对施用化肥(化肥区)、稻鸭共作(稻鸭区)和无化肥农药(空白区)处理区中稻飞虱及其主要捕食性天敌进行了调查,并对其在稻株中的空间分布及其变化规律和生态位特征进行了分析.结果表明,化肥区、稻鸭区和空白区分别以球蛛、管巢蛛和跳蛛的空间生态位宽度为最高,均在0.80以上;稻鸭区中稻飞虱的空间生态位宽度达0.83,比空白区、化肥区分别低5.0%和5.9%;稻鸭共作使得肖蛸、瓢虫、跳蛛、隐翅虫与稻飞虱发生的空间同域性增强,相遇机率提高,一定程度上提高了对稻飞虱的潜在控制作用,但同时也降低了狼蛛、皿蛛和管巢蛛等与稻飞虱的生态位重叠,削弱了这些天敌对稻飞虱种群的控制潜能;稻鸭共作对天敌在稻株中的发生部位和同域性也具有一定的影响.稻鸭共作可能通过改变稻飞虱及其天敌类群的空间分布格局和生态位特征等影响稻飞虱种群的发生和数量消长.  相似文献

田埂留草控制稻飞虱效果及对捕食性天敌多样性影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为探讨稻田田埂保留杂草控制稻飞虱的效果及对捕食性天敌多样性的影响,以稻田田埂周年性保留杂草为处理,以稻田田埂不保留杂草为对照,对处理区和对照区稻田稻飞虱成若虫、捕食性天敌种类和数量进行系统调查和分析。结果表明,在调查期内(6—10月),田埂留草稻田百丛稻株稻飞虱数量为(891.11±133.12)头,较非留草稻田减少35.31%;田埂留草稻田捕食性天敌隶属5目23科35种,而田埂非留草稻田隶属5目21科33种;田埂非留草稻田捕食性天敌优势种为食虫沟瘤蛛Ummeliata insecticepsBoes.etStr.、拟水狼蛛Pirata subpiraticus Boes.etStr.和黑肩绿盲蝽Cyrtorrhinus livdipennis Reuter,而田埂留草后优势种为食虫沟瘤蛛U.insecticeps、草间小黑蛛Erigonidium graminicolum(Sundevall)、拟水狼蛛和拟环纹狼蛛Lycosa pseudoamulata(Bose.etStr.);田埂留草稻田捕食性天敌的个体数量、丰富度、多样性指数分别为(128.89±13.52)、(33.67±0.50)、(4.53±0.04)头/百丛,较田埂非留草稻田分别增加31.96%、25.73%、5.59%,而优势度指数和均匀性指数没有显著变化。研究结果为发展稻田景观多样化控害提供依据。  相似文献

【目的】通过分析常规稻作田、稻虾共作田和香根草Vetiveria zizanioides诱集田3种农事操作技术对水稻害虫及其天敌种群动态的影响,为湖北地区新型绿色农事操作技术防控田间害虫、天敌保育和稻田有害生物可持续治理策略提供重要依据。【方法】在水稻抽穗期,采用目测法、扫网法、盆拍法、剥查法对3种农事操作稻田(常规稻作田、稻虾共作田和香根草)内害虫(稻飞虱、稻叶蝉、稻螟虫)和天敌进行搜集和统计。【结果】香根草诱集田内稻飞虱种群数量显著低于稻虾共作田(P0.05),常规稻作田间稻叶蝉、稻螟虫种群数量显著高于稻虾共作田和香根草诱集田数量(P0.05);3种农事操作技术下稻田间天敌种类主要以捕食性天敌蜘蛛类、草蛉类、黑肩绿盲蝽Crytorrhinuslividipennis和青翅隐翅虫Paederus fuscipes为主。其中,稻虾共作田和香根草诱集田拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata、拟水狼蛛Piratasubpiraticus和黑肩绿盲蝽Cyrtorhinuslividipennis种群数量显著高于常规稻作田(P0.05)。【结论】香根草稻作田间稻叶蝉、稻螟虫种群数量显著低于常规稻作田,稻虾共作田间稻叶蝉、稻飞虱种群数量显著低于常规稻作田;3种农事操作技术下稻田间天敌种类主要以捕食性天敌蜘蛛类、草蛉类、黑肩绿盲蝽为主。  相似文献

对3个类型稻田早、晚稻捕食性节肢动物群落调查,结果表明:共有捕食性节肢动物67种,丰富度以蜘蛛高于捕食性昆虫类;早稻高于晚稻;中抗品种高于抗虫和感虫品种。早稻以皿蛛科Linyphiidae的食虫沟瘤蛛UlmmeliatainsecticepesBoes.etStr.占优势,晚稻则以狼蛛科Lycosidae的相对丰盛度最高。早稻捕食性天敌数量动态以中抗品种峰期最长;感性样田中天敌平均密度与中抗样田差异不显著,与抗虫品种差异显著;捕食性节肢动物多样性随着品种抗性的增强呈降低趋势,优势度随着品种抗性的增强而增强。晚稻3个品种样田中天敌的平均密度差异不显著;各品种样田的多样性明显高于早稻,且波动幅度小于早稻,品种之间多样性差异较小,晚稻群落可能具有较高的稳定性。  相似文献

采用吸虫器法对稻田生态系统中的稻田与非稻田生境中的蜘蛛群落多样性进行了系统调查,共采集到捕食性蜘蛛81种,隶属于15个科、44个属。其中稻田与非稻田生境有40个共有种。八斑鞘蛛、食虫沟瘤蛛、类水狼蛛是稻田生境与非稻田生境所共有的3种优势种蜘蛛。  相似文献

