根据线粒体COI基因片段分析,柑橘黑刺粉虱Aleurocanthus spiniferus (Quaintance)种群和茶园黑刺粉虱种群之间的遗传距离(0.185-0.247)明显高于柑橘黑刺粉虱不同地理种群之间的遗传距离(0.002-0.076),也明显高于茶园黑刺粉虱不同地理种群之间的遗传距离(0-0.053)。由此推断柑橘黑刺粉虱和茶园黑刺粉虱属于黑刺粉虱的不同生物型,或不同种的Aleurocanthus属粉虱。地理距离和柑橘黑刺粉虱遗传距离具有较大的相关性,同类寄主专化型黑刺粉虱,岳阳洞庭湖区地理种群与其他地区地理种群遗传距离最远。长沙不同柑橘品种上的黑刺粉虱种群之间遗传距离小于0.01。  相似文献

【目的】明确黑刺粉虱Aleurocanthus spiniferus为害对茶叶生化物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响,为精准、安全、高效、绿色防治黑刺粉虱,提高茶叶品质提供参考。【方法】测定黑刺粉虱为害不同级别下黄金芽芽下第3叶中生化成分(茶多酚、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、咖啡碱、儿茶素)含量及3种抗氧化酶(SOD, POD和CAT)活性的变化。【结果】随着黑刺粉虱为害等级的提高,黄金芽芽下第3叶中茶多酚的含量显著性降低,且以为害级别为Ⅳ级时最低,为18.82%±0.21%,而游离氨基酸、咖啡碱、可溶性糖和儿茶素的含量在不同的为害级别间均无显著性变化。黄金芽芽下第3叶中POD和CAT活力随着黑刺粉虱为害等级的增加先显著升高后很快降低,均以为害等级Ⅰ时活性最高,分别为57.14±3.98和28.05±0.40 U/mg pro。SOD活力呈显著下降趋势,且以为害等级Ⅳ时SOD活力最低,为442.73±10.54 U/mg pro。【结论】黑刺粉虱为害对黄金芽茶叶中与抗性提高相关的生化物质咖啡碱、儿茶素含量均没有显著性影响,与抗逆补偿相关的游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量也没有显著性变化,但茶多酚含量显著降低,3种抗氧化酶活性随为害等级升高呈现先升高后显著降低的趋势,说明黄金芽对黑刺粉虱的抵抗力较弱,需要加强黄金芽上黑刺粉虱发生的科学管理。  相似文献

柑橘粉虱Dialeurodes citri Ashmead和柑橘潜叶蛾Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton是柑橘的主要害虫,为了评估施肥对其发生的影响,本研究调查了施用有机肥、化肥、复混肥(有机肥与化肥混合)的砂糖橘苗木上这两种害虫的发生危害情况。结果表明,施用有机肥的苗木上柑橘粉虱的卵和若虫数量显著低于化肥,由柑橘粉虱诱发的煤污病发病程度也显著低于化肥处理。有机肥处理柑橘粉虱成虫数量也最少,但与化肥、复混肥差异未达显著水平。另外,柑橘潜叶蛾为害情况在3种肥料处理之间则没有显著差异。说明施有机肥的砂糖橘对柑桔粉虱的吸引作用最弱,其次为复混肥,化肥最吸引柑橘粉虱。3种施肥处理对柑橘潜叶蛾的吸引作用差异不明显。  相似文献

