour and performance of the aphid Chaitophorus leucomelas Koch (Hemiptera: Aphididae) on dewaxed and waxed leaves of two poplar hybrids, [( Populus trichocarpa Torr. & Gray ×  Populus deltoides Bartram ex Marshall) ×  P. deltoides ] (TD × D) and [( P. trichocarpa  ×  Populus maximowiczii Henry) × ( P. trichocarpa  ×  P. maximowiczii )] (TM × TM), previously reported as susceptible and resistant, respectively, are described. Laboratory experiments showed that in naturally waxed leaves of the resistant hybrids, aphids devoted less time to probing and more time to non-probing behaviour when compared with their behaviour on susceptible hybrids. These differences were not present when leaves of these hybrids were experimentally dewaxed. A field experiment demonstrated that aphid reproductive performance was affected by hybrid genotype (higher in the TD × D) but not by EWs, although a trend of lower performance on dewaxed leaves in both hybrids was apparent. SEM analysis of EWs revealed micromorphological differences between both hybrids. These results support the idea that EWs affect aphid behaviour in poplars, with a rather slight impact on reproductive performance.  相似文献