本文对南宁地区农田自然蜘蛛群落和旱地狼蛛亚群落结构及其多样性进行了研究。 1.农田区蜘蛛群落有14科、41属、80种。主要成分是食虫瘤胸蛛、拟环纹狼蛛、拟水狼蛛、奇异獾蛛和豹蛛属种类,个体数以食虫瘤胸蛛最多。旱地狼蛛亚群落主要成分是奇异獾蛛和豹蛛属种类。 2.稻田区蜘蛛群落多样性指数以田埂杂草群落最高,早稻田群落最低。多样性、均匀度和种类丰富度时间格局是早、晚稻皆随时间序列增加。平均多样性、均匀度和个体数,晚稻均高于早稻。狼蛛更群落多样性和均匀度以草地最高。 3.应用群落比例相似性和聚类分析表明,拟环纹狼蛛与拟水狼蛛和奇异獾蛛与豹蛛属种类是组成当地农田区的水田和旱地生境具有代表性的两个狼蛛亚群落主要成分。 本文试图揭示农田生态系统中的稻田蜘蛛,在不受化学农药干扰下群落结构及其多样性变化,并以狼蛛亚群落为代表,比较农田区内不同生境的群落结构及多样性与生境生态特征的关系,为害虫防治和动物资源的利用提供参考。  相似文献

稻鸭共作对水稻条纹叶枯病发生规律的影响   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
由灰飞虱传毒危害的水稻条纹叶枯病是近年来在我国部分稻作区严重发生的病毒病害.作为稻作生产生态实践模式之一的稻鸭共作技术对稻田病虫草具有显著的控制效应,然而目前还没有关于稻鸭共作对灰飞虱和条纹叶枯病影响的报道.因此,于2004~2005年在南京农业大学东台试验场进行了田间实验,共设计了4个处理,分别为常规稻作区(不养鸭、施药)、稻鸭共作区(养鸭、不施药)和秧田期覆盖防虫网、栽后大田稻鸭共作区(秧田覆盖防虫网、栽后稻田养鸭、不施药)和对照区(不养鸭、不施药).结果表明:稻鸭共作以及秧田期覆盖防虫网、栽后大田稻鸭共作处理对灰飞虱有显著的控制效应,因此也显著降低了两处理在水稻整个生长期间条纹叶枯病的发病率;稻鸭共作处理对条纹叶枯病的综合防效为79.44﹪,略高于常规稻作78.82﹪的防效,而秧田期覆盖防虫网、栽后大田稻鸭共作处理对稻田灰飞虱和条纹叶枯病的防治效果最好,对条纹叶枯病的防效超过94.01﹪.总之,通过以上试验结果可知,稻鸭共作尤其是秧田期覆盖防虫网、栽后稻鸭共作处理为防治条纹叶枯病提供了一条安全高效的生态控制途径.  相似文献

稻田水狼蛛占蜘蛛总量的18.1—52.8%,平均达35.8%,主要种类有拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)、弓水狼蛛(P.procurvus),它们均栖息于稻丛基数,捕食稻飞虱、叶蝉为主,捕食量大,是稻田害虫最主要捕食性天敌类型,对开展综合防治有一定的意义。为此我们于1986年6—9月正值早稻抽穗灌浆期,在松阳县大东坝稻田对水狼蛛作了调查,并统计判别其空间分布类型,并按Iwao的抽样公式对其抽样数量进行探讨。  相似文献

用ELISA方法研究稻田节肢动物的食物关系   总被引:9,自引:3,他引:6  
应用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法,研究了稻田节肢动物,包括19种捕食性天敌、4种主要水稻害虫及1种中性昆虫之间的食物关系。在检测的19种捕食者中,有15种捕食了白背飞虱,11种捕食了褐飞虱。其中食虫沟瘤蛛、拟水狼蛛、八斑鞘蛛、粽管巢蛛、四斑锯螯蛛和拟环纹豹蛛对两种稻飞虱的捕食阳性率较高。有7种捕食了稻纵卷叶螟幼虫,其中粽管巢蛛、褶管巢蛛、拟环纹豹蛛、青翅蚁形隐翅虫和印度细颈步甲的捕食阳性率较高。拟环纹豹蛛、浙江豹蛛和拟水狼蛛对稻蝗若虫有较高的阳性率。13种捕食者捕食了摇蚊,摇蚊作为替代或补充猎物,对稻田捕食性节肢动物亚群落的重建和发展具有重要意义。在实验检测的基础上,构建了被检测节肢动物猎物与捕食者间的食物关系图。  相似文献

研究了稻田常用杀虫剂杀虫双、甲胺磷、扑虱灵3种农药对稻田主要捕食性天敌拟水狼蛛Pirata subpiraticus 捕食褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens 功能的影响。提出用功能减退率来综合评价农药对天敌的影响。结果表明24h杀虫双常用浓度540mg/L、810mg/L对狼蛛的杀伤力为12.63%、27.57%。功能减退率分别高达65.41%和81.3%;甲胺磷100mg/L24h对狼蛛的杀伤力和功能减退率分别为49.8%和68.56%。这2种药剂对狼蛛的作用机制不同,甲胺磷毒性大,狼蛛死亡率高,但对非致死狼蛛的捕食功能减退率比杀虫双处理略小,狼蛛的捕食功能恢复快于杀虫双处理。杀虫双处理的浓度越高,狼蛛的功能减退率越大、功能恢复越慢。扑虱灵对狼蛛的杀伤和功能减退均不大。2种药剂处理后狼蛛功能恢复到正常水平约需7d左右。田间试验表明频繁地使用甲胺磷削弱了天敌功能导致飞虱再猖獗。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