通过比较研究茶黑刺粉虱 Aleurocanthus camelliae Kanmiya & Kasai和樟刺粉虱 Aleurocanthus cinnamomi Takahashi形态特征,有助于更好地区分这两种刺粉虱种类。采集这两种粉虱标本,通过体视显微镜和扫描电镜对茶黑刺粉虱和樟刺粉虱不同龄期形态结构进行了系统观察和比较研究;同时将伪蛹制作玻片标本观察。茶黑刺粉虱和樟刺粉虱卵、1 龄若虫和2 龄若虫形态结构比较相似,但是伪蛹形态不同,刺的数量及分布有较大的区别。茶黑刺粉虱中央区隆起,尤其是管状孔区域更明显,位于一个凸起的瘤突上;亚缘区上有10 ~ 11 对刺排列,樟刺粉虱亚缘区具有刺14 对,其中头胸部5 对,腹部9 对。茶黑刺粉虱管状孔隆起,亚心形或近圆形,盖瓣心形,几乎充塞了整个管状孔区域;樟刺粉虱管状孔半圆形,盖瓣半圆形,充塞管状孔一半区域。两种刺粉虱成虫整体上比较相似,复眼、胸部和腹部及前翅基部为橙黄色;前后翅及身体上的白色粉状物都是由后足将腹部蜡盘分泌物覆盖上的,茶黑刺粉虱的粉状物比樟刺粉虱要多。前后翅上有不同形状的白色斑纹,左右翅斑相连,但是樟刺粉虱前翅后缘全白,而茶黑色粉虱前翅后缘仅有部分白斑。本研究结果有助于更好地区分樟刺粉虱和茶黑刺粉虱,为农林生产过程中准确鉴定和防治提供一定的参考资料。  相似文献

针对粉虱类害虫难以准确快速地进行形态鉴别的问题, 以局部发生的黑刺粉虱Aleurocanthus spiniferus (Quaintance)为对象, 采用特征序列扩增区域 (SCAR) 标记法, 研究其快速分子检测技术。利用SCAR标记技术获得了长度为987 bp的黑刺粉虱特异性片段 (GenBank登录号为FJ613323), 根据此片段的碱基序列设计黑刺粉虱特异性引物1对(AS-F518/AS-R938), 其扩增片段为421 bp。种特异性检验结果显示, 该对引物只对黑刺粉虱的基因组具有扩增能力, 对同域发生的桔绿粉虱 Dialeurodes citri (Ashmead)以及其他种类的粉虱如烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) B型、Q型、ZHJ-1型和ZHJ-2型, 温室粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood)以及螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus disperses (Russell)等的基因组不具有扩增效果。该引物不仅对成虫具有良好的扩增效能, 对卵、2龄若虫和拟蛹等亦具有同样的扩增能力, 其最低检出限为1/1 920头成虫。该技术体系的建立在茶树和柑桔苗木调运的害虫检疫和监测/检测中具有重要意义。  相似文献

对海南岛粉虱科昆虫进行调查研究,鉴定出粉虱科昆虫2亚科25属57种,包括中国4新纪录种和海南41新纪录种.记述了中国新纪录种:大戟刺粉虱Aleurocanthus euphorbiae Jesudasan&David、长刺粉虱Aleurocanthus longispinus Quaintance& Baker、三孔棒粉虱Aleuroclava tripori(Dubey& Sundararaj)和番荔枝褶粉虱Aleurotrachelus anonae Corbett的形态特征、寄主和分布.区系成份分析表明,海南已知粉虱物种主要为跨东洋和古北区分布种,其次为东洋区分布,少部分为跨多区分布种及世界广布种.确定了鉴定种中的重要粉虱害虫,包括柑橘粉虱Dialeurodes citri (Ashmead)、黑刺粉虱Aleurocanthus spiniferus(Quaintance)、螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus dispersus Russell、双钩巢粉虱Paraleyrodes pseudonaranjae Martin、烟粉虱Benisia tabaci(Gennadius)和番荔枝褶粉虱等在海南发生为害情况.  相似文献

黑刺粉虱Aleurucamhus spiniferus Quaint.是柑桔、茶树等经济作物的重要害虫。福建一年发生4-5代,闽北、闽中发生4代,世代重叠。主要以若虫在柑桔等叶背越冬,越冬若虫于翌年2月间开始化蛹(伪蛹),4月间成虫羽化并产卵。各世代若虫发生期为第一代4月上旬至6月上旬;第二代6月中旬至7月下旬;第三代7月中旬至9月上旬;第四代9月中旬至翌年3月,11月进入越冬期。一年中以6-9月为发生为害高峰期。黑刺粉虱的寄生性天敌和捕食性天敌资源丰富,蛹期被寄生率甚高,对该虫的综合治理可以生物防治为主要措施。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
